you'd purposefully give people replies with shit grammar just "because you can"? jesus. unintentionally is one thing but purposefully is just rude. you can shout insults to people on the street too, but that doesn't mean you should. proofread your fuckin' replies. out of decency, and not setting out to purposefully confuse people with your writing. -_-

like, don't get me wrong, self-care is fine but not if it affects other people's experiences. this is a multi-person hobby.

okay friend i am               going to reply to this and publish this ask because i’m going to start the conversation on this,   rather than sweeping it underneath the rug and turning anon off.    so,   here is the deal,    the truth,    the fact to which it all boils down.    THAT POST WAS A JOKE.     it was a crack at my own skills when it comes to writing,  it was me being    aware     that i make grammar mistakes and that my english sometimes comes across as butchered.   and you know why this is?   because i am fluent in three languages,   five when you count flemish and limburgian    (   polls are still out if those count as official languages but u know    )     and english is the third language i ever learned and for the record i learned it myself with determination and tumblr rp.     

i do not purposely make grammar mistakes,    i do not purposely mix up words and spelling    (     anyone who has ever talked to me or written with me knows that i cannot for the life of me remember if it is union or onion    and that is fine    )      i have from day one been very open with the fact that english isn’t my first language,   i have from day one been very open with the fact that i make mistakes and that people are more than welcome to correct me.    but you know what else i hope i have been very open with from day one ?   respectful and open communication.    and truth be told,   i feel like you’re attacking me right now based on an    assumption     that you made with a crack ooc post that i made.    a post which was in its core intended to poke fun at myself and my own limitations.   

to assume that everyone here is a native english speaker is   wrong.     and the notion that all writers in this community do not struggle with issues such as dyslexia is equally   wrong.    i can only speak for myself that i do,  indeed,   proofread every reply before i hit publish,    but u know what.   people make mistakes and like you said                  this is a hobby,     and i personally think it wasn’t very cash money of you fam to attack me over a joke post i made.
