Wondering how many people are only just finding out there’s two life series lol

Just so you guys know NewLife is part of the OneLife/XLife/AfterLife life series not the Traffic Life (3rd Life/Last Life/Double Life/Limited Life) life series

I know it gets confusing because there’s a lot of life smps and they have a lot of player overlap but the traffic life series is run by Grian and this life series is run by Scott (and possibly Lizzie I think I heard that somewhere)

Also this series is always modded and traffic life series are always vanilla. Also they aren’t actively trying to kill each other so this series is usually longer and everyone has cool bases like on hermitcraft and empires

That's it, I'm calling you out. (Rant, kinda, maybe, yes.)

Okay, this post is not only my annoyance in seeing "MCYT" the title in some places and only see Dream smp (it's not a wrong term, just wanna put it out there that using more specific terms for specific fandoms would be better to identify on things.

But, it is... blatantly obvious that a lot of people still assume that if you say you like to watch Minecraft Youtubers, it's immediately Dream SMP and judge you based of that assumption.

When I say MCYT I do not mean ONLY Dream SMP

There have been many Minecraft Youtubers who have come, go, stayed and came back. There are some who would prefer to binge watch Stampy's lovely world than see through many streams. Some would like to hear Wilbur's many speeches and ideas, while others would like to SkydoesMinecraft's old Crafting dead stories. We all have preferences, but just because one apple is in such an exact shape and color, it does not reflect the whole tree. Dream smp does not reflect the whole MCYT. Dream smp does not take account of the ideas of OneLife. Dream smp does not share the same concept of How to Minecraft. Dream smp does not have the same concept of Mianite.

Nor should Dream smp or anyone in it be seen as an excuse or factor to compare it to other series or people thag make similar content. They joined this tournament to have fun and be able to play with people they've known and people they have never thought to know. Sure, the idea of winning is also a thing, but I woild doubt they would host something for so long that was onlg aimed to see on who's tbe besg of the best.

Do not attack a content creator because they apperantly beat your favorite streamer's team. Do not cuss out a content creator that says their opinions on twitter on who have great chance sof winning by their skill with all due respect. Do not think that just because you've watched them with loyalty, do you have the right to think that you know anything about them and have right to go witch hunt anyone else that makes a joke about them. Do not think you'll get some sort of great feeling from this with a prize that you delibaretly decided that it is okay to attack people just because what they did was practically harmless but affended you and not the streamer.

This goes for all other fandoms as well, in and out of MCYT. It is never a good thing for anyone. If content creators can respect the ones they play with and against on someyhing, then you should to.

Random thought that came to me

So you know the second arc of Minecraft Storymode with like the characters having to explore through a hallway with a bunch of portals.

Imagine something like this but with all the portals being a bunch of different popular Minecraft servers

We already sort of have this with episode 6 of the game having a bunch of popular YouTubers of the time being written into the story.

Like imagine each portal having servers like; DreamSMP, OriginsSMP, 30 Days SMP, HermitCraft, 3rdLife, EvoSMP LegacySMP, EmpiresSMP, XLife, OneLife, KingdomCraft, Trollcraft, Crazycraft, Stampys world, etc (if you give me suggestions I’ll add more)

Also like single player worlds like; Philzas hardcore worlds, any hardcore worlds, single player letplays, DanTDM’s Lab, Dogcraft, (stacyplays btw, this series raised me man) Etc (again suggestions)

Even events like MCC, Minecraft Mondays, and Twitch rivals

Also MCYTers that just do a bunch of random Minecraft videos, they all have there own world with different rules and challenges

And each one is completely separate,

and there are multiple versions of each player that are in multiple of these server.

idk I might add more later but I just thought this was a cool Idea to connect all of the MCYT community or as I like to call it the MCCU (Minecraft cinematic universe /hj)

What about that: After 3rd life, the hermits go back to Hermitcraft, Jimmy, Joel and Scott go to Empires, Skizz goes to Legacy. Martyn doesn't have a smp-server. But he does have Netty and Netty (presumably) has a mc world where she builds stuff, does stuff, and where Martyn already was sometimes to help her out fighting something. He is a wanderer, basically, so he wanders around various worlds, tries various challenges, but when he is tired, he can always get back to Netty. Maybe they still have their friendship bracelets from Onelife? And he finds out that he can also see Ren back, like in MCC. So, because there are ways to get from one world to another, and because Martyn is a wanderer, he might visit the others in their worlds as well?

He still would have to deal with the death of Ren and his own in 3rd life. That he wasn't able to protect his king, or his friends. But he also knows that this world is old now and they all are alife somewhere else now.

Me looking at Renchanting fics: Can Martyn get a happy ending? Can Martyn PLEASE get a happy ending?

The reason Scott can't fall asleep is because every time he does, he has nightmares about Past Lives that he can't remember, yet it feels so familiar to him...

He has nightmares of blowing up a Church with people inside, screaming to be let out. (( X-Life ))

He has nightmares of a Blood Moon and being trapped in the woods, surrounded by angry mobs. (( One Life ))

He has nightmares of going to war with Kingdom Kings and Queens, but he felt as if they were friends. (( Kingdomcraft ))

He has nightmares of losing someone he loved dearly, watching him bleed in front of his eyes. (( 3rd Life ))

The nightmares were too much for Scott. He stopped sleeping in fear of having more nightmares.

Raise your hand if you're the most traumatized character with death, war and have an irrational fear of losing people close to you and most likely have Survivor Guilt in all the smp's you've been in and yet it's overshadowed so many times because the other characters paint you as the Big Bad Villain but in reality you were driven by fear and manipulation!!
