As Vietta called out for a sign of life, in a place that should be devoid of it. There isn't any immediate response, instead there is just a eerie pause. As if her simple words had probably made someone stop right dead in their tracks. Then the once faint footsteps, became louder. From the sound of them, it wasn't the sound of someone stomping their way in. Instead, it seemed like a more calm pitter patter. Once again, like all things it comes to a full stop. "hello?" A voice repeated back at her with slight curiosity, coming right by the doorway. Shortly scanning the area for the source of the voice. The view of this troll's appearance was limited due to the angle, but good enough to get the most important key features. Like the combination of a burgundy colored nightcap with a striped scarf that made it hard to discern any facial details. By the color of that and of her coat's sleeve, this troll was also a burgundy blood, just like her. Oh yeah she's also taller, and definitely older than some 3'8 puntable-looking tiny troll. Possibly 6 sweeps?
Inevitably, she would spot the tiny bookworm scavenging about- Or rather, her illusion scavenging about, to be more specific. "oh, hello there." She greeted, awkwardly raising her hand in a wave before slowly making herself welcome into the room. Then there was a pause once more, before she followed up with a head tilt. "..from what i am witnessing. am i correct to conclude that you are exploring?"
>> Your name is Vietta Manzon. It is your sworn duty to collect knowledge, often in the form of books. This has led you into some very.. interesting situations, in the past, present, and most likely in the future as well.
>> Currently you have found yourself in the ruins of a culled subgrub. The drones have long gone, leaving the remaining trolls to pick up the pieces and the scavengers to pounce on what's left.
>> You don't particularly like it, but places like these are perfect to find new material for The Library. The usual scavengers rarely care about books and you are free to take as many as you please.
>> Tonight though, your target is a particular, now devastated hive. You wouldn't be surprised if this particular troll was the reason for the mass culling. They'd gotten a bit too loud about their rebellious endeavors, after all.
>> You scurry through the rubble, checking under every stone for anything the drones might have missed.
>> Up until your sensitive ears pick up something, the sound of footsteps.
>> You quickly activate your powers, leaving an illusion of yourself in your place as your actual body jumps away, now invisible to anyone organic.
"Hello?" You say through the illusion, making sure it sounds like your voice is coming from its mouth. "Is someone there?"
#ic#onirii sapnii#oneiricreverie#saw this and was like#you know what why not it's been so long I roleplayed fantroll shit too#I'm too lazy to draw up something so sorry if my reply is just a big ass wall of text#Im also going of off info from vietta's bio on this reply so yeah

"...lately, i have come across this phenomenon on the internet. this 'judgement meme' one as they call it."
"i recall faintly participating in one...still, i cannot comprehend the appel of hearing a strangers opinion regarding your trollhood, ane being ranked in a 1 to 10 scale no less. but perhaps..maybe it is different when you are the one enacting the judgement?"
*Unofficially excusing herself. The girl proceeds to crouch out of the cameras view, before rising into picture with a sign held in her hands.*
"so, i have written this sign to indicate that i shall now commence judging anyone that interacts with this 'post'."
(OOC: Judgement time. Step up and reblog with 1 troll or other being Onirii, a sleepy albino burgundy, to judge them. Judgebacks are appreciated. P.S: Take in mind that Onirii is 6 sweeps/a 13 year old, so just don't be weird.)

🖊️ onirii!!
Damn, where would I even begin, and what would I even speak about her?
Sure she has an albinism mutation, but what else can I tell you about her that I haven't told you in dms? Like you already know about her dream powers. I could just dump you her entire backstory in a silver platter, but I'm saving it until I finish her bio and post it because I'm evil like that
So I think I ran out of material even, like she isn't anymore extraordinary than any of my other trolls other than her mutations. Her sign is not from the extended zodiac and...
...Oh wait before you think I'm tripping and tell me that the sign on her sweater is actually from the extended zodiac sign. That's not her actual sign, her sweater is just a hand-me down from some other dead troll. This is actually her REAL sign
It's called Krupitis
She doesn't really know about that though, and doesn't really care too much to find out about it since she's weird by troll standards. But with the right push, maybe she'll get curious enough to find out.
Oh yeah I also straight up stole her horns from usotsuki yume nisshi. But just saying that wouldn't make it a long enough rambling for you to read.

