nightbringer lesson 45

Well... um... okay then?

I mean, I dunno not a whole lot going on in this chapter. We got the Devildom Physics portion of the science eclair as Beel calls it. And our boy passes the preliminaries because Lucifer forced him to study like crazy. To the point where he's mumbling about Devildom Physics in his sleep.

Then we got the finals where the host is... Satan???

Apparently he just happened to know the railway executives who were sponsoring the event...

I mean... Belphie has a point lol.

Also interesting to note Luke's response when Solomon asks him why Simeon didn't come with him.

Simeon is Not Well. What does this mean? Ominous.

We split into groups and Mammon complains that he's not paired with MC. But his group is transported elsewhere. Then a little later, Barbatos laments that he wasn't in the same group as the Young Master. Belphie was a smartass this whole lesson I love that little shit, honestly.

He said the same thing to Mammon lol. Look how sad Barb is. C'mon Barbatos, shouldn't be happy you're in MC's group?? Sheesh!

They're all panicking a bit because the train is about to crash but they're trying to use Physics to figure out how to stop it before it's too late! Satan gets a little weird and leaves. MC follows him and...

BE STILL MY HEART. Poor baby was so riled up because he just wanted to protect MC 😭

Anyway, they figure it out and the day is saved, but Lord Diavolo's team still wins. Sigh!

However, MC is on the roof of the train when it finally stops and they're about to fall when all of a sudden-

Look at this man. His demon form does Something to me. He catches you at the last second dslkjfdfj

It turns out that Beel's wish was to have a cooking competition come to RAD...

Luke's response made me lol.

And even though Diavolo won, he agrees to have the competition at RAD anyway. So even though Beel didn't win, he still gets his wish! Awwww isn't that nice? I'm not sure where that's going... like if we're going to experience it the same way we did Asmo's wish. But uh... I guess we'll find out?

In the locked lesson, we see what Diavolo had to deal with and honestly, when that guy takes charge of a situation it's hot as hell (pun intended).

Hard lesson involved us returning to the story of the Little Ds. They're trying to cook with Luke and making a terrible mess and they keep getting him in trouble lol. They're adorable menaces.

Anyway, nothing too exciting happening here. No big revelations or anything. I think that's gonna be something that hits us next lesson. They seem to give us something easy and fun before whacking us with something.

I guess we'll find out how it goes!
