~~~~~Later that Evening~~~~~

Everything has gone quiet once more after some wild events. However, some more most were once more in hiding. In a hiding spot area, the six claws got to a safe house after getting away from the ??? masked hunters even the one named Tabitha who took her demon sister away.

Right now, the men were worried knowing this hit Ink a lot harder seeing her demon sister like that. She looked so sad, in pain. It made Ink really upset.

They were trying to calm her down right now seeing how upset she was. "Ink..." Bakugo sees Ink sitting down on the bed that was here in this room, seeing her not wearing her jacket this time. Seeing the grey t-shirt that shows some rips and some dried blood stains. She's been silent for a while, tears running down her cheeks sobbing softly, her black hair covering her shoulders and some of the upper back.

"*Sobbing*"

"....*Sighs* Ink..I know your upset that we had to see Jinx like that.......but like we said before we will save her. We will.." he said even if his voice was gentle, she didn't turn around still crying.

"....*sniffs still crying*" She still feels the tears coming down, crying even more that Ink just grips the pillow again.

"Ink???" Atsushi tries to speak or get her attention but once again, she didn't turn around nor faced them.

"..I don't know if she heard us." Denji mutters worried about their dragon. He's never seen her cry like this. It's usually smiling and being happy. Though during serious times, he sees the frowns, anger, and emotionless expressions.

Though this? This was something he was worried to see. Ink crying after seeing something she didn't wish to see. Even when it involves one of her closet friends and close sister.

"Ink???"

"..I can't believe we didn't help her. Jinx please be okay...i'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry we didn't help you...I'm sorry.." she was whispering to herself. She was upset right now. Angry that she couldn't help her. Jinx was in so much pain right now..she wanted to help her. She had to.

"Ink......are you okay?" Ren asked walking over but when his hand touches her shoulder she tenses to move a bit away from Ren but looking down.

"Ink..."

"...We shouldn't have left. We could have stopped them.." she said not looking at them and yet, Ren looks worried knowing she was still speaking of Jinx. It was painful knowing she was upset but maybe their was some way to indeed help her.

"......"

"We should have stayed and went after that helicopter..."

"But how could we Ink? Even if we did, we would have been ambushed. You saw how many of those hunter guards were shooting at us. Even if we did, that woman would have gotten away with Jinx before we had time to chase after them.. "Bakugo said with arms crossed.

"....Even so, we still should have stopped her!"

"Again, we could have Ink but with what!?" Bakugo said back and yet Ink looks down shaking. "Even if we did, they could have took us Ink! What if they took you with them!? Then we would have failed Jinx since she asked us to keep you safe-"

"BUT SHE IS MY DEMON SISTER! I ABANDONED HER AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE!" Ink shouted angry in tears with her eyes glowing. The men said nothing but Bakugo was about to speak but Ren stops him.

"But you didn't abandon her..." Rin said wanting to help calm Ink down.

"But we did....I did. I could have cut that helicopter and saved her. I could have ripped that stupid thing off her chest..I..I could have done something but...but that woman..s..she took her away from us..from me." she looks down but covers her face. "I should have done something..I just want to help her..." she said upset with herself. However, the six claws look at one another then at her more worried.

"Ink, I know your upset right now..but we were surrounded. We would have helped her but.....we would have been killed." Ren said trying to explain but Ink didn't want to hear it. She wanted to help her.

"....Even so...I wanted to. She didn't deserve what happened to her...." she said upset.

".....We know Ink. It hurts..but.......we have to keep trying to stay alive to survive....right now, it's hard right now but we shouldn't be upset about this-"

"Not upset about it!?" Ink looks down but grips the pillow. The six claws said nothing but Ren looks to her worried while Denji wince hearing the tone when he spoke.

"If you didn't know Denji, everything is a mess right now! The fractions are out there and doing the same thing. Their trying to survive to get to where Mr. Henderson is. Theirs some that used to be normal demons and other super natural but now....s..some of them turned into blood hungry demons or things." she said upset.

"We know that Ink, and we are hoping we can find a way to stop this..to stop this virus from spreading." Atsushi said worried.

"We just need to stay calm and work on a way to find the others and stop it."

"........"

"Yeah, but right now hiding and moving along for now is helping somehow..we just need to keep moving and we can-"

"I know that!"

"........"

"It's just horrible...seeing so many turn and become..those things. Their not normal anymore! It's a miracle we that got bit didn't turn into them! Seeing them like that it's..it's terrible. NYC is a huge mess right now, so many have been hurt....broken apart.."

The six claws saw Ink shaking now but she only sobs gripping the pillow.

"It's not helping to see everything like this. Even worse hoping my fraction is safe. Even my friends. And now my demon sister! What if she is lost forever!? What if that bitch did something to her! I don't know why they think this was some sick joke but it's not funny!" she said angry.

"Ink.." Atsushi, Denji, Rin, Ren, Bakugo, and Deku said worried about her and yet, this made them worry for her. Seeing her this upset was bothering that she was still crying.

Ren not wanting to see her upset he sits down near but gently pulls her close to him. She only sobs in his chest while he was holding her, rubbing her back. It hurt to hear her like this. To see her tears that Ink shook gripping his shirt.

"....*Sobbing loudly*..."

"...I think we should leave her be. Ren, can you stay with her?" Deku said but he looks to give a light nod.

"Of course." Seeing this, the remaining six claws goes to leave the room but seeing them go leaves Ren with her. He sees her tears hitting his shirt but he didn't let go, rubbing her back.

"Shhhhh..I'm right here Ink...It's alright." he said as she was shaking.

"Jinx.....I'm so sorry Jinx.." she said crying but didn't leave from Ink's side.

