What does Anthea eat? I've seen everything from vegan to carnivorous lambs and I feel like I need to know what they'd be bringing to the Narinder, Twins and Baba cookout
Prior to the crown the thought of eating meat sickened the lamb, but one of the changes Anthea got alongside the fangs and horns were gradual cravings for it. It scared them at first to smell roasting fish and want to eat it, but they gradually got used to it. They usually prefer fish, so it's something Anthea has in common with the cats. The lamb still does like plant-based foods too though.
Anthea draws a line at cannibalism though-the twins let it slip once that one vessel was fond of tossing heretic bodies into the chest that Narinder and the twins would uh...snack on (look they don't need to eat but Narinder didn't know what else to do with the corpses), annddddd Anthea lost it.
Narinder got a very long earful on how it's not safe feeding kits things he didn't know the source of, and also a 'don't eat people that's disgusting' type lecture. Aym and Baal were amused. Narinder was not.
Being lectured by a like 4ft 8 lamb as if he were a kit himself again was not what Narinder had expected that day lol
How that conversation likely went a little:
Narinder: It was an offering! What else were we supposed to do with it? Anthea: Bury it? Send it back? Do LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE WITH IT???? You can't just feed CHILDREN a corpse! You don't know where it's been! Narinder: I used a curse to cook it, it was FINE. Anthea: *mix of horrified anger* That doesn't make it better????
Needless to say when he later brings up the cannibalism doctrine down the line the Lamb is NOT amused lol.
