And today’s team is assembled! All ready for a busy day; we’ve got an urgent catch up appointment at @cityhospice to discuss my current situation, then we’re going for a meal at Demiros down Cardiff Bay, then me, @collette.1967 and mum and dad are going to see Motown at The Millennium Centre! I’m super proud of my amazing boyfriend Blue; today will be his first time going to the hospice with me. The idea and prospect of a hospice and palliative care appointment can be super scary, so I’m so proud he’s coming along. Feeling very lucky to have such an amazing group of supportive people going with me to my appointment, and really glad we have a really lovely evening planned afterwards 😁💖 It sums up the dichotomy of our life, really; palliative care appointment at the hospice at 2.30pm, and a night on the town afterwards 😂!
