Brooke Penelope Davis - The light of my life, my first true love, the woman I have aspired to be my entire life, she is my joker. Her entire storyline from the whole peyton/Lucas/Brooke triangle I was always and forever on her side, she was a class act, she always knew her worth and in being happy for her best friend and ex boyfriend she remains the classiest and most humble woman in TV history and no one deserves the happy ending she got with Julian and the twins, more than she does, and she invented girl bossing, she was a millionaire business owner before she was even 25 and she did it all herself. Female excellence.

Haley James Scott - the first mother to ever mother, she can honestly do no wrong in my eyes, tutor girl should’ve ruled the world (the only reason she’s not number 1 is because of the disaster that was season 2/Chris Keller debacle but we don’t like to talk about that) but yes Haley James Scott the woman that you are 🧎‍♀️

Quentin Fields - to this day I have never gotten over him, he had such a short time on the show and he made the biggest impact, his relationship with Jamie and the way things ended omg I’m tearing up even writing this but I miss him sm his character was one of the greats 

Mouth McFadden - he is my sweetheart, i would burn the entire world for him, he is just the most wholesome character I’ve ever known and he just means everything to me

Skills - he was a ride or die kind of person and there isn’t a single scene he didn’t own, I love his character 

(Special mention to Chris Keller cause his character in the later seasons was just 👏🏼👏🏼 he was hilarious and I miss him) 

Favourite plot lines

Okay so I love the intense story lines sm and I enjoy the angst more than what is considered healthy so: 

Dan and Keith - I’m such a sucker for siblings and this storyline, I still think it’s one of the greatest and devastating moments in TV History, the relationships with Karen and Lucas and the way Dan changed after season 9 and how he repented about what he’d done, and Keith 😭 I have never cried as hard as I did that day (you know what day I’m talking about anon babe you know.) The intensity and angst of this storyline and the way it ended, yeah it’s always going to be my favourite

Nannie Carrie - omg 9 year old me was terrified of this woman, the whole kidnapping plot, the chase scene, Haley kicking her ass every time it was immaculate - 

Clay and Logan - I never saw it coming is the thing, I always just thought the relationship was so adorable at the start and then what it was revealed who he actually was 😧 it was a moment, and the relationship between Logan, Clay and Quinn afterwards 😭😭 it was so sweet I could die honestly.

Dan’s entire redemption ark - I have never hated and loved a character the way I did with him. The first half of the show I would’ve happily shot him myself but by the end ? No one has since done a redemption the way Dan Scott did. I loved him at the end and 9 year old me would’ve been appalled at how much I cried at his ending. 

Nathan’s kidnapping - this storyline. Omg this storyline, I went through every emotion going, the Naley feels, the genuine fear I had over my TV husband being in danger, the way it set up the Dan Scott Redemption, that scene where Haley has to go identify a body and then the scene where they reunite in the hospital, 🤚I sobbed, I still sob, I can’t listen to the Florence and the machine without getting emotional to this day. 

Honestly Anon my sweets I very rarely find other OTH enthusiasts so this was a great moment and I could babble about this show forever, seriously this was like the top of the iceberg, it will always be my favourite, forehead kissing you rn because I just had a lot of fun writing that all out and now I need to go re watch it all !

{I understood Nathan was mad at me. He had every right to be. If I could take back what I did, I would in a heartbeat. Don’t get me wrong, I loved getting to tour… To explore my passion for music hands on, but not as much as I would have if Nathan had been there with me. Sure, I knew Nathan never would have come on tour with me. For one, he had basketball and a life in Tree Hill. One I couldn’t ask him to uproot. Not to forget he hated Chris Keller, so the odds were high that Nathan would have beat Chris Keller up on that tour every chance he got. In the end, I gave up the chance to tour and I came home instead. Fully intending to get Nathan back… Only to be met by a door being shut in my face. I deserved it though. I just wish it didn’t take me getting hit by a car, after pushing Nathan out of the way of it, for us to finally sit down to talk things out} I know, Nathan… And you have every right to be angry with me. What I did was wrong, and if I could take it back, trust me, I would. {I stated the obvious. Ultimately giving a nod of understanding though when I heard Nathan say we didn’t need to make decisions about our future now. Further recommending that we should focus on me healing first. He was right. Deep down I knew he was. Still, I couldn’t help but to worry that we might not be able to fix us, or even if we could, Nathan would still decide that he would go to Duke, but didn’t want me to go there too. I didn’t want to be apart from Nathan anymore. In my heart, he was my husband, so naturally I wanted to be wherever he was} You’re right. I’m just a little worried, Nathan… {I started to say then I paused; wondering if me being honest would make Nathan angry. At this point in time, I was afraid to say anything since lately I felt like any little thing would give Nathan another reason to be mad at me} I’m a little worried that once I do heal, you won’t want me around anymore… I know you’re mad at me, and you have every right to be. I messed up. Big time. I love you though, and I don’t want to lose you, Nathan.

