my biggest migraine trigger is sound instead of visuals usually anyways, most things that trigger epileptics will set off migraines for me. thsi is why i can just simply not wear my glasses 👍
#high pitched droning noises flashing lights and repetitive (?) sounds#also lack of sleep#oppenheimer was great but it gave me a wicked fucking headache#all the low and high pitch droning noise on the soundtrack#great for the kinda cosmic horror atmosphere it cultivated#BAD for my headaches
