Okay so a lot of you seemed interested in my fic about the children of Percabeth, Valgrace and Solangelo going on a classic demigod quest, so here is the next character I want to introduce you to:

Meet Olympia Jackson-Chase!

I definitely have the most lore for her so this might be the longest rant

The daughter of Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase

She’s the oldest of the Next-Gen Trio, as Percy and Annabeth were one of the first Greek demigod couples to have kids. She’s also been at Camp the longest.

She has two siblings, Tyler (9) and Kiera “Kiki” (7) but they stay back at camp while she’s on the quest.

She’s been living under the shadow of Percy and Annabeth’s fame her whole life, and grown up with children at camp dramatically telling stories about the Battle of Manhattan while she just sits there wondering why it’s so glorified. The other two experience that too, but she’s the most bothered by it.

Because of this, she kind of has a begrudging relationship with the rest of the Athena and Poseidon Cabin, and mostly keeps to herself aside from hanging out Isabella and Fin. Still, when the time comes to asking them to take care of her siblings when she goes on the quest, she would trust them completely.

I wrote a fic about her aaaaages ago- it was one of the first fics I’ve ever published on tumblr- I never finished it, it’s not canon to this and I’m probably gonna steal quite a lot of it for this fic. If you’ve read it no you haven’t this totally the first time you’re reading about her shh.

She’s homeschooled. It makes the most sense in terms of keeping her and her siblings safe from monsters and also allowing her to get training from her parents. Also, demigods just don’t do well in public education. I imagine Percy is a stay-at-home dad (he’s a part-time surfing coach in the summer while the kids are at Camp) while Annabeth is making the big bucks at the architecture firm.

I personally think that studying Marine Biology is way more her thing than Percy’s. It combines her dad’s love of the ocean with her mom’s academic prowess. Sometimes she just wants to sink to the bottom of the Mariana Trench and study the fish and not talk to anyone. (Don’t we all).

Her main weapon is a Trident- a gift from Poseidon- that stays fork-sized most of the time but grows into full size when you get it wet. She can also call it back to her hand like Mjolnir in the Thor movies (or like a Loyalty Trident in Minecraft) so it works at both close-range and long-range.

She’s also the most adept fighter at Camp Half-Blood and is SCARY powerful. She can be cold and calculating and strategical, ruthless like the ocean. She’s also inherited both Percy’s and Annabeth’s leadership skills, so often is the one to take charge in sticky situations.

She is Aro/Ace, which is fine because she’s friends with two bisexuals who are attracted to enough genders for them all.

Her birth symbolised the end of the feud between Poseidon and Athena, which is why she has one grey eye and one green one.

She’s also about 6ft tall.

She got her name bc she was born on Olympus (some shenanigans happened where all the routes to the hospitals were blocked by monsters and Annabeth still had her pass to Olympus from when she was re-designing it, so they decided to have the baby there)

Her middle name is “Grace”, mostly left over from an old fic where I wasn’t sure if I was gonna include Jason’s death or not (he doesn’t die in this one). But still, neither Thalia nor Jason use that name anymore, and it’s also bc Apollo helped deliver her (Artemis showed him how to do it) and he suggested a rhyming name “Olympia Grace Jackson-Chase”.

She has ADHD

Grover is her godfather and she gets on well with his and Juniper’s kid (yet to be named)

She bought Finley a Blåhaj from IKEA for his birthday (and he takes it with him on the quest)

She dies the tips of her hair blonde to be like her mom, and so her and Finley often dye their hair together.

I haven’t figured out how to include it in the fic yet, but her and Finley do have a talk about how their parents are both Tartarus survivors.

She’s kinda used to being the cold, hard leader in most cases, but can be a soft girly girl with Isabella.

Isabella is also the only person who can match her equally at chess and other strategy games.

She’s also the only one who knows that both Finley and Isabella have a crush on each other, and is BEGGING to end the pining already.

Asks and comments are appreciated! It really helps motivate me to write more. Also, what should her fatal flaw be? I’d love to hear suggestions because I’m honestly stumped.

The loredump for Isabella might take a while because she’s the one I know least about and what I do know might change.

He and his friendgroup, nicknamed "The Nine", are a constant source of gossip in the entertainment industry. Notable members include model and actress Piper Mclean, senator's son Jason Grace, and heiress of Olympia INC. Annabeth Chase, amongst others.

