Matching things is what you experience the most with him. Almost everything in your shared apartment or room is the matching half to his. He never gives up dressing up on Halloween either especially if he can match with you. He definitely chooses the food costumes cause he thinks it’s funny 😭. It’s cute though so it can pass. He takes a whole lot of pictures of you both but you swear he’s never had that “storage is full” notification pop up on his phone. (the 68k photos on his phone 🙏🏻)

Chigiri Hyoma

Playing with his hair or yours is what you experience with him. You’re probably one of the few people he let’s touch his hair, but it does make you feel special. He does ask that you be careful if you’re playing with his hair and he does the same if he’s playing with your hair too. Loves doing your hair if he has the time and doesn’t mind if you do his.

Itoshi Sae

Remembering things about you is what you experience with him. He probably doesn’t care to remember anything but what he deems important about his friends, acquaintances, etc. But to you he remembers the small things even if you don’t remember even saying those yourself. You’ve definitely been surprised with a gift from him with something you like even though u hardly remember mentioning it to him.

Doing yoga together is what you experience with him. Honestly even if you aren’t a yoga person he still tells you that you’re free to join him. You probably pushed him while he was in position. Now he incorporates couples yoga into his routine if he knows that you’re gonna participate. Sometimes if you look over to him you can catch him gazing at you with a soft smile especially if he’s helping you with a position or if you’re taking a break. He’s also cautious of you falling, which makes him kinda strict.

Kunigami Rensuke

Going to the gym together is what you experience with him. Even if you don’t like going to the gym it makes you happy that you get to spend time with him. He offers to help you with reps or your routines. Definitely cautious when you’re there with him cause he doesn’t want you getting hurt, but he’s not strict. Ong like your N1 supporter in and out of the gym.

Mikage Reo

Zipping up your dress/putting your jewelry on for you is what you experience with him. You’ve definitely got lots of gifts from him, especially jewelry/clothes. But the thing is he really likes putting them on you more so you’re jewelry. There’s something so romantic about it that makes him like it. He offers to do it for you if he catches you picking the item of you’re choice. Definitely has gotten you something with his initials on it though.

Nagi Seishiro

Sleeping on each other is what you experience with him. Gosh having a 190cm man on top of you is definitely suffocating idk about you 😭. Honestly one of the most stubborn guys out there and won’t let you get up so he will literally just flop on top of you and fall asleep. But he also likes when you’re sleeping on top of him, you’re like a weighted blanket to him. It’s cute but after a while it gets kinda uncomfortable. The only time when you’re able to get up is probably if he moves in his sleep (he definitely does!)

Oliver Aiku

Couples massage is what you experience with him. I feel like he likes massages especially if it’s from you. He’s always hoping that you’ll let him spend a couple more just for the sauna so he can relax with you there. The sauna is such a relaxing place where he doesn’t have to worry about nothing except you. Really nothing else he’d rather do than that besides soccer. You guys r defo regulars at the place and it’s most definitely the best rated place.

Shidou Ryusei

Pillow fights is what you experience with him. It’s actually really fun but sometimes he takes it a bit too far and accidentally injures you. He does apologize and bandage you up though. He hits so hard tho it hurts so it eventually becomes a competition on who can hit the other the hardest with the pillow. You’ve definitely got the air knocked out of you a few times. Let’s you win sometimes though.

Hiori Yo

Him walking you home is what you experience with him. After school, work, etc he walks you home. He says even though walking is slower than a car he gets to spend more time with you. And he even gets you a drink on the way every time. Really loves when there’s a sunset and he’s walking you home because it sets the whole thing. The talks between you two during that are nice, you’re both mostly focused on each other, and how the presence of the other is relaxing.

            Your eyes were starting to water due to the number of flashes from the cameras that were going off around you. The bright lights made it difficult to keep your eyes open, but you knew that this was just part of being in the spotlight.

  Jack places a hand on your arm, slightly shoving you towards the exit. You ignore the yells of your name and continue to make your way off the carpet.

Your bodyguard, who had been standing nearby, steps in to create a path through the crowd, shielding you and Jack from the relentless paparazzi.

