It had been a couple weeks after the cabin incident, school was back in session. And she hadn't spoken to Maddie since the cabin. Which was probably a good thing. Maybe she was breaking up with Abel and they could give it another go or something. But that was wishful thinking that Riley knew better not to have. Not like she could help it considering they fucked every chance they got behind her younger brother’s back while they were up there. Against the tree her first day girl, in the bathroom at the club, hell even in Riley’s penthosue that she had away from the cabin. “Ms. Lambert you will see me after class in my office.” The outfit that the other had decided to wear or whatever had been distracting although Riley kept it together. “Class don’t forget to read the chapters, maybe a quiz tomorrow. Class dismissed.” Riley stated before collecting her things, and went to her office. Waiting for Maddie to show up, hearing the knock she sat back in her chair. “Come in.”

"I swear, they are going to love you. Honestly, you have nothing to worry about, Maddie." They had been dating for a couple of months now. And all he had told her about his family, was that they had money and that his mother was the mayor of his hometown, and his father was a doctor and that he had a sister. It had been pretty funny at how they actually meant, rival schools, and he had went to one of the games. Instead of cheering for his own school, he had spotted Maddie, and started cheering for her. And the rest is well history. Now a couple months later, he was taking her up to his families cabin, to meet his family. Thankfully it was around winter break so neither of them had to worry about school. Reaching over, he took her hand and brought it to his lips and kissed it before his attention went to the road in front of them. They were about twenty minutes away from the cabin, which was actually just a house in the woods, with a lake by it. 

Pulling up twenty minutes later, he parked his car next to his parents. Glancing over at her for a moment. “Are ready? My sister isn’t here yet, so its just the parents right now.” Leaning over, he kissed her cheek gently and then got out of the car, to collect their bags from the trunk. That was when his parents came out, and greeted them. Noticing another car pull in behind his, he smiled when he noticed it was his sister. Going over to hug her, they made small talk before he brought her over to the group. “Riley, this is my girlfriend Madeline or Maddie. Maddie, this is my sister, Riley.” He introduced them. “I’d be surprised if you two don’t know each other. Riley is a professor at your school, babe and the same field that you are studying for.” Abel placed his hand onto the brunette’s lower back, not noticing the looks between the blonde and the brunette. 

-Three Months Ago-

“I can’t keep doing this, Riley!” The blonde looked over at her lover, she had been asking some pretty serious questions. Ones that Riley, didn’t feel comfortable answering. “Do what, Madeline?” The older blonde, questioned. “This, if you don’t start opening up about all the shit, that you are holding back.” Riley wasn’t that open with people, about how she grew up, what all had happened to her. About why she liked sex, the way that she did. “That isn’t part if the agreement.” She spat out, as if that was all this was to her. Watching the brunette move closer, and reach out to touch one of her scars, Riley stepped back instantly, flinching a little bit. “‘Why won’t you let me touch you there?” When the blonde said nothing, she glanced away for a moment. It seemed like Madeline took her silence as nothing, because before she knew, the other woman was walking away. But this time, Riley’s own feet followed. “Madel--” She was cut off by her holding up her hand, to stop her. And that instantly stopped Riley in her tracks. “Goodbye, Riley.” And with that, Madeline was gone.

-Now- 

“You should go.” She told the woman next to her, Maddie was clearly still on her mind. Usually that never happened. “My car is packed, and I have to drive for a couple of hours.” What the hell was going on with her? Riley had no idea. “I’ll walk you out.” The blonde got up off the bed, and got dressed, pulling her hair back quickly. After the other woman was dressed, she walked her out rather quickly. She had a long drive, and only her thoughts to keep her company. After the long drive, the blonde pulled up to her parents cabin, right behind her brother’s car. That was when she noticed everyone standing outside, and someone new. Probably Abel’s girlfriend, she didn’t pay attention to who it was as she got out of the car. Hugging her brother when he came over to her, walking back towards the ground. But the moment, that she saw Madeline, her face dropped. Hearing the introduction, this could not be fucking happening. But it was. Reaching out, she extended her hand to Madeline. “Actually she is in one of my classes, that run Tuesday and Thursday. One of my top students. Surprised to see you here, Ms. Lambert.” Fuck, this was not good. Especially since ever fiber of her being, wanted nothing more than to bend the brunette over her knee and give her a proper spanking for this. “Lets go inside, its getting pretty cold.” She heard her father comment, and that was when she dropped her hand. “I have to grab my bags, then I’ll be right in.” Riley commented, watching the group head inside, she turned on heels to go and get her shit from the trunk.

