"Kunikuzushi."

He quietly said, as you rose from the ground with his help.

"Huh?"

Not getting it the first time, you simply hummed in confusion. Looking at him quizzically, you awaited for his response.

"Jaksau oodjy miu Kunikuzushi."

What.

Oh. You get it.

That was his name. On another note, they don't appear to speak your languages. Damn. That really made the entire situation even more complicated.

You nervously fidgeted with your hands, desperately trying to communicate with him through signs. Though, your signs must be shit, as he didn't get none of the things you were trying to say. He simply stared at you with an unsure look, which made you feel dread deep down in your stomach. You sighed exhausted, putting your hands on your knees, crouching a bit. You had a embarrassed look on your face, as the frustration from this obstacle seemed to get to you. How were you going to say to him that you don't understand him?

Lucky for you, the man seemed to finally get what's making this so confusing. He smiled faintly, chuckling to himself, as he found your frustration amusing. Looking down at you with a pitiful gaze, he thought the more you two interacted, the more you seemed out of the ordinary to him. Simply poking your shoulder, he made you face him. He then gently poked his own chest, pointing at himself. Loudly exclaiming his name, he then pointed at your chest, and turned his head to the side a little. As if he was questioning you.

Your eyes widened a little bit at this gesture, as you did not expect him to get the solution for this conflict so easily. You stuttered some incoherent mumbles at first, still quite surprised with the whole premise. Then, taking a deep breath, exhaling and letting go of your nervousness, you said your name loud enough for him to hear. For a moment, you could see a glint of delight, as he made eye contact with you. He then, quietly hummed your name under his breath, smiling to himself at your acquaintance.

Kunikuzushi, as you recall, turned his back to you and crouched down. You had yet another silent shock, not recognizing what his actions were for at all. He put out his hands towards you, like if he was saying he... wanted to give you a piggyback ride? That's what you have theorized, at least, by your understanding. You just stood in your place for a moment, quite confused on what to do. How can you say that you can walk just okay? But, since he's willing, you carefully climbed on him, dodging his enormous hat, holding on to him tightly.

What you didn't expect though, is the seemingly not much muscular guy suddenly rising in the air with you on his back. His headwear dissapering somewhere while you were too busy being scared to death of the sudden pressure of the air, shutting your eyes closed as his hair flew on your face. Though, the blow eased and now, you were hovering above the forest you previously were in. You looked at the ground with an amazed gaze. Your mouth opened for a bit, letting out a silent "wow" as the breeze flowed through your face. Watching the astonishing landscape, you can't help but feel a sense of relief mixed with calmness inside of you.

A laugh erupting from your carrier distracted you from enjoying the view. You turned to look at the side of his face, with a questioning expression. He probably noticed your head shifting, as he stared back at you with a grin. Was he laughing at you? He simply rolled his eyes, still smiling, he returned his gaze to what's in front of him. Suddenly, you felt your back being pulled back harshly. Feeling your soul leave you body for a moment, you tightened your grip around Scaramouche, subconsciously burying your face in his shoulder. All he did was laugh even louder, as you came into the conclusion that it was him who speeded up to intentionally scare you.

Landing of his feet, he let go of your legs and set you free. You took this chance to playfully hit him as revenge, to what he did while you were flying. To your surprise, the man didn't even flinch at the sight of your raised hand, taking the hit and laughing it off as it was nothing. He then, proceeded to do the most ridiculous thing you never thought he would. He pulled his eye with his index finger, sticked out his tongue and smiled at you in a teasing manner. Exclaiming a "bleh" sound, he continued to piss you off. What a jerk.

You, exaggeratedly acting shocked, landed yet another hit on his arm. But, just as your slap would meet his forearm, he dodged it successfully. A mocking smirk light up on his lips, as he watched you with playfulness in his eyes. Seconds couldn't pass by as he all of a sudden speeded into the plain wheat field that was nearby. You instinctively made sure to follow him, running after him like you would when you played tag. Wait, this was technically tag. You smiled to yourself as you let giggles erupt from your stomach, chasing after an animated man in an unrealistic animated wheat field.

Well, at least he made your stay on his planet endurable on some degree. Enjoyable, even.

Oof, here we go. Part two, continuation as you all asked. Eat your food babes😘. Sorry if this is short or lazy, school has been kicking my ass🙁.

I learned from someone in the comments that in Korean, my name would be spelt 우디 (udi/oodie), because if it were the other way I imagined, it would be pronounced differently (udji/oodji) and that's not what we want. (Thank you!)

And today, I learned from my friend @dawoudi that in the Arabic alphabet, my name would be spelled: أودي.

I love learning new alphabets and I've been thinking about how my name would be written in the two languages I'm learning that don't use a Latin alphabet.

I think in Korean it would be:

우디 or 욷이 (I don't really know if there is a difference in pronunciation between these two)

And I think in Arabic it would be:

ودي

If you know either of these languages, I would love to know if I've guessed right? The pronunciation of my name rhymes with the English "goodie".