  "Did you talk to Jenna?" Jack asks, leaning close enough for his voice to be heard.

You send the bearded man a glare, shaking your head. "No. I don't even think she's walked the carpet yet."

Jack raises an eyebrow before turning his head to the carpet, which is still filled with celebrities and flashing cameras.

He scans the area, searching for any sign of Jenna among the chaos. He then turns back to you with a smirk on his lips. "I think you're just ducking her."

You roll your eyes at Jack's teasing remark.

"Please, like I have time to play hide and seek with Jenna. I'm just trying to avoid the relentless paparazzi."

You gesture towards the swarm of photographers jostling for the perfect shot.

Jack hums, his smile widening. A thought clicks into his head, causing his smile to drop.

"Oh, yeah! I talked to Melissa, and she is fine as fuck."

You thin out your lips. Jack probably didn't know she was married.

"I'll tell her husband you said that."

"You know what they say. Don't let your husband distract you from finding the love of your life."

You chuckle at his joke.

"May I say you look amazing tonight?" The interviewer states, smiling as they admire your appearance.

You smile, bringing your hands together to calm yourself before responding.

"Thank you so much."

"Are you a big fan of the Scream franchise?" The interviewer asks, moving their microphone closer.

You nod, your eyes lighting up with excitement.

"Absolutely! Ghostface is such an iconic character, and I love the twists that they put in the movie. It just always keeps you on your toes."

The interviewer chuckles, sharing your enthusiasm. "I completely agree! The Scream franchise has definitely left a lasting impact on the horror genre with its clever storytelling and memorable characters. Speaking of memorable characters, whose is your favorite?"

You pause for a moment, looking up at the sky as you bite down on your lip.

"Uhh... It's hard to choose just one, but if I had to pick, I would say Roman Bridger. I didn't suspect him at all, and his reveal as the mastermind behind everything in Scream 3 was a total shock. Plus, Scott Foley's performance was absolutely chilling."

The interviewer nods, appreciating your choice. "I couldn't agree more. He's surely one to remember."

You nod again, smiling. "For sure. I've always wanted to play Ghostface. Taking off the mask and revealing your plan must be so fun."

The interviewer laughs and says, "I'm sure you'd do great."

Before you could respond with a thank you, the interviewer speaks up.

"Jenna! It's so nice to see you." You turn to see Jenna, your heart dropping at the sight of her.

You force a tight-lipped smile at the brunette. "Hey Jenna, long time no see," you say, trying to sound casual.

Deep down, you can't help but wonder if she still thinks about you.

Jenna returns the smile. "Yeah, it's been a while," she replies softly.

Memories of your past together flood your mind, and you can't help but wonder if there's still a chance for reconciliation.

"You guys are so stunning, I can't even!" The interviewer gushes, snapping you out of your thoughts.

Jenna chuckles, her eyes meeting yours briefly before she turns her attention back to the interviewer.

"Jenna, I've gotta ask. Are you a fan of Y/N's music?" Jenna nods her head, glancing at you again before answering.

"I am. They're very talented musically, and I'm waiting for another album."

You try to fight back a smile, but it fails miserably. The interviewer notices your failed attempt to hide your smile and chuckles.

"Seems like there's mutual admiration here," they remark, noticing the subtle connection between you and Jenna.

You tilt your head, shrugging a bit. "I guess you could say that. Jenna's very talented herself, both musically and in acting."

Jenna feels the butterflies in her stomach erupt as you compliment her.

She's missed you, and she wants nothing more than to reconnect with you. She blushes slightly and responds, "Thank you."

You walk over to Jenna, interrupting her conversation with Percy. "Jenna."

Jenna turns towards you, a surprised expression on her face as she pauses mid-sentence.

"Come home with me?"

Jenna's eyes widen as she processes your unexpected request, leaving her momentarily speechless.

After a brief moment of hesitation, she nods slowly, her curiosity piqued. "Sure, why not? Let's go."

Percy furrows his eyebrows, watching you and Jenna walk off together.

When you arrive home, you take off your jacket and help Jenna with hers.

Jenna mumbles a thank you before making herself comfortable on the couch.

