You promised
Summary: Jisung unlocked a new fear: you leaving him.
Pairing: Werewolf Jisung X noona female reader
Warnings: smut, insecurities, jealousy, mentions of baby traping, switch Jisung, handcuffs, some angst (you know me)
Note: the first scene takes place during Chenle’s story, so if you haven’t read that one it may be confusing, but you don’t need it. And to my followers: thanks for waiting! This is just a short scenario to get back into writing and grammar/spelling wasn’t checked but oh what the hell, enjoy!
“A WHAT?!”
Jisung's usually deep and quiet voice turned into an uncharacteristic squeal as a response to what his best friend had just confessed. Any other day he would have immediately apologized to the other customers, who jumped and turned around, surprised at his sudden yell, but he was so scandalized that all he cared about right now was for Chenle to tell him he had misheard him.
“A memory loss spell…,” Chenle repeated, his eyes looking empty as he took another sip of beer.
“WHA–,” Jisung caught himself before he could scare everyone in the pub again and proceeded by lowering his voice. “But you two are mated!”
Chenle nodded slowly. “And we are so bad at it that our pack leader himself told us we were better off never seeing each other again. Forgetting the other ever exists.”
Jisung opened and closed his mouth dumbly before trying to come up with an alternative solution. “You guys j-just need some time and–”
“We've been together for months, Jisung. She…,” Chenle sighed and entangled his fingers in his hair with frustration. “She hates me…”
There was a moment of agonizing silence until Jisung's own eyes became watery when he heard a quiet sob coming from Chenle.
“But…” the younger one insisted. “It was so hard for you two to get together…you c-can't just forget everything…”
“Maybe it was hard because we weren't meant to be together,” Chenle said bitterly, still hiding his face behind his palms, like this would keep the other from finding out tears were rolling down his cheeks. “I literally forced her to stay with me and it still didn't work.”
Jisung’s hand hesitantly reached for one of Chenle's to uncover his face and meet his reddened, swollen eyes. “There has to be another way, Chenle.”
Chenle forced a weak smile. “Yeah? What would you do if your mate hated you so much she wanted to forget you and leave you behind?”
Jisung froze. His brain couldn't even phantom the idea of his mate leaving him. He had assumed once a wolf had bitten his partner they were bonded together forever. He had had a really hard time making you understand that he was serious about you and accepting him as a mate. But now he was finding out that not even the mark on your neck could secure you by his side.
“Why? Did she say something to you?” Jisung finally asked, tightening his grasp on Chenle’s wrist.
“No, why would your mate tell me–?” It was Chenle's turn to be confused. “She and I barely interact unless you're around. You know that.”
“Then why would you say that?” The younger wolf insisted, not letting go of the other.
“I was just asking what you would do if she wanted to leave–”
“She won't,” Jisung stated. “She fucking won't.”
“I'm not saying she will!” Chenle insisted, with a frustrated groan and forcing Jisung's fingers to let go of him. “I'm asking for advice! What would you do in this kind of situation?”
Jisung sat back and exhaled shakily, trying to get a grip. Right, you weren't actually leaving him. It was all hypothetical, because you would never ever do that to him. It was impossible, considering the way you looked at him with so much attention and adoration that he often forgot what he wanted to say and blushed like an idiot. Or the way you played with his hair when you cuddled. Or the way you stuttered whenever you paid close attention to his hands. Or the way your body arched when he touched you…
No, he was sure you would never do that to him. But if he ever found out you had such thoughts he would–
“Take her far away,” he murmured, still lost in his thoughts, and not even aware he was saying it out loud. “Somewhere no one else could find us. Just the two of us. And keep her there for as long as I have until she changes her mind. Make sure she needs me the way I need her. Baby trap her if I have to–”
“You're terrified of children,” Chenle pointed out, taking Jisung out of his trance.
JIsung blinked quickly and looked at Chenle with wide eyes. “Huh?”
“Being a dad scares you,” Chenle reminded him, arching his eyebrows inquisitively. “Yet you said you would… baby trap your mate?”
“B-baby–,” Jisung stuttered, blushing. “I didn't…I– did I?”
Chenle squinted at him, momentaneously forgetting about his own problem because something was clearly wrong with Jisung as well. “Are you having your rut anytime soon?”
“Yeah, I–this weekend probably, uh…yeah…”
“That's why you're saying weird things…” Chenle sighed. “You have the most possessive instinct I've ever seen in a werewolf.”
Jisung laughed awkwardly.
Chenle analyzed the younger man as he fidgeted on his chair. For a while now, he had been wondering if they were losing Jisung to his animal side because sometimes he did and said things that his introvert best friend would never.
Should he alert the others? Just in case?
His thoughts were interrupted by Jisung spilling beer all over his clothes and clumsily trying to clean up after himself. Chenle snorted and grabbed some tissues to help him.
What was he even thinking?
Jisung wasn't dangerous.
So Chenle pushed those thoughts away to focus on his own problems with his partner.
Jisung, on the other hand, couldn't stop thinking about that stupid hypothetical scenario. He kept telling himself that things were fine, that you had shown no sign of wanting to end things and that he had nothing to worry about.
Until the moment his rut was due.
You both had planned to spend it together in your apartment, because he was too shy to do it at his place, with the rest of the pack around. He showed up with a backpack with clothes and some essentials, trembling hands, and a light blush on his cheeks. The implications of what he was here to do made him feel dirty, but at the same time he had been anticipating this all week. His rut hadn’t started yet, but he was already feeling a little feverish and weak, so you made sure to take good care of him by drying his hair after a shower, feeding him something light, and cuddling him to sleep.
You caressed his face gently as he inhaled and exhaled peacefully. He was adorable. It was hard to believe he had presented as an alpha.
You pressed your thighs together at the memories flooding your head. You were feeling a bit needy since the moment he had shown up at your door, but you knew it was better to let him rest during pre-rut, so you pulled away and got up, walking out of the room quietly.
Grabbing your phone and your wallet, you decided to go to a store nearby before it was too late, so you could buy some extra snacks. Last time Jisung had devoured everything he could find in your kitchen once he wasn’t feeling horny anymore, so it was better to be prepared. But as soon as you opened the front door, it was slammed closed by Jisung, who was towering over you from behind.
“Where are you going?” his raspy deep voice asked, panting next to your ear.
“I–,” You tried to turn around to face him but he growled, so you stayed still. “I was g-gonna buy us some snacks–”
“We have plenty,” he said curtly. “You checked earlier.”
“We could get some more, you know, just in case?”
“In case of what?”
“In case you need more food? You’re a big boy and–”
“Man.”
Right, he hated you calling him that. “You’re a grown man,” you rephrased, stressing the word that seemed to be so important to him. “And you may get hungry.”
“Hungry?” he echoed, taking a step back to give you some space to turn around and look into your eyes. He didn’t seem to fully believe you.
“Yes. So don’t worry about it, and go back to bed, okay?” you said, pushing him lightly to guide him back to the bedroom.
But suddenly he grabbed your wrist and pulled you into the room with him, locking the door behind him and leaning on it as if he was guarding it.
“You can’t,” he said, barely audibly.
“What?” you asked, dumbfounded.
“You can’t leave me,” he clarified, speaking up slightly. “You s-said– you said you would spend my rut with me.”
