Note to self: do not go into tag for a fandom after finishing a show
#jenkins.txt#yea this is about Izzy hands#ok if u don’t want ofmd spoilers stop reading the tags#it was fine#there were things I didn’t like#how it killed off the only non negotiably disabled character#and how Izzy was finally opening himself up to being happy#and they way it dodged dealing with Izzy’s relationship with Ed and stede#but there was no way Izzy wld apologize for releasing the kraken unless he was on his fucking death bed and I think that was important#ok my final opinion for now is that I wish he had lived bc there were some interpersonal things that would’ve had to have been addressed in#season 3 and killing him felt like the easy way out#but also piracy is piracy and it’s dangerous#and the scene where he died really did showcase his growth as a person#knowing he was gonna die made him chill out n be honest with himself#ofmd s2 spoilers#ofmd spoilers
