somi feels the pressure of her final semester at uni while getting ready for EXO's comeback after a while

"Let’s go back from the second chorus to the bridge." the choreographer told the group. 

Somi whined and pouted, returning to her position on the other side of the room. 

All these years she could count how many dances she didn’t cross the whole room or stage and things would not be any different with ‘Don’t Fight The Feeling’. 

But, other than that, one more thing kept her anxious that night: finals. 

For a long time during her journey at university, she thought this moment would never happen. Deep inside, she knew that balancing her life and a whole university dream was almost impossible but, somehow, she made it. If everything works out, Somi will officially be a Bachelor of Law in less than a month. 

"Can we take a break?" Xiumin asked, taking a sip of his water. 

"No!" Somi answered before the choreographer himself, making her members and managers laugh. Xiumin looked at her, surprised. "Sorry, oppa. We’re running late and I have finals today."

"That’s true." Sehun said, massaging Somi’s back. "Poor girl is studying her brain out."

Somi frowned at the sudden display of affection and stepped aside, running away from Sehun’s message. 

"Oh, really?" the dance director asked her manager, who agreed. The man turned back at Somi, with an apologetic gaze. "I’m so sorry, Somi. I didn’t know. We can start earlier tomorrow and cover the rest, you’re all dismissed."

The boys sighed, relieved. For most of them, especially the ones coming back from the army, everything was still a bit hard to get used to again. 

After some minutes deliberating if they’d either eat at the company or their respective houses, the members decided to enjoy those few minutes and eat together at the company, like in the old days. Each manager bought something and less than ten minutes later, they were spread out in the lounge area of the dance room, some sitting on the couch while the other sat on the floor - like Somi, who was eating her sandwich while scribbling her notes. 

"Somi-yah", Baekhyun called her attention, teasing her. "this isn’t the library. Eat peacefully."

Somi sighed, shaking her head without looking up. 

"It is my last semester, oppa. I can’t let things slip now." she answered him. "I don’t even have time for that."

Kai, on the other hand, took one of her papers and - tried to - read it, raising an eyebrow while taking a bite of his apple. 

"How do you even have space in your brain for dance moves and legal articles?" he genuinely asked, making everyone in the room laugh. 

Somi rolled her eyes at him playfully, but still appreciated the lighthearted support. Taking the note from his hand, she placed it back to where it was before. 

"Your brain is the small one here, oppa." she joked around. Kai laughed too, and understood that was his cue to let Somi quiet. 

Eventually, the boys started packing their things and getting ready to go back home. Before leaving, Chanyeol headed straight to Somi. 

"Before I leave, pop quiz." he said, making the girl look at him without getting exactly what he was expecting of her. "Tell me what the 10th article of the Korean Constitution says."

Somi laughed nervously. 

"You’re testing me now?" she asked. 

"Consider it a challenge! What’s it about?" he insisted. 

"The dignity of individuals and the right to pursue happiness. Every person deserves respect." Somi answered, confidently, making the managers and members still there cooing. 

Chanyeol winked at her, giving the girl a quick hug before taking his backpack from the couch where he was sitting not too long ago. 

"Look at you! Ready to ace the test." he joked. 

Somi learned how to calm herself before an exam as time went by. In her first semester, she couldn’t sleep for two whole weeks, too anxious about everything. She couldn’t stop thinking how embarrassed she’d be if she failed any subject - she could even imagine the headlines, ‘EXO’s Somi fails university’. 

But, luckily, with a lot of therapy and self-confidence that she was doing what she could to be a great student, she realised that being that desperate was kind of useless. Somi couldn’t pull out the ‘I’m an idol’ card because things were hard. Some of her colleagues had to work twice what she had and they’d still do their best. 

With time, Somi learned to trust her guts. 

"Somi-ssi," she heard D.O calling her and looked at him. "fighting!"

They waved each other a quick goodbye before Somi’s phone started to buzz, indicating it was time for her to start getting ready to leave too. As her house was away from either the company or her university, she packed a change of clothes and some makeup, just to cover the huge dark circles under her eyes and look less tired. 

Going to the private washroom inside the practice room, she took a quick shower before getting ready. Luckily, her manager had already left, leaving Somi all by herself, enjoying those few moments of silence, trying to remember as much as she could about everything that could be on the exam. 

The road to the uni was filled with silence. Somi needed silence after spending the whole day listening to the same music, over and over again. Parking her car in a more private spot in the parking lot, Somi took a last check on her phone. A thousand missing calls and hundreds of messages, but one in particular caught her attention, and it was from Jungkook.

