Phandom sometimes kills me. Like,,, I admit dissection fics are always popular you cannot get too many of them, Danny needing to leave everyone behind (either they die or he is on the run) and go to a different dimension/city is also cool in a lonely wet kitty way, him getting betrayed by his friends/sister/parents is also ok I guess (I don't like them much). They are all good. I love the angst and gut-wrecking horror/disgust from any & every dp fic. But, like,,, there are tons of them. There are short & reaaaaally long one-shots, multi-chapter fics with 100k+ words and so on. And while this isn't necessarily a problem (quite the opposite) I'm feeling lonely on the fluff side of fandom. I know there is also a bunch of stuff on this side too but they are (almost) always so short. Yes I've read 12 fics with love and hugs but they were all 1k-3k one-shots or so. The multi-chapter ones are nowhere near finished and I crave fluff. I'm sleep deprived, it's 5 in the morning and I'm just really sad about fanfiction :"(
#Rant#i tried to kindly rant#but the main feeling was#'i want danny fluff#with Everlasting Trio#or savant par#or gray ghot#maybe probably goth princess#with highschool problems#the a-listers and team phantom bonding over trauma and homework#like y'all (writers (i love y'all)) always make me cry#for hours#pls someone anyone gimme a long fic with#with lots of hugs and kisses and apologizes and forgiveness and found families and-#these stuff are hard to find#and when i find them#they are almost %96 dpxdc#i love dp x dc#but please i want to see paulina#and star and dash and kwan and valerie#like where is my other babies???#danny left them in another universe :'[#send me fics y'all#danny phantom#danny fenton#sam manson#tucker foley#valerie gray#dash baxter#paulina sanchez

OMG thank you for tagging me!! I will now go crazy
Last book I read: Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad- This book is confusing and makes me feel sticky... I dont trust Marlow and really what was Joseph Conrad YAPPING about... It's interesting though LOL
Book I recomend: FRANKENSTEIN- Who said that.... no but fr it also does depend on who I'm recomending the book to!
Book I couldn't put down: ALL OF THEM I literally love every book ever HOWEVER I really like Wuthering Heights and each chapter I am SHOCKED with just how much worse they manage to make things... Also Frankenstein BUT WE KNEW THAT
A book on my TBR: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea- as much as I post abput it and know about it and obsess about it I actaully have never gotten a chance to read it :(
A book I've put down: The Outlaws of Sherwood by Robin McKinley- By far the most boring, tedious book I've ever tried to read. There was SO MUCH TALKING and no one did anything... ever...It wasn't like a Jane Austen book, which is also dialogue heavy, because this was SUPPOSED to have action. The action that WAS there was just not well executed and muttled in poorly written dialogue.... sorry Robin McKinley...
A book on your wishlist: The manuscript of The Picture of Dorian Gray by SP Books.... I need it... This is very important
A book you would give to a friend: It depends on who I'm giving it to!
A book of poetry/lyrics you own: I have the complete works of Edgar Allen Poe, a book of Percy Bysche poems AND all of Shakespere's sonnetts... My babies
A non-fiction book you own: The illustrated letters of Jane Austen! and at least a million books on various artists like Monet and Dali
Currently Reading: Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte - This is defnitly one of my favorite books ever as it has literally all the best things a book could have, ghots, creepy houses, a byronic hero who wants to kill people, moors, romantic imagry, Edgar Linton.... The list goes on
Planning on reading next: Whatever my English class hurls at me tbh LMAO
no pressure tags, of course!
@diana-daphne @klqrambles
Thanks for the tag, @acrossthewavesoftime! I did one of these ages ago, but they're really fun, so here goes.
Last book I read: Temeraire by Naomi Novik. A beloved and comforting favourite.
Book I recommend: Depends who you are, but I'd almost universally suggest Piranesi by Susanna Clarke to anyone looking for magic, weirdness and profound empathy.
Book I couldn't put down: Foucault in Warsaw/Foucault w Warszawie by Remigiusz Ryziński. Haunting.
A book on my TBR: The Dream of Enlightenment by Anthony Gottlieb. Picked it up cheap in Oxford and it looks promising.
A book I've put down: I probably said this last time too, but Donna Tartt's The Goldfinch. Slogged through the first 100+ pages and just couldn't find anything to keep me interested.
A book on my wishlist: Still on my endless, tireless and so far fruitless quest to find a decent book about Alexander Roslin.
A book you would give to a friend: Really depends on the friend, dunnit? Send me an ask if you want to know what I'd recommend to you 🫵
A book of poetry/lyrics you own: Eros in Boystown, edited by Michael Lassell – a gem of a collection that I picked up at Left Bank Books in NYC.
A non-fiction book you own: Dining with the Ancient Greeks by Maria Thermou. Charming and delightful!
Currently reading: Unruly by David Mitchell. Imperfect but fucking funny.
Planning on reading next: George III: The Last King of America by Andrew Roberts. Very excited for this one and, as a bonus, it's both for personal interest and for class!
Tagging @enlitment @chaotic-history @kaiserin-erzsebet @clove-pinks any anyone else who wants to share!

You can now tell that The Showman is an odd one yet not dangerous if you not in his bad side, something that Bernard had done wrong and now facing the consequences of it but when you not his enemy then he can be really friendly more then you can think!!…he is just so focused in his revenge that anger seem to blind him sometimes that it over-shine the good parts in him.
Didn’t take long tho when his mood once again change easily, something that seem to happen a lot and become once again friendly and a more calm warm big smile draw on his face then the smirk scary one “ah, but enough about me~ say what brings you here at the first place, mr Liam?! Of course you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to but you seem to be such a calm guy unlike the other hunters who half of us just seek revenge, idk if someone told you this before but even tho we just met I can just feel how much calmer you are then the rest of the hunters, wouldn’t you like to just chill then join such a wild game?!”
"it seems that we haven't talked before, hello there. I'm Liam Hubert, but Liam will do. You are?" (idv-thespians)
“Why hello there , Sir Liam Hubert!!! I do also believe we haven’t met before hahaha~”
The showman took off his top-head and gives a small bow to Liam “allow me to introduce myself~ I am Phineas Smith, or so called the showman around here” he throw the head on the air after standing straight again and the head fall perfectly on his head “and I am here for your entertainment!!”
@idv-thespians