She looks around the unfamiliar surroundings, seeing as you've changed a few things since the last time she was there.

Jenna's eyes linger on a Polaroid of you and her, capturing a happy memory from months ago. Of course, Jenna still loved you, but was she ready to take the risk of getting hurt again?

She couldn't bear the fact that things might not work out between you two, causing more heartbreak.

Fame had always been a double-edged sword for Jenna. While it had brought her success and recognition, it also came with constant scrutiny and pressure.

It's what ruined you two. Jenna being constantly busy due to acting and you constantly being busy due to singing made it difficult for you both to find quality time together.

Despite the love that still existed between you, the demands of your respective careers created a growing distance that neither of you knew how to bridge.

You walk into the living room, two glasses of wine in your hand. "Actually," Jenna speaks up, and you raise your eyebrows in anticipation.

She continues, "Could we sit on your balcony?"

You nod, a smile tugging at the corners of your lips. "Of course," you say, leading the way to the balcony.

As you settle into the comfortable chairs, the city lights twinkling below, Jenna takes a deep breath and says, "I miss moments like this, just being together without any distractions."

You take a sip of your wine, pausing to savor the flavor before responding. "Me too," you say, gazing out at the night sky.

"I missed you."

Jenna's eyes soften, and she reaches over to gently touch your lap. "I missed you too," she whispers.

"I hope you know that I'm not dating Percy."

"I know," you reply, a small smile forming on your lips. "I knew you wouldn't downgrade like that."

Jenna chuckles softly, her dimples beginning to show. "That's hilarious."

A silence falls over the two of you.

"I couldn't imagine being with anyone other than you," you snap your head towards her, your heart swelling with love at words.

She always knew the right thing to say.

"You're the only one who truly understands me, Y/N." Jenna's eyes meet yours, her brown pupils glistening in the moonlight.

"I can't find myself being vulnerable or trusting with anyone else." She finishes off, breaking away from your gaze.

You don't say anything, you just place your hand over top of hers, which was resting on your lap.

ong rdr2 and dragon age (esp origins) are my two all time FAVOURITE games so I thought ykw fuck it im gonna make a crossover AU - never done an AU before so NGL there’s a lot of kinks to iron out but I’m kinda digging it

started off with a lil’ character sheet for Arthur - I flip flopped between what I would make him (Templar, warden, keep him as a street thief/outlaw etc.) before finally settling on a mix of both warden and street thief/outlaw!! idk Arthur just gives me really strong Grey Warden vibes - a tragic hero (sometimes on a path of redemption depending on the origin/how they played it) who also has smth in them that will eventually kill them, despite having some weird benefits (in Arthur’s case, mentally)?? they’re twinning fr

I also just fucking LOVE the grey wardens so…

so it starts off relatively similar to normal: Arthur joins up with the gang at a young age, becomes a thief yada yada, and after a disastrous robbery, they end up camping in Ferelden, just before the Blight starts (unlucky)

for the purposes of this fic, the gang is only comprised of the camp girls (minus Sadie, for now), Dutch, Hosea, Arthur, John, Jack, Swanson, Pearson, Micah, Bill, Sean, Lenny and Javier - Sadie and Charles appear a bit later!!

shit goes down as normal but for story purposes, a heck of a lot faster, and the gang starts to fracture

seeing this, and wanting better for everyone, especially in the midst of the now upcoming Blight, which Dutch, for whatever reasons, does not acknowledge the danger of, Hosea (WHO LIVES IN THIS SCREW YOU ROCKSTAR) gathers as many people as will listen to him (everyone minus Dutch, Micah, Bill, Javier) with him and splits from the gang and heads towards Denerim in hopes of finding safety/starting anew

during their travels however, the group ends up getting caught up in a battle between a group of grey wardens and dark spawn - in which, because he has the worst luck, Arthur is nicked by a darkspawn which only means one thing: death.