Caspian's music has pushed him into the forefront of people's minds, outside of association with his mother. The young star has also branched out into acting through a love of theatre, and has started trends with his signature style of fashion. With hit after hit, nothing seems to be able to bring Caspian Hale down.

NAMES HAVE POWER

If they name their kid "Charlie Selena Zoë Bianca Jackson-Chase" that kid is DESTINED to die before they're eighteen.

That's why I hate when I see a hc of a character naming their kid after a dead character. Because in-universe that's basically cursing your kid to die. Percy was named "Perseus" BECAUSE of his long, prosperous life. Percy and Annabeth aren't. That. Dumb.

Headcanon what you want to headcanon, but I just think that if they were to have a kid, they would give it their own completely new name with no ties to other characters, or at least no ties to dead ones.

I personally hc their daughter's name to be Olympia.

ive seen several comments on how annabeth and percy would have like 7 kids just so they (the fandom) can name them after EVERY nice dead character (most of whom percabeth barely interacted with??)

my take is that IF percy and annabeth have kids, (and that’s a big if) they’d only have one. if it’s a girl, sally. if it’s a boy, magnus.

PERSEUS JACKSON, SON OF POSEIDON 🔱!

Percy Jackson has 2 starter pokemon, one gifted by his mother as he left, and one they were given to by Professor Chiron in the Olympia city lab.

The one he received from Professor Chiron was a Riolu, a fighting type pokemon!

Riolu are drawn to trainers who are strong-hearted, like any other fighting type pokemon. They need happiness to evolve, and with a strong-hearted, loyal trainer like Percy, it is guaranteed that Riolu needs not worry about becoming a Lucario!

But, of course, even if it doesn't want to, Percy will stand by it no matter what! After all, it is his beloved Riolu!

Riolu are also known to be exceptionally loyal (and also a bit hasty) just like Percy! To no surprise, the two get along very well. (one of the small reasons being that it is blue)

The pokemon he received from his mother just before they set for their journey was a shiny corsola!

This corsola, previously his mother, Sally's, was a very precious pokemon to Percy, not just because it was a shiny pokemon. Percy had first been introduced, and fallen in love, with pokemon because of this Corsola, so it was to his very joy when he was able to bring it along in his journey to becoming a water/fighting pokemon trainer!

ANNABETH CHASE, DAUGHTER OF ATHENA 🦉!

Annabeth Chase received only one pokemon but started her journey with two.

The pokemon she received from her mother, Professor Athena, was an Aron, a steel/rock type pokemon!

Aron is drawn to trainers who are analytical and determined, the two fitting Annabeth's character perfectly! Living in the mountains and travelling in places like that benefited both Aron and Annabeth. Aron got to feed on the iron ore, and Annabeth got to train her beloved pokemon and capture new ones!

Though their outer self seems hard and tough to get through (literally in Aron's case), the two behind closed doors are the most adorable and loving duo. Aron loves Annabeth, and Annabeth loves Aron.

People often dislike Annabeth, think she's a very tough and mean trainer because she makes Aron train to be able to withstand fighting and ground pokemon, they're laughably wrong. Annabeth would never dream of hurting her pokemon! It was Aron's idea to do the training because it wanted to be stronger!

Aron is also known for being self-assured and defensive, just like Annabeth, but people tend to stick to these two traits, but negatively. You only get to know Annabeth's true self if you're dear to her.

Annabeth's family had a Hawlucha before Annabeth left, had because the Hawlucha had escaped their home to join Annabeth's journey as a trainer!

Aron - Magneto Hawlucha - Vine

GROVER UNDERWOOD, GOD OF THE WILD 🍂!

Grover Underwood never wanted to be a trainer, and he still doesn't, his goal is to be a breeder! Now, with his best friend, Percy, and beloved pokemon, Ralts (which he also received from Professor Chiron).

He often felt left out with having only one pokemon when his friends had three or two, but nonetheless, he was very happy with his companion, and nothing could change that!

Ralts have a very calming presence, and their empathic pokemon, two renowned traits of its owner. Grover and Ralts help people out in ways that don't include fighting, and they try to keep their distance from it as much as they can (but with Percy, it's practically impossible).

