Anyways, has anyone been reading This Woven Kingdom? Because I just finished part 2 (these infinite threads) this weekend and I have conflicting feelings and I wanna talk about it

#also read it in Dutch and I think the translator might not have done an amazing job #part time booklr #i made an original post #this woven kingdom #tahereh mafi #damn that translator did a lot of very dramatic ya books #or well now I’m wondering if they became melodramatic because of the translator #like she translated shadow and bone where I kept thinking Alina girl really?#but not six of crows which I loved #to figure this out I should reread the lunar chronicles in Dutch #because I know those so well that I might actually pick up on the translator choices #but could also be that she’s just drawn to those books I don’t like the style of
