adrien’s s6 redesign is actually an all orange outfit. he loved orange. always has. gabriel just wouldn’t let him and now no one has the heart to tell him he looks like a traffic cone.

So I have this story idea for this art and I doubt I will ever be able to find the time to write it.

I call it my Orange au (not because of adriens shoes)

And yes it's based in the anime Orange.

Maybe if people are interested in hearing about I can make little post about my ideas and the characters backsrorys.

There will be a lot of hurt/comfort and overcoming personal struggles. And romance. (Hehehe)

There's been a lot of discussion lately surrounding the new animation, I think a lot of people are ignoring the most important question about the season 6 animation:

Finding out your father is not only a terrorist villain, but that he also forced your girlfriend to break up with you to make you sad 😢 cause he found out you were one of his archenemies and so he does his last attempt to control you right after hitting you around like you are a baseball and while he finally gets control of you, your ex-girlfriend is trying to communicate to you on how you can fight him off but it is so hard to listen to either one of them so you try to 💀 yourself to prevent a catastrophe but you actually destroy the moon and caused a mass extinction and now you are just a little kitty on a roof, all alone without his lady but your ex-girlfriend who isn't really your ex-girlfriend cause this one never dated you attempts to save you and succeeds so now you don't remember your body count you have is honestly such a slay 💅

even though I wouldn't say I'm a fan of adrien's everyday outfit, I do appreciate how it represents him thematically.

the white outer shirt: his outward portrayal - who he tries to be for his father. the good, pure, obedient son. (note that adrien is often portrayed as an angel in his photo shoots)

and the black t-shirt: who he feels he is inside, black, green and yellow representing his chat noir color scheme