Honestly he wasn’t sure what he was doing here. But he would make up some excuse for him to come and see Maddie. Maybe the paper in his bag that belonged to her could be that excuse. Sure he could have handed it out to her in class once they picked up again. But it was the perfect excuse at least he thought it was. Dante was unsure if she was even home but he decided to take that chance. There was just something about her. He knew it was wrong because she was student and he was the teaching assist. Not to mention the age gap between them. Right now though he wasn’t thinking about that though. It didn’t hurt to take a chance, and that was what he was doing but if she wasn’t there, he would leave. Raising his hand, he tap on her door lightly and waited for an answer. Dante would give it a few minutes before he left.

Days like this, the blonde could relax and unwind. Which was why, she enjoyed lazy Sundays. Although, she was already grading papers. But her attair was completely relaxed, compared to what she was usually wearing. Hearing a knock on the door, she seriously thought about ignoring it, and hoping it would go away. When it hadn’t, she took off her glasses and got up from her desk, and made her way downstairs to answer the door. Pulling it open, she seen the brunette standing there. Madeline. The one person, she had been actually activity avoiding. “Madeline..This is so inappropriate.” She stated, moving aside to let her in. This was unexpected, and the truth of the matter was, Riley hated surprises at times. Especially when someone would show up unexpectedly. So no, she wasn't happy at all. In fact she was already pissed off at her, due to what happened in her dorm. This just added to it. Moving into her kitchen, she grabbed her hoodie and slipped it on. “What are you doing here?”

There was a small part of him that might have been overthinking this. But the signs clearly pointed to her being pregnant, at least from what he read online. Steven had never dealt with this before, so he just did a basic search and everything came back to the fact that Maddie, would possibly be pregnant. The question was though, if she would want it and what they would, especially if she was. 

In that moment though, after he spoke, Steven was glad that she didn’t snap at him. He appreciated that greatly. Pouring himself some coffee as well, he sighed a little bit. It was quiet and he didn’t like the quiet too much. But when she asked that question, his attention instantly went to Madeline. “Yeah, probably. But I’m asking the question.”

Upon hearing her tone, he shook his head a little bit. It was clear, she didn’t understand this. Not a lot of people did. But this was his life, and how he lived it, it was how he was raised. The gun play, the violence was something that, Vincent was use to. When she shoved him, he stepped back a little bit, the wound needed to be attended to. “I wasn’t scared of that guy, Maddie! He shouldn’t have put his hands anywhere on you!” He didn’t want to fight with her, but yet here was doing just that. “I have come up against worse guys, then him.” Turning away, he started to take off his jacket, the next thing to go would be the shirt, if he made it there.

Vincent had everything under control, he had gotten the upper hand and ended up beating the shit out of the guy. But that didn’t mean he didn’t walk away without a mark because he did. Hopefully that guy wouldn’t bother Maddie again. And if he did, he would make sure that didn’t happen again. Vince had his ways of making shit happen. In that moment though, he had stepped in without thinking, just to defend her. Because he cared about her, and didn’t want anything to happen to her.

Do you realize, how much danger you could have put yourself in tonight? Especially with drinking that much? Get undressed, I’m putting you to bed.”

