i love linguistics like i think its so neat but i feel like it would be such a weird thing to major in if you don’t wanna go into law/communication? bc its just like......fun facts. like yeah i know the reason that one of the phrases for “hopefully...” “ojalá que...” exists is because when the muslims were up in spain the spaniards kept hearing them go “oh allah!” and it was like Oh allah ohallah Ojalá but like. what am i gonna do with that besides share you this cool info

I wish to see you in Akhirah along with Nabi Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. I wish to be near You and Nabi Muhammad s.a.w in Jannah. Oh Allah, if I die...please allow my state to be in full of Imaan, my last words be your kalimah syahadah, and my death is syahid...oh Allah. I'm yearning to be  a great muslimah...like Siti Khadijah and Aisyah...l beg you please allow me....make me strong with my faith and Imaan....I'm craving to smell the sweetness of Jannah, the air of Jannah, the coolness, the view, the beauty of Jannatal Firdaus! 

Oh Allah, my sin....my sin is as wide as the sea! Oh how i've regretted all those mistakes I have commenced...Ya Allah, I beg you to forgive all of my wrong-doings!   For, if without your forgiveness...I'd be with the losers and that will be my greatest loss....Oh Allah, i've read the Quran...i've understood the payment for those that are a tyrant, disbeliever, hypocrite, evil toYou! oh..how it has shook me with full of  fear with the torment that they will receive! Ya Allah...I don't want to be placed in evil-fire...let me be with amongst the Winners...oh Allah...forgive me...forgive me...forgive me...please accept my repentance, oh Allah...I bear witness that Allah is the one and only Illah and Nabi Muhammad s.a.w is His Messenger...