“I–, it’s just the store…”
Lies.
“Lies,” Jisung repeated what the voice in his head told him.
“Wha– why would I lie about that?” you asked, cupping his face.
“You can’t forget me,” he pleaded.
“Forget you?”
“You regret this,” he rambles incoherently. “You regret us.”
“No!” you quickly reassured him, pressing your palm more firmly against his fevered cheeks. “Of course not! I love you.”
His gaze softened and he nosed your palm. “Promise?”
“I promise,” you whispered.
Jisung fought the voice in his head telling him that you’re deceiving him. That you’re waiting for him to lower his guard to sneak out and disappear forever.
With a pained groan he pulled you closer by your waist and kissed you urgently, hoping this would shut his wolf up. And it worked, for a moment, because he was very distracted by your tiny gasp and your fingertips grazing his nape.
But it came back quickly. As he walked you back to the bed and pushed you gently on it, his wolf insisted.
She’s playing dumb.
Jisung glared at you, but he didn’t see any malice in your flustered, confused, pretty face. He shook his head, as a way to tell his wolf that he was being stupid and got on top of you occupying himself by placing wet kisses on your neck and collarbone.
You’re a poor excuse of an alpha.
He growled, giving you goosebumps and wondering what had him so worked up.
You think she’ll stay with you, when you’ve barely presented?
She doesn’t actually see you as a man. You have to remind her all the time.
He sucked on your neck and dug his fingers into your waist.
“Jisungie…”
She’s leaving as soon as she finds out about the memory spell.
“Fuck,” he growled, and his fingertips were pressed a little bit too hard on your soft skin.
“Ji, hold on–” you winced, grabbing his hands and trying to soften his grip.
If you don’t do something, she’ll disappear.
“FUCK! I KNOW!” he exclaimed, grabbing your wrists and holding them above your head, catching you by surprise.
You look up at him with wide eyes, wondering what you have done to upset him. His furious expression switches to a remorseful one.
“I–uh…I wasn’t yelling at you, noona…”
“...Then who?” you barely whispered.
“Me…I mean, not me, but…that side of me,” he mumbled.
You gulp and try to free your hands, but his grip tightens. “What is that side of you saying?”
He shook his head. “Nothing, it’s dumb,” he said quickly.
“It’s not dumb if it makes you react like this,” you insist.
He keeps quiet, biting his lip. “Just…don’t go, kay?” he finally says.
You nod. “If we need more food I’ll just order some.”
“No, I don’t mean–,” he sighed. “Not just the store. I mean…in general.”
“Ji, I’m your girlfriend,” you rolled your eyes. “And I literally have your mark on my neck. Where would I go?”
“What if there was a way to leave me, even after being marked?”
“Like what?” you asked, genuinely curious, but he mistook your curiosity for eagerness.
“Why do you want to know so badly?” he asked with an accusatory tone.
“Oh my god, Jisung,” you laughed incredulously. “You are the one who brought it up! I just asked a question!”
“Don’t laugh at me, noona,” he warned you, but his voice broke.
At that moment you understood that his pre-rut was probably messing with his head and that he really thought you wanted to leave him.
“How can I prove it to you?” you asked him seriously. “What can I do?”
He licked his lips and his reddened eyes traveled from your face to your captive hands. “I don’t know if it would prove anything, but… it would make me feel…better.”
“Anything,” you encouraged him. “Just tell me what it is.”
“Okay, uh…I’m gonna– c-can you close your eyes?” he asked nervously. “And don’t move,” he added when he freed your hands.
You nodded and closed your eyes, trying to comply with his simple requests, knowing that he was in a very vulnerable state and needed as much reassurance as possible. You felt his presence gone when he got up, his hurried steps, the zipper of his backpack, and what sounded like him looking for something. Then, he hurried back, and you felt the warmth emanating from his body on top of yours, while something tickled your wrists and then, a sudden click sound made you snap your eyes open.
“Jisung?” you opened your eyes to see his hungry gaze fixated on your wrists, which you couldn’t move. You looked up to see both of your hands handcuffed to the bed frame, with a pink fluffy pair of cuffs adorning your wrists like bracelets. “Ji, what–”
“Haechan hyung gave these to me,” he said, sitting back to appreciate the view. “I know he was just trying to mess with me when he packed them in my bag, but…they ended up being useful…”
You laughed nervously. You had never had your movements restricted in this type of context, and Jisung being the one to do it was unexpected. “Ji, there’s no need for this. I told you I won’t go anywhere.”
“Yeah,” he agreed, touching the cuffs and grazing your forearm delicately. “Now you won’t.”
“Then how am I going to touch you?” you pouted, trying to reason with him.
He halted and frowned. He hadn’t considered that. He really liked you touching him, but was it safe to uncuff you now?
Absolutely not.
“Later,” he declared.
“Later when?”
He bit his lip. For him, later meant when your legs were trembling so much you wouldn’t be able to go anywhere. “Later,” he repeated.
“Can I at least get a kiss, then?” you asked.
“...You want that?”
“Do I want to kiss my handsome boyfriend? Duh, of course, Ji!”
A timid smile formed on his lips. For a moment he forgot all the negative thoughts that had plagued his mind and all he saw was you, pliant under him, wanting him, loving him.
He leaned closer and placed a soft kiss on your lips, delighted at the way you immediately whined when he pulled away.
“Want more?”
You nodded and he kissed you again, licking your bottom lip suggestively only to pull away again when you parted your lips.
“Ji…”
“Hm?”
He complied, kissing you slowly and sensually, occasionally pulling away only to hear you whine and press his lips on yours more urgently than before.
But of course his wolf wasn’t done tormenting him.
She’s trying to free herself.
His hands flew to your wrists to check that the cuffs hadn’t magically opened during your makeout session.
“What are you doing?” he asked agitatedly, as the insecurities started coming back.
“Kissing you?” you breathed out confusedly.
Distracting you.
“You keep pulling at the cuffs,” he said, looking at you like you with wide eyes, like you had betrayed him.
“I didn’t– I didn’t even notice, I–..I just wanted to feel you closer…”
You could tell by his conflicted expression that he didn’t believe it.
“Ji, don’t you trust me?”
His eyes widened and he withdrew his hands. “I…I trust you but…”
He stared at you, opening and closing his mouth dumbly. He trusted you. He loved you. But his stupid rut was making him dumb and his wolf kept telling him that you were still trying to distract him. Maybe it would shut up if he was the one distracting you instead.
Before you could ask him to explain what was wrong, he repositioned himself between your legs and took off your shorts swiftly.
You gasped and tried to close your legs out of reflex, but he held them open effortlessly by grabbing your knees, his eyes fixated on the wet patch on your panties.
“Ji?”
He let out a sound between a moan and a relieved sigh. You were turned on because of him. You weren’t lying when you said you wanted him. He caressed your mound with his fingertips, barely grazing the fabric, but it was enough to have your legs flinching.
Taste her.
Fuck yes, they finally agreed on something. He nodded quickly (to what, you didn’t know) and removed the tiny piece of clothing from you before diving in. He made out with your folds gently, adding his tongue to the formula encouraged by your moans.
“You’re so good at this, Jisungie…” you praised, lost in pleasure.
