"babe!!!" he calls out, sounding absolutely exhausted. you yawn and open the bathroom door, clad in some red pjs. "can you help me please?" he whispers, you look at him, hes wrecked, slumped in the shower. you nod and grab the soap, he visibly relaxes as you drag your soapy hands up and down his back, the black body paint struggling to wash away.

"how much setting powder did you use?" you murmur, working overtime to wash this shit off.

"whats setting powder?' he asks. you sigh, gently massaging his back. he groans, washing his hair.

"uh oh." you bite your lip, this shit ain't budging. he twists around to look at you. "girl get to scrubbing"

you flick water at him.

he chuckles, scrubbing his abs.

you stare at him.

his v line makes you unwell. lol.

"baby are you nearly finished?" he asks, exhausted. you press a gentle kiss to his shoulder. "yeah sweetie, we can hop out soon. im so proud of you"

you gently wash him, soft hands massaging over his carved out muscles. it was such a simple mundane task, yet it was full of love.

you help his much taller frame out of the shower, his tall ass body pressed against your DRY pajamas. "oi, asshole." you mumble, pushing him away. you wrap him up in a towel and usher him into the bedroom like a child. he collapses onto the bed, naked.

"you don't wanna get changed... or..?"

he grumbles and groans. you giggle. his arms open, reaching for you. you jump onto the bed, an absolute fit of giggles. he takes you into his arms, pressing tired kisses to your forehead.

anndddd that bitch falls asleep.

i'm talking head thrown back, drooling, loud ass snores.

that man is EXHAUSTED.

Touring with V was something you two had grown to enjoy. i mean shitty meals in a cramped bunk after a particularly rough show wasn't exactly ideal but it was those special moments that count.

like how without fail vessel would bump his head on the bunk when he would climb out of it to pee in the middle of the night. something you grew to laugh over. or perhaps those nights when youre absolutely pissing yourselves over a tiktok, cuddled up in the upper bunk while IV grumbles from below, telling you to shut the fuck up. or those cold mornings when the windows fog up, covered in a layer of condensation. or laughing around the tiny island in the bus over burnt onions.

or maybe its the fact youre touring with bmth, and another girl being there.

or sneaking into the pit after hes showered to watch their set. standing to the back, his arms around your waist, his chin resting on the top of your head. the fans around you completely oblivious.

vessels personal favourites was your day offs, you two would explore whatever city you woke up in, going to cafes, museums, record shops and thrift stores.

those small moments helped your relationship on the rocky, stressing schedule of tour life.