Grover has no intention of making Ralts evolve. If it does or it doesn't, it won't change a thing about the two. And if does, it will definitely be a very healthy and happy pokemon.

Grover can communicate with pokemon quite well, but sometimes he needs Ralts to make sure what they're feeling is true, which makes it the perfect companion for Grover's adventure to become a world-famous breeder! To be just like his idol, the pokemon breeder Pan.

Ralts - Ivy

THALIA GRACE, DAUGHTER OF ZEUS ⚡!

Thalia received two pokemon, but her journey started with three companions.

Thalia received her first pokemon, Falinks, from Professor Chiron as well!

Falinks, like most fighting type pokemon, are drawn to trainers who are competitive and determined, both of which describe Thalia as a trainer, and a current Gym leader!

Thalia is a competitive and very powerful gym leader who's difficult to pass through, and she takes pride in it. She's a determined and rowdy leader, and her pokemon love it. The fire in her eyes as she gets ready to battle is a sight to be seen, nothing gets past her.

As a trainer, she was much the same, just a bit less powerful than she is now. But even then, she practically never went down! All her matches are fair, and she doesn't hold back. Thalia believes that the more battles a trainer does, even if they win or lose, it's a learning experience from where they should take something from.

Falinks is also a very loyal and protective pokemon. It stands by Thalia through thick and thin, no matter what the battle may be. No harm can ever come to Thalia with Falinks by her side, it won't let it. (This is also because of how Farlinks hates being in a Pokeball)

These traits are what Thalia shares with her beloved pokemon.

Falinks was a pokemon she used constantly as she was in the gym team, created by a well-known gym leader, Artemis.

The Hunters of Artemis was a feared group who did battles with up to 3 pokemon once. Getting a badge from them was very rare, and very few have done it so far.

Thalia, later on, left this group to start her own gym.

Mandibuzz was a gift given to Thalia by her father, also a well known (and terrifying) gym leader, Zeus. Mandibuzz, despite its infamous reputation, is actually a very loyal pokemon who is quite dear to Thalia.

Thalia has a Plusle who she doesn't use for battles, and only trains it. This pokemon was a gift from her now lost brother who has a Minun...

She only hopes that someday she'll see the Minun along with her brother.

Sorry I’ve gotta immediately come bother you about the kids because I love Finley and I have questions and you said you’d like to be asked questions about your OCs so (also hi this is @demigod-shenanigans btw but since that’s a side blog I can only send asks from my dead main blog that I never use)

So:

-What is his relationship with his parents like? Obviously they love him to bits but beyond that, I mean. Favorite activities they do together? Does Nico regularly get forced into family Star Wars marathons? Does Will have strong feelings about him being the quest healer when he himself was forced to take up the camp healer role when he was very young?

-What’s his relationship with his extended family like? Especially wondering about Hazel but also Hades and Apollo -Has he ever been to Camp Jupiter/New Rome?

-How old was he when he attended camp for the first time? What was his first summer at camp like?

-Favorite and least favorite camp activities?

-What does he do for fun?

- Nico IS forced into family star wars marathons, but doesn’t mind it bc he thinks Annakin is cute. I also think Han and Leia were Fin’s bisexual awakenings, although he didn’t know it at the time. When he first saw Star Wars he didn’t know he was a boy, and so when he saw Princess Leia In The Gold Bikini he thought “oh shit am I a Lesbian” and honestly we’ve all been there.

- There are a lot more Apollo kids now, and so Finley was never under a lot of pressure at Camp. When he goes on the quest, he’s suddenly the chief healer, they’re in constant danger, his friends are getting lightly stabbed, his parents aren’t around, and he’s suddenly put in control of their health. It’s a big shift for him and he struggles to cope with the drastic change. Will will definitely have strong feelings about this, and the fact that children are still being sent on dangerous quests and the cycle isn’t broken is a big theme in the fic. There’s a whole argument of “who is better to send on the quest: retired demigods who have been through enough shit for ten lifetimes or literal children”

- Apollo absolutely ADORES him. He is that grandpa that loves his grandkids so much and always gives them sweets and listens to them talk about their interests and shows up to their piano recitals. Not many demigods live to adulthood, and even then not many choose to have kids, so Apollo absolutely spoils him rotten and is also super protective of him.

