A tale of outsized ambition and outrageous excess, it traces the rise and fall of multiple characters during an era of unbridled decadence and depravity in early Hollywood.

Maybe as a result of lowered expectations I enjoyed it more than I thought I would after the somewhat negative reviews.

It still feels excessive but there were some captivating scenes like the parallel movie making montage and crazy ones like the rattlesnake fight.

And maybe less would've been more, but to follow the story arcs of Manny, Nellie, Jack, Sidney and Lady Fay wasn't uninteresting.

I wonder if Olivia Wilde's role at some point was meant to be more substantial.

Phillip carefully followed Olivia's lead as she guides them through the Project, sometimes suggesting things he things would improve the end results. When his Partner decided to left for a bathroom break, he nodded and was just about to leave for the kitchen to request some Drinks when Esme came in. "Oh we're doing great so far Miss Hamilton~" The Boy responds and even stepped aside to give the mother a good view at their Work. "But I was actually about to go downstairs and ask you for some Drinks."

Daughter's Project Partner

Esme was made aware by her daughter Oliva that her school partner would be coming home with her today to work on the school project. She agreed happily and even made snacks for them. Once she heard her daughter walk through the door she bounded out to greet them. She was surprised by how handsome the other was, with a small smile spreading over her lips.

"You must be my little Olivia's partner." She said and held a hand to the other, bending over slightly. The shorts barely containing her rear and the sweater strained on her large bust. "You let me know if there is anything you need." She said, locking eyes with the other.

If I was a bit smarter, I would have saved this for my 200th post, but now it's dedicated to finding Ada in Minnesota, so I guess I can't complain too much.

Anyway, here's this project I've been working on for *checks notes* over 2 months. There’s no way to justify the effort-to-quality ratio of this. I’ve already started planning my next one. (I have problems.)

Whatever, go read Nevermore.

I’m actually surprised no one else has put Nevermore to this song. King George III as a toxic ex was my favorite part of Hamilton, and what are Lenore and Annabel if not toxic? I really wanted to use two different covers because I imagined both of them singing this to each other. And there was so much material that fit! I’ve read this webcomic over three times now?

In that many months.

This story has a deathgrip on me.

That aside, I feel like I learned a lot from making this video. Well, I better have after spending a month+ on it. Even if it’s not exactly what I envisioned, I got to play with keyframes, masking, transitions, lyric timing (do not get me started. This was the worst part), audio balancing, and aspect ratios.

The end result is still pretty basic, but at least I know my way around my programs a little better.
