for being a manga in which 99% of the choices are taken exclusively to make the mangaka laugh one piece is sure heavy as fuck isn't it
#i was thinking about wano arc and how horrifying most things that happened there were#and then i thought well dressrosa was no better was it#and then uh they Were experimenting on kids in punk hazard were they not#and uhhh the whole deal with fishmen island#.....then again right before there was the war and all that it implied#and sabaody and the introduction of the celestial dragons before that#and they WERE experimenting on corpses back in thriller bark#and ohara and tom's stories before then#and and and#?????????#anyway with a manga that heavy of course oda would take any chance he got to make himself laugh#Of Course#oh wow for a short moment i totally forgot whole cake is an arc that exists#well that was no better was it
