BtoB at One K Global Peace Concert in Manila last March 2, 2017 held at Mall of Asia Arena. Sung Jae Focus. I'm not actually a fan of BtoB but I know Sung Jae because of his roles in School 2015 and Goblin. But wow, their performance actually made me shiver! They have great dance moves, vocals (the high notes 👏), and visuals!!! Their songs are catchy too, I caught myself singing to I'll be your maaaaaan🎶 (What's the title of this song) lol And Sung Jae..... SUNG JAEEEEE..... SUNGJA— *dies* He's so adorable and kept on waving to his fans. He's loved by most of all the people inside the arena. He is so cute and he has a very warm personality. Plus!!! His smile!!! *dies again*

Last night, SHINee World PH posted an announcement that SHINee is included to the One-K concert happening on March 2, 2017 at the Mall Of Asia Arena. We’re all shook with the news that there’s some sort of chaos on researching about the event. Facebook and Twitter groups were created in order to ~strategize~ on how we’ll purchase the tickets if ever. Sections with the best view and other merch needed were also discussed. It’s both fun and scary at the same time. I saw how fangirls were helpful of each other at times like this and how they’re willing to go out of their way for these idols. 

Non-Kpop fans will never understand this panic and mini-heart attack... ever.

Ever since the sudden announcement of SHINee being included for the OneK Concert in Manila line-up, the hype never really died down. It became more intense (and extreme at some point). I think both the organizers and the fans club of SHINee here in the Philippines were bombarded with inquiries about the ticketing details. From the location, available seats up to the mode of payments, PH Shawols got no fcking chill! I couldn’t blame them tho, we waited long enough for the boys to go back here in the Philippines. I think the last time they’re here was way back 2012 during the KPop republic. And I missed that of course. Yeah, I know it’s a sad fangirl life.

Last July, I met my shawol friends when we went to watch the block screening of SHINee World Concert IV in a mall in Ortigas. After the screening we went to eat at a Korean restaurant to celebrate Taemin’s birthday. Since then, we’ve been constantly updating each other about the boys through twitter and facebook. This time, we’re all determined to see the concert together as a group. We created a fb group chat and it was so fun talking about the possible scenarios on the upcoming concert. And good Lord! It was hilarious that one moment we’re all broke and the next 5 minutes we’re able to complete the money needed to pay for the VIP Lower Box tickets that we want.

At first, I had a hard time making a decision because I promise myself that I’ll save-up this year but then, these korean dudes decided to bless us kpop fans with their awesomeness. They’re so hard to resist!!! I told my friends about my dilemma and they didn’t let me lose this once in a blue moon chance. My friend, Armi, decided that she’ll pay for my ticket first and that I should just pay her when I have the money. My other friend, Sasha, will let me borrow one of her light sticks for me to be able to complete the whole concert experience.

Honestly, I was preparing to for the worst. I came to the point that I was thinking of ways on how to cheer myself up just in case that I won’t be going. And I keep on convincing myself that it’s okay if I don’t get to watch them again, but who am I kidding? I know that it’ll count as another heartbreak for me. So I’m just really really thankful that my friends are supportive and kind enough to lend me a hand. They’ve given me a chance to see my biases live and they’ve proven to me that we really are in this craziness together. All for one and one for all.

This is the thing that other non-kpop fans will never understand. They’ll never understand how these kind of things can do something so incredible. Something that could strengthen the bond and connection you have with your friends who share the same interest as you. Something that you could treasure for the rest of your life.

As of the moment, we’re all paid to SWPH and we’ve secured slots for the concert. So… all we have to do is save our energies and wait for D-Day. We are so ready for One K Concert in Manila!
