Evening Lovelies♡ Sooo I've been thinking a lot this week/end about everything. You know the general stuff: life, love, health and the pursuit to happiness, and I've come to the same connection conclusion: they all depend and thrive on each other. I've also realized that it all starts with ME, and that I need to be fearless, never give up, defy gravity, and change my stars because I'm the only person that can do so. Therefore, I've learned I am the only person in my life that truly matters at the end of the day. I need to stop thinking there is always a lynch mob with pitch forks, ready to burn me at the stake all around me, and that I need to be a lion and "lions don't lose sleep over the opinions of sheep"🦁💤🐑 With that said, I need to realize that "one day" can also mean "day one", so why not start now and why not me? Soo this week, while my workouts haven't truly started (I wanted to start today with my C25K program and other stuff but I had errands in town and sooo many phone calls to make today) and my meals haven't been on point or close to, it just means that as of this week means new beginnings can start and I just have to take it one day at a time, one step at a time, one beginning at a time. So I'm going to start to try to live by some of my favorite quotes, AND by the one I personally massed together to make my own quote: "StayStrong. Let It Go. Be & Stay Fearless. Be Alive & Feisty.
