haven’t bought a wacky item to help my pain in a while but i finally broke down & bought a cupping set bc i have no idea when i’ll be back in to see my lil massage therapist bc she cost like $175 but silicone suction cups are like $15 with tax.

#tbf to me i only don’t use the one thing #i actually use my acupuncture mat & foam roller & back stretcher p frequently #the lotions and stuff have all been a bust they just make me smell old #and of course my rice in a bag. i put rice in a bag slippers on my christmas list idk if i’ll get them #rani makes text posts no one will read #oh wait i don’t use that elevated pillow anymore either but that’s bc the injections stopped the swelling #i have so many lotions tho