He moaned and humped the bed, sucking a bit harder.
“Ah!” you gasped, opening your legs wider for him. “Can tell you ate out a lot of girls…”
He shook his head absentmindedly, unconsciously creating a new pattern with his tongue that made you see stars.
“No?” you insisted. “Are you sure?”
His eyebrows furrowed, and he detached his lips from your center to look up at you, confused. Why were you talking about other girls? “What?”
“Just a thought…” you murmured, looking away, a little embarrassed. This was something that had bugged you since your first time with him, but you hadn’t been dating for long and there had been no chance to bring it up. He knew about your past with Jaehyun, but he never mentioned anything about his previous partners. It shouldn’t matter, but you were so curious…and maybe a bit insecure. Now you felt silly. “It’s nothing–”
“Tell me,” he commanded. His voice was soft, but firm.
You sighed. “Remember our first time together?”
He hummed and kissed your inner thigh. How could he forget?
“Well…you uh…acted like you knew exactly what to do…”
He blushed. “Oh…”
“Yep…” you nodded, waiting for him to admit to his promiscuous past.
“I just–I read online what girls like…” he hesitated. “I watched some videos too…I wasn’t too sure about what you would be into, so I just did whatever that felt right…”
“There’s no way that was the first time you gave someone head,” you said incredulously.
“It was…”
“You even made me sit on your face!”
He groaned, pressing his hips harder on the mattress at the memory. “Did you like it?”
“Y-yes, but…”
“It was so good…” he whispered, going back to flicking your clit with the tip of his tongue.
“Oh…” you arched your back and tried to remember what you were talking about.
“T-then…to the other girls, the ones before me–”
“There’s no one before you,” he said between licks.
“R-right, like a guy like you doesn’t–ah! d-doesn’t have girls lining up to suck you off…”
He paused and looked up at you again. “Noona, are you…jealous?”
You could feel your ears getting hot at the accusation and looked away.
“You are!” he exclaimed. He sounded relieved. Happy even.
She’s possessive of you too.
The sound of his laugh angered you a little, but you couldn’t think of a comeback with the way he suddenly sucked your clit into his mouth and moaned loudly.
“AH! F-fuck!” you moaned, fighting the cuffs uselessly.
He circled your clit with his tongue a few times before going down a little to circle your entrance. You squealed when his tongue entered you, drinking all you had to offer. His eyes rolled back when he felt you contracting around the slippery muscle, and he went deeper, rubbing his nose on your clit just enough to make you come with a gasp, releasing directly in his mouth.
He licked you clean softly until your legs were shaking, landing one last kiss on your hip and resting his head on your stomach before he spoke again. “You’re the only one I’ve done this with, noona.”
You breathed out shakily. “What about o-other things?”
“Went on a few dates when I was a teen. Nothing serious,” he admitted. “And there was this girl…she gave me a handjob a couple of years ago…”
You felt your stomach drop. Jealousy really was an ugly feeling. But you tried not to sound too disappointed. “Oh, that’s…nice…”
“I moaned your name,” he confessed.
“You WHAT?!”
“I had already imprinted on you,” he mumbled, drawing figures with his finger on your belly. “I was really horny but you wouldn’t even look at me. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try…maybe gain some experience…but it didn’t feel good and I uh– couldn’t cum until I thought about you and then–yeah…”
“...That’s it?”
“Well, she told everyone I was small down there after that incident, so not many girls tried to approach me. I didn’t want anyone else so it worked out great, I guess…” he murmured, kissing his way back to your center. “And then I finally got to make you mine…”was the last thing he said before he started eating you out again.
“Jisung! Hold on, w-wait–” you squirmed under him, because there was no way he was planning to keep going when you were still sensitive from the previous orgasm.
“Don’t move,” he groaned.
“I think one w-was enough–ah!”
“But you said I was good,” he reasoned, giving you a long lick.
“Y-you are, Ji, you’re s’ good b-but– Oh, my g-god!” you moaned when he gave your clit little kitten licks that added to the painful pleasure. “Jisung, Jisungie, please–”
He circled your thighs with his arms and sucked hard, chuckling when you screamed his name.
She’s perfect like this.
“Ji, p-please, please,” you mumbled, shaking like a leaf at the new orgasm approaching too fast, too strong, too much–”JISUNG! F–...Aaah!”
He hummed, approving of the embarrassing sound that escaped your lips as you came in record time because of him. He rutted the bed and his dick twitched at the thought of doing it again and again–
“Jisungie, no m-more…” you begged, tugging at the cuffs desperately.
He sighed and climbed up to grab your wrists. “Stop that,” he warned you. “I told you already: you can’t leave.”
“I’m not trying to leave,” you whined.
“Then stop squirming and let me make you feel good,” he said, trying to go down on you again only for you to quickly close your legs and turn to your side. “Noona!”
You shook your head and he growled, easily manhandling your legs open for him to fit between them once again.
“Enough,” he said, his voice sounding deeper, dangerous. His red eyes and his body temperature made it clear that his rut was about to start, and his alpha instinct was not happy with your behavior. “You’re my mate,” he reminded you, like you could ever forget that.
You nodded.
She’s yours.
“You’re mine,” he said, pinching the soft skin of your thigh.
“Y-yes…,” you whimpered.
You can–
“--Taste you as many times as I want,” he declared, starting to lower his head again.
“BUT–But I want to taste you too,” you said quickly.
Jisung visually malfunctioned, halting his movement and looking at you with wide eyes, then frowning like he thought you may be deceiving him.
“Please, Ji, don’t you want my mouth?”
He could feel the precum staining his pajama pants. “Noona’s mouth?”
Instead of replying, you parted your lips, opening wide and sticking your tongue out slightly, all while maintaining eye contact with him and being cuffed to the bed. No video online had prepared Jisung for such a view.
He had never moved so fast in his life, straddling your chest and pulling the elastic of his pants down just enough for his erection to pop out.
“Want it,” he panted, placing his hips closer to your face. When he felt the first lick on the tip he moaned loudly, grabbing onto the very same bed frame you were cuffed to for support. “Yes, noona, please– Oh!”
You circled the head with your tongue playfully before bobbing your head slightly, loving the way his abdomen contracted and his head fell back in pleasure.
“I love your mouth so much, noona–” he rambled, trying his best (and failing miserably) not to thrust his hips into the delicious warmth.”C-can you take some more?? Just a little–Ooohh yes, yes–Ah!”
You felt a little bad for all those girls who blindly believed he had a small dick and avoided him in the past, because they clearly missed out, but at the same time you were thankful that only you could see him like this. You had never been too possessive but for him… you obviously were.
He lowered his hips even more, caging you under him and starting to fuck into your mouth. “I’m gonna—just ah…just like this– you don’t mind, yeah, noona?”
You moaned, making his legs tremble due to the pleasurable vibrations. “Fuuuck,” he groaned, grabbing your hair with one of his hands to keep you in place as he went faster, deeper. “Yeah, noona, like t-that ah, ah, haa…” he let out a whimper when you gagged.
It felt so good he just had to use his other hand too, now grabbing your head with both of them to bring you impossibly closer. You choked and teared up when your nose touched his navel, and nothing could describe the bliss that took over him, finally cumming down your throat with a deep groan.
