Taemin is the type of kisser who will get shy around you, kissing you properly makes him very giddy

Kisses remind Taemin that he’s with you, something that he often struggles to truly believe

His favourite place to kiss you is against the tip of your nose, as he loves when you kiss him there too

He loves the intimacy that can often come with kisses as it manages to bring you both closer together

One thing that you often let Taemin know with a kiss is that you’re proud or that you’re impressed with him

No other kiss means as much to him as a reunion kiss though, especially when you’ve been apart for a while

Kissing you around others is very rare for Taemin, mostly as he knows it makes him vulnerable for a teasing

The bell above the door rings, prompting you to look up from wiping down the counter. As much as the sound usually annoys you, this time you will give it a pass if only because of who’s arrived. Your eyes barely meet but he’s already turning his face away. Cute. 

It’s not too long since he first visited and then became a regular - for a very obvious reason, might you add. It flatters you, really. Even if it’s annoying that he’s so obvious that all your coworkers know. Like just now, when you also look away to keep working on the stubborn stain, and you get a subtle nudge from one of them. You roll your eyes. 

“He’s looking at you. I mean he’s pretending to look at the menu, but he’s not,” the culprit whispers your way. Not like you can’t feel eyes on you.

“I bet he’s gonna order the same thing as always. Anyway, did you figure out what you're gonna do?”

The last time the cute guy, Giuk (unless he’s giving a fake name for his orders), visited he left his number on the receipt. Then crossed it out to the point it became illegible. Then wrote his instagram handle right underneath, just to cross it out too - he just didn’t do that good of a job. Good enough that you were not able to find him due to the missing letters, though. 

And sure, maybe if you were overthinking it you could persuade yourself that he wasn’t leaving his number for you. For someone else, maybe? But then again you were the only person he kept looking at - and that’s including the friends he usually comes in with. Flattering, very flattering. You wish he cut it with the slow burn, though.

“I’m gonna scam him,” you smirk at your coworker. 

Before he can question you further, though, the customers make a move. The friend orders first and you swear he gives your victim a meaningful look before walking off to the side to wait for his drink. Then your cute guy steps up.

“Hello,” he greets as usual, fiddling the phone in his hand. As expected, he orders the same as usual. You almost want to call him out. While you’re ringing him up, he opens and closes his mouth a couple times, like he wants to say something. He never does, though, so you pretend to make a mistake to have an excuse to put his order in again and give him a chance to try one more time. He doesn’t, even if you give him a curious look. He looks away. You can’t help but think he looks disappointed.

“You know there’s this promo event going on,” you say nonchalantly, the script well-rehearsed in your head, “If you follow the cafe on instagram there’s a small sale on your order. Unless you’re already following.”

“Oh, I’m not, wait a minute.” 

It’s adorable, the way Giuk jumps at the opportunity and also keeps looking at you as if you’re gonna walk away if he takes too long - and not even acknowledging you haven’t said anything to his friend. He shows you his screen as he taps the follow button and smiles warmly when you thank him. 

“No, thank you,” he hesitates for a second, “Do you have to follow the page too since you’re working here?”

Mentally you raise an eyebrow at that. Does he want to play the same game you’re about to? If so, maybe you should put your plan on hold a little… No. He’d just drag it out anyway.

“We don’t but most of us do,” you shrug, “It’s a good way to get reminders about the news.”

He nods, again seemingly trying to find words while you put the employee discount on his order (nobody will know anyway) and he has to pay. He lingers for a bit longer when everything is done and carefully takes the receipt from you. 

Your coworker is already done with both of their orders in the meantime and readily hands them over, effectively chasing him away, before crowding you as you hide to pull out your phone.

“Explain?” he prompts before invading your personal space.

“Remember how I couldn’t find him from that scribble? I should be able to guess it now if I see that name-” Bingo. But he really needs to work on his handwriting. 

“Oh?” he’s already leaning over your shoulder to see. 

The profile is private but how many people still wear leopard print and have such pretty earrings? Here goes nothing, you think as you press the follow button and promptly hide the phone back into your pocket. You return to your tasks as if nothing happened, your nosy coworker whining behind you. Probably for the first time, it’s you nervously checking on the crushing guy. 

He’s already on his phone and then, all of a sudden, he freezes. After a beat he looks up, eyes wide and mouth agape. You send him a sheepish smile that quickly grows when you see Giuk brighten up. You feel your phone vibrate and take it out. As expected, there’s a request waiting for you too. As soon as you accept it, he sends the first message.