"Good luck, sunshine. I’m open for a good glass of wine after the exam 😝❤"

Somi chuckled as she read the message, feeling her cheeks warming. He was being so cute to her after their little moment at the ‘97 line party, that she’d eventually have to accept one of his multiple invites to go out. However, that was not the time to think about any of that. 

Making a quick prayer before leaving her car, Somi felt that bittersweet feeling on her belly as she walked to her classroom, greeting some of her uni friends on the way. 

Somi felt incredibly comfortable while she was there. She didn’t know how to describe the feeling, but it was like she didn’t have to worry about anything else but getting great notes and studying, not about the thousands of steps, rhythms or beats she had to hit per minute and, luckily, people around her seemed to understand that. Somi never had to take any actions and the other students were always very polite when they wanted attention from the “idol Somi”, as they’d joke. 

When Somi got to her classroom, most of her classmates were already there, focusing on their notes just like she had a few minutes ago. She sat down in her usual spot and waited for the time. I am fine, she kept mentally repeating. I’ve faced greater challenges in life, she assured herself. Anyway, all she could do was wait. 

A few moments later, the professor arrived, with a bundle of paper in his hands and a killer look on his face. 

That was it, she was going to fail. 

When the professor handed her the paper, she didn’t think too much. It was almost like her body would shut down and the only functional thing was her brain. In less than an hour, Somi finished the exam, taking extra time to review her answers before it was too late. She gave the paper back to the professor, who kindly gave her a thumbs up before dismissing her, wishing her good luck. 

As soon as she stepped out of the classroom, Somi felt her energy drained. She sent her friends a message saying she’d head straight home and that she was sorry for not going out with them, but all she wanted was a warm bath, with her special bath soaps and her bed. 

The way back to the dorm was as silent as it was to the university. She heard her phone vibrating sometimes but nothing really mattered as her parents, members and managers were the only contacts she’d get notified. 

Getting home, Somi tried to balance her books, bags, water bottle and some packages the doorman gave her. When she opened the door, dropped all of that on the floor. That was a problem for Future Somi. 

But, something on her table called her attention. 

It was the most beautiful pink and white roses bouquet, smelling so fresh and sweet, perfectly placed in a pink pot. She took the small envelope placed beside the bouquet and felt tears in her eyes when she read it. 

We’re so proud of you. Keep going - you’re doing amazing. Fighting! - All the love, Kyungsoo. 

She smiled, feeling the warmth of their support as she headed straight to her room, knowing she was not just carrying the weight alone.

you turned around inside his arms, your hands resting on his chest. sehun's heartbeat felt as hard against your palm as the song's bass on your ears.

You arrived at your job, immediately walking to the bathroom to touch yourself up. Jungkook’s words made you tear up a bit, but you couldn’t let anyone see that.

You entered the bathroom, walking to the sink as you place down your purse. You dig through your purse, searching for your makeup wipes and your mascara. You keep searching and searching, even dumping out everything just for what you’re looking for not to be there.

“Fuck.” you say, slamming your purse into the sink and running your hands through your hair. Well, now the only thing you can do is attempt to make touch ups with water and your fingers. So you did.

You tried your best but you couldn’t tell through your phone camera or the mirror if it actually looked good so you left it alone. You didn’t care what anyone has to say anyways, right?

You pack up all of your things, putting everything back into your purse before you head back out. You were immediately greeted by Baekhyun as he was on his way out of the men’s bathroom as well.

“Hey.” he says, his smile immediately dropping after making good contact with your face. Guess you didn’t do a good job after all. “Is everything okay?”

You smile and nod, tilting your head to the side to let him know you’ll explain as you guys walk to your department.

“Yeah, just boyfriend stuff.” you laugh it off, trying to make it seem like you’re okay, but you’re not. Does Jungkook really think you’re a bitch? Were you actually selfish for choosing Baekhyun over Jungkook?

“Oh. I’m sorry.” he says, awkwardly clearing his throat as his eyes travel away from you.

You had a boyfriend? Who is your boyfriend? Does he know him? What did he do to make you cry?

All of these questions circle around his mind as he continues to follow you to the department.

You guys arrived, immediately setting down at your desks and getting to work. Baekhyun occasionally looked up at you to see if you were okay, and you noticed after a while. It did make your stomach feel funny knowing he cares.

You chuckle, feeling awkward at not knowing what to do when he constantly looks at you. “I-Is my makeup like really bad?”

His eyes widen, eyes jumping to meet yours at your question. He studied your whole face and noticed how your mascara looked really smudged on your eyes, how your concealer

looked like it was melting off, your eyeshadow barely there, and your lipstick faded off. How was he nicely going to say it looked fucking horrendous?

