and honestly? dear anon, whom im assuming is sending this only in good faith: if this is the first thing you think to send me upon discovering the fanart ive made, will you do something else small for me? including the pilot theres only 8 episodes, total culminative back-to-back runtime maybe an hour and a half-ish--i only want you to take a peek. just try it, with the link i threw up there so you dont have to worry about contributing meaningfully to the shows recorded popularity in stream numbers (or hell even some out of context compilations on youtube to get a flavor if you havent, or even the REVIEWS! people have reviews for it!).

at minimum i just want you to consider it, mull it over, think about what the WORST POSSIBLE consequences of the decision to check the show out honestly could be. ideally itd be a good idea to try this with every media you come across that youve heard mud about, to create informed opinions that are wholly your own is something important to be practiced!!

take a bunnyhop of faith! i love you and you can fill my inbox with episode-by-episode vicious breakdowns if you find its totally shit-assed to your tastes, i have FAITH in your intelligence and this is an obnoxiously over-explained wall of text already in the vain attempt to not sound too condescending. What do you think of Oneyg?

I grew out of Newgrounds-style humor. It all starts to blur together after a certain point. Yeah, great, you’re super offensive and edgy, just like everyone else was. Please watch my Flash movie where Sonic and Mario fight to the death and Mario literally bathes in Sonic’s blood after Sonic takes an actual dump on him. Teeheeheehee! I said “dump”!

That’s not entirely fair to Oney, but I see too many shades of that kind of humor in his stuff. He trades in varieties of offensive/shock and random humor, and I got bored of that stuff sometime after high school. That’s not to say something of his can’t make me laugh, it’s just rare.

Part of that is because he still uses words like “faggot” and “gay” and boy do I not like that even a little bit. That’s what I mean when I still see shades of edgy Newgrounds humor in his stuff. It makes him look like a jerk.

Usually why I misspell things because it’s spelled how I would pronounce it irl ★ I still sleep with two blankies from my childhood (they’re wonderful for neck support) and my old pikachu pillow ★ I refuse to shave my legs cuz I only wear pants. For some reason I hate wearing anything that’s shorter than ankle length.  ★ I’ve been dying my hair the black and blonde stripes since high school (about a decade now). I used to dye the stripes purple in college and for 6 months attempted to go ‘normal’ before switching back. I’m not 100% sure what my natural hair color is anymore, it used to be dishwater blonde but it seems to be a darker brown now.