~~~~~~~Meanwhile~~~~~~~

Jaron was silent but he was worried seeing the infected with the DI5 not roaming but it was pretty quiet. He saw the other three resting right now but Breezy was just done giving Rust blood for now to keep him stable. However, he looks down to sigh, closing his eyes.

"Jaron?"

He blinks to look at Melinda seeing her worried.

"You didn't feed yet or for a while. Are you going to feed or are you still okay?" she asked. Jaron looks to her but sighed to look ahead.

"I'm still alright Melinda. Don't worry. Besides, someone needs to keep watch tonight after what happened." He knew that was the case but he only looks silent again.

"We can't take another risk like that..and have you or Breezy get hurt again."

"......" She knew that much after waking up from a hit from the ??? infected. It was seriously strong that it broke out of her and Jaron's hold. Seems some of these demon like creatures are getting more dangerous and stronger. That wasn't a good sign.

"Even so..you still need to keep your strength up. Even when you need to feed. Breezy already fed Rust so he's okay. Are you sure you don't need to?"

"Believe me..I'm good..I don't need to yet." he said not looking at her though he was doing his best to ignore the hunger for it. Jaron was okay for that time she was out. Surely he was alright for a while longer...right? The thought makes him grip the table seeing outside but he knew he was hungry..so hungry.

'How long will you be able to withstand before needing her blood?'

'Please don't ignore it..don't ignore the urge that settles your stomach'

'if you don't..you'll end up hurting her...'

"......."

As Melinda was about to reach to touch his shoulder, he grabs her hand gently but looks to her. Seeing the worry in her silver eyes only tells him she's worried.

"I'm okay.....trust me. I wouldn't lie to you, my precious lung dragon..." He even kisses her forehead as Melinda blinks but only blushed to look down while relaxing against him.

"O..Okay. I just wanna be sure your okay..." she mutters.

"I'm alright....you can trust me. Now, you need some rest. Rust needs rest along with Breezy so go on...." Giving another forehead kiss, he lets go seeing her going to get some rest for the night. For now, the three were resting up now while covered in blankets.

However, Jaron was keeping watch but wincing ignoring his stomach. He did need to drink but he didn't want to risk Melinda getting hurt. Not after that ??? infected hurt her and Breezy.

Rust would have stayed up with him but he insisted that he rests up. For now, the Jackal remains sitting and being on guard but ignoring the hunger burning in him.

