Day 2: Hippo

I decided to draw my childhood hippo plush! I was looking directly at it as opposed to looking at a photo of it like I usually do.

10 Years

A little late to this but 10 years ago Hatena shutdown. The animations on the service inspired me a lot and I help morphed me into who I am now. The drawings in the back are stills from old animations of mine. I couldn't be part of Hatena back then but when Flipnote 3D came out I made up for lost time by making animations then uploading them to youtube. Even though I miss Hatena, I think it left on a high note. Thank you Hatena and thank you Flipnote.

Ophie

My friend @sangummeo's character, Ophie! I drew her for ArtFight last month and she was very fun to draw :D

I had tried to draw her last year but ran out of time due to work, I'm glad I was able to get something made this time around!

Day 5: Coffee

I don't consider any of my characters to be coffee drinkers but if any of them HAD to be one then it would be Yellow.

Blue and Yellow

During the ending phases of ArtFight I made this drawing of blue and Yellow. I made this during the event because my main flipnote folder was reaching its limit of 100 flipnotes and I wanted the last piece to be a drawing with my OCs. I have a new folder now.

It's also nice to get a proper piece of these two again. Last year it was strange forms of them, now it's their usual selves.

Robot Girl

I also made a stitched flipnote piece again! I haven't made a piece like this in a couple of years and I'm happy with how it came out.

Lampolini Marktopolis

Drawing I made for my friend Meliciousarts (insta) for Art Fight last month. This is their character named Lampolini Marktopolis. A mouthful of a name and a cool ass design!

I'm very proud of this piece!

Day 22: Wisteria

Fun fact: My favorite images to take are of tree branches because of how wild they look, especially with different color pallets.

Bea

I've been wanting to draw her for a long time now and I'm happy to finally have finished a draw of her :D

So whenever I make art for someone in flipnote I like to include little bonus sketches in flipnote file for them. I don’t do this for drawings I make for myself since I can just make another drawing.

So I got a spooked when I saw a doodle of my sona looking right at me in a file from a drawing from June.