- As for Hades- Finley doesn’t visit the underworld very often but when he does he is treated like a Prince. Hades and Persephone love to have him over for dinner and he has his own room in their palace. Hades doesn’t really know how to interact with him most of the time but he tries his best (zombie chauffeurs are still his best tactic). “The Ghost Prince” is very much revered by most of the souls in Hades’ kingdom.

- Apollo also adores Olympia and Isabella (but I’ll make a separate post about their lore)

- He is also loved my his Auntie Hazel. He was kinda worried about explaining the whole trans thing to her but she understood it instantly, and then went on a whole rant about how escalators make no sense. Frazel’s kids only show up a bit in the fic bc they’re a bit younger and are currently training in the Legion. He has a good relationship with them. Isabella is also very close with them bc she lives in New Rome, and they laugh about the whole “my mom kissed your great-great grandad one time” thing. Finley also has a good relationship with his Uncle Frank, who bought him his bow and teaches him archery stuff.

- He’s been to Camp eight years in a row, including the time the fic is set. He’s been going since he was six. He was kinda nervous at first and timid and shy, but he slowly started to feel more confident and at home there, especially after he came out as trans. As a legacy of two gods, he’s allowed in both the Apollo and Hades cabins. He mostly hangs out with the Apollo group when doing activities but if he ever feels like sitting at a quieter table at lunch he goes to the Hades table. He also does some of his group activities with Oly and Isabella and the other Big Three kids (although there aren’t that many), and is technically speaking senior counsellor of Hades cabin so can sit in on meetings.

- He loves training, especially with his friends. He also loves music lessons and capture the flag. He hates anything to do with physical touch. I am also touch averse and I HATED PE as a kid, especially when playing things like rugby or football. Because of this, he’s not very physically violent and prefers to attack from afar with his bow.

- He loves Mythomagic and Star Wars. He’s also kind of into fashion and likes to experiment with clothes that give him gender euphoria. I know he plays music but I’ve yet to decide what instrument (I’d say either Piano or Bass but I’m incredibly biased as those are my instruments). He can also sing really well, but doesn’t really like the sound of his voice. I imagine once he’s grown up and able to take testosterone, he’d get into singing more and more as his voice got deeper. I also think he’s a fan of mcyt and the Hermitcraft/Life series (although how that would work without internet idk). He also likes to cook, and him and Isabella take turns cooking on their quest.

In your reblogs of my other post you asked about my Isabella x Finley hcs and so I’d like to share them here (they are technically canon but I don’t think I can fit them in my fic so they just exist in my head right now):

- First of all, they do end up dating by the end of the fic. Both of them have had massive crushes on each other for a while, but are too awkward to say anything, and the only one who knows about it is Olympia, who is begging them to get together and put an end to the constant pining.

- They’re a straight passing couple, but they’re both bisexual

- Aside from his dads, Isabella and Olympia were first people he came out to as trans.

- Isabella speaks Spanish and Finley speaks Italian, but since the languages are like 82% similar they have this game where they tell each other things in their respective languages and try to understand what they’re saying. Sometime Isabella slips into Latin to mix things up.

- This also gives a change for some solangelo/valgrace bonding as parents. They are all thrilled for their kids and insist on inviting them over for family board game night. I think Jason and Nico are trying to one-up each other as to who can be the prouder parent.

- Soon after they start dating, their periods sync up, which is hell for both of them, especially Fin. But they make each other herbal tea and hot water bottles and take care of each other.

- They first say “I love you” when Fin comes to Isabella feeling very dysphoric and just asks her to distract him and she’s like, “sure. I’m in love with you”

- One time there’s a big ballroom dance at Hades’ palace and the Di Angelo-Solaces are cordially invited as members of the royal family. Finley asks Isabella if she can come and she’s like “YES!” And goes all-out, dressing like a gorgeous goth princess fit for the Ghost Prince. They dance. It’s beautiful.

- Isabella lives in New Rome, but Finley stays in New York. After a while Will has to step in and stop him from sun-travelling to the bay area every day because it is burning him out, and so Isabella arranges to fly over on Festus to see him.

- When he’s finally old enough to get top surgery, Isabella and Olympia are by his side supporting him and take care of him while he’s in recovery. Your honour I love them sm.

“Kiss The Girl”

Basically this is an outline for a fic I may or may not write in the future.

