guys I must be bored I'm contemplating making puff pastry
#food#my chef instructor DID say my lamination skills were great!#and there's a work potluck coming up next week#and my condo complex is doing an ice cream social after that#I THINK I might be able to make A Ton Of Palmiers#or I might make some icebox cookies idk#icebox cookies look So Good when you get them nice and tight and symmetrical and they don't spread!#but that flaky puff pastry!!
