Welp, 65's out
So we start with...
Oh hey, Storm's actually treated like a valued member
And thankfully dialogue's short. They steal the relics, Knux fails in stopping them, and they get away
So then Knux goes to the Chaotix for help. Which is nice at first, but-
Seriously, when when was he this aggressively prideful?
And then forced shipping that has never been seen in games
Alright let's see how they list sus-
w-when di, I didn't skip a page, what?
Even more what, Eggman's back?
That makes the filler stories seem sillier in retrospect
And yeah, Eggman's right, this was their first choice?
Even ignoring that
-How did they know where his base was?
-When did Eggman set this up?
So Eggman's denying responsibility of course, though...
Several things
-Eggman has bothered to name specific units for robots/mechs
-Eggman directly oversaw the amount of Hyper Go-On canisters he made
-Eggman directly oversaw animal quality in Lost World
He absolutely would be finicky in riches. Riders 1 he was pissed to find he wasted resources for a flying carpet
Also
-Eggman literally hired the Babylon Rogues in Riders 1 (though the Heroes didn't know that)
-Eggman had Infinite
And lastly WHY even have the relic to begin with? I legit have no idea what Ian's planning for it
It's enough to dissuade the group, and they leave
"We haven't heard a peep, but he started a public recycling company, so uhh...somehow we missed that and not Eggman legit lying low"
Knux again is aggravated again, though it doesn't amount to much
Luckily Charmy and Espio find a lead, and they head off
We cut to Storm being a dumbass, and Jet being more impatient than canon
Honestly, the best Flynn ever wrote the trio, entirely cuz the story mostly doesn't focus on them, and them having actual competence
Sadly we just end as Jet notes cultural respect for Babylonian artifacts
The 2nd story surprisingly does take place in current day. The "date" Vector planned earlier actually is it!
Unfortunately ABT drew it, and Cream's one of his worse chars given how eyebrowy he does faces
So she runs out of butter, then leaves Cream to finish the other meals while she goes gets more from the store
Nearby Rough and Tumble- yes them- see Vanilla leave and assume the house is unguarded
Cream tends to cooking while Gemerl goes to place plates in the dining room. He-
Ok that table's like 3 m away from the door, spacing continuity much?
So you'd think he'd easily dispose of the two given how much of a jobber they are, right?
No, it weirdly stalls out, and then for drama this happens

This story is by Evan, and a rare case of actually being tied to the first story
Honestly like before, the fillery nature of these stories is...dull. the fact Ian made such a big deal of Eggman being disposed of in the Eggperial arc, only for him to return with barely any hurrah gets me
The games Eggman actually stirs shit, here he's...literally not doing anything. And they treated Eggperial like such a huge deal...
It's a little sad, IDW could've used filler before, but chopping the content in half and still being reliant on drama for entertainment blows. At least there are minimal hero OC refs here
Knux's side plot I have a feeling will just be messy fights with underwhelming climax

Eh, not much I can tell u now,,, but shes mainly from our world and her role in our world Is actually a multiverse/crossover traveller but in the series/shows I set her as a wizard.
Yeah like almost every gacha series(jk) I made her find a random wand while wandering the woods. She firstly didn't know how to control the wand at first but accidentally she literally made a portal open, like a curious person would,, she went inside.
From what I tracked down from which fandom she went first was, Trollhunters: TOA then Transformers Unicron trilogy before exploring others. (Gundam, Brave series, etc..)
Plus, when she was exploring for like, a few years. Vector prime noticed her and like gave her a miniature version of his sword. (Which I haven't gave a reason why he did..)

