intensiculial: community & family are extremely important in viet culture. essentially, it's your family — whoever that includes — above all else. our family personally is very strong on blood family, at least in private, but my dad insists that all of our friends (whether mine or my sisters' or any of our cousins') are a part of the family when they're over our house. this isn't really a viet exclusive thing, though, which is why it's not viet exclusive.

Etymology: Finnish & lesbos/ lesbian

I included the official lesbian translation from Finnish in the description as well which happens to be a slur in English so don't mind that. The colors are my interpretation & mixed with my lesbo(link) flag, kind of follows the current lesbian flag design. :3

Alt lesbo flag

Haven't seen any Lesbo flags, except this(link) one. So here's my take on it :3

it's based on what vibes the term lesbo gives me more so, but there are no real meanings for the colors. + it's kinda based on the sunset lesbian flag.

Any lesbian or sapphic can reclaim it, also if it's a word for lesbian in your language that you use to describe yourself as a lesbian feel free to use the flag.
