We get drink, gather everyone, everyone bring more drink— THERION: Lots of booze, check. ÅSE: We get Bard. Bard makes music. Drink, music, it is like tavern! THERION: You want to get everyone together to… get drunk in a church? ÅSE: What is problem? THERION: No problem at all. Seems completely reasonable. ÅSE: Good! ÅSE: You, there! Deathling! You come, too. And little blood magician. We can’t be having tavern with three people. Make crowd! TAIYO: I’m not sure what’s happening. THERION: Nothing major. Happy birthday to dear Åse! ✨💖✨

The evening before his birthday Åse receives a small package from Rocky, that is signed by Mau. She doesn't know where Åse lives, but knowing he and Rocky work together, she decided to pass a present through him. It was risky, considering Rocky's penchant for somersaults, and definitely would've caused a talk between the two later, but fortunately, the package reached the receiver intact with a clear instruction: not open it until tomorrow.

Whether Åse followed this instruction or not, inside she finds a mug with an awful goat pun on it, something reminding a hot chocolate substance with a surprisingly hazelnut aroma in a jar inside a handmade cardboard package, and a birthday card, stating:

"Dear Åse, Happy birthday! May all your days be as bleat-iful as this wonderful Sunday. I also asked papa to make gianduja for you, just like he made for me in my childhood (hope you'd like it more than my sugary pizza, ha-ha). You'll also find some recipes from him below, but I'd say you can simply brew it with coffee or milk, based on your preference. Love you much. Yours truly, Mau."

I had some Under the devil's moon illustrations i wanted to finish during winter break, but I forgot my tablet pen back at school. So im resigned to the physical medium for now. Silly doodles be upon ye. Featuring my lackadaisy oc and by extent utdm mc, her name is Åse but usually goes by a nick name. She is also recycled heavily based on an old dnd oc.

Im figuring out how to draw Evelyn's hair as i go. Middle parts tend to mess me up for some reason. Dont look at Marius' heels, everytime i have to draw shoes from a weird angle i loose a year of my lifespan istg.

I MADE A THING! I'm actually pretty proud of finishing this, It had quite a few sewing techniques I've never done before. It was sorta inspired by vintage kids clothes and maybe a bit of Lolita fashion?

Oh and that's Åse! She's my newest doll and I've not bonded with a doll this strongly in a long time. She's so cute and unique 🥺

me at 3 am two days ago: imma make something so self indulgent

i know the line delivery in the original scene is probably not very in character for Rocky. Esmeralda is a lot more quiet and gentle than i think Rocky would be. But i do see him doing something similarly sweet to cheer up a friend. I imagine the follows a conversation about their similar childhood trauma. You can read this interaction however you want.🤷
