Thrandy Thranduil
I really like the idea of thranduil having a “thrandy” personality, kinda like how bruce wayne has a “brucie” personality.
In other words: thrandy is a persona designed by thranduil to interact with outsiders he doesn’t like where he acts like the most drunk, sporadic, dumb blond elf to ever live for the sole purpose of making the outsiders so uncomfortable that they try to end the meeting as soon as possible bc they do not want to be around that.
Make no mistake, thranduil is pretty chill and fun as well, thrandy is just over the top bullshit.
He loves it! The reactions of the various elves, dwarves, and humans when he acts like a ditz is hilarious!
His kids find him simultaneously embarrassing and funny af.
(This personally was largely created bc he did not like galadriel or gilgalad but could not tell them to fuck off without causing an incident. So! Making them uncomfortable it is!)
