#okay did something somewhat impulsive and bad but i also took my anxiety meds and ate food which i count as wins#i feel like im tottering on the edge of a cliff and who knows if ill fall off????#my mom kinda made me more upset too she kept giving me all these things i SHOULD do to help#like i should eat i should shower i should work in my workbook and use my coping tools and im like#dont u get???? that that is exhausting??? that they usually dont work the first time i do them so i have to keep doing them????#when i dont have the energy to cook mac n cheese??#and i like dont want to be alone but i dont want to be around someone like this rn#anyways. im watching a comfort show#mine#vent