It was complicated. That was the only way Nathan could find the words to explain his marriage. For a while it felt gloomy, it felt like our love had fallen apart. And he didn’t want to say an accident is what brought him here but it was. He was so stubborn, he was bent on hurting Haley the same way she had hurt him. He was playing close to the vest because he didn’t want to let his guard down again with her. But he also knew the second he watched her lifeless body get placed in the ambulance that he was still crazy in love. No heartache, no time of her being gone on the tour could replace the love he knew he had for her. He did blame himself; if he had given her the talk she craved, if he had been more willing to hang out to repair our damage we wouldn’t of been tricked, we wouldn’t have been on that street the moment that zooming car came in our direction. 

I was guilty; because Haley jumped in front of a car to save me, to protect me from getting injured, probably to protect my future as a basketball star, but I hated how we got here. Over pride, over the stubborn acts. Nathan told himself he had to communicate, he had to be willing to meet halfway; in order for us to survive. He stayed; he was the one who sat at her bedroom as the brunette was in and out of sleep. He reassured her he was here; he was the one that held her hand. 

His palm never left her own; as he held her touch, His head leaned onto his shoulder; which is why his neck felt stiff when he felt his eyelids lift open. He saw her face; bruised up, her eyes were closed at first until he heard her voice, he held onto her voice as it was a sense of hope for him. “ Hales.. I’m fine, I’m more worry about you. How’re you feeling?” 

It was a stupid question she was hurt; the bruises on her face, on her arm said it all. But Haley was there asking if I was okay; I came out of this unstretched, I was fine. I was walking, I was breathing without injury, I had taken care of myself for years; I could handle a slight fall when she pushed me out of the way, Bringing her palm up to my lips; I pressed a tender kiss to her skin as I mumbled the words. “ I’m not going anywhere.” 

We’d figure out the past, how we overcome it all because we said always and forever.

oth for the tv series meme

my all-time ultimate fave character: I honestly believe this is a tie between Brooke Davis and Haley James. Because like, I adore both those girls with all of my heart. They both showed their strength, and their determination over things. And I just, love, love, love them.

a character I didn’t used to like but now do: chRIS KELLER. Okay, because he came in, and he was just a douche, and I didn’t appreciate the way he was budding into Nathan/Haley’s relationship. But over the course of the show, I honestly just fell in love with him. He was an ass, but I don’t know, I think that was just apart of his charm. Smartass that he is.

a character I used to like but now don’t: Owen Morello. I mean, I wouldn’t say that I hate him. But damn did the character disappoint me. And to be honest, I could probably add Millicent here as well. Because the moment these two slept together, it was all wrong, and I just --- no. But I am pretty bitter over Owen. And Millie went downhill around s7 or s8. Liked her in the beginning tho. She was adorable.

a character I’m indifferent about: Honestly? A tie between Mouth and Skillz. And this is simply because they never really gotta shine, you know? They had their scenes, but it just never seemed like they really gotta develop into their own standing characters. Made them easy to fade into the background.

a character who deserved better: Brooke Penelope Davis. Now, I’ll say that from s6 through s9, she got a little bit of a break with the whole Julian thing. I am glad that she found someone who loved her completely, and she had grown to love back. What I did not like about the Julian x Brooke ship was that for some reason, the writers felt it was important to have her fall in love with one of Peyton’s exes, because Peyton had fallen in love with hers. I’m just???? But other then that, this character just continued to have bad luck with quite a lot of things, and I just --- she’s a beautiful person, and she deserves everything.