“Oh–Ooohhh, f-fuck…”
You coughed and whined when he finally let go of your head, trying to calm down the burning sensation in your throat. Once the tears subsided and you were able to focus again, you noticed that your boyfriend’s hard cock was still on your face, as he jerked off furiously.
“Haa, haa…” he panted heavily, getting off at the beautiful sight under him.
“Jisung–” you were interrupted by your own gasp at the drops landing on your face.
“Aaah!” he moaned, forcing himself to keep his eyes open to watch his cum paint your face. “Pretty, s-so pretty…” he sighed, finally slowing down to a stop and climbing off you…and going straight back to eating you out.
“NO!” You shrieked, squirming and kicking.
“You’re wet again,” he pointed out, not bothered by your aimless kicks, still licking your folds.
“Of course I’m wet! I’m with you,” you tried to defend yourself.
He let out a soft moan. “You can’t say something like that and not expect me to pleasure you until you go numb.”
“I want you to fuck me!” you whined, making him malfunction for the second time in a day.
“Yeah?” he breathed out, boring his eyes into you.
“Please, alpha,fuck me–”
You didn’t need to tell him twice. Actually, you couldn’t even finish the sentence before he was sitting up and sliding into you, causing you to let out a broken moan. It had been a couple of weeks since you last had him inside of you like this. Not because you weren’t horny, but because he insisted on letting you rest as much as possible before his rut to avoid hurting you. But what he achieved instead was to make both of you lose your minds as soon as he entered you.
“Haa…” he let out a shaky breath, pulling out and pushing back in weakly, fighting the dizziness that took over his body.
You tugged again, desperately wanting to touch him. “Ji, take these off,” you begged.
He shook his head. “I like you like this,” he admitted, fucking into you again.
You whined. “I want them off!” you insisted.
“And I want to keep you tied to the bed forever,” he whispered, drunk in pleasure and lust, accelerating the movement of his hips to have you moaning weakly. “Pumping you full again, a-and again–Mmh…waking you up with m-my tongue that y-you like aah…you like s’much…”
You curled your legs around his waist, bringing your bodies closer together and he sobbed.
“N-noona…Close–” he admitted, embarrassed. There was something so arousing about having you so vulnerable under him, with no choice but to take everything he gave you.
Pups.
He gasped and stilled his hips, much to your dismay. You tried to move under him, tried to make him hit that spot again, but he quickly grabbed your hips too and kept them in place.
“One s-second, noona…” he said with a pained tone.
“It’s okay, Ji, I’m close too,” you assured him, not knowing what the real problem was.
“That’s not–”
Give her your pups.
“Oh, fuck,” he whispered, looking at your belly.
Now, before she tries to leave again.
He quickly looked at your wrists which already had some marks due to the chaffing of the cuffs, and then back at your stomach.
“Jisung?” you asked nervously. Something was off with him since he arrived. He looked like he was constantly fighting something, but what?
He finally looked into your eyes, and his were clouded with tears.
“What’s wrong?” you asked.
“Do your wrists hurt?” he asked back, his voice barely audible.
“Oh,” you had forgotten about it for a minute. “Just a little,” you admitted. “But if it makes you feel more at ease…”
As soon as you said you felt pain, even if it was just a little, he reached for the key on the nightstand and unlocked the handcuffs. He waited anxiously for your next move, but you immediately grabbed onto him, pulling his upper body towards you and hugging him tightly.
You felt him sigh on your neck and pepper it with kisses. “You’re staying?”
“Of course I am,” you said. “Do you trust me?” you asked once again.
He nodded.
“Then I want you to relax and let me do something, okay?”
He nodded again, but he tensed when he felt you push against his chest.
“It’s okay,” you assured him.
He slowly relaxed and let you move, and in a few seconds you had him on his back with you on top, his hard cock still pulsating inside of you. With wild eyes, he moaned softly at the sight. Having you under him was hot, but you on top was crazy. He didn’t think he could choose. His hands immediately held onto your waist as you started bouncing on his cock hard and fast. If he was close before, he was going to explode now.
Cum inside.
He whined, but he didn’t have the strength nor the will to stop you. Instead, he thrust up into you, trying to ignore his wolf’s words. He looked up at you, eyes full of doubt.
“Wanna cum inside, baby boy?” you purred, feeling your climax approach again.
Yesyesyesyes…
His mouth opened into a silent moan, and he nodded.
You smiled and leaned in for a kiss, moaning as he held you in place to take his thrusts.
Fuck her until it takes.
He shook his head. “Noona’s on the pill,” he mumbled against your lips, licking your lips and swallowing your moans while saying (what you thought were) incoherent words. “‘s okay, it;s okay it’s…It’s s-safe…”
“That’s what’s been bothering you?” you laughed softly, kissing his cheek lovingly. “It’s not the first t-time we do this, y-you know it’s safe–AH!”
It wasn’t the first time you slept together, but it was the first time his wolf asked asked for pups and Jisung was freaking out because now was a terrible moment to be a dad but —
“Noona, noona, noona–oh, oh, oh–OOOHH!”
He let go, and his knot finally started forming, keeping you both in place while he filled you with his seed, and his wolf purred with delight. You rutted against his pelvis a couple of times until your own body trembled with pleasure, collapsing on top of him and into his arms. He held you tightly and let you rest for a bit. After all, this had just been his pre-rut. You both needed to rest before the actual rut started.
Pups…
He nodded, smiling dumbly and allowing himself to enjoy this fantasy only this time.

is it casual now?
Prompt: You and Eddie totally aren't dating, right?
Characters: Eddie Munson x Reader, brief mentions of Steve Harrington x Reader.
Word Count: ~5.5k
Author’s Note: Happy birthday @felteppsters
Playlist: Casual by Chappell Roan
Warnings: Smut & fluff.
If you had a dollar for every time someone asked if you and The Freak were dating, you'd have made four dollars this week alone.
And it's only Tuesday.
You didn't go out of your way to spend time with Eddie Munson, and he never once asked if you wanted to hang out outside of school, but somehow you always managed to find yourself getting fingered in the back of his van in the parking lot during study hall. And he was known to drop a note in your locker on occasion asking you to meet him in that one bathroom that no one ever used for a quickie during lunch.
But that was neither here nor there.
The point was that people were beginning to notice.
It wasn't a bad thing. It's not like dating Eddie would ruin your reputation- despite what some people would say. It was just that when people asked if you and Eddie were dating, you didn't know how to answer because you, yourself, were not exactly sure what that answer was.
So you just said no, and you probably said it a little too defensively.
Does hooking up occasionally count as dating? No. In order to be dating someone you had to at least go out on an actual date, right? The night he took you to his trailer to 'fuck you in a real bed' and ordered pizza delivery didn't count, either, no matter how long you cuddled with him afterwards.
"I heard a rumor," it was Robin. She fell in step with you as you both exited fourth-period Algebra and headed toward the cafeteria. "And I just need a little bit of clarification, so forgive me if what I'm about to ask is-"
"I swear to God, Robin, if you're about to ask me if I'm dating Eddie Munson," you held up your hand and cut her off, stopping short in the middle of the hallway; your boots scuffing the speckled white tile floor, causing a slight traffic jam of bodies.