You really hope he’s less shy over texts or your poor heart won’t handle it.

Hey not to overstep any boundaries or anything but I've been sitting on this for a while and I think it will be for the best for me to tell you that I think your Jonghyun is having an affair with a woman that I've seen coming over  to your house a lot when you are and aren't home. I'm sure it must be hard for you to hear this since presumably you know this other woman and you won't want to believe me so I've compiled all of the evidence I found into this email for you to read and then do what you want with. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this.

“Hmm.” Jinki scrolls through the email, chin in his hand, thumb on his lips, a little furrow between his brows. It goes on for quite a while and even has some pictures to go with it. Fascinating. “Hey Jonghyun?” he asks, not looking up from his phone but speaking to the other side of the couch.

“What?” Jonghyun asks. Jinki, still scrolling and not even halfway down the email, stops and just swipes real hard to go all the way back up to read the name.

“Miss nosy from across the street seems to think that you're having an affair on me,” he says blandly. “Is there anything you want to tell me?” he asks, looking up finally.

“What?” Jonghyun asks again, but not because he's confused or anxious suddenly or anything, Jinki thinks. It's probably a lot to do with the thick strap on that he's currently bouncing himself on, eyes hooded and unfocused and breath coming up short as he clings around Gwiboon’s shoulders.

“An affair,” Gwiboon says dramatically, lifting one hand from Jonghyun’s booty to press delicately against her cheek. “Oh dear. I hope you can get to the bottom of it soon.” She rolls her head against the back cushions of the couch to smirk at Jinki. “I'll help if you want,” she says, transferring her hand from her cheek to Jonghyun’s cheek, wiping away the line of drool that leaks from the corner of his mouth, and slipping her thumb inside to press down on his tongue all without looking.

“Wha?” Jonghyun says dazedly around her thumb. He whines, pulling himself closer to nuzzle at her neck, her jaw. “Why did you—why’d you stop— spanking me?” he whines. Gwiboon tsks and coos at him, pushing her thumb all the way into his mouth before taking it out and sliding her hand down his body and back to his booty, where she gives it a harsh slap. As Jonghyun shudders and whimpers out little words of gratitude and begs for more, Jinki smiles fondly and looks back to his phone. Thanks for letting me know, he writes as a reply to the email. I'll definitely look into it.

i actually sent onew of my moots a drabble abt yan neuvi x reader x yan wrio but since she hasnt responded yet i will tell u guys abt this idea neow because i am frohging at the mouth at this idea

so basically imagine u work for neuvillette right, ur his precious assisstant n get pampered by him a lot. he obviously loves u and is obsessed because yes. but u get frequently sent down to the fortress on work or smth #sadneuvillette. wriothesley gets to know u from there n he chats with u because why not. he knows that the chief justice is enamoured with u so he takes the chance to get to know u better. to see what it is abt you that has monsieur neuvillette seeing hearts.

and wow who knew he would fall for u too am i right aha.

and since the two of them r friends or smth they decide to share you. just between themselves, because thats what friends do. they don't want others to enjoy ur presence or grace any longer, they simply can't stand it. thus the two of them come up with this genius plan where wriothesley frames you for something n sends u to court where neuvillette declares u guilty. obv the two of them get someone else to do the accusation (because they doesn't want u to know it's them who did it) but really, they were the one who lied n stuff, and if u just connected the dots it would be obvious who the culprit really was. anyways, neuvillette personally escorts u down to the fortress n hands u over to wriothesley who takes u to a private cell which honestly... looks more like a hotel room rather than a prison.

u r confused as to why this happened but dont worry, everything will be explain shortly. and the two of them will show you just how much they love you. after all, they did all this just to show you how much you mean to them, to show you how much they love you.

I was always aware of SHINee as their debut was while I was in high school, I knew a few songs myself due to just basically living on the internet. They're one of my husbands main groups, so I heard a little more of them when I met him, and a little bit of Onew's and Jonghyun's solo work.

So after becoming a "proper/official" kpop fan with Ateez, I've been expanding, and learning more about SHINee was, of course, a short jump. I've been enjoying their music, mostly the title tracks so far while going into the B sides when I have the time to sit. We've watched interviews, variety shows, performances, etc.