Gripping the chair, he remains silent looking down but his yellow eyes glow with some red showing. He will have to be alright.

'Stay focused Jaron....don't give in....don't give in...please give me strength to stay strong....please...' he thought as the night goes as normal.

Okay, this is getting good. But how about this one: Ink and her six claws? How will they do in the DI5 infection?

((HI dears, hope your well this evening. I see you wish to see a DI5 infection au involving Ink and her six claws? Sure, I can write something up for you if you like. Just give me one moment and yes, the boys are demons in this one even the pro heroes. It is a Au after all. :) ))

How would they have known given the warning and thoughts but the Six claws was not prepared for this. At first, it was them just hanging out only to find out a few days later something was wrong. They were told about this infection thing going around but what worried them more was their friends and another person.

Vanity 'Ink' Vanguard. Or Ink for short.

They got word of what happened in New York City and was super worried on what happened. They were going to visit her but was told to stay indoors for now. However, it was good idea they left to find her or her team. Right now, they did find her but their eyes were widen in shock seeing her.

When she was found, she was laying on the ground surrounded with blood but it's her own. Blood was seen from her nose with grey eyes looking dimmed out or lifeless. She looked really hurt but she looked to have been bitten a few times from the blood spots and rips from her clothing. She wasn't even moving. However, she seems surrounded by some that didn't look alright but someone else was trying to keep her safe showing it was Jinx. They didn't get told a lot of what happened but she only told them this;

'Hurry and get her out of here! She's hurt really bad! Please, you have to help her!'

'But what about you?!'

'I'll be fine! Just please! Please get Ink to safety! I'll keep these assholes away from you guys as you get away. Just GO!'

That was all they needed to hear before quickly hurrying to get her away to get some help. They did feel bad to leave Jinx but she told them to run to help her. Ren was holding Ink in his arms while making sure she was kept close to his chest as they ran off to another location within New York City.

This happened a few weeks ago but it comes to now. No word was heard from Jinx but they hope she was alright. Right now, the six claws was keeping a eye on Ink. However, it seems they found out Ink had this DI5 infection now but she recovered while looking tired. From the first few days, she was weak, tired, and really sore. She didn't eat anything for a while but drank what was helpful for her.

It was no problem after a while but when more days passed, she became a bit more aggressive starting to attack and try to hurt the guys. It wasn't her fault they knew this. It was the infection that hit her. And being bitten more than once has it worse. She did have those same red vines on her from where the infected fed from her but it was not till she started craving demon blood. Of course the boys knew if they were going to help her, they would have to find a way to help her.

Even the one time she almost attacked one only to see she was just really hungry. So they had a plan. For a while or a few hours, if Ink was hungry. One of the boys will help with giving her their blood. They usually go any order they choose but everyone goes once before it starts over again. Each one has a bite mark from Ink to show they were fed off by her.

Right now, Ink was laying against the wall while looking down at her hands. She was really tired so tired after what happened. She was worried about her friends, her team...even Jinx. She got no word from her demon sister only to hope she was okay. Her grey eyes were looking down even from the given light in the base she and the guys were staying in. It's a safehouse so they were okay for a while.

Bakugo and Izuku was checking their supplies.

Denji was keeping a eye out to insure no infected was near by and if they were he with Rin would take them out.

Astushi was checking to insure or seeing if anyone else was around giving the com radio but no luck. His scent tracking could help but he still smell the heavy flow of blood in the air.

As for Ren, he was checking on Ink right now while going to where they had her resting up right now. He goes to gently knock as the dragon remains where she was. "Ink? You awake in there?" he said but opens the door to look.

"........." He saw Ink was still where she was leaning against the wall as she was curled up. He walks over to check on her but when he did, she didn't notice him yet. "Ink?...." He sets the tray with food down near the table but he slowly looks at her.

Her medium length black hair was covering the upper part of her face but he knew she was tired. He carefully reaches to touch her cheek to show he was here as she tenses from the touch.