"What!?" She gasped. Either she was a really great actress or she genuinely hadn't heard. "There's a rumor going around that you're dating Eddie Munson?"
"No?" you deflected and picked up the pace. "What did you hear?"
"That you're dating Eddie Munson." With that, your face fell and she pulled her lips between her teeth to keep herself from laughing. "Well, is it true? Because Maria Fuentes heard from Charlie Dawson that Tina saw you guys in the parking lot last Friday and she did not hold back on the details."
"First of all," you said stopping at your locker. "I feel violated."
"Well, you were, you know-" Robin held up her fingers and made a lewd gesture causing you to cringe.
"Second of all-" You began again, only to be cut off by a folded piece of paper falling from your locker to the floor as you opened the flimsy, metal door. You could feel the heat rising to your cheeks as Robin quickly bent down and snatched the note from under you before you had the chance.
"You were saying?" She asked, a playful smirk pulling at her lips as she dodged every one of your attempts to take the note back from her. "Meet me. You know where. Signed, E.M." She read aloud. "Oh, look, there's even a little heart. That is so cute!"
"Second of all," you repeated after you had snatched the crumpled paper from her hands. "We are not dating."
Eddie's lips were on yours the moment the bathroom door closed behind you; before you were even able to flip the lock. You hadn't seen him since last Friday, and you could easily tell that he had gotten needy over the weekend. You wanted to enjoy the moment, but all that you could think about was this rumor.
He took a few steps forwards, pushing you back to the double sink until you were sitting on the counter; pushing himself between your legs, his hands falling to your sides, fingertips digging into your flesh. His lips were everywhere, biting and sucking hungrily as he squeezed every inch of your body he could get his hands on.
You placed your palm firmly on his chest and lightly pushed him away from you. He took a step back and you took in his appearance; tight denim jeans, a flannel wrapped around his hips, t-shirt just slightly messy enough to reveal a scruffy happy trail below his navel. His jeans were especially tight in the crotch, and his eyes were dark with desperation as he returned your gaze. He ducked his head to meet your lips once again, but you turned your head and ensured his lips fell to your cheek instead.
"Something's definitely up with you," he said softly as he placed another kiss on your temple.
He looked so good and made you feel so good, you just wanted to pull him back down to you and fuck him in this bathroom for the umpteenth time, but you couldn't. He stepped back and pulled a pack of cigarettes out of his back pocket; looking so cool as he placed one between his lips and took a long drag, sending smoke billowing around the tiny room.
"You haven't heard?" You asked. He shrugged. "Someone saw us Friday in your van and now the entire school thinks we're dating."
"Oh," he let our a sarcastic chuckle. "And that's a problem for you, I guess? Can't be seen with the freak, right?"
"No," you rolled your eyes at the fact that he would even suggest that. "I just didn't know if- are we?"
He shrugs again, shoving his hands into his pockets. "I thought it was just casual."
"Casual?" You ask, and he nods. "Okay, well, I have to go. My next class is all the way on the other side of the building and I don't want to be late."
He can tell by your tone that you're upset.
"What do you want me to say?" He asks, making one last attempt to make you stay as you pick up your book bag from the floor.
"Nothing."
"You're pissed," he actually reached for you this time, but you shrugged him off.
"No," you replied. "I'm just-" you paused for a moment looking for the right words. "I'm casual." He winced. "Have a good day, Eddie."
You wanted to slam the door in his face, but it wasn't that type of door, so you opted for storming off loudly. As you rounded the corner you knocked shoulders with some girl from the Cheerleading squad who yelled at you to watch where you were going, but you didn't care to respond. Your legs were carrying you as quickly as they could without breaking into a full sprint down the halls of Hawkins High.
It wasn't a lie when you stated that your next class was on the other side of the school. You were sweating by the time you reached your desk. Robin had gotten there first, slumped back in her assigned seat with a smirk on her face as you sat down, trying to catch your breath.
"Long commute?" She asked, her voice laced with sarcasm.
"Shut the hell up, Buckley." You snapped.
"Uh oh," she held her hands up in defense. "Must be some trouble in paradise."
"I told you earlier, Eddie and I are not dating."
"Roger that."
The last bell couldn't come soon enough. All that you wanted to do was get home and get into bed- and preferably cry into a bowl of ice cream. You'd have never imagined yourself crying over the likes of Eddie Munson, but the thought of losing whatever it was that you had with him was upsetting.
He was your friend, after all. You had a lot in common with him. He could make you laugh and there was no shortage of conversation when you were around him. He was always getting shit from his friends, but you loved the fact that he never shut the hell up. And when there wasn't a conversation to be had, there was always music; whether it was his long list of cassette tapes or him strumming away on his guitar, there was never a dull moment.
And here you were ruining it over a label.
Robin held the door open for you as you both stepped out into the warm summer weather. Waves of students began lining up in the parking lot for their respective busses, but you typically walked home when the weather was nice.
"So since you're not dating Eddie Munson," Robin began and you couldn't help but roll your eyes so hard that it almost gave you a headache. "I was wondering if you might want to go on a double date with Vickie and myself?"
"A double date typically involves two couples."
"Right, you're absolutely right." Robin was stuttering. "I have this friend and he is also single. Problem solved."
"Steve?"
"Yeah."
"No."
"Wh- Why?"
"Because I have nothing in common with Steve and Steve is a prick," you replied bluntly.
Robin rolled her eyes. "He's actually not, like, at all. Besides, I talk about you all the time to him and he said that he would really like to meet you."
"He must have forgotten that he spent the majority of my freshman and sophomore year bullying me with Tommy H and Carole," you muttered under your breath.
Your friend reached out and grabbed you by the shoulder, stopping you in place and spinning you around to face her. A sigh escaped your lips as you looked her in the eye.
"That was a long time ago. I wasn't a huge fan of him when I first met him, either." She gave you a lopsided smile and you found her attempts to win her friend a date with you amusing. "I promise you that it's worth a shot. So, if you change your mind, we're going roller skating on Saturday night."
"You rollerskating?" You laughed and heard a car honk a few times as it pulled up.
"You're so funny!" She stated sarcastically.
Steve gave you a derpy smile as he rolled the passenger side window down. He was wearing his Family Video vest. "Good afternoon, ladies." He called out smoothly, you returned with a small wave.
"Sleep on it?" Robin asked as she opened the door to Steve's car.
"Fine," you rolled your eyes. "I'll think about it."
Robin smiled as she ducked into the passenger seat and closed the door behind her. "I'll see you tomorrow!"
Saturday came sooner than expected, and you had to admit that you were nervous. If someone had told you a year ago that you'd be going on a date with Steve Harrington, you'd probably punch them in the throat. Hell, if someone told you that a week ago, you'd still be swinging.
You had avoided Eddie at all costs throughout the rest of the week. Though, you'd be lying if you said that you weren't a little disappointed there were no notes left in your locker, or that he didn't find some way to talk to you after you left him standing in that bathroom Tuesday afternoon. You even waited up some nights hoping for a phone call or a pebble on the window, but none came.
It took over an hour and half to pick an outfit. Almost every article of clothing you owned was crumpled on the floor or tossed on the bed as you tried on a dozen different outfit combinations. It was the roller rink, so you wanted to be comfortable, but it was technically a date, so you also wanted to at least seem like you tried. Finally, as the clock ticked closer to seven, you decided on jeans, an off-shoulder top, and your Converse. You really didn't care to impress Steve Harrington; you didn't care in freshman and sophomore year and you certainly didn't now.
