I have made THE most incredible protein dessert and I didn't write down proportions and so I don't know if I'll be able to replicate it.
#roughly it's:#oikos pro vanilla#some of the oikos pro plain to cut the sweetness#~1 generous tablespoon of lemon pudding mix#shredded coconut#lime juice#and fresh raspberries#tamlin's gym tag

Healthy Fruit Dip
8 oz Full Fat Greek Yogurt, I use Oikos Pro Plain
8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Combine sugar and heavy whipping cream in a pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Place in fridge until it is chilled.
Place a brick of cream cheese in a mixer and beat until it is creamy.
Add Greek Yogurt and beat until mixture is fully combined.
While mixing slowly add the heavy cream mixture. Mix until it is the desired consistency. The more it is mixed the fluffier it will become.
When you have reached the desired consistency add vanilla.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