Summary: “Kiss The Girl” ... basically the how many wingmen do you really need song? When talking about a play starring Class Clown Percy Jackson and Acting Prodigy Annabeth Chase as Prince Eric and Ariel, you only need one (#Leo Valdez).

Maybe. If said leads don’t kill each other first.

Story starts off in the Goode High Auditorium. People are auditioning for roles in The Little Mermaid play.

Leo auditions for Sebastian, Percy for Eric, and Rachel for Ariel.

Everyone thinks Rachel has it in the bag but then Annabeth shows up, art people know her because she’s well known in plays, not super popular yet but popular enough in art circle

Her mom is Athena Olympia—famous actress on Broadway who is now a famous producer. Annabeth has been doing plays and musicals since she was a kid but her dad wants her to have more of a normal school experience. Mom hasn’t come to one of her shows in forever but says she’ll come to the production of The Little Mermaid

Annabeth auditions for Ariel and gets the part, Rachel is the understudy. Percy—who does end up getting the part of Eric—is wary of her at first because he’d auditioned as Eric just to be with Rachel. Therefore he acts just enough to slide by and this. ticks. Annabeth. Off.

Because her mom is coming to the play and everything needs to be perfect! She doesn’t need this knucklehead to mess that up.

They basically have a rocky start. Insults are thrown around and it is the general consensus that Theatre Prodigy Annabeth Chase can’t stand Class Clown (but somehow actually good at acting) Percy Jackson.

Poor Leo is the wingman/red crab stuck in the middle.

Eventually they make a deal; show is on for three nights, Annabeth will pretend she is sick for one of those night so Rachel can act with Percy and Percy in turn will act to the best of his ability.

Leo gets them to start hanging around more with each other, embracing his role as a wingman completely because this pair is obviously meant for each other.

Percy starts falling for this bold girl who hides her insecurities behind a tough façade. Because… because Annabeth is girl who isn’t afraid to voice her opinions, isn’t afraid to stand up for herself, and who honestly just genuinely cares.

Obviously he’s oblivious to his feelings because you know, Percy.

Annabeth falls hard as she realizes that Percy is the jokester he is because he hates seeing people sad. He thinks with his heart and not his head and is completely different from everything Annabeth has ever believed and yet she is drawn to him.

She’s not oblivious to her feelings but she knows Percy likes Rachel so she tries to push her feelings away (it doesn’t work).

Through their rehearsals and normal school and just life they grow closer.

Finally the dates of the play roll around. Athena says she’ll be there first day… she’s not. She says she’ll be there the second day… she’s not.

Percy doesn’t know about Athena and he just assumes he’ll be with Rachel the next day. At this point, he knows something is going on inside him and his feelings are a mess but he prefers to just ignore, because yeah, he doesn’t want to deal with stuff.

Annabeth finds out that Athena had meetings but she says she’ll be there third day… the only day left for Rachel to perform.

Tries to go to Percy and talk to him about it but Percy feels betrayed because he thinks she’s just backing out the deal—she just used him? Somehow that hurts more than the fact he won’t get to perform with Rachel.

Then Annabeth confesses about her mom and Percy softens. He’s still hurt but he knows this hurts Annabeth too and he doesn’t want her to hurt. There will be other plays, anyway. Things aren’t entirely settled between them and Annabeth thinks he’s just agreeing out of pity—thinks he’s still mad about Rachel.

Third day rolls around and stakes are high. 30 minutes before show is set to commence Annabeth gets a text from Athena: She wasn’t going to make it.

Annabeth tells Percy she wasn’t acting and tries to walk away but Percy prods and Annabeth just explodes. Isn’t he happy her mom isn’t coming? That means he can act with Rachel! “Isn’t that what you wanted?!”

Percy just stares at her wide eyed for a few seconds before he softly says, “I wanted you to be happy.”

And Annabeth’s not used to this. Not used to people caring. Her dad immerses himself in work. Her mom does too. Nobody cares about her happiness… why should he?

She doesn’t know how to respond to that so she just runs out.

Show goes on. She watches from the side as Percy and Rachel act out the musical. Halfway through, she can’t take it and just leaves.

Celebration Party is supposed to happen at the end but Percy’s heart isn’t in it. Leo notices. So does Rachel.