So during this time I found out Jonghyun is my favorite out of the group. His voice is amazing/distinct, his writing is amazing, and I find his personality charming. Since then I've slowly listened through his solo work over the course of a few days. Again, wonderful work. I went into this knowing he was no longer around. When I realized he was my favorite member I did feel happy, but I definitely felt upset considering...well. Yeah. His work still moves me, and watching him still makes me laugh as well as many other emotions. But I'm sad. I want to see where he would be today, I want to see the work he would have made. I'm mad at the forces that failed him. As I've been familiarizing myself with him, it feels like I'm leaving flowers at a resting place. I'm just sad. I wish I had been around during his life. I'm also very much trying to push back on the feelings that my sadness isn't...valid? But that's mostly just my own mental illness. Anyway this has become a drabble.

It seems a lot of the fandom prefers to celebrate what he left behind. I'm sure I'll get there at some point, but for now I'm gonna sit through my feelings. Maybe then I'll be able to see things post 2017. But if a part of him is in any of forces the universe, I hope he knows that people are still finding and appreciating him. I think he's amazing, and a shining star.

I hoped I’d meet someone like you for a long time.

You twirl the piece of paper between your fingers again. Your cheeks hurt, yet no matter how much you try, you can’t stop smiling. Reading the note again, for what feels like the hundredth time, surely doesn’t help but you can’t stop yourself. Not until it’s all you see when you close your eyes.

Ever since Yonghoon picked up this new hobby of his, your heart has been working overtime. It’s compliments, it’s confessions, it’s memories and dreams you share. Not so much pick up lines and flirty comments. You suppose they’re not fun if he can’t see you get shy. It’s not unlike him to be romantic, not by a long shot. You just haven’t expected he’d stick to it for so long.

You admire the half full jar of all the notes he left you and feel yourself melting. Scraps of paper, sticky notes, pieces of tissues, little origami bunny you’re sure he didn’t fold himself. All made special by his handwritten love. Some fell from your shirts, some you found on your mug, some laid waiting for you on the keyboard of your laptop. One he stuck to your forehead before running out the door, claiming to be late. The part of you that’s not used to being loved like this is yelling at you to be cautious. It’s warning you that this is too good to be true.

Yet you know that while that might be so, it’s only in the best way. That you’re safe and living a wonderful reality. All it takes is one sneaky look at Yonghoon bouncing on the spot after you gave him a taste of his own medicine to know he’s in deep. A simple you steal my heart more every day and your boyfriend turns into an excited puppy. The resemblance is uncanny as he turns all around to spot you and when he does, he makes a beeline towards you to envelop you in the most bone-crushing hug yet.

“I love you,” he breathes into your ear. You feel the smile on his lips as they brush against your skin. You sacrifice the last bit of air in your lungs to return the confession.

“I won’t lose to you,” he warns you right after - finally giving you enough space to breathe in.

“I don’t-” you’re promptly shut up with a kiss. All this just because of a silly note. Just one. Butterflies swarm in your stomach as you think about all the happy memories you could make returning his gesture in the same way he does it. No - bigger, better. You will beat him at his own game. A decision is made.

Well, you’ll get to it once you’re not breathless. Once you can focus on more than Yonghoon’s hand in your hair, the other on your waist. His lips finally part with yours, only to come back for one more kiss. 

“I really love you,” he whispers. He stays so close you could get lost in his eyes. 

“And I really really really love you too,” you don’t hesitate, “But I want you to know that if we’re turning this into a competition, I’ll definitely win.”

He grins, dangerous and wolfish, while he leans closer and cups your face. He doesn’t even need to kiss you to take your breath away, the anticipation is enough.

“You’re on,” he says before leaving a quick peck on your nose and running off. You almost forgot he had places to be. 

You watch him throw his bag over his shoulder and carefully maneuver the guitar case through the door and slip your hands into your pockets. The pockets that should be empty. The pockets, one of which is not. You laugh in disbelief.

You’ll always be mine. I hope you’re prepared to spend the rest of your life with me. 

Honestly, you’re not sure. Because this really is too good to be true. Because maybe he deserves better.

But Yonghoon wants what he wants. You know how stubborn he is. So if he believes you’re the one, who are you to argue with him.

A/N: Happy birthday to one of the cutest leaders I know <3

No matter how many times Jinki ran his hands over his cream slacks, he couldn't get rid of the sweaty palms sensation. Sure, his body hadn't produced sweat in centuries but that fact did little to the feeling go away.