"I thought you said you had a date," your mother mentioned as you stepped into the living room. She was on the couch watching Who's The Boss, a jar of mixed nuts in her lap.
"I am," you replied as you shrugged into your denim jacket. She looked you up and down and you rolled your eyes. "We're going rollerskating; comfort was the priority!"
The distant sound of a car horn honking interrupted the conversation, prompting you to glance out the front door. Steve, acting as the evening's chauffeur, awaited with Robin and Vickie in the backseat.
"Don't be out too late," your mother muttered between mouthfuls of peanuts. "But enjoy yourself."
As the heavy glass door swung open, a wave of familiar sounds and vibrant colors enveloped your senses. The Rollerdome was typically busy on a Saturday night, but tonight it seemed everyone in Hawkins had the same idea to go skating. The neon lights that adorned the rink's interior created a kaleidoscope of vivid hues; fluorescent pinks, electric blues, and neon greens adorned the walls, blending with the glow of disco balls suspended from the ceiling. Upbeat pop music and the thud of roller skates on the smooth, wooden floors flooded your ears as Robin and Steve bickered over which table to claim for the evening.
"I vote this one," Robin declared with unwavering confidence, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "That way, we've got front-row seats to all the wipeouts!"
"That is the exact reason why no one sits at this table, Robin," Steve countered with exasperation. "Everyone knows that the floor is slick there and when someone takes a spill, it's usually right into the table." He pauses before looking at you. "Bye-bye chili dogs."
You can't help but suppress a small smile, "I think it's perfect. If there's a chance one of those uppity assholes comes flying face first into our table, it'll be the highlight of my entire year."
"Can't argue with that logic," Steve added quickly. "Good choice, Robin."
She rolled her eyes and dragged Vickie off towards the rental counter. You casually tossed your bag on the top of the table; a clear marker that it was claimed. Steve removed his jacket and placed it next to your bag before running a hand through his thick, dark hair. It was clear that he was nervous as his eyes darted around the roller rink. He definitely didn't give off the same 'King Steve' aura that you remembered so well.
Maybe you'd give him a chance.
Just kidding.
You turned on your heel and walked off towards the snack bar, drawn in by the delicious aroma of extra cheese pizza and buttered popcorn, leaving Steve scrambling to catch up with your determined stride. Robin wanted a pretzel and a Coke slushy while Vickie had asked for cheese fries and an orange soda. You wanted nachos but agreed when Steve ordered to split a pizza, doing his best to impress you as he paid for everyone, but instead, all he got out of you was a slight eye roll. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw Vickie lead a wobbly Robin out onto the rink. A chuckle escaped your lips as you witnessed their valiant attempts to navigate the rink without falling prey to the more seasoned skaters.
"So what are you into?" Steve asked as he filled up his drink at the fountain machine. "What do you like?"
"Uh," you weren't really sure what to say. You still couldn't really get past the fact that Steve Harrington was trying to have a conversation with you. "I like music."
"Yeah?" He asked. "I like music."
"Cool."
"This is a good song," he replied and pointed awkwardly to the overhead speakers while Another One Bites The Dust by Queen played loudly.
You couldn't help but think of the irony and did your best to suppress a laugh before Steve got the impression that you thought he was funny. Oh, how this date was failing epically; which you were already anticipating, so at least you hadn't gotten your hopes up about it. Steve was almost trying too hard to force a spark between the two of you, but without Robin around- which was often because she was too busy flailing about on her skates while Vickie tried her hardest to keep her from falling- it was absolutely boring.
At least the two of them seemed to be having a good time.
As the night continued on, you found yourself gradually shedding the initial reserve that had clung to you like a second skin. The pulsating rhythm of the music, the laughter of your friends, and the infectious joy of gliding across the smooth floor started to work its magic. A genuine smile tugged at the corners of your lips as Steve, Vickie, and Robin circled the rink alongside you, sharing jokes and banter.
"I need something to drink!" You yelled over the music at your friends before carefully exiting the floor onto the carpet.
Steve exited with you, gliding up to the table with ease; moving around you to the music, dancing on his skates. The hesitant glances you'd given him earlier transformed into playful exchanges, and you couldn't help but admit that his efforts to charm you had slowly but surely begun to work.
As Robin and Vickie continued to skate around the rink, something caught your eyes in the corner; a familiar, curly head of brown hair in the back towards the arcade. He was leaning against the wall, arms crossed, his brown eyes pinned to you as his friends huddled around one of the pinball machines.
You smirked softly as the music changed. In the background you could hear Steve talking, but you were too busy having a staring contest with Eddie from across the room.
"So what d'ya say?" Steve asked.
"What?" You asked, reluctantly tearing your eyes away from Eddie.
"It's a slow song," he mentioned. You could see a blush creeping to his cheeks. "Did you want to couple's skate?"
You agreed, allowing Steve to take your hand and lead you out onto the rink. It was wrong of you to use Steve in the way that you were, especially since you were just starting to like him. But the satisfaction that you felt seeing Eddie roll his eyes as you and your date skated by was too good to pass up. And yes, you faked the giggles and latched on to Steve's arm a little more with each time you passed Eddie, really twisting that knife as much as you could.
But hey, it was just "casual" right?
As the song came to a close and Steve led you by the hand back to your table. You couldn't help yourself but to glance back to the corner of the rink towards the arcade, only to see Eddie push himself off of the wall and stomp off towards the exit.
"I'll be right back," you called over to Steve as the song ended. "I need to get some fresh air."
"I'll come with!" Steve offered but you placed a hand on his arm to stop him before he could unlace his skates.
"I'll be okay," you assured him with a sweet smile. "I'll be right back."
Hurriedly, you unlaced your skates and shoved your feet into your worn-down tennis shoes before chasing after Eddie. The summer air was still very humid as you stepped out of the cool air conditioning and into the parking lot. The sunset was barely lingering on the horizon and the sky was a mixture of periwinkle and orange. To your right, you could see Eddie walking away from you and towards his van.
"Hey!" You called to him. He turned around to see it was you and threw his head back dramatically before turning back to his van. "What is your problem?"
"Steve Harrington, really?" He spat, turning to you once again.
"Oh, come off it!" You replied, closing the gap between you. "Jealousy does not suit you, babe."
"Steve fucking Harrington?" He asked again. "I mean what do you even talk about with that guy? Different variations of the color beige?"
"At least he can stand to be seen with me in public!"
You were standing toe-to-toe with him now, chests heaving. His eyes squinted as he stared down at you.
"You want to be seen in public?" He asked. "Careful what you ask for, princess."
Before you could protest, his hands were on your shoulders, maneuvering you to his van; walking you backward until your back was pressed up against the side door. "Hopefully Harrington will wander out here looking for you." He reached a hand behind you, swinging the door open, and pushed you in. "He gives me the impression of someone who likes to watch."