ZG sighed as he patted himself down searching for any Puffs he might have.
“Shit. Other jacket. Oh well.”
He glanced upward at the metal ceiling that had become oh so familiar over this last year. Still, being an engineer on a mining skiff paid well and he was far better off than continuing to get mixed up with whatever that business was with those otters on Ganymede.
“OY, short stuff.” came a shout.
ZG stopped his search and turned to look at whoever it was that was trying to get on his nerves.
A large Hyena and his Wolf buddy were waving a pack of Puffs. “Missing these? You dropped them.”
“Did I?” ZG shook his head. These guys had been bugging him for making them look bad on the last EVA run. “Or did you steal them from me because you can’t actually fix anything for shit because you don’t know the appropriate time to use those things?”
“What you say?” The wolf took a step forward as he spat those words.
“You heard me, pup.” dismissed ZG
“Check out the horns on this one.” chuckled the Hyena as he tucked the pack into a pocket. “Or horn I guess. Run into too many walls didya?”
ZG shook his head a little. The time when he was basically a household name throughout Sol wasn’t even that long ago all things considered, but it seems his star had burned out all the same. “You even know who I am?”
“The guy who we’re about to teach a lesson in who runs the outside crews here to.”
“Sure you are.” and with that ZG simply stepped forward and….
BOOM!
He had shunted to behind the two of them, braced himself and then swiped at the Wolf’s ankles with a couple of quick kicks, his reclaimed hooves cutting through clothing, flesh, muscle and tendons like nothing.
“No refs here, pup. Street rules.” He said as he planted another kick sending the, now whimpering wolf, tumbling forward.
The Hyena’s eyes were wide but he at least took a swing.
ZG almost rolled his eyes. Fighting through intimidation. Plenty of those idiots in Kombat when he was still fighting. He simply dodged the swing and the follow up.
“Always was too small to hit.” ZG grinned.
“You fucking…” The Hyena stepped forward and raised his arms in an attempt to grab ZG.
ZG merely used this opening to perform his old, flashy signature move, the ZG Flip. He pushed off the ground leaving a gouge in the deck and using the advancing Hyena’s knee as a push point threw all his momentum into a very flashy backflip kick. Without any of Kombat’s usual protections and the fact ZG had done the reclamation surgery to be able to use his hooves as cutting tools while EVA, the Hyena didn’t stand a chance. The solid hoof, now reinforced with metal and ceramics, simply crunched its way through his muzzle, leaving yet another whimpering pile of vector on the deck.
ZG landed and resisted the urge to raise his arms as he would have done during his Kombat days. There was no crowd here, just a couple of bullies who would need medical help and soon. First though he searched through their pockets and retrieved his pack of Puffs.
“Punks like you used to leave me alone. Wish you still did.” He checked the power on his shunt device and wandered over to the nearest comm unit. “Yeah, ZG reporting a fight in sector 2, corridor beta. Send medics asap.”
And with that call done he cracked open the pack, deciding that he’d earned a moment of bliss after all this nonsense.

Oh gods I have. Thoughts about this too and I'd also like to add Moar to this thread So. Yeah, one of the things I've been Struck at regarding That Scene in NEO IS that Neku not only shows Sho mercy but even actively tries to defend him to Beat and. Actually treats him as human (yes, he will call him Out on the "wtf were you wanting Rindo's pin for?", but he also will occasionally *joke* with Minamimoto in battles) So I'd like to throw in some more symbolism that dates all the way back to TWEWY :D So yeah, the point Neku was shot twice, which is also the site of one of the few surviving works of art by CAT (who had an incredible amount of influence on both Neku and Minamimoto)... And, well. Udagawa Backstreets themselves and some goroawase symbolism (that does get a bit lost--understandably--in translation) So in TWEWY you have two instances (both during Minamimoto's week, interestingly) where a route is called out specifically, and where there's some goroawase puns--and possibly some deeper symbolism: a) Route 3 (which goes from the Scramble to Tipsy Tose Hall), and...which has a particular goroawase associated that can be roughly translated as "Treat me like you'd treat other people" or "Do for me what you'd do for anyone else". (Neku, interestingly, almost certainly uses this when he pops off the square root of 3 to Joshua, though in the game it only ever gives the digits even in Japanese.) AND b) Route 5, which is frequently uttered by Minamimoto, has a goroawase mnemonic that can be roughly translated as "Parrots caw at the foot of Mt. Fuji" (with the implication of Something Obvious) which has been variously localized as SOHCAHTOA refs (TWEWY) or "Do the angles in a rhombus add up to 360 degrees?" (NEO:TWEWY, and yes, they do). And route 5, as it turns out, is also the route leading to Udagawa Back Streets, which...well, then and now, probably the area that most fits Minamimoto's Aesthetic (it's had a RL rep of being kind of sketchy and edgy, but also does have a hobby store and "hole in the wall" cafes, and also a LOT of independent music stores). Pretty much a lot of the point of origin for the initial thing that brought Neku to the UG to begin with...and what probably *particularly* lit a fire under Minamimoto to Null The Composer (honestly it's very apparent if you tell him it's impossible or he can't do a thing he will do everything he can to make the impossible possible even at risk to himself and others, even TWEWY!Another Day proves this BEAUTIFULLY and I'd argue so would the whole chain of events that led to him getting Taboo'd up, and the whole chain of events that led him to the idea that Blue Mage Style Absorbing Soul Pulvis was a good idea to begin with) And honestly? The whole vibe of the Udagawa Backstreets is probably an exemplar of what the Higher Plane considers TOO chaotic on one end, and I don't think it's coincidence Hanekoma picked THAT exact spot, pretty much the "rawest" part of Shibuya, to put in his mural to explicitly DRAW people to gather and enjoy the moment. (And yeah, I have a lot of Thoughts again on just Who The Hell Hurt Minamimoto So Bad that he's obviously got a Library of Congress worth of Trust Issues so even the baby steps we're seeing with NEO are almost a sea change, and at least to *me* it seems they're hinting eventually towards Minamimoto learnring more there are things He Cannot Do Alone and that you can change the vector you're on. But then again I've sensed we've had hints of that all the way back to DS versions of TWEWY, like why do they have him Heaped like the Monkey King (seriously there's...a lot of Journey to the West symbolism and not just in brands lol). But yeah I think a LOT on the specific symbolism of Udagawa Back Streets lol)
Do you ever think about the fact that the Leo Cantus Armo fight takes place in the Udagawa Backstreets, exactly where Neku was shot, once by Joshua once by Coco, twice had his life unfairly ripped away from him, and when he arrives Sho is furiously bearing down on Beat with the intent to kill so that even if he is out of his mind under the duress of Soul Pulvis' power Neku would be entierly justified in erasing him...but instead he chooses mercy? He shows him a kindness that the world never afforded him, because for all that Sho has done Neku still believes that he deserves it? And despite the horror he has been through all he wants is to extend the second chance that his friends once gave to him? I don't I'm normal.