She and Percy dated freshman year but ended up calling things off. Even though it hurt her, she knew things just weren’t going to work out.

Percy was hurt for while afterwards but they slowly mended things and their friendship. He still had feelings for her though which was why he’d auditioned: he’d thought he could get closer to her and prove that three years later—their senior year—they could go at it again and maybe this time be successful.

But Rachel could see that he’d fallen for another, fallen in love so deep with a girl she knew made him happy and a girl he made happy.

Basically, she gives him her blessing and Leo’s twirls his keys like c’mon bro, you got a girl to get

And ya, cheesy ending but they show up at Annabeth’s doorstep and Leo sings a few lines of “Kiss the girl” and this time, the kiss isn’t interrupted.

“oh my goddess! hello, we are 럭스!”

a whole year has flown by and honestly, mijoo doesn’t know how they did it. 

the voicemail from her cousin, hyunjoon, the other day had definitely put her in a better mood, despite all the what ifs that carried her doubts. the stress, while still there, is lessened by the mood -- the uplifted demeanors on their faces as they descend the place they’ll have their v-live at. and it’s kind of bittersweet, seeing the five of them when there could have easily been seven, instead. she sees where jiwon and dawon could have fit into their little niche and it has her biting her lip when she’s ushered to get changed. 

a lot has changed in the past year, some bad -- a lot more good. 

she’s dressed down, arguably by her standards, but that’s fine -- it’s comfortable and cute and mijoo doesn’t see herself fussing with it as much as she would have if she had been dressed up in a nice dress and heels. the outfit is one mijoo doesn’t fight the stylist on and instead dresses with ease before jumping into play. sneakers tied twice at her ankles beforehand, knowing games were in store mijoo did not want to be the one who had to pause because of untied shoelaces.

the v-live is different than the ones they’ve had before. the flow is continuous, with frequent questions being thrown around here and there and memories ( ones that have been approved by both the company and rehearsed with the manager ) are spoken candidly. they’re on a schedule -- a casual one -- but a schedule nonetheless, adhered by the staff that watches them from behind the phone capturing their moments and their words. 

nothing is to be spoiled for their upcoming comeback, this they’ve been told, but there was something in mijoo that just wanted to give them a little slice of what they were to be expecting ( not consciously, of course; but it was there, that want, that built up anticipation for what’s to come ).

the schedule is stacked and when the questions begin to slow down -- an oversaturation of ‘say hello to ( insert country )’, ‘i love you, ( insert member name )’, and ‘when’s the next comeback?’ has them tying their lips quick and on to the next on the agenda. 

it’s been ages since mijoo has played any of these games, company retreats a thing of the past, her life full of idol schedules -- games like these were reserved for times like these. it also doesn’t help that mijoo isn’t the best at games, anyways. especially when it comes to the whisper challenge -- even after watching countless videos online, mijoo still proves to be useless when it comes to having both ear plugs and headphones blasting eclipse’s chase me into her ears ( she’s sure that she’ll have ear damage by the time this game is over and she’ll happily text her thanks to haseul, ahyoung and ariel after ).  

“WHAT?” comes up a lot during the game and when it’s mijoo’s turn, her eyebrows furrowed in confusion. because as much as she wants to guess the words coming from the other’s words, her eyes zero in on the lips and try as she might to read what is being said, whether or not it was the right word -- the surprise in the other’s face is marked because mijoo says what she thinks, after five tries, that is, and not before long, she’s being forced around to relay whatever has been said -- did nayoung say fart?

“FART -- F -- AH -- RTTTT!”

when they’re shown their audition tapes from royal survival, mijoo wants to crawl into a hole and perhaps bring that video along with her. burn it, bury it -- do something so that it did not resurface. while it was a nice performance, she remembers so jisub’s words all too well -- stale. predictable, he had said. and she remembers them to this day, because how could she forget -- it was a performance like that that had landed her in the minor team when each of her other members had been in major from the start.

it had been the worst feeling in the world and to this day, mijoo laments on it.

but what was worse than that was when so jisub had replaced dabin with her -- exchanging her spot for mijoo to claim in the major team. that had made mijoo sick to her stomach and she vocally expresses this when they’re asked about the times they remember the most, “if i could, i would have given it right back to you. but -- in the end, we’re both here,” she smiles, reaching over to squeeze dabin’s hand. “and that’s what matters.”