Onirii Sapnii, a dumb little rustblooded albino currently on the lookout for her lusus.
judgement time by a completely normal troll
i figured this’d be a good way to expand expressions. plus its just fun seeing her being a little freak.
for now only 2 rbs per blog. also only 18+ muns. warning that if ur muse has something “unique” about them, tetrae is probably gonna be weird about it :)

"very well." Bobbing her head down slightly in a gesture akin to a nod. The girl proceeded to crounch down into a sitting position, notebook settled on her lap.
As soon as she calmly busted out a pencil from her person, she began the work on the sketch.
Through the process, only the sound of pencil tip scratching against the paper can be heard...Well, that and also the soft humming everytime she stopped to consider the progress so far, analyzing it to check for any flaws, things like if she missed a detail or anything else before. After a few minute. She stops to behold the quick sketch once again, before nodding to herself in the affirmation that yes, this was indeed suitable enough for showcasing. Carefully, she tore off the page from the book, and with that same hand, she showed the drawing to Vietta.
"if i have managed to recall every detail correctly...then this drawing is what i can consider to be: an 100% accurate depiction of my custodian."
...
...Well that's certainly a bird, the bird of all time you could say.
The other troll closed her eyes, pursing her lips. "A better description..." She mused to herself. The troll boarded her train of thought, evident by her soft humming.
A better description, of course, was something she was capable of providing. As she forced her thinkpan...To well, think. She found herself leaning towards picking the latter option: A picture.
She'd heard of the saying how a 'picture speaks more than a thousand words'...Other than it sounding contradictary to her, as a photograph cannot speak to save its own life. She knew that it was a quicker alternative than going through her organic memory banks.
However there was a teensy itty bitty little problem. "but..i do not have a picture of my custodian..." And it was all due to her lack of any FORM OF CAMERA. A conundrum indeed!
But if you don't have any proof, you can always...
Then her eyelids lifted skyhigh at the realization, exhaling before calmly stating. "i have been, metaphorically, blunt strucken over the head with an idea. excuse me for a moment."
Immediately, she browsed her fetch modus. Vietta was forced to wait in antecipation for what was going to come out.
From straight out of the Modus. She produced a...Notebook? She held it high in the air. In a way that was both, aloof and triumphant..All of that for a seemingly mundane looking object.
She opened it and quickly rifled through the pages, keeping both eyes out for a blank page amongst the ones already filled. "i may not have a picture- but i could produce one of my custodian instead. would this be acceptable?" She queried before timely landing on the set of blank pages she was looking for. However, she wouldn't proceed any further than that, not without the confirmation from the other troll obviously.
#oneiricreverie#onirii ic#i hope this bird is shitty looking enough#its funnier that way#sorry for late response also

"...ah. okay. understood." Awkwardly, she responded after a short pause. The short "erm ackstually"-like lecture while informative, left her mildly disappointed. With the way many spoke of nerds. It made her to think that they were like some sort of rare species, like an unicorn lusus... At least this does confirm to her, that nerds have an uncontrollable tendency to lecture others. Though, It didn't feel appropriate to conclude that, not outloud. But after her pale observant eyes caught the split-second jerk on Vietta's appearance. She jerked herself away from continuing to wrestle with the feeling of disappointment. With a quiet "hm?", her eyes slightly widen and blink twice. She shifted herself to the side. Careful to try to show her appearance while she rubbed her eyes with her hands, before looking back at her and see...That it was just a regular troll kid. Maybe her tired eyes were just playing tricks on her, maybe she was just seeing things...Like an accidental optical illusion or what-not. Though this maneuver has cost her missing the relevant part of this conversation.
"..i have missed what you have previously said. would it be possible for you to repeat it?"
The odd troll just quietly stood still in response. Blinking as she processed and lowly humming as she processed the retort, and before also interjecting with another uncalled deadpan comment of her own. Well, more of a musing to herself. It was almost as like she learned something new. "...very insightful. so apparently 'nerds' also possess an unexplicable sense of adventure, and liken their findings as prizes to keep. i had not been aware of this before."
Despite the tone, it was anything but a sarcastic non-physical sucker punch. One could say it was quite the opposite even. To Onirii Sapnii, this was something she could relate to; Well, not to the same extent of being so overly concerned about the state of literature in question. But indifferent as she seemed, she'd had a bit of a penchant for adventure herself too. To see and to discover new things she had never seen before...It was a feeling of inexplicable joy. She could feel a bit of a kinship to the illusion. Wait, does this feeling also mean she's some sort of NERD? That makes her wonder...But not for long. Shaking her head, she realizes she had yet to answer the shorter trolls question.
"i am currently looking for my custodian." Immediately her hands rose up to attempt to measure her lusus, her reference being just from memory. From the vague hand measurements, the creature might be specifically the size of a common raven? Who knows. "have you seen her? i believe she is about this tall and wide..oh right, she is also capable of flight too."