(Literally just realising this is basically carver in the deep roads)

Luckily, or unluckily, depending on how you view it, the grey wardens offer to take Arthur back to Ostagar with them, they were impressed by his fighting skills, and arguing that the only way for him to live was to become a grey warden

after a lot of hesitation, and a bit of arguing, as he doesn’t want to leave his family behind, Arthur agrees to go with them and parts ways with the remains of the gang, promising that, once this was all over, they’d find each other again

SO I feel like this is enough for now! I definitely have more to write on this and NGL I might even write a full blown fanfic of this BC ITS SO MUCH FUN??

if anyone is wondering, Arthur will meet Sadie n Charles at Ostagar

I’m not entirely sure if I want Arthur to be the HoF in this AU?? I am very much planning on him being a prominent figure in the fight against the Blight and the Archdemon but idk?? ALSO there will be characters from both games in this AU bc I love some of them too much to leave out (I’m looking at you Morrigan and Shale…)

I did kind of want him to be a Blackwall type figure but like if Blackwall acc became a Grey Warden 💀

I'm very curious about Modern AU Primis Richtofen and how it usually would be spending evenings with his s/o

a/n: i wish i could understand the appeal behind domesticity when it comes to modern aus 😭😭 i default to wanting to teach the crew internet lingo- 

♡ i feel like it's just in edward's blood to pick a mentally demanding job, no matter what timeline or universe he's in. the man can't catch a break frrr…

♡ so, usually when comes home from whatever job he has, the absolute first thing he does is basically face plant onto the softest thing he can find so he can decompress for a good couple of minutes. 

♡ it's not uncommon for him to just grab you and flop on the couch during this little "ritual" of his. you better pray you weren't doing anything important because you have a tall german man clinging onto you like a koala and he will be VERY upset if anything interrupts this quick cuddle time. 

♡ after that, i think anything is fair game! he'll usually talk to you about his day, and he'll listen if you want to tell him about yours. he's a good listener :3 (shocking, i know)

♡ this is just a general headcanon i have, but he's definitely the type to have a chore chart or something like that. he doesn't like housework being a one-sided thing, he does his part and he expects you to do yours too. (though, he'll give you a free pass or two if you bribe him <3)

♡ with that in mind, it's not uncommon for him to be the one cooking dinner. he actually quite enjoys being in the kitchen, it's calming for him at times. richtofen's entertained the thought of cooking with you before but he tends to get very commanding when he cooks and he doesn't want to treat you like that :[ (he'll save that for the bedroom JKJK)

♡ i definitely feel like it's also a common occurrence for you two to be doing completely different activities, even though you're basically right beside each other. richtofen usually always has something he needs to be doing, and your presence makes it a lot easier for him to put the work in. he just likes existing with you, it makes him happy. there has been a lot of times where you have both been sitting on the couch and he's working on some kind of paperwork and you're working on your own projects, and you're both there and you're happy :) 

♡ richtofen definitely has suggested some kind of game night to you before. you indulged him, but quickly regretted it because instead of something fun like monopoly or charades, he instead wanted to play things like chess or scrabble. luckily, there's a bunch of board games that combine both fun and intellectual capability, so you haven't ruled game night out entirely. god help you if he suggests playing a game he created himself. 

♡ occasionally, you'll have movie night, in which you will have to brave richtofen critiquing a movie to dust for the entire duration of said movie. he'll shut up if you "shh" him a couple of times, but he'll pout about it. if he's lucky, you're one of those people that like video essays so you'll listen to every single one of his critiques and add in a few of your own. he'd give cinemasins a run for their money ong- 

♡ more often than not, you'll be ready for bed before him. you practically have to drag him to bed every night because he'll always, and i mean ALWAYS, tell you he has some more work to do and he'll meet you in a few minutes, which then turns into a few hours, which then turns into him falling asleep at his desk and waking up late for work. no matter how many times you scold him, this never changes. you're about to chain him to the bed at this point.

bazillion word long bones and all overthinking below be warned

i've been rotating bones and all in my mind since it came out on vod (sorry to my two friends who had to deal with my 3 separate multiparagraph rants about it in our gc, you know who you are and you're stronger than the troops) and like despite the movie having quite a few flaws i can't rate it anything lower than a 10/10 in my head. like i found myself agreeing with most negative reviews (at least partially when it came to things like the script, although they often focused too much on the "ahhh it's so gross like omg" thing like yeah obviously. did you just find out it's 2022 movie directed by luca gauadagnino staring taylor russell and timothee chalamet too or?) but the film as a whole just works so well for me. it's most likely just the tumblr cannibalism brainworms i have chronically but like it just hits. but also it could've hit so much harder if it did things a little different.