the other’s performances do awe mijoo, from their audition videos to the live snippets of each performance, mijoo knows they’ve improved but seeing it individually, and quite impromptu, like this makes her realize just how much they have. dabin’s version of holla holla could arguably trounce the original, while it’s clear why seolhyun was given the goddess of grace role from her performance of janet jackson’s burn it up. nayoung definitely doesn’t disappoint, her dance to scars to your beautiful almost has mijoo tearing up and she’s clapping quite loudly by the end of it. and despite what seoyoung says, mijoo believes despite the cute performance she had done covering she’z ‘no no no’, so jisub couldn’t have picked a better girl to carry them over from sexy to cute. 

it’s only when it comes to her turn, to sing bts’s 버터플라이 that she wonders if she’s let go of the pain that show has brought her. while overall, an amazing growth on her part -- it had trampled over her dreams in the worst way possible. she had always wanted to become a singer, known for her voice -- emotionality and being found in the way she expressed her tone and timbre. but to be called predictable, it had hurt and thrown whatever pride she had left away. 

for now, she’s better -- she’s learned from her mistakes. she was here, wasn’t she?

she had finally been able to fly, even if so jisub had clipped her wings once.

and perhaps her unconscious has caught up to her. because not before long, as they’re switching up parts for the last segment of their v-live, a performance of confused: mijoo is left dazed, unable to concentrate and adapt to being center -- not when she’s always been pushed to the back ( a place that she had grown quite comfortable in; in the back no one could see if she made tiny mistakes or forgot the choreography mid-way through ) but here, front and center, mijoo -- whose head is full of a handful of different choreographies at a time does her best.

and not surprising, her best at dance is obviously not good enough because instead of the confused choreo at a certain point in time -- her hand reaches for her thigh, fingers pinched into a familiar formation, a movement much like one that jaekyung had just taught them weeks ago for their new single, mini skirt, and she unzips air all while confused plays in the background and it’s only after dabin and seolhyun give her a second look that she realizes what she does and she immediately laughs it off, despite the sudden rush of adrenaline shooting up into her system, before quickly and chaotically trying to find her mind and the correct dance moves all while trying to get back into their prompted formation. 

oh no, she can already feel the daggers aimed for her heart from behind the camera.

the chaoticness of their v-live ends, and she can still feel her ears ringing from the horrible high notes dabin had just delivered but that’s to be expected. her stomach aches from laughing and despite the onslaught of consequences to be at her head; mijoo can’t say she regrets it, not now at least. 

when they’re bidding their farewells, mijoo had promised herself that she wasn’t going to cry; and this is tried and true as she holds onto seoyoung’s hand for support as she makes her parting words. 

“thank you so much for all the support and love you’ve given us this year. this year, to put it honestly, was definitely hard. while our debut was amazing, the end of last year, hit us with quite some unfortunate news but we were able to overcome it. with new members, whom we love, and our beautiful fandom, our olympias. we can only do better from here on out, to meet your expectations of us and continue to deserve the love you give us so unconditionally. we’ve still got a bit more time until the end of the year so please look upon us expectantly and keep us in your hearts! please enjoy the rest of your day and be safe!” she smiles, taking a deep breath as she bows low to the camera before rising; another brighter smile replacing the last. 

“until next time, olympias, this has been 럭스! bye ~”

-Day 1- La primera y en la frente al final, pero al menos fue bien para practicar con algunas cosas Para el primer día hice a mi oc de Hogwarts, Ivory -Day 2 & 3- CON ESTE QUISE ESPERAR PORQUE NO QUERÍA SPAMEAR TANTO CON LOS TAGGS En estos dos días hice dos de las squads que comparto con @someone-from-the-blue y @channyni  La primera es la de poketrainers con mi niña Ada, Anibal (Izquierda) y Margo (Derecha) que pertenecen a ellas respectivamente Y la segunda la de magos con mi niño en el medio Merlín todo feo(?), Namie (Izquierda) y Eileen(Derecha) que pertenecen  en el mismo orden que los niños de arriba -Day 4- Cuarto día y esta vez no con una squad sino con una de mis niñas más recientes, Ha-Neul que aun siendo joven es toda una sugar mommy(?)