Today was the day.

All the paperwork was done. Any registration fees were paid. He just needed to ask you. Make it official on paper.

A quick glance at his watch reminded him that you should be getting off the bus soon. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.. Everything would be alright. Even if you rejected his request, it wouldn't be the end of the world.

You knocked on the door lightly. It'd be difficult, if not impossible, for other people to hear it, but you knew he could be deep in his basement and still pick up the sound. He opened the door and smiled. "____, welcome."

You smiled sweetly and stepped inside. "The storm's starting to kick up. I brought my overnight bag, just in case." You held up the leopard print backpack. "Hope that's okay."

He nodded and closed the door. "Of course it is. I prefer it over traveling so late."

You laughed. "Somehow I knew you'd say that." You stepped close and poked his cheek, eyeing the reaction of his skin. "Hm, you're a little dryer than usual." You stepped back and peeled off your scarf and coat. "Have you been overdoing it again?"

He avoided your perceptive gaze. "It couldn't be helped. I needed to pickup documents and return them as quickly as possible."

You sighed and turned on your heel. "Then we should go ahead and get started." You beckoned him to follow with a few curls of your finger. Like a lovesick puppy, his feet obeyed. It wasn't until you pulled your shirt collar away from your throat that he even noticed you were seated, waiting for him to drink his fill.

"Oh, no." He shook his head to clear away the fog. "I wanted to talk with you first."

"Oh?" You blinked then let go of your shirt. "What about? Is it my work schedule? I can request to get off earlier, but I'm not sure my boss will allow it."

"Well, yes but not exactly." He went to his desk and plled out the contract he picked up from H&V Resources. "You made a comment last month about how it'd be easier to be a live-in donor--"

You glanced at him then at the papers in his hand before jumping to your feet. "Is that--" Fear and sorrow flowed from your pores like a thick, bitter syrup completely unlike your usual light floral scent. "Oh. I-I didn't mean to upset or offend you. It's just been a mess at work and being with--I'm mean, around you--Oh, God. Please don't fire me--"

He shushed you with a cold fingertip against your trembling lips. "I wouldn't dream of it." When he was certain you'd calmed down, he held up the papers. "It took me a while to get permission and the permits, but I'd like to ask you to be my personal live-in donor."

Your jaw dropped.

"As you said then, it'd be much easier if you lived here with me." He gestured to your surroundings. "I have plenty of space. I'm offering a six-figure salary as well as health and life insurance." He passed the papers to you.

"Mr. Lee, that's a lot of money."

"I realize that. That's why I hoped to have you take on the role as my personal assistant with my company as well. You could help me avoid 'overdoing it,' as you say. It'd benefit you as I wouldn't need to feed as often." When that thoughtful look settled on your face as you flipped through the pages, the sweaty palms came back. He shoved his hands into his pockets. "Feel free to take your time to look over--"

"Where's a pen?" You searched the top of his desk and found one. Before he thought to stop you, you were going through and signing and initialing wherever highlighted.

"I-I thought you'd want to take your time to read it thoroughly." It was a lot to process given all the disastrous ways he imagined things turning out.

"It's a no-brainer. I hate my other job and we get along great. On top of that, you're essentially offering a way to turn my life around. Even one year working for you would pay off my debts." Your words were rushed and your hand shook as you blitzed through the contract. "Imagine me being able to lease a car!"

Your happiness was contagious, treating him to a richer flavor of your scent he'd never experienced. "I'd be happy to help you get a car. I could also loan you one of mine as a company car."

You paused and looked at him with a mixture of shock and glee. "I've never had a job with a company car before." Doubt flittered through your mind. "Are you sure you want me for this?" Worry filled your eyes and it melted his heart.

"____, dear. May I be brutally honest with you?" When you nodded he took one of your hands in his. "You are one of the most brilliant, endearing, and compassionate people I've ever met. There's no one else I trust, or want, to give this position to."

"Thank you so much." You blushed then returned to the contract. You scribbled your name on the final page and handed the stack to him. "It'll be a pleasure living with you."

He chuckled and accepted the contract. "I'm almost positive the pleasure will be all mine."