like it was very very unhorny. which i think works to it's detriment. again maybe it's the hannibal girlie in me speaking but like how can you make a movie like this and not sexualize it like bro. there are some scenes where it feels like they went out of their way to make it unhorny to the detriment of every other element of the scene.

but i also really enjoy how the movie leaves the question of ~what the cannibalism represents~ up to the veiwer. while it obviously leads pretty heavily to each conclusion it really comes down to whatever connects with the viewer the most. i've heard everything from queerness to addiction to generational trauma and they all made sense.

the one element i'm most mixed on is the performances. taylor russell flips flops between absolutely devouring a scene and just kind of staring blankly with giant doe eyes. then timothee chalamets performance was good, having some even great moments, but it felt like he was playing a different character half way through the movie. like in the mannerisms and delivery of dialogue maybe i'm just crazy or something but it was really distracting for me. and the mark rylance is doing... that. sure it's creepy as fuck but it's like family guy pedophile levels of cartoony, which i think would work fine if it weren't for another thing, the tone.

bones and all takes itself seriously the entire runtime and it works against it at multiple points, from mark rylances whole character to one specific line that literally everyone i know who's scene it said made them laugh from the delivery. i also think the film is afraid to fully get visceral. most of the gruesome elements are not shown fully on screen and left to the (absolutely amazing) sound design. which works *fine* until the final scene which has no sound and shows nothing and really kills it. it could've been such an intimate moment if the camera just got in the general radius of the action. again, unhorny to a fault. i do think it could've work a little bit better if it allowed itself a little more leeway. it feels like it's ashamed to be a horror film

and then obviously the cinematography is amazing and the soundtrack goes crazy goes stupid and me and who and you know all the shit i have to say.

"have you studied for the- oh hi!" you started, your black and white colored fluffy bestfriend suddenly laying down by your feet. you lifted a finger, motioning to levi on the other side of the facetime call to wait for a second.

levi rolled his eyes, slightly despising the way that stupid dog of your got your attention once again. you bent down, picking up your dog and setting it on your lap.

"sorry, ms. clingy over here wanted some attention" you chuckled, lifting your dog up to the camera to show levi before setting her back down on your lap.

"tch. like always" levi grumbled, rolling his eyes once again and you laughed. you turned back to your open textbook to recall what you were about to ask him before your dog interrupted you.

"i haven't, i was going to ask if you wanted to study so we could ask each other questions" levi said, also looking at his book. you hummed in reply, pulling out your notes and scattering them on your desk.

"sure thing. which one should we study first?" you asked, going through your notes as you and levi got started. it was going well for a couple minutes when your dog suddenly stood up on your lap.

"you can't stand on my desk, i'm studying with levi. i'll give you attention when i'm done, okay?" you chuckled at your dog, putting her back down on your lap. she whimpered sadly, looking up at you with her best puppy eyes.

"oi, shithead. focus on studying, i'm not helping if you fail because of that stupid dog of yours" levi grumbled, you looked past your dog to look at him through your phone screen and chuckled.

"oh come on, how can you not give her attention? look at her" you defended, picking your dog up and showing her to the camera. levi glanced up, saying nothing before turning back to his book. "tch"

you laughed and shook your head at him, giving your dog a little kiss on the top of the head before turning back to continue studying as well. levi restrained himself from glaring at the dog on his phone screen, as much as he loves her, she's such an attention stealer when it came to you.

a few days passed and levi was over at your house to hang out and keep you company after school. you set your bag by the door, opening your arms when your dog came running towards you and levi.

"tch. there was not a time where i came over to your house and the first thing you did was give that stupid dog some attention" levi grumbled, petting the dog in your arms as you laughed.

she barked at levi, wagging her tail happily upon recognizing him. you chuckled and transferred her over to him, she immediately licked him in the face once she got settled in his arms.

you chuckled at him, grabbing your bag off the floor and walking to your living room before flopping down on the couch. levi followed behind you, putting your dog down on the floor.