Eddie crawled into the van after you, leaving the door open, not caring who saw or heard. His lips were on yours in an instant. You moaned as he ducked his head into your neck, working your nerves as he popped the button on your jeans. He didn't even care to pull them all the way off, or your shoes for that matter. As soon as he had pulled your pants down far enough to expose your pussy to him, he held your legs over his head and began thumbing your clit; spreading a slick coat of wetness along your swollen lips. He lifted you up, throwing your legs over his shoulder as his tongue hungrily delved into your core.
You gasped in surprise, hands flying to his hair, wrapping around the thick of his roots. You could hear him fumbling with his belt buckle as his tongue worked your dripping folds. Once he had freed his girthy cock, he lowered you down, still holding your legs over his shoulders with his arms now snaked around your thighs as he lined himself up with your core.
Without warning, he shoved his cock into the deepest part of you, feeling you tighten and loosen around his length. You moaned loudly, forgetting that the side door to his van was still wide open.
"Should I send you back to King Steve filled with my cum?" He grunted as he thrusted against you. "Let him hold your hand as you feel me dripping into those cute, little panties?"
Your eyes rolled back as he continued to pump into you.
"Look at you," he whimpered, so close already to finding his own release. He dragged his thumb across your bottom lip and you took his digit into you mouth. "Fuck!"
You could feel his cock pulsing against your walls as he filled you with warm ribbons of his cum. Eddie crashed on top of you, his face buried in your neck as he tried to catch his breath. Your hands moved to his shoulders, pushing him off of you with a sigh. You were already pulling your jeans up over your hips and fixing your shirt.
"What is it now?" He asked.
"It's nothing, Eddie." You replied.
"Oh, it's something."
You said nothing and stood up out of his van. Half of you wanted to just walk away and leave him there, like you had on Tuesday, but you couldn't do that again. You were miserable after the first time you did that- so miserable that you agreed to go on a date with Steve Harrington, of all people. This time you turned to him, looking him dead in the eye as you tried to find the right words.
"I'm not just some easy girl, Eddie." You spat at him. "I allowed you to fuck me in the parking lot, and in the bathroom, and in the auditorium that one time because I like you. I guess- I just thought that you liked me, too. I thought I was more than just some girl that you go down on in the passenger seat of your van, but I was wrong."
He opened his mouth to say something, but you held your hand up to stop him, wanting to get it all out.
"You just want sex," you continued. "You don't want to date me, you don't want me to be your girlfriend, you just want something casual, and I'm not that."
"What are you, then?" He asked.
"Leaving."
He said nothing as he watched you turn away, leaving him completely dumbfounded. For once, you felt like you had the upper-hand in this game the two of you had been playing for months now.
The walk from Eddie's van to the front doors of the Rollerdome felt like miles as the gravel of the pavement crackled beneath your feet with each step. You half expected him to run after you, take you in his arms, and confess his love for you, but you were met with nothing but silence. With a final glance over your shoulder, you reentered the roller rink, leaving Eddie to grapple with the unspoken complexities that lingered in the warm, Summer air.
The electric energy of the rink greeted you, once again; a stark contrast to the mood you had created in the parking lot. You didn't want to be here any longer and decided upon re-entry that you were just going to go home. Robin, Vickie, and Steve were all huddled around the table as another slow ballad played loudly through the speakers.
"There you are!" Robin greeted with a lukewarm slice of pizza in her hand. She took immediate notice of your changed demeanor and asked, "is everything okay?"
"No," you replied quickly as you grabbed your jacket. "I think I am just going to go home."
"Home?" Robin asked. "Now?" She stood up and pulled you over to the side away from Steve and Vickie. "Does this have anything to do with Eddie? I saw you running out after him earlier."
"Just forget it, Robin, okay?" You sighed as you turned towards her. You looked over her shoulder to see Steve and Vickie watching you. You lowered your voice, "It's over, okay? Yes, I'm upset about it and I hate that I'm upset about it. I wasn't expecting to actually like him."
Robin sighed, "I didn't realize it was like that, I'm sorry."
You shrug your shoulders and shove your hands in your jacket pockets. "It's fine, I'll get over it."
She gave you a half smile, "can we at least give you a ride. I'm sure Steve won't mind driving."
"I'm just going to walk," you muttered. "It's not far."
"Alright, catch you on Monday! Last week of senior year!" She exclaimed and raised her hands, mimicking pompoms for added flair. She outstretched her arms and wrapped them around you and provided a tight squeeze.
"Can't wait," you groaned unenthusiastically.
Monday came and went and before you knew it, the final bell of Friday rang throughout those hideous green and gold hallways as a sea of graduates congregated in the gym; tossing their shimmering green caps into the air, signaling the beginning of the rest of your lives. In one hand, your diploma and in the other, your yearbook filled with well-wishes and promises to keep in touch-- most of which you hoped would forever be unkept.
Robin found you outside in the courtyard after she had managed to escape her parents.
"Here's to the first summer of the rest of our lives," she said breathlessly. "Steve and I are going to the mall if you want to come, spend some of this graduation cash from my grandparents."
"I'm okay," you smiled at her. "Raincheck?"
"If you say so," she rolled her eyes. "Where are your folks?"
"My dad had a little too many of those little sandwiches they were giving out," you made a face. "Mom had to take him home early."
"I'm sure my parents could give you a ride home, if you wanted," she said with a soft smile.
Over her shoulder you watched as Eddie, still draped in his cap and gown, rushed off towards the back of the parking lot. "That's okay, I have a ride," you replied with a smirk.
You gave her a hug and slipped away; turning on your heel and escaping the crowd through the parking lot. As the cars grew thin, you noticed a familiar white van in the back, parked in its usual spot. The side door was open and Eddie was sitting in the back; a cigarette in between his lips and his guitar in his lap. His diploma was tossed up on the dashboard, and his cap and gown were tossed in the passenger seat.
He strummed skillfully as you walked up the side of his van. His eyes were lulled shut and his head was titled back on the headrest. He hummed softly and your lips couldn't help turning into a smile. He was so undeniably perfect and he didn't even know it.
"Is that new?" You had been hanging out with Eddie long enough now to know his songs by heart. He always asked your opinion on his songwriting.
His eyes fluttered open, but his fingers continued strumming. You could see his gaze taking you in as you effortlessly leaned against the passenger door. He shrugged lazily and tilted his head back once again, staring up at the scuffed metal ceiling of his van.
"I was feeling inspired," he finally replied as he exhaled smoke out of the corner of his mouth. "It's about a terrible, evil temptress who collects the souls of the men of the realm." You quirked an eyebrow at him. "Until one day, she meets a kind and handsome young man who doesn't have a soul to give. So instead, he gives her his heart."
"Sounds a bit dramatic," you replied as you tried to hide the smile creeping to your lips, once more.
"I was thinking about the other night," his fingers stopped strumming as he reached up to pull the cigarette from his lips. He exhaled another cloud of smoke.
"Oh?"
"Yeah, see," he took another drag from his smoke. "I do like you and I do want you to be my girlfriend, always have."
You threw up your hands, "It's hard for me to believe that, Eddie! We fuck nearly every day but you can't take me out on one date? How am I supposed to believe that you want me to be your girlfriend if you can't even respect me enough to take me out!?"
"We have too gone on dates! I bought you pizza that one time!" He exclaimed as he set his guitar back down in the case and snapped it shut. "And we watched your favorite movie!"
"We watched Troll," you deadpanned.