You’re on the way home at the end of a long day and you’re lucky enough to find a free seat on the bus for you to rest your tired legs while sitting down. You don’t pay the tall young man next to you any attention at first. Instead, you look past him and out of the window, watching the scenery pass by as the bus brings you closer to your home. It’s as if the light of the streetlamps is racing by instead of the other way around, and you get lost in your thoughts when you hear someone’s voice humming a silent melody. You’re not sure where the music is coming from at first, but once your eyes find the face of the young man sitting right next to you, you realize it’s him. You can’t help but smile softly at his beautiful voice, which abruptly stops when he notices you staring at him. “Oh,” he exclaims, “excuse me! I didn’t realize I was humming out loud…” He seems to really feel bad and lowers his head in the narrow seat, but you wave it off. “Please don’t apologize! I enjoyed it, actually…” you admit. Flustered, he blinks at you in surprise, unsure what to say, until he forces out a “Thank you”. You chuckle at him and he continues humming his little song, while the bus draws near to your stop and deep inside you hope to meet the young man again the next day.

3: They play piano for you

9: Your ex calls and they answer.

"What do you want me to play?" Dongmyeong asks softly, turning his head towards you

 "Anything's fine it's been so long since I've heard you play piano," you say with a light laugh, "hey, I'll go get you a bottle of water," 

 He hums, nodding softly, his fingers ghosting over the keys of the grand piano. It has been a long time since he has been inside the old music academy's piano room. Dongmyeong plays through a simple piece that he learned when he was younger, waiting for you to come back as well as warming up his hands.

"Here," you say softly, handing him a bottle of water, "something bothering you?"

Dongmyeong nods: "Don't get mad at me."

You nod, shifting in your seat, waiting for him to continue.

"Your ex-boyfriend called when we were out earlier," he trails off, "so I answered the call, I told him we were dating."

Dongmyeong trails off, his fingers lightly resting, on the keys of the piano, not hard enough to press them down. You nod your head softly, resting your hands on your lap.

"It's fine you should've just told me, why would I be mad," You laugh softly, "can you play something for me? I thought of something I want to hear."

He hums: "What song?"

"Do you remember Yiruma's First Love album?" You inquire, he hums, "can you play Dream A Little?"

"Yeah, I can try at least," Dongmyeong laughs.

"Thank you," you muse.

You two have been talking about it before and you waited and waited but he never took the first step, so you thought “fuck it I will do it myself”.

You prepared a dinner for him when he came home from practice. You both rarely cooked, so he always loved when you did and he already pretty shaken up you went out of your way to do this for him.

But when you took out the ring out of nowhere, he honestly started crying, like the big baby he is, mostly because he loved you so much but also because he found this whole situation funny and he felt quite silly by not doing it himself.

“Y/N are you serious?” he chuckled.

Ju Harin

When you put the little box on the table he slowly picked it up, confused and not sure if he should be opening it.

Just like the others, you always loved teasing him, so he thought this was a joke and he wasn’t planning on falling for it again.

“Why are you hesitating? Don’t you want to become my husband?” you laughed.

“I... What?” even when he saw what was inside, he still couldn’t believe it and just sat there in silence for a few minutes before speaking. “I don’t think you need to ask twice but I swear.. The things you come up with..”

Kanghyun/Kang Hyungu

"So?” you asked impatiently as you held up the box for him. He just stared at you, his eyes wide before taking it from you and closing it. Your heart immediately sank, thinking he’s rejecting you.

“Hey hey hey, no getting sad on me,” he laughed. “Because shouldn’t I be doing this?”

He got on his knee and took your hand, holding the box in the other one, your roles now reversed.

“You spared me the trouble to look for the ring, so let’s try this again, shall we?”

Son Dongmyeong

"No way,” he gasped, putting his hands over his mouth. He stared at you and as if remembering something, quickly started looking for something in his coat.

“Don’t tell me...” you let your thought wonder out loud as he turned around with a box of his own. Now it was your time to be shocked.

He giggled and you couldn’t help but laugh at this coincidence too. 

“Great minds think alike, don’t they?” he chuckled. 

At least now you both knew what the others answer is going to be.

He furrowed his eyebrows as he took the box from you.

“Aren’t we too young to get married?” he asked seriously.

“I don’t know, are we?” you asked confused.You never thought about it before, it all seemed so natural.

He narrowed his eyes, looking into yours but he couldn’t keep a straight face on for too long before bursting out laughing.

“I’m just teasing you! As if that would matter to me!”