a ship I’ve never been able to get into: Well, I don’t think this could count as like a ship, but consider how much of a focus it was for majority of the series, I think I’m going to say the Lucas/Peyton/Brooke love triangle. And the reason that I put this here is because I wasn’t someone who had a ship war over it? Like to me, I could’ve gone either way as far as who got Lucas, and who didn’t. Though, I will say that I do believe Brooke deserved better, and that it was always going to be Lucas and Peyton. But if by some off chance, it hadn’t been, then I wouldn’t have been bothered by it.

a ship I’ve never been able to get over: Owen and Brooke. Oh my god, I was so in love with the idea of these two when he was first introduced, but come the end of the whole thing, he was a complete and total douchebag. And IT MADE ME SO MAD CAUSE THE POTENTIAL.

a cute, low-key ship: Karen and Keith. I loved, loved, LOVED Karen and Keith. And it broke my heart when Keith died, and then Karen found out she was pregnant. And I was just ;--;

an unpopular ship but I still enjoyed it: Jake and Peyton. I adored Jake, adored him. He was a young teenage father, who would do anything for his child. And he would’ve done anything for Peyton too. I did like them, but during their relationship, I knew Peyton would go towards Lucas again. And Idk, I feel like that left Jake deserving better by default.

a ship that was totally wrong and never should have happened: Can I put Millie x Owen here? I mean, do they really count as a ship? Probably not, but do I care? Nope, because wrong WRONG, ALL FUCKING WRONG. Actually, while I feel that wholeheartedly. I’m going to put Dan and Rachel here. Because w.t.f was that. No, who the hell thought of putting Dan and Rachel together? THAT WAS ALL FUCKING WRONG TOO.

my favourite storyline/moment: Can I say the Naley plotline? Because while it might not be all that realistic to some, or just incredibly rare, I loved their whole story? I loved the fact that they were so freaking strong?? Because in TV, you don’t really see that core couple. You know the couple who hasn’t broken up like thirty times, even through it’s clear they belong together, but for sake of drama, gotta keep shitting on them, until it’s toxic as fuck, and then force the audience to believe they’re made for each other shit. Like, no, Naley, yes, had their hardships, but they were literally made for each other. Like that’s fucking soul mates right there, and I love it. I love that they were teenagers who had no real idea what was going to happen, but got married anyways. I love that they defined the odds and made it work. I just really love the strength in this couple, and in their general storyline.

a storyline that never should have been written: THE NANNY CARRIE PLOT. And now I’m not talking about the first half of her plot when she moves in, and falls for Nathan, and ends up in the shower with him. And nearly causes my babies to divorce. Not that plot. I felt like that was realistic enough. Shit like that does happen. I’m talking about the Nanny Carrie coming back plot. Where she kidnaps Dan or some crap, and chases Haley and Jamie through a corn field, and I believe it was Deb who came to their rescue? Before Dan shot the crazy nanny? He shot her right? I think. Anyways, no. Just no. 

my first thoughts on the show: I started this show halfway into season five. I saw a premiere one night, and thought, huh, why not give it a watch. It looks interesting. And oh my god, that was the beginning of the end for the longest damn time.

my thoughts now: GOOD LOVING GOD WAS I OBSESSED WITH THIS SHOW. I was so obsessed that I did things I don’t want to write down, because I feel like a complete idiot now for them. But lets just say, I wish I knew Fanfiction existed at this time. I haven’t watched passed s7, and to be honest, I don’t have much interest to anymore? I know majority of what happened, and how it happens, but other than that, it’s eh. And I think a lot of that has to do with how much it changed. Sadly.

OLIVIA BENSON (LAW AND ORDER SVU)

Ms. Olivia Benson is a freaking goddess, and no one can tell me otherwise. I don’t even feel like this one needs to be explained, because if you can’t look at her and just know, then we’ve got bigger problems. She’s been kicking ass and taking names for the last 20 + years at the Special Victims Unit, in Manhattan. She’s the voice of the victims, and she puts her heart and soul in each case. She’s a freaking superwoman. No one can take that from her.