"Easy..it's me Ink Ren...." He speaks in a gentle tone not to scare her but she slowly looks up seeing it was him. He even noticed the two sets of fangs under her lips as she was slowly relaxing again. She knew she was safe. She keeps forgetting that but only closed her eyes half way to nuzzle into the palm of his hand.

The six claws would take turns coming in to check on her while taking turns so it was Ren's turn to check on her. He looked worried seeing how out of it she was but it was better than the recent freak out she did in the beginning. Though, he still held her cheek only wondering if she was alright.

".........Ink? Are you hungry? I got some food for you if you are." he shows the tray of food for her as she slowly looks to it seeing it was. They still also make sure she eats as well. She feels him about to lower his hand but she quickly grabs his wrist to hold it. He blinks to look at her while she whines not wanting him to leave her. Even after what happened, she was still recovering from what happened to her.

Her demon blood did heal her a lot but she was badly hurt from when they found her and Jinx. Ren knew that only to sigh but sits near her to gently hold her close. "It's alright Ink..I'm not going to leave you.." he said gently to pet her as she curls up more against him to rest her head into his chest. He only held her gently but pets her head carefully. She really was nervous now but he didn't blame her.

However, he still had to get her to eat. "Here, you gotta eat though. I know your tired but you should try to get some food in you.." he said as she looks up to him while then looks to the trey of food. Giving that look, he carefully reaches to get it but looks to get the bowl of stew they were able to heat up and feed her. She looks at it but opens her lips to take it into her mouth to eat.

He was happy to see her eating as she should. Even if they got her eating more food. They knew it was going to be time when she was going to need demon blood soon. She keeps eating the food while being sure to not eat too fast. However, it's when half way, she was only thinking about everyone in this mess.

Ren kept holding the spoon while feeding Ink more of her food but as he was about to feed her, he noticed her looking up at him. "Hmm? You okay Ink?" he asked but she didn't say too much. She did just look at him but this got Ren wondering if she was alright.

He carefully sets the almost empty bowl down but he looks to her. "What's wrong Ink? Do you want to take a nap? Do you need something?" he asked but she only shook in his arms that made him wonder if she was cold. He looks to get the blanket close by and wrap her in it. She adjusted herself from the blanket feeling it's warmth but she only rests against him but he sees her gripping his shirt.

"......" Something was wrong. He didn't know but it was like she was resisting something. Was she in pain? Or was she still hungry?

"Ink if you want more food, I can get you more if you-" he saw her shaking her head no. She didn't want him to leave as he held her. "..You don't? Then what do you need? You can tell me." he said softly. She knew he would but Ink only looks silent then up at him slowly. He saw her eyes again, looking tired but she was whining again.

"Ink?"

"....." She looks too tired to talk but he wonders if it was something else. "Ink..do you need blood? Is that what you need?" he asked her but she only shook her head.

"Hmm?"

"...C...can't.....don't wanna hurt.....you." she said sadly.

"Ink, you have to. You know what would happen if you don't.." he didn't want her to hurt herself again as before when fighting it. They had to give her some sleeping medicine they had with them to help her. However, they keep a eye on her in case now.

"Look, you need to eat Ink. It's important so you don't lose to the blood hunger."

"....."

keeps looking at him but it tells Ren enough. Sighing, he felt it was. "I......."

"It's alright......" he said gently to her but he made sure his shoulder was present. It was the same spot where she bit him before when needing to eat. She sees it only look quiet again but he held her head close. "It's alright.....just go ahead when you are ready."he said.

Ink looks down at his shoulder before she leans in close and slowly bit into him carefully. When tasting the red flow of blood, she begins drinking slowly while Ren held her.

"It's alright Ink....you have to if you wanna get better. Do this to help yourself so you don't end up sick." He said softly but she only keeps feeding from him while Ren was still worried. It only keeps them silent just looking down. He wanted to help Ink get better because right now she was a bit weak to do anything.

However, this worked and she was gaining strength again. For now, he would be alright right after just to assume that. For now, he would help her before another claw had their turn. Even right now, Ink was still drinking his blood only to grip his shirt not letting go. For now, she takes the time to rest up for now.....