“You look horrendous.” he says, shaking his head before continuing his work. You groan, placing your arms on the table then placing your face in your hands. You were going to cry again. You told yourself not to cry over Jungkook again but here you are, in front of your insanely cute co-worker looking a mess over him.

“What’s wrong?” a familiar voice spoke, your hands immediately dropping from your face to see if it was who you thought it was. And it was.

It was Sehun. Oh fucking Sehun. The most annoying person you know. And right beside him was Chanyeol. He annoyed you too but you never really saw him much anymore.

When you made eye contact with him, they immediately cover their mouths. They are trying not to laugh and it’s starting to piss you off.

“Stop. Fucking stop, oh my god.” you whine, covering your face back up after they start laughing. You were embarrassed. Look what Jungkook has done.

“What happened to you? Who did it.” Sehun cooed at you, irritating you even more. You throw your head up and abruptly stand up causing them to stop laughing. “Quit it, she’s already had a bad day. You guys are going to make it worse.” Baekhyun said, throwing pens at their heads.

“I was joking, sit down. But seriously, what happened. Are you okay?” he said, walking over to you to push you back down into your seat. You sighed and threw your pen down, slouching back into your seat. “It would take me forever to tell you guys everything. Just know I’m fucked up, my boyfriends fucked up, and I’m never going to get better.”

They all just stare at you, then stare at each other. They are confused and you don’t really care. They don’t need to know all of your business, right? Jungkook said if you told anyone they would think you’re crazy for staying with you. So, you never really told anyone but your friends. Of course, he was right. But they are still here with you.

“Sorry you’re fucked up I guess.” Chanyeol said, sitting down in the chair next to you. You don’t have time to be irritated so you ignore him.

“Does he hit you?” Sehun asks, clearly conceded. You immediately shoot up, and shake your head.

“Nonono, he would never hit me. I think. We just argue so much it’s exhausting. We literally argued over me coming here instead of staying home to take care of him.”

They all are just staring at you, you look crazy trying to defend him. But you don’t care, they won’t want you anyways. You’re fucked up.

“Oh. Is he disabled? I’m not understanding.” Sehun asks, trying his best not to offend you or laugh at your current state.

“No, it’s kind of embarrassing to explain but in the end, he had to go to the hospital because he kept banging his head on the floor but it was nothing wrong with him. All he got was pain meds for his headaches because he has nothing wrong with him. He’s just being a big baby.” you say really fast, leaving them again just staring at you. Do you seem crazy?

“B-banged his head on the floor? You’re dating a psychopath?” Channel said, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly after his statement.

“I don’t know what he is. But I love him at the end of the day. I don’t know if he loves me back but I just know I love him.” you say looking at your hands, tears threatening to fall from your eyes.

Baekhyun seems to notice as he gets up from his seat and walks to you, patting your head causing you to cry officially.

“I’m sorry. I made myself seem crazy to you guys. It’s just a lot that I’m holding in.” you say, wiping the tears from your face and shaking them off of your hands.

“It’s okay. I think you should go home? I’ll sign you out when I sign out, okay?” Baekhyun says, helping you gather your things.

“Are you sure? I don’t really want to go home right now.” you asked. You knew as soon as you stepped foot in your home, Jungkook would be ready to fire on you.

“Um, I mean if you want to stay you can? I just thought you needed some time.” he says, wiping his hands on his pants before returning to his seat.

“I want to stay here as long as I can. I’ll just go to my friends’ house later on. I’ll start explaining my situation to you guys, just don’t go around spreading my business, got it?” you say, kicking off your shoes and getting comfortable in your chair.

All three of the men eyes widen at you taking off your shoes. They weren’t used to you acting like this at all. But oh were they prepared for the tea. All of it.

Christmas was nearing, and the pack of hounds didn't lose hope over finding their friends. As time passed and they all started to notice some odd manners from two of their friends, they all decided to go to Jaemin's place to discuss while the other two were in the city doing some shopping.

"So...," Jaehyun started as he looked around the living room that was filled with the last of their pack.

"Taeyong and Haechan have nogistunes in them," Johnny continued for Jaehyun. "I've already talked with Sehun and Lola back in Beacon Hills, and they said that they would tell San to come help us." He sighed, stressed to know that their leader and one of their friends were infected with evil spirits of foxes from thousands of years old.

"How are we supposed to find the others if Taeyong and Haechan kidnapped them?" Jake asks as he held Minjun in his lap. The baby babbling away with his booties he had on.

Shaking his head as he stared to the floor, Jeno spoke up from next to Jaemin. "Taeyong hasn't been kidnapping them. Hyuck has."