"put the series you wanted to watch, i'll go prepare these" levi said, grabbing the bag of food that you both got from the convenience store on the way back. you nodded, reaching for the tv remote to start the series you were telling him about earlier.

"don't burn the house down!" you jokingly said. levi clicked his tongue at you and shook his head before disappearing into the kitchen.

you pulled up the movie you wanted to watch when your dog jumped on the couch, flopping down on your lap and rolled over to show you her belly.

"oh you want a belly rub?" you asked, switching from your normal voice to your baby voice out of instinct. she wagged her tail happily at you and barked, you chuckled and began rubbing her belly.

meanwhile, levi came back from the kitchen with the two bowls of food only to see you giving your full attention to your dog again. as much as he loves her, it sort of made him jealous how she always has your full attention - he found it quite stupid really, getting jealous over a dog.

how can he not get jealous? especially when he has been crushing on you for years now. levi wanted your attention to be on him but your cute and fluffy attention stealer of a dog always manages to have your attention even when he's right beside you.

but he can make an exception, no matter how much that stupid dog catches your attention, he can't really deny the fact that is indeed cute.

"oi, enough with the belly rubs and let her eat some food" levi said, setting the bowls down on the coffee table. your dog barked at him, rolling off of your lap and laying down in the space between the both of you.

"is this the part two of the series we're watching?" levi asked and you nodded, sitting cross legged on the couch and pressing play. the two of you ate your food and watched episode after episode.

hours passed and you watched episode after episode and movie after movie. you got dinner delivered and you were in the middle of eating when your phone vibrated on the table. you grabbed it, reading the message that just came through from your parents.

"business trip gonna be extended for a few more days. ask levi to keep you company if you want. call if you need anything" you read out loud. levi looked at you, his hand continuing to pet your dog that was sleeping on his lap.

"reply and tell them that i can't really leave because your dog turned me into her bed" levi said, looking down at the sleeping dog on his lap. you laughed, taking a picture of the both of them and sending it to your parents.

"guess she found a new bed. make sure to lock the doors before you go to sleep. be safe, you two" you read, turning to levi and chuckled. he simply rolled his eyes, shaking his head and continued to bundle of fur sleeping on him.

the both of you stayed up for a few more hours until you decided to finally crash for the night. you scooped your dog up in your arms as levi followed you upstairs.

"goodnight, levi" you said in between yawns, entering your bedroom and rubbing the sleep from your eyes to keep yourself awake for a few more minutes and levi chuckled.

"goodnight, brat" levi said, giving your dog a goodnight pet on the head before walking down the hall to the guest bedroom where he usually stays whenever he's over at your house.

you flopped down on the bed, setting your dog down by your feet. you gave her a goodnight kiss on the head and laid down. it didn't take you long until you fell asleep.

meanwhile, levi had just fell asleep when he heard scratching at the door. his eyes opened, groggily dragging himself out of bed to open the door for your rather clingy dog.

"what are you doing here? you're supposed to be next to y/n" levi whispered, picking up the small black and white dog in his arms and walking down the hall to your bedroom.

as quietly as he could, he pushed the already opened door to your bedroom. levi carefully set the dog down by your feet, petting her as she licked his hand in reply.

"now stay and keep y/n company" levi said, the dog wagged her tail and licked his hand again as if telling him that she would. he nodded, glancing at your sleeping frame.

a smile pulled at the corner of his lips, finding you beautiful even when asleep. he brushed the hair away from your face and tucked it behind your ear.

"i love you. goodnight" levi whispered, pulling the blankets up to cover you more. he gave your dog one more pet on the head before turning around to head back to the guest bedroom.

you woke up the next day to the smell of breakfast foods wafting in the air. you stretched your arms above your head and dragged yourself out of bed, you quickly brushed your teeth and washed your face before heading downstairs.

your dog waddled over to you happily once you reached the final step of the stairs. you chuckled, picking her up and giving her the usual morning cuddle.