"..yes, i am alright." Onirii nodded, her voice straining a bit. A chill having travelled right up all the way into her spine as the topic of the mass culling barged in, just like the drones at this subgrub...Corpses aren't exactly subtle too. She took a short pause, sharply exhaling. God, just as she remembered and as she was almost about to forget them too about their ever constant present. "...and also affirmative. although, i would rather prefer to not acknowlege their presence. it...becomes easier to sleep more peacefully if you do so."
Underneath her hat and scarf, she was obviously non-visibly recoiling at the memory of the first one she'd seen. No matter what, a corpse was always an unpleasant sight. And throughout her journey she'd probably find more of them in the future. "i suppose i can understand the sentiment, in a way...yet why would you search for a book here then? would a library not be a better and more suitable place for that?" Onirii then tilted her head back at her, a non-visible eyebrow raised in curiosity once again. Perhaps, nerds like to be a bit adventurous at times?

"i see then..so you are, infact, a 'nerd' as they say." The girl concluded, nodding subtly yet sagely to herself. However at the latter part of the sentence, she couldn't help but to do a sort of a double-take in reaction. "spooky? as in the scary you mean?" Her eyes look around the area once again, double checking for the 'spooky environment' they found themselves in. But it didn't matter, whether she spent eternity looking and analyzing every inside and outside detail of this run-down infrostructure or not. It was just hard for her to feel the same unease. An abandoned and decrepit hive like this. It reminded her more of home actually, and not in a nostalgic sense. "...how so exactly? i fail to comprehend how this environment invokes that sentiment." She tugged and scratched at her scarf in thought before turning to the illusion.

Her mind now shallow deep in thought, attempting to pull in together any memory of any book she had seen here... "during my stay at this area. i do not believe i have came across any notable books. well, not many that appeared to be legible and not decayed at least." She elaborated after a headshake. Like always her memory wasn't as trustworthy as she liked it to be, this troll probably couldn't even recall what she ate for breakfast. That is, if she ate any breakfast to begin with.
Then with a query in mind, she turned to the illusion and tilted her head. "but, why are you scavenging just for books only? there should be more objects of interest than that here..." "ah, unless..." But Vietta wouldn't be able to answer that question in time. The troll had a good guess for why she was here. "...from your obviously nervous disposition and your need to find books- do you happen to be what many would consider a 'nerd'?" She crooked a non-visible brow, as she rested her hand where her chin would possibly be. She still looked at the illusion...Sure she seemed scrawny, but she lacked the mystical and stereotypical round glasses of a nerd emoji. Maybe...She's not actually some sort of nerd? Or is she?

However, she wouldn't proceed any further than that, not without the confirmation from the other troll obviously.
"Um," The illusion tilted its head to the side. "Forgive me, but you are speaking of 'nerds' as if they, or should I say we, are a new species to discover. Nerds and other subgroups are just as varied and nuanced as any other group of people. Being a 'nerd' is just an aspect of a person, not their entire being."
Vietta was quite honestly getting tired of maintaining the illusion so, carefully, she retook her original position and dismissed it. She was fairly confident that the swap was seamless, but there may have been a split second where she appeared to jerk slightly.
"Regardless, you are searching for your lusus?" She asked like nothing had happened. "I have seen a few featherbeasts scattered around but I could not tell you if any were your guardian." Vietta smiled warmly.
"I may be able to assist, however. My lusus is also capable of flight! She would be able to find them fairly easily! Provided we get a picture or better description."
Despite the small rustblood talking about her lusus as if she was present. There wasn't a creature to be seen. Not one that would normally be considered a lusus at any rate. If one were to look there were plenty of insects around. In fact, one had just landed on Vietta's shoulder.