"Hyuck?"

Getting up to retrieve the remote to the television, Jeno links his phone to it and presses play to a security footage he had found from the backyard of Haechan's house. "I found this while he was fast asleep with NingNing one night. He was carrying Mark's unconscious body and hid him in the trunk of his car." He says as he plays another video he found of the front gates. "He took him early in the morning when he knew no one was awake and came back home as if he didn't do anything."

"Then he probably cleaned up Mark's place when I wasn't there..." Hanbin mumbles as he began to now understand why the house where Mark lived was so quiet and eerie.

"We need San to arrive quick with the sword, but we need to find the others quicker before they do something worse." Johnny stands up from his seat, thanking Anastasia for the cookies she offered for everyone. "Don't let them get close to the girls that are coming over and to everyone's mates and babies. Who knows what the nogistunes want."

"They know," Taeyong says with a deep octave to his voice as he stood by the cage that held the hounds they had kidnapped.

Haechan was busy with getting the fireflies into Kai, who was the last one to turn into a berserker. "Once the Oni arrive, we'll get them on our side as well," he says turning to look at his leader. "With them as berserkers and the Oni, we'll run this city and not even San will be able to save anyone this time."

As Haechan was walking back to the territory of the hounds, he stops when he hears a branch on the floor snap. Tilting his head to the right side of his shoulder, his eyelids lower into a dark gaze as he stared at the light blanket of snow that covered the ground of the woods.

"Choi... San." He sneers the first name out. "Still portraying the role of a true alpha undercover?" He asks, still not turning around as San approaches slowly. "I'm sure your father must be proud- oh wait. That's right," he smirks as it was the nogistune in him speaking now. "He died before he could see your true form."

Pouncing towards Haechan, San appears with his own pack to capture the infected hound. His blood boiled as he punched Haechan straight in the nose, a bone cracking. "And I'm sure your son would be disappointed in what you let in." San growls, tying up the hell hound as he knocks him out with a harsh headbutt before Haechan could incinerate himself to burn San off.

"Okay, okay. Calm down." Sehun said as he grabs Haechan's belongings. "Let's go stab this one before the other one comes back." The pack runs back to one of the houses before Taeyong could appear.

As they tie up Haechan in a chair, they piece together an ancient sword that was once used to kill evil nogistunes that would take possession of supernatural beings.

"Are we ready?" San asks as he held the sword out to Jeno who was the closest to Haechan.

With shaking hands, Jeno took the sword that suddenly began to glow in his hands. "Ready..." swallowing down nervously, he held the sword and made sure to push it into Haechan's chest. His eyes widen when he sees him wake up and look up at him in shock.

In the story:

After a long annoying class Sehun was going to have lunch. His mood was already dull because of the insult by the professor. His mood turned even more dull when he saw Lay and Suho were feeding Baekhyun cutely some of their food.

Sehun was looking at Baekhyun with despise,rolled his eyes with aggravation .

Suddenly a sexy girl came to him and whispered something in his ear.

Sehun looked at the girl who was giving him a sultry look,which made Sehun smirk and followed the girl quickly.

Suho: Baek maybe tomorrow we have to go to China for some days. Lay's mom is sick. She didn't meet me yet so requested us to go there.

Lay: Maybe we will comeback after 4/5 days..

Baekhyun with a sad face: I will miss you guys.

Suho: We will miss you too. But take care of yourself very well. I know you don't have friends except us.

Near the end of lunch time Baekhyun rushed to the washroom.

All the doors of toilets were locked. Baekhyun waited there for a while but nobody was opening the door.

Baekhyun tried to control but he had an emergency.

Baekhyun: What are they taking so much time?! Ugh!

He couldn't tolerate anymore, he heard weird noises coming from the first toilet.

Baekhyun knocked the door and said while standing awkwardly: Hurry up!!It's been long time already. I need to use ,I can't hold it anymore... Please open.

Sehun zipped up his pants and fixed his waist belt.

They looked at Baekhyun and startled. That girl put on her bra and fixed her clothes quickly and left hastily.

Sehun's mood was ruined and glared at Baekhyun.

Baekhyun ignored his glare and said: Leave quickly! I really need to use the washroom.

Sehun came out and Baekhyun entered in the toilet and slammed the door infront of Sehun's face.

As he entered he saw Sehun was holding someone by her waist with his one hand.

Sehun's other hand was on her butt.

That girl wrapped around her arms around Sehun's neck.

That girl was about to kiss Sehun...He kept his one finger on that girl's lips.

Sehun: I told before...no kissing...

