Yay! I found the motherload of oyster mushrooms today and whilst big, they’re still in great condition. I found their secret hiding place last year but was too late and they’d frozen too many times. I had been looking out for them this year and nearly missed it, it’s so hidden. Now need to work out the best way to preserve them as there’s more than I need with plenty left for nature too! .
