#up until 2014 there was an official list of names you can give your kids and like names that start with v elsewhere had to start with w#all names with x had to have it switched to ks (max maks)#only if u had foreign passport/id you were given freedom of naming a kid however you liked#in 2014 they changed the law and everyone can name their child however they like and the govt clerk has to approve#local newspaper called all offices and had a list of cities where they allow your kid to be named belzebub or geralt
