One Hand Clapping is a cute as hell 1 hour studio documentary with some comments from Current Year Paul. The whole thing gels together when you realize the director wanted to fuck Paul really badly. Linda outshines her husband easily, she's SO beautiful, holy god. See it this weekend!!!

Just watched the one hand clapping sessions movie and it was absolutely insane??? The amount of musical greatness you get to watch unfold in 240p, not just Paul but the others too and the entire time they’re the most British fucking people you’ve ever seen in your life. Geoff Britton talks and the Union Jack appears behind your irises I swear and they’re all SO sweaty. Paul in his little yellow dress tunic, all greasy and sweaty and very fuckable looking, talking to the orchestra conductor who’s wearing a full tuxedo. Every time Jimmy or Geoff were talking my dad turned to me and said “that guy has a massive drug problem”. Vibes only, 10/10

I just went to see One Hand Clapping. It was so cute!

Some random thoughts I want to capture:

- I want Paul’s sweater with the daisies

- I love the saxophone player, he’s so happy to be there and be micromanaged by Paul

- how is Linda pulling off this fringe again and again

- Denny really was a cutie

- kudos to David Litchfield for showing the orchestra being bored to death while blasting Live and Let Die (the man with the glasses?!?)

- Paul is singing Baby Face about himself and he knows it, he’s behaving especially cute

- Paul going from Twenty Flight Rock to Peggy Sue … couldn’t help but wonder if John would’ve booked the next flight to London if he’d seen that tape (probably not but I wrote a whole ff in my head during that)

- Paul answering Geoff’s criticism: »chaotic, but also aggressive and fun!« (I think it went like that, plz correct me if I’m wrong)

In reference to this post about writing the "the most cliche self indulgent fanfic u can think of. for your health."

First of all, yes totally: all fanfic has elements of being self-indulgent and, to a degree, clichéd; recognition is part of the fun, that said:

Mine would be a PWP about One Hand Clapping Paul. Think his moans and groans and the sheer ecstasy of realizing he is himself, James Paul McCartney, and he wrote all these songs, and this is his voice, and this is still that body. Strong insufferable, irresistible Phoenix from the Ashes energy.

This Paul would be riding one or multiple lucky Beatles adjacent male characters and essentially get off on himself, without trying to hide it. All the goods: the raven hair, the hazel orbs of insanity, Jim's eyebrows, the choppy mullet, the endless legs, the bush and the fur, the sweaty clothes, the unexpected flirty shoulder lift, the sounds.

His swollen scarred lips and his chipped teeth and his stubbly throat as he throws back his head in deep growling earth shattering undignified carnal joy!

Unrealistic streaks of climaxing achieved in real life only by the King of the Wanking Circles, John Lennon.

Because (of course), it's all about John, is it not.

Speaking of: what about this this prompt? John watches Paul touch himself. Maybe they discussed it, maybe it's accidental. Either way, Paul makes a bit of a show out of it. Something sensual, different from their old wanking games. Prompt, I am eyeing you.

The above could be Paul's fantasy, or really happening, I don't care.

One Hand Clapping changed me in ways I didn't predict. Any male in Paul's orbit when it was made (I think John was stuck in the US?) is in danger of being appropriated for this bittersweet fantasy. Why did I write "bittersweet fantasy"? Because it's a cliché. I just can't get enough of that sweet stuff my little lady gets behind (<- >???)
