The beef of Asian people with latin people when it comes to rice washing is insane
#you can yell at white people about rice washing...... but LEAVE US OUT OF IT!!!!!#WE HAVE A DIFFERENT PROCESS#my friends who learned to cook rice in an asian tradition (both asian and non asian) have such crazy beef with the way i cook rice#smh.... if yall had some good old fashioned puerto rican rice you wouldnt know what to do with urselves#okay yes admittedly if im using a rice cooker i do need to wash the rice. ive ceded that point.#but when im doing it the REAL way. the PUERTO RICAN way. rice washing is out of the question