DYLAN CARTER (TOWN RP)

I went through so, and I do mean so many different versions of this character, lol. Not the first character, but what takes my heart on this beauty is the fact that Ms. Dylan Carter was the first ‘feminine’ muse, in which I grew attached to. Anyone who has RPed with me knows I’m mainly a male muse mun. Females aren’t my cup and tea in this community, but this demigirl definitely grabbed my heart. With a rough childhood, a prostitute mother who was killed, no father, bouncing around foster care, and facing her own addictions at such a young age, no one would think that she’d be so successful come her thirties. Adopted into a loving family that gave her a chance in life, she’d find herself acting, producing, and showrunning multiple successful projects. She was probably the most like me, tbqh.

CHRIS KELLER (ONE TREE HILL)

So, when Chris Keller was first introduced, he was no other then your normal arrogant douchebag. Now, I taken up One Tree Hill around my 6th grade year. And Naley was my biggest OTP, before I even knew what OTP was. And he was simply there to destroy them. Wasn’t a fan of his character, or whoever the hell he thought he was. Fast forward to the later seasons, and while he was still the arrogant douchebag, there was something new about him. Something I loved, his presence, and his sense of humor was much more appreciated coming forward, and I always find myself smiling when I see him now.

ALEJANDRO “ALEX” ADOLPH (SUPERNATURAL RP)

So, I honestly couldn’t think of anyone else for this category. Despite this being more of a love hate relationship, but the course of this character hasn’t always been so for me. When I picked him up, I simply loved the thought of family connections, and he had a lot of family in game. (Fast forward to the end of said RP, and we laugh about that, because said family was nothing but torture and pain.) However, at the beginning I did so little with him. I only ever went on him to get away from the other character I had who was going through hell. And he was my happy bubble (once again, laughing because at the end, he was torture and pain.) I even dropped him, for a second, and when asked if I wanted him back, for some reason, I said yes. (Honestly, I don’t know why I said yes, because I was never on him.) But I did. So it was a nonchalant thing, until there was a plot drop on him that literally screwed over so many characters for a long time to come, but it spiked my muse so hard that I could never get off him. So, I fell in love with him, but soon followed a lot of torture and pain, and honest to god, confusion because shit was everywhere and I just wanted to get him straight. This led me to hating him quite a bit, so much so to where I had wanted to kill him off. Yet, I still couldn’t let go completely. Followed by some more pain and torture, my feelings about this muse turned into a hate love kind of thing. He was a 29/1000+ old original werewolf, labeled the rebel king, and leader of his family pack. In which he never cared to be. He wanted to be free. And who couldn’t allow anyone to love him. Not the woman he loved, and definitely not his family. Had daddy issues from hell, (he also killed his father, so lol.) He drank a lot, and there was just this huge black hole inside of him, that no one could fill for him. At the end, he lost everyone he cared about.

Surprise, surprise. Mati did play a canon character at least once in her life. Actually, I played him twice, neither for long, but it still counts. The first thing was before Tumblr, it was actually on Fanpop, and a friend of mine at the time had asked me to play him in this little group thing. At the time it was hella awkward for me, and I did not like it. The concept was new to be. So, when I came across Tumblr RP, I was put off on it too because of how much I didn’t like it back then. Eventually I gave in, and tried it, and the rest is history. The last time I took him up was in the same RP as Alejandro, while it was still a SPN/TW/TVD RP, before just becoming a TVD one. That didn’t last too long either, simply because canon characters make me uncomfortable, and I never feel like I do them right. So, definitely been mainly OCs. LOL.

DOMINIC “NIC” CARTWRIGHT (TOWN RP)

How I said I had definitely versions of a single character? This one will definitely fall into that category, in fact, I’m working on another version as we speak. But this boy, urgh. He was my Frank Delfino/Grant Ward/Dexter Morgan baby, and I fucking loved him. He had done a lot of bad things, but at the same time a lot of bad things had happened to him in return. He is actually quite a toxic person, he doesn’t know how to love correctly, and is actually pretty terrified to love. Unless you’re his kids, Nate (”nephew”), and Esmeralda (baby daughter) then he’d burn a whole fucking town down. Hell, the world, even. And I do mean this literally. He was a detective, with surgical and military experience. His birth name was Sebastian, and he changed his name at age 18 after the murder of his father. Highly dark character, with the cliche “doesn’t see anything good in himself, but there is), and he only ever killed those who had killed first. (Reference D.Morgan.)
