Does Raven and Jelly have MANY interactions with other OCs? (Like one of your friends OCs) I’m curious

Hey there! To date, Jelly have zero, Raven have about 6 only, 3 were within close friends, 3 as a gift for fellow cod artists

I do want to share why xD know that this isn't meant to be harsh or dismissive, just an explanation of where I'm coming from.

Although I am pretty much okay with most thing in COD, I'm however extremely picky about how I portray Raven because of past experiences where her character had been invalidated, misinterpret or forced into dynamics that just don't align with her personality or backstory (eg. being best friends with medic OCs, shoehorn with a group of Shadow company OCs or drawn with set of clothes that's just...well that's just not Raven).

Part of this is of course, on myself. I've developed a specific way I write her but I struggle to fully explain how she works xD I think unlike most COD OCs, the way I've wrote her background made it so she's not really suited to being casually thrown in every situation (like of the primary reason was how she grew up from a highly individualistic PMC so socializing is a whole other shebang to deal with) Her relationship with Price is an exception (because I said so LMAO)

That being said tho, this isn't me saying "hey dont put Raven with your own OC, like ever". OC creation is meant to be fun and one of the best part of having them is to mash it with another, and I welcome any fanarts of her (like wdym you drew my bbg let's get married rn-) hence the Raven fanbox post. I think if anyone have an idea or would like to collaborate about placing Raven with their own OC, I'm more than happy to discuss it, just shoot me an ask first :]

Now Jelly is different to Raven, since I've made her from a more casual background and actually wanted her to be more of a character that more people can relate to, anyone's free to draw her with their OC if they want to :3 she's just a sillay gurl, maybe a bit shy and skiddish but she's bubbly to be around with!

Personal Headcanon for alchol tolerance of the boys.

Bi-Han and Kuai: Zero alcohol tolerance. Cyromancers and alchol don't mix.

Smoke: Medium tolerance. He can take a few but he'll end up on the floor if he drinks too much.

Sektor : Does not drink because it fucks with his ability to operate normally. Hates the taste so good luck getting him to drink.

Cyrax: High alcohol tolerance surprisingly but you won't know because he doesn't drink often. Is definitely the one who drives everyone back assuming Sektor doesn't feel like it.

It seems we have a similar idea for Sektor, as the one that doesn’t mix well with alcohol (I like to imagine the alcohol makes him too emotional and thus vulnerable which is why he hates it so much, beside the general low tolerance to begin with).

However, my personal headcanon about Bi-Han, Kuai Liang and Tomas is totally opposite to yours. 

For cryomancers the first sips of alcohol may not be the best experience due to the sensation of “warmth” but that is a deceptive feeling, as alcohol leads to lowering body temperature and I like to think that is something pretty cool for cryomancers. Because the more chilled out the body is they feel much better and have annoyingly high tolerance however by rule, Bi-Han and Kuai Liang are not allowed to drink much on missions. Their body temperature naturally is low for a normal human being and while drunk, from medical standpoint, they easily could pass as a walking dead, because their body temperature drops to the level that should kill any normal person. So they aren’t allowed to drink much to not rise the unnecessary and difficult to explain doubts.

As for Tomas, sorry guys, but I’m here for the high tolerance of Slavic blood! Even if the stereotype may be harmful, damn it, I want Tomas to be acknowledged as of Slavic origin and in my head he is another Lin Kuei with annoyingly high tolerance for alcohol, especially compared to other members. May be a bit reckless while drunk and be hangover-ish if he overdone the drinking but a few drinks won’t defeat it!

Cyrax in my head is always relatively normal compared to everyone else. Most likely better than average human being with alcohol tolerance but not even close to beast like cryimancers XD

The thing with Danzo and Tobirama is that, I get it. I might not agree with it, at all, but I get where they're coming from and, honestly, I am very much self-aware enough that, if I had lived through their same experiences, I can't say for sure that I would have done any different. Did they do terrible things? Absolutely. But, again, I can't proclaim with surety that I'd be any better. Like, I can sit here from my current seat and judge them, but experiences color perception and I'm just as susceptible to bias as everyone else is. Who knows what my outlook would be had I lived through the First and/or Second War.

The thing with Rasa and Chiyo is that, there is some resolution. It's definitely too little, too late, especially in Rasa's case, but there is growth and admittance of fault there so that, even if I don't actually like either character, the character development present in the storyline (particularly for Chiyo!) is such that it somewhat cancels my dislike out, leaving me with largely neutral feelings. I did used to have stronger feelings against them, but I suppose it's true that you mellow out with age lmao

The thing with Hiruzen and Hagoromo and Fugaku is that I neither get it, nor is there any character development or admittance/recognition of fault on their part XD

The problem with writing fanfiction is sometimes you realize something about your plot/background/word building that should be happening for narrative and thematic reasons, but you contradicted it in a sort of throw away line like ten chapters back and now have to decide if you want to sneak in and edit that instance out or if your readers would remember/notice.

Do any other writers or readers have thoughts about this? IDK I can make it work without revising I just think T3H THEMEZ HOMGORZ work better with the change.....

Hahaha, yeah, this is Jacob Cromwell, long before his Escape Artist days, back when he still happily worked for the infamous “Counselor,” the Jack of Spades, Duncan Ashe! Looks like he’s just about to head into work, getting off the trolley so he can walk the rest of the way through the capitol to see his OTL buddy, Ashe. Today he’s by himself and looking chipper, but trust me, on those days he could bring his little sister Carewyn with him into the capitol, you’d find Jacob in an even more cheerful mood. It was not uncommon back in those days for Jacob and Carewyn to end up entertaining the passengers of the trolley with their singing, since Jacob would be so thrilled to share his work with his sister and spend time with both her and Ashe, and Carewyn would just feed off of Jacob’s enthusiasm. ^.^

Music accompaniment while working on this piece included The Trolley Song from Meet Me in St. Louis, Merry-Go-Round of Life from Howl’s Moving Castle, We Built This City by Starship, Why Should I Worry? from Oliver and Company and Down in New Orleans from The Princess and the Frog. Jacob’s outfit, if colored, I see following Duncan’s color scheme quite a bit -- Jacob even has an ascot similar to his boss’s. You also may notice that if you count up all the spades in Jacob’s outfit -- including the fingerless Spade-themed gloves -- that he’s wearing exactly nine spades, which corresponds to the card I associate with him!