"good morning, you're pretty hyper this morning" you giggled, fighting the urge to squeeze your dog as she barked at you and licked your cheek.

you chuckled, heading to the kitchen with her in your arms. the smell of pancakes filled the air as levi stacked some on a plate.

"good morning, levi" you said, coming up next to him to take a peek at the food he was cooking. he glanced at you, a subtle smile on his face but it quickly turned into a scowl when he saw that the dog was in your arms again.

"good morning, brat" levi mumbled, glaring at your dog as she looked at him innocently and wagging her tail happily at him as if she didn't do anything.

"tch. you're stealing all the attention again, you stupid fluffy dog" levi grumbled quietly to himself, turning back to the food he was cooking when you turned back to him.

"that stupid dog of yours was scratching my door in the middle of the night last night" levi said, putting another piece pancake on a plate and glanced at you.

"oh no. she didn't wake you up, did she?" you said, half way through shoving a pancake in your mouth as you turned to levi. he rolled his eyes and shook his head at your dog.

"she did. i put her back on your bed" levi said, turning off the stove once he finished with his cooking. you put your dog down at setting the table so the both of you could get breakfast.

"i'm so sorry, levi. ms. clingy over here just really gets excited whenever you're over. you should've woken me up" you said, sighing - feeling guilty that he woke up in the middle of the night because of your dog.

"tch. it's fine, brat" levi assured, putting the plates of pancakes on the table.

"besides, you looked beautiful asleep. i didn't want to wake you" levi quietly said to himself but you heard him. your eyes widened a bit, looking at him and arching an eyebrow in question.

"and because of that stupid dog of yours, i got to say 'i love you' to you last night" levi added, standing up from his seat to get your morning beverages. you almost choked on your pancake, eyes widening even more as butterflies erupted in your stomach.

"what did you say?" you asked, looking at levi as he froze in his place when he realized that you probably heard him.

"i-i said, uh, i said, i love you to your dog last night?" levi said, which came out more like a question rather than a statement and obviously lying as you shook your head at him.

"no. i heard you, levi. say it again, i need to make sure i heard you right" you said, nervously fiddling with your thumbs underneath the table as levi sighed in defeat. he leaned against the counter and looked away from you so his back was towards you instead.

"i-i said, i l-love you to uh y-you last night" levi admitted in defeat, looking down at his hand that rested against the counter. you stared at his back for a second, processing what he said before you stood up from your seat and crossed the room, stopping just behind him.

"levi. look at me" you said, gently commanding him as levi sighed once again and turned around to face him. you looked up at him, looking in his eyes as you tried to find the right words to say.

"you meant it, right?" you asked, wanting to make sure that he felt the same way. levi maintained the eye contact before nodding and whispering a small 'yes'.

you released a relieved sigh, unable to stop the smile from pulling into the corner of your lips as you giggled. a blush tinted levi's cheeks as he looked away from you.

"good, because i feel the same way" you said, levi looked back at you with slightly wide eyes. your dog suddenly barked, wagging her tail at levi as if telling him that you were telling the truth.

"see? even my dog is saying that i do feel the same way. probably because she's seen me multiple times how excited i get whenever i would see your name flash on my phone screen whenever you call or when you come over- oomph" you babbled but you were cut off when levi's lips crashed itself against yours.

levi wrapped his arms around your waist as you wrapped yours around his neck. you pulled each other closer, sharing a loving kiss in the middle of the kitchen before pulling away to get some air.

you rested your forehead against levi's, smiling at him as the two of you panted softly. a smile also pulled at the corner of his lips, shyly turning away when heat rose to his cheeks again.

your dog barked at the two of you as you looked at her, wagging her tail excitedly. you chuckled and levi rolled his eyes at her jokingly.

"fine. thank you to you, you stupid fluffy dog" levi grumbled and you laughed, she barked at him as if she was satisfied with his answer as he shook his head and turned back to you.

"who knew that my dog would be the reason why we end up confessing to each other?" you chuckled, resting your head on levi's chest as he swayed the both of you side to side.

"i still don't like her for always stealing your attention" levi grumbled, cradling the back of your head as you giggled.

"oh shush. you love her as much as you love me" you said, pulling away from him to take your seat on the dining table again to start breakfast as levi followed you.
