Hey ho folks !

This week, I have another #throwbackthursday for you :D. Another dragon artwork, which is almost 10 years old! Oh man the time flys by. It was in a time, where I used alcohol marker a lot. It’s funny how my preference changes through the years.

Well I hope, I will use this medium again in the near future….

Anyway, should I redraw this art piece one day? What do you think?

Well this Week I couldn’t manage to finish a #newartwork, because I am in my sketching/doodling phase again.

But why not celebrate a #throwbackthursday this week.

Here is a dragon, that I did back then :“D.

A bit of a story time: I started to doing art (for real) in 4th grade. My artstyle was more cartoonish back then, later on I had a really a manga phase till I have my current artstyle, which is I think a mix of both :“D.

Some elements that I like to draw back then stayed and other are totally gone.

I think, it’s very interesting and motivating, how my art progress over the years.

So I will keep going and wonder how are I will come :“D.

"sonor'ous" Here's an old collage from 2017. I used to make collage everyday on my 45 minute train commute to and from work. A lot of them, like this one, were made in a little A6 size notebook. I eventually gave up on collage as I found myself becoming more formulaic with the contents and compositions, however I think I could revisit the medium a little more freely now. Maybe sometime in the near future it'll happen. Maybe it won't.