That girl: Please Sehun...just one kiss...your lips are so attractive. Let me kiss just for once...

Sehun: I told you not t-

Sehun felt someone's presence, he looked at the door and saw Baekhyun standing there like a statue.

They both looked at Baekhyun with rage.

Baekhyun closed his eyes,grabbed his note book and bowed in 90 degree angle.

Baekhyun looked at Sehun apologetically and signaled him that he can continue and ran from there.

Sehun moved his hands from the girl along himself.

That girl confusedly asked: What happened daddy? We can continue now right? He has gone.

Sehun with irritated tone: I lost my mood.Maybe another time.

He left from there.

On the street Baekhyun cursed himself for forgetting to bring his notebook so he had to return and disturbed Sehun again,

Baekhyun said while fake crying:Why always me?

No it's not my fault! That jerk...why he can't control his horny hormones?!He is here for studies or doing something else?I have always heard about fuckboy but this time I have met the real one.

Next day Baekhyun needed a book so he entered the library, but he couldn't find the librarian.

Baekhyun needed her help so he searched her but couldn't find.

Later he grabbed some books for checking....in between he saw two persons were in an akward position..

After hearing his sound one of them is trying to cover his hot abs and the librarian was buttoning her shirt.

Baekhyun closed his eyes in frustration and started murmuring:Again Sehun!!! Besides again with a different girl, in fact she is the librarian and way more older than him...

The librarian looked so embarrassed and she dashed to the toilet.

Baekhyun looked at Sehun again, who was still fixing his shirt. Baekhyun could see his chiseled abs which is really attractive...

Baekhyun's face turned pink and looked at the different way.

Sehun came to him and asked angrily: Don't you have any other things to do ?Why always ruin my mood?

Baekhyun looked completely nonplussed: I have many other things to do but I think you are stuck in only one thing.

This is a library I came here for books ,other day you occupied the toilet for your useless thing,for the roof and the classroom all I have my reasons. Why are you always doing these in public places?

Sehun gave Baekhyun a resentful look: You?! Now you will teach me where do I have to and what things?

Baekhyun without looking at him, kept the books in the perfect places: I was stating the fact, by the way neither I have time to check what are you doing or nor I have any interest....You can do whatever you want but choose the perfect places for them..

With that Baekhyun left from there.

Sehun in mind : How dare this nerd talking to me this way?! This little piece of shit first took all the attention of Suho hyung and Lay hyung, now everytime disturbs in my stress relief time!!For this ugly nerd I am loosing my interest in fucking, shit!!!

The fact that Minseok deadass became a thief and stole personal things out of people's suitcases lol.

OKAY. ALRIGHT. SO.

Kai - At first wouldn't realize, thinking you're just messing with him, he couldn't have possibly hurt you- but when he acknowledges, he does panic. Big mess. Even though he probably didn't bite you very hard, he's too delicate with you.

Chanyeol - He's not so much aware of his strength and size, and so if he does bite, it can be pretty big. The thing is, he probably did it as a form of playing around, but since you react so suddenly, he'll instantly react as well, soothing you and licking the bite like puppies generally would to comfort each other.

Lay - He's generally so soft, but he does sometimes get carried away. Unlike his wolvish bastards of packmates, he's going to behave in a more humanly way, apologizing over and over again, snuggling you close, kind of like you'd do to a pet if you accidentally stepped on its tail (so who's the animal in this relationship again?)

Suho - He is the responsible man of the pack, so he would have to get AWFULLY carried away to actually end up biting you. He's not so much apologetic as he's trying to make things better, he's definitely calmer than you, making sure to take care of any injury that occurred.

Xiumin - Pretty much a mix of Lay and Suho. He's definitely treating it seriously and trying to just make things right, but at the same time, he's panicking a lil bit inside, just trying not to show it.

Chen - A bit amused with how you panic, ends up treating you like a baby. Like he's going to take care of you and of the wound, but it's like when a child scratches a knee, he's going to be all "oh my gosh, poor thing" when inside he is like, "wtf loser".

Baekhyun - He might even do it on purpose just because he likes to do it, although hey, he didn't mean to hurt you. He doesn't also fully acknowledge that he made a mistake; he'll comfort you and take care of you, of course, but inside, there's just a little bit of satisfaction at showing off his strength over you.

D.O. - He's like, the most unbothered out of them all. Not that he's not treating it seriously, but he's basically just wrapping you up with like, "shit happens".

Sehun - Also doesn't acknowledge what's the big deal about. He's going to be a bit softer with you and pamper you a little, but it will probably end up in you pampering him, because he got a bit stressed out over your distress. Baby.
