yes yes liam is playing orym as a very biased boy and stubborn about gods blah blah blah but like. don't you maybe think that orym said no to the archheart's plan because he saw laudna get cannibalized alive by delilah and they were only able to pull her back right before hitting the point of no return. because he told her it was okay to give in along as it got rid of the villain and didn't pay any mind to how it would end. and how he won't make that mistake again.

Grusha, huh.
#rewatched ep 63 since there is no new ep this week and. still very good#the battle itself had fun choregraphy and liko's focus was so good. her VA did such a great job in this ep#and the way it seamlessly led into the ameliko ep.#when the character from the games is so good and still haunts my thoughts.#usually i am not really into characters from the games appearing in the anime but grusha can stay#his contribution to liko's arc and amlk is appreciated#also the fact that he had a mini arc of his own. he changed after meeting liko and had a few realizations of his own#which makes him interesting to me because he wasn't the same between his first and last appearance#makes it feel less like 'look at this character from the games' and more like they are utilizing his concept as a character#to further the current story and characters in refreshing ways while also treating him as a character who can change etc. it's neat!#i wonder if we'll ever see him again. i wouldn't mind tbh. i like his voice too#he should teach liko snowboard too. it'd be cute! (probably won't happen in canon but it's still a nice thought for fanmade works)#the entire writing around liko and grusha still remains one of my fav things#hz063#character notes#episode notes