why do graphs suck so much in rust :///
Because of ownership, mutability, and aliasing rules, all of which are in place to prevent double frees, use-after-frees, and data races.
To elaborate, a pretty straightforward way to implement a graph in, say, C++ would be something like the following:
template <typename T> class Node { T data; std::vector<Node<T>*> neighbors; };
Individually allocate each node and have them all store pointers to their neighboring nodes.
The problem with this design is that it is inherently memory-unsafe. Assuming a general graph structure (i.e. non-trees are permitted) then there's no clear hierarchy to the nodes, and so no clear way to delegate the deallocation of each node to another one. You gotta do that shit manually, and make sure you're not double-freeing or use-after-freeing or any of that. Probably you're gonna wanna depth-first traverse the entire graph and collect all of the node pointers into a single vector and then deallocate them from there; it's an involved process, very prone to error.
Trying to do a similar thing in Rust, we might try:
struct Node<T> { data: T, neighbors: Vec<Box<Node<T>>>, }
Problem with this is that Box is not interchangeable with a pointer; it can only have one owner, so that it's completely unambiguous when it needs to be deallocated and which Thing needs to do the deallocating, so that it happens automatically. But that means this structure only allows for directed trees. No cycles or back-edges allowed, that would mean the same Box<Node<T>> being owned by more than one other node!
Trying again, we might try to refcount the nodes:
struct Node<T> { data: T, neighbors: Vec<Rc<Node<T>>>, }
And that... kinda works, sometimes? It's a pain in the ass to construct, especially if you want cycles. Gotta juggle weak refs and shit, probably gonna need to add another field in there like weak_neighbors or something, which means also imposing a kinda pseudo-hierarchy anyway, and how do you manage that? Gonna run into a million and a half lifetime problems. Oh yeah, mutability is also a concern, could try sticking a RefCell in there, for even more of a headache.
I haven't even touched on how this shit might work in a multithreaded setting. Data races everywhere.
Anyway, I imagine since you sent this ask you're already painfully aware of all of these problems. But since you're here, might I suggest the following graph structure:
struct Graph<T> { nodes: Vec<(T, Vec<usize>)>, }
(Many variations exist, use your own discretion and ingenuity.)
This is basically an adjacency list representation. We've got all the nodes stored in one vec, owned by an overall graph structure, and each node is stored alongside a vec of indices into that same vec, indicating which nodes it has outgoing edges to. This is almost identical in spirit to the C++ example, except that we're using a kind of insulated memory space where every access is checked by necessity to make sure it's following the rules, and nothing has to worry about deallocating other things in the space because that's managed from outside. If you're not careful here you might run into some out-of-bounds access panics, but you won't run into any memory unsafety.
(Now, giving this structure a convenient public interface is another problem altogether.)