The fact was Dante, was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Maybe he shouldn’t have stayed that late at Maddie’s last night, he wouldn’t be on his second cup of coffee now. But he couldn’t help himself. Sure sneaking around wasn’t the best idea, but he couldn’t just stop cause he didn’t want to. Looking over the lesson plan for the day, he yawned a little bit. Taking another drink of his coffee, he placed the lesson plans into his bag and started off towards the classroom, Dante knew he was running late. Today was his day to actually see what it was like to be the professor. Even with how nervous he was, and not just because he was going to be teaching. But because Maddie would be watching do it. Sure there were some classes that he took over but the professor was always there to help him if he needed it. This time though, it was all him. 

"I do apologize for being late.” He told the class once he entered it. “Professor Wilson is out sick today. Which means you are stuck with me.” He set his coffee down and then his bag, grabbing the lesson plans. Looking towards the college students sitting there, his eyes connected with Maddie’s for a moment before he grabbed his book and turned to the right page. “Alright, mates lets pick up were we left off yesterday.” He turned around to write on the board behind him.

plans date night: Dante, because he wants to actually have a Dante night with her.

falls asleep on the couch: Samantha, while reading over case files and then Cait wakes her up to get into bed.

makes friends with the neighbors: Caitlin, she is more friendly and less threatening than Sammy.

is the adventurous eater: Samantha, she can eat anything and everything even though Cait advises against it.

hogs the covers at night: Probably Cait or well use to before she got use to sleeping next to Samantha.

forgets to do the dishes: Samantha, she is horrible with remembering to wash the dishes even after Cait tells her time and time again.

tries to surprise their partner more often: Samantha, she works long hours so she does everything that she possibly can to surprise Cait.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor: Samantha, she doesn’t even bother picking them up till she needs clean clothes.

stays up til 2 AM reading: Caitlin, and then Samantha has to close the book and make her cuddle with her.

sings in the shower: Both, especially when they think they are alone.

takes the selfies: Cait, she takes more selfies then what Samantha does.

plans date night: Both, they both plan date night.

Tristan & Adele:

falls asleep on the couch: Tristan, cause he is usually high and then Adele has to wake him up and get him into bed.

makes friends with the neighbors: Adele, she would probably bring them bake goods.

is the adventurous eater: Tristan, due to the munchies probably but I can also see Adele as an adventurous eater.

hogs the covers at night: Adele, and then Tristan cuddles her.

forgets to do the dishes: Tristan, he hates housework.

tries to surprise their partner more often: Adele, even though Tristan should be doing this. Its all Adele.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor: Tristan, again he hates doing housework.

sings in the shower: Adele, and then Tristan makes fun of her for it.

takes the selfies: Adele, Tristan doesn’t mind selfies just doesn’t do them often.

plans date night: Tristan especially when he is trying to make something up to Adele.

falls asleep on the couch: Adele, and then Adrian comes out and carries her to bed.

makes friends with the neighbors: Both, considering they both are friendly people.

is the adventurous eater: Again both, cause I see them as loving food.

forgets to do the dishes: Adrian, sometimes he is bad at remembering to do the dishes.

tries to surprise their partner more often: Adrian, he does his best to surprise Adele as often as he can.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor: Adrian, sometimes he just takes his clothes and where ever they land, is were they stay.

stays up til 2 AM reading: Both, since they both love to read.

sings in the shower: Adrian, he is really bad at it but Adele makes him laugh about it.

falls asleep on the couch: Adele, waiting for Bri to come and once she gets there, she wakes her up and they go to bed together.

makes friends with the neighbors: Adele, again she would probably bake them cookies. 

is the adventurous eater: Brielle, she loves food way more then Adele but Adele joins her in the adventurous eating. 

hogs the covers at night: Brielle, which makes Adele cuddle her at night.

forgets to do the dishes: Brielle, she gets busy with her jobs and school that she forgets to do the dishes.

tries to surprise their partner more often: Both, they both like to surprise each other as much as possible.
