LovLuv Face Masks

Lately, I've been really getting into skincare and trying to find a good routine for myself. I really have been enjoying trying out new and fun face masks as a part of this journey.

LovLuv is a cosmetic brand, that has a variety of different products including a line of facial masks.

I received product in order to facilitate this post, in exchange for my honest review and feedback, regardless of this all opinions are my own.

So right off the bat, the one thing that I thought was so cute about these face masks was the product packaging. They’re in these cute little milk cartons. They’re super brightly colored too which I loved, it made me so excited to open them up and see what was inside.

The milky face masks are a 2-step system, which includes a face serum and the actual mask itself. I thought this was kind of interesting, because I’ve never used a multi-step face mask. Typically the face masks I’ve used in the past, are one-step by applying the sheet mask onto my face or applying the actual mask itself onto my face.

I will say the one small thing that I didn’t particularly care for was the 2 steps for two reasons. One being that it was hard to rip the packaging open for the serum and not have it spill everywhere. Two being that once I applied the serum, it says to apply the sheet mask onto your face and it was difficult then ripping open the package for the sheet mask with the serum all over your fingers. The only solution I could think to solve this, was to cut or rip open both the serum and sheet mask packages before starting to apply.

Each carton comes with 5 faces masks, which was another thing that I loved. I thought that the price point for these face masks was already pretty reasonable, but when you add the quantity of masks that you get to it, it makes it so much more reasonable.

I was able to try out all three scents, the Milky White, Milky Banana and Milky Strawberry. The banana face mask targets moisturizing your face, providing a deep moisture. The white face mask targets brightening your skin, which I know I need every once in a while for sure! The strawberry face mask targets pore care, working to purify your skin.

One complaint that I had about the actual scents, was that I guess I expected it to be more scented like the ‘’flavor’’ listed on the packaging, but it really didn’t smell like that scent at all. For instance, the banana smelt nothing to me or Curtis like banana’s, it smelt more floral, which isn’t terrible either, just not what I expected.

Overall, I did like the face masks and thought they were fun and different to use. I would definitely recommend these for a girls night or sleepover type of event. Visit the links below to pick up each of the above face masks from LovLuv and to try them out for yourself!
