Neo hummed contently to herself as she strut along the shoreline that stretched out around Kuo Kuana. The refreshing tropical air and warm sand under her feet were a very nice and welcome change to the cool and chilling breezes that whipped through Vale's city streets—the first week of autumn had come and past, and it wouldn't be long before the first frosts started rolling in, and with them the cold winter nights.

And while Neo had no qualms about the cold, everyone knows an ice cream treat is best enjoyed on a hot, sunny day—especially one spent lounging out by the beach. So, while things only got colder back home, the sexy shortstack had decided to take an extended pleasure vacation on this tropical island. As the trunk creaked open, revealing the shadowy figure of the hitman, a disarming smirk played across his lips.

"Surprise!" he quipped, his tone intoxicated with a charm disguised as something else. With a casual flick of his hand, he gestured for the restricted individual in the trunk to relax and be quiet. They were in the middle of nowhere, or as close to nowhere as Oscar could get by driving off path from the freeway. "I know, my trunk is not exactly the FountaineBleau, but hey, we make do with what we've got, right?" His words, laced with a twisted sense of humor, danced on the edge of danger as he flashed the glistening golden Beretta on his hip with a matching dagger on standby.

“If anything, just think of this as you caught between some bullshit. The main trouble isn’t really with you, but with someone you know.” His accent is as thick as the cold of the isolated patch of dirt woods he has the two of you surrounded by. “Your mamá never taught you not to hang with the wrong crowd?”

Glykera looked absolutely shaken. She didn't even look fully here. One of the drunken campers had tried flirting with her and was standing a bit too close to her. So far, they were only talking to her. But that didn't change the terror she felt.

This place was far too similar to where she used to live. The party was just like the ones her master would throw. And those guests... those guests were pigs. She couldn't tell if this was the Dionysos cabin or if it was her old home. If these were campers or those old guests.
