I honestly wanted to write for him for a good while there, and then when he finally made his anime appearance with the BIGGEST DICK ENERGY I was like dopey for him for a while. I think it was yuurivoice who had some naughty voice acting smut for him as well and that didn't help 👉👈

I would get ideas for like, Team Skull rollin' up on the airport/one of the airports accepting travelers into the region because they wanna do some d-list shenaniganery like I dunno aggressively rap at people, and Reader comes off the plane to be confronted by them because hey, someone from another region, bet she's got good shit! And Reader was in first class and she had like 6 margaritas during her flight and now these black and white wannabe gangsters are telling her to hand over her pokemon and she just kinda. Smirks like "damn, I've never met the antagonists straight off the plane before" and is basically like responding very humorously and unimpressed at all of their threats, right. so maybe Guzma is on the sidelines and he sees his lackeys blowin' the job and he intervenes, maybe getting a lil rap introduction, to which Reader is all like "ok you know what, ok, that was actually pretty fire, you guys seem cool"

But anyways there's still a Pokemon battle because obviously Team Skull's gotta show you who runs things around here! And you absolutely wipe the floor with all of them because you still have on your person the Pokemon team you just beat the last Pokemon League with. And you kinda rub in your victory a little and saunter off to find your hotel or whatever and Guzma is just lowkey standing there like... "ok i hate that I just got totally emasculated but she was pretty cute though" and it just starts this rivalry of Guzma deliberately getting in your way and challenging you to a match or like just doing "villain" shit to mildly inconvenience you because he's Got Feelings but doesn't know it yet

And then my other idea is basically like, in the post-game and in Ultra SM, Guzma is officially your buddy and you can do tag team battles alongside him and stuff, so then I started thinking: what about a Guzma who's very attached to you, and when you decide that it's time to leave Alola and head to the Galar region next, he Does Not Take It Well. You can't leave! What about the last few years you've spent together? The adventures? The late night stoner sessions with him and his crew listening on as you tell some of the many tales of your travels? You changed his life around! You saved him! Shit, you even helped him get over some of the shit with his father! And you want to throw that all away just because, what, you gotta catch em all? Hell no! You ain't leavin', and if he's gotta find some way to keep you from getting on that plane, he's gonna do it
