    What did he mean, 'things like this happen all the time'? Honestly, the more he spoke, the more concern would gradually seep it's way through Vivian's bespectacled features, for not even Alex would accumulate a wound this deep on a daily basis and she also happened to be a robotic engineer... but since Washi insisted, she would reluctantly push away her handkerchief back through her jacket pocket before seizing the towel he mentioned.

    "You sure it isn't a skill issue on your part? 'Cause my friend dabbles with machinery as well and I don't see her hand constantly riddled with cuts or bandages," she finally points out. Rather than complain further, however, Vivian would soon gently cup a hand from beneath his palm and begin pressing the towel to his bleeding flesh. Of course, under ordinary circumstances, she would relish the warm sensation that accompanied someone else's hand, but considering he was injured, she was more so focused on ensuring he didn't bleed out all over the floor.

    "It, uh... doesn't hurt too badly, does it?" came her eventual query after many seconds had elapsed. Not long after doing so, Vivian then brings herself to glance around the room in the hopes she might find a first aid kit lying around somewhere; after all, the cloth probably wouldn't serve as a good enough tourniquet

the   twisting   force   applied   to   a   screw   was   so   strong   that   it   caused   the   hinges   of   a   rusted   spring   to   break.   lost   in   concentration   on   the   snapping   screw,   he   failed   to   register   the   powerful   recoil   that   tore   through   his   glove,   leaving   his   flesh   wounded.   he   reached   for   a   replacement.   back   to   square   one   for   him.

as   he   began,   the   voice   of   the   female   grasps   his   attention.   he   hurt   himself   ?   cold   irises   lower,   observing   the   wound.   blood   trickled   from   the   torn   seam   of   his   saturated   glove.   a   wry   chortle   escapes   him.   how   did   he   fail   noticing   in   that   moment   ?   now   that   his   focus   diverted,   the   waning   adrenaline   promotes   a   conscious   pain   shooting   through   the   back   of   his   palm.

he   searched   among   his   clutter   for   anything   to   tend   to   the   gore,   only   to   find   an   old   towel   that   had   been   lying   around.   it’ll   suffice.   apparently,   it   didn’t   for   the   young   woman   at   his   side.   foremost   shocked   by   her   offer,   lips   press   down   firm.   he   couldn’t   forego   the   offer.   but,   somehow   he   felt   a   burden   by   it.

she   meant   no   harm   by   insisting,   so   he   resigns.   extending   his   hand   toward   her,   he’s   mindful   to   prevent   any   dripping.   carefully   peeling   off   the   glove,   pale   digits   twitch   at   the   friction   ⸺   fine   stitched   threads   clinging   over   jagged   tears.   ❛      ⸺just   …   use   the   towel,   alright   ?      ❜

what drew me to your blog ? honestly, the first i noticed when following you back on my alternate page shirobon was the heart you put into your writing. reading your character biography for your main verse had me so indulged, i felt i was living through the pages of a novel. i love your blend of folklore and creativity which makes your character. i see the research you put into building your character and her world and the bonds within it.

i don't know you very well, but i mean this genuinely from the depths of my spirit: you are extremely a talented and motivational writer.

kuroshi and ravyn speak so many praises about you and i can clearly see why. top notch writing, interlining motifs throughout your variety of verses. keep up the wonderful work. i stand by them in saying you deserve all of the praise.

INSPIRATION:   i  feel  i  relate  to  this  character  in  terms  of  admiration  for  old school platforms  such  as  sega  genesis,  snes  and  atari.  i  also  had a huge  digimon  fascination back  in  high  school  and  also  loved  wearing  goggles  for  fashion.

STORY BEHIND YOUR URL:   origami  is  the  repeated  theme  of  washi.  this  will  be  shown  throughout  his  aesthetic.  thus, origawashi  is  a  harmony  of  the two.

FUN FACT:   i still have my collection of pogs.  no  one  probably  even  knows  what  that  even is.  goes  to  show  how  old  i  am.  i  linked  a  photo  just  in  case.

Honestly the easier question is what don’t I do lol. 90% of the time I read. It could be fan fiction, manga, light novels, books. Most of the time it’s fan fiction tho. Other times it’s video games or watching youtube/tv if I can fit it in. Especially if I’m crocheting but I took a break from that recently as I’ve run out of ideas for things to make lol.

the brains

people are not so much your forte. you are more at home with thoughts, ideas, hobbies, skills. as such, you probably have to learn how to work well with others--but once you do, hey, it has its moments. while you are treasured for your ability to solve problems, people also have this unique love of novelty. when you break from your schedule, when you say something no one is expecting--that's novel. you are as curious and lovable as the subjects you study. you are family. this place is not the same without your witty comments and wry observations. you definitely feel more comfortable when someone needs a straightforward answer than a shoulder to cry on, but it's not impossible to give both. know that your family loves you for more than that, though, and will (usually) remember to respect your boundaries.

hello  and  welcome  to  my  blog.  i  am  MIIKUN  or  MEEKS  (  30  +  years  old  ,  Cancer  )  and  he  /  him  pronouns.  time  zone  is  PACIFIC.  i  am  no  a  stranger  to  tumblr,  but  i  have  been  away  from  it  for  nearly  five  years  ⸻  please  bear  with  my  reintroducing  myself  to  this  platform.

    ...Ugh, why were three dimensional men always so troublesome? Normally, she would rather not initiate touch, but as his hand was injured, Vivian would soon hesitanty clutch her blue handkerchief while nervously clearing her throat. “Um... W-Washi-san? Not to interrupt you when you’re still so heavily engrossed in fixing that magnificent robot of yours, but could I possibly have a look at your hand?” she finally requests.

    “I’m pretty sure it’s bleeding... and as long as it’s alright with you, I would like to clean it up before you spill any on the floor.” Truth be told, she also neglected to add ‘and make your injury worse’, because admitting she cared was embarassing... especially since she never liked him much.