"Yeah, we did," he replied as he stood up out of the van. He towered over you as he stood up straight. "And after it was over you said that it was your new favorite movie."
"I was being SARCASTIC!"
"God damnit!" He spat right back.
"You took me back to your trailer because you were tired of fucking me in this van!" His jaw dropped at the accusation. "And the only reason you ordered pizza was because there was nothing else to eat and you struggle to even microwave a frozen TV dinner!"
His hand flew over his chest as he gasped. "You really are an evil and terrible temptress! Your words are venomous!"
You sighed, "Tell me honestly... is there something wrong with me?"
"You think there's something wrong with you?" Eddie asks, a small laugh escaping his perfect lips. He shakes his head and moves his hands up your arms to your shoulders, looking at your straight on. "Sweetheart, you're perfect."
A blush creeps to your cheeks and you can practically feel yourself melting in his hands.
"You're perfect, like, way too good for me," he continued, a bashful grin playing on his lips. "I should've said it before, a million times."
"You think?" You asked.
"Let's just start over, okay?" He pleaded and jutted his hand out to you as if he was asking for a handshake. "Hi, I'm Eddie. Will you be my girlfriend?"
You narrowed your eyes as you glanced down at his hand, pursing your lips in a futile attempt to suppress a smile. Fuck, you hated how goddamn charming he was. Giving up fully to him, you accepted his hand. Though, before you could utter a single word, he pulled you in for a lingering kiss that left you breathless.
"Say yes," he whispered as he pulled away, his lips hovering just above yours.
"Yes," you whispered as you look up into his dark brown eyes.

Hobie x fem reader where he gets a little jealous that’s shes been hanging out with another guy and she reassures him
NO NEED TO BE JEALOUS
— Hobie Brown ★
PAIRING: Hobie Brown x Fem!Reader
A/N: The Hobie brainrot is crazy
You crawled out of bed in a rush since you were already late to your hangout with Miles, accidentally waking up your boyfriend in the process. “Where you off to?” He asked groggily watching as you quickly grabbed a shirt and shimmied into your pants. “Hanging out with Miles!”
“Miles Morales?”
“Yeah, I told you this last night.”
You smirked at his muttered “Of course its Miles” but carried on getting ready like you didn’t hear it.
You put on mascara quickly and checked the time again. “What do you do when you’re with him?” He asked curiously. You looked at him as he propped his elbow on the bed and looked at you tiredly. “Not much,” you chuckled, “He’s been helping me with my drawings recently, giving me tips and all of that boring stuff.”
He nodded and opened his mouth to say something before you cut him off, “Shit I gotta go. I’ll see you later, I love you!” You kissed his head and grabbed one of Hobie’s jackets before running off. He groaned and rolled over to put his head into his pillow. He trusted you, he really did, but he didn’t know Miles too well.
He was a good kid it seemed but you had been spending a lot more time with Miles than you were with Hobie. But Hobie wasn’t jealous, of course not! He didn’t get jealous. He just wished you spent more time with your actual boyfriend than with a kid you just met.
That was it.
That night Hobie waited in your room for you to come home. You ended up coming home at 9 o’clock at night. You stepped through the portal and immediately greeted your boyfriend. “Oh hey, you’re still here?” You asked as you sat on the bed next to him. “Yeah, you were out late.” You looked at the clock and grimaced, “Were you waiting this whole time?”
Hobie nodded in reply and you kissed his cheek, “I’m sorry I kept you waiting. Miles and I were spray painting all the spider people we’re friends with and it’s super cool. You should come see it sometime!” You ranted as you got up from your position on the bed and changed into more comfy clothes, that being an oversized t-shirt of Hobies and some sweatpants.
“You spent the whole day with him?”
“Yeah,” you replied nonchalantly as you laid down on the bed, sighing as your back his the comfy mattress.
You patted the spot next to you and Hobie moved to sit upright against the headboard. “Are you okay?” You asked looking up at him. “Fine, just fine,” he responded in a way that told you he was definitely not just fine. You put a hand on his arm and moved to prop yourself up so that you were now sitting upright against the headboard as well.
“What’s wrong?”
You would be lying if you said his crossed arms and slight pout didn’t amuse you. You knew exactly what was wrong, you just wanted to mess with him a bit. This was about Miles. Everytime you mentioned his name you saw Hobie roll his eyes or you heard a small annoyed groan. It was funny to you, but you couldn’t tell him that.
“You’re spending a lot of time with this Miles fella, don’t you think?”
You hid your smile and shrugged, “Guess so. He’s just a good friend is all.”
“A good friend?” He repeated, “You’ve known him three days tops.”
“Hobie?”
“What?”
“Do you think you might be jealous of Miles?”
He made a weird face and you laughed. “It’s okay to admit it you know,” you gave him a teasing smile and put your chin on his shoulder. “You’re kinda hot when you’re jealous.”
He rolled his eyes and gently pushed your head off his shoulder, “Shut up. Ain’t jealous.” Your smile turned into a grin, “Right, is that why you can’t even look at me when you say it?” He turned his head to look at you and gave you a glare. “Look me in the eyes and tell me you aren’t jealous,” you said with a small laugh.
“You serious?”
“Extremely.”
He hated how much fun you were getting out of this but couldn’t help the small smile that formed on his lips. "M' not jealous of some 15 year old.” You hummed, “Thought you hated labels.” He shook his head and out of no where grabbed your waist and put you on his lap. He laughed at the yelp you let out and you hit his shoulder. “You could’ve given me a warning!”
“You didn’t deserve it.”
You scoffed, “You are unbelievable, Hobie.”
“What? You don’t like me teasing you, after all you’ve said to me?” You stayed silent with a pout on your lips and he kissed your forehead, “Cmon now, ’s just fun and games, love.” “Jus fun and games, love.” You mimicked with your familiar smile returning back to your face. You laughed at his reaction before leaning in to rest your head on his shoulder and put your arms around him.
“Back to the main point, you are jealous.”
He let out a breath and nodded, “Suppose so.”
“Ha! I knew it!”
“Ay! Just a bit. Lets not forget that you were jealous of Gwen one time.”
“Okay, shut up.”
He laughed and you smiled, “I just want you to know you’re the only guy I want. You’re cooler than Miles, but don’t tell him I said that,” you warned as you observed the dumb smirk on his face. “I wont.”
“I love you.”
“I love you too.”
He put his arms around your torso and you both stayed like that until you fell asleep.
Maybe he was stupid to be jealous of Miles but the outcome was completely worth it.

Everything hurt, like everything. Not just a limb or a stomach, her whole body hurt, but mostly her mouth, her teeth actually. But she would never say that, afraid someone would accuse her of not brushing her teeth.
Oh and she was whining. Everybody she encountered had to listen to her whine. Show her body hurt and everything pulsated and how she just wanted to sleep and it was the worst. People war starting to worry about her. And Charles was the first one to suggested to pay a visit to the medics.
„Would you like me to bring you to the medics, y/n?“, he had asked her. But she just whined and shook her head. „Are you sure, you seem like you are in a lot of pain“, he checked with her, but she still refused. She didn’t want to know, if she had a bad tooth.
It was only Wednesday, so just media for the day, or that’s what y/n thought. When you’re in pain, even media is hard. She was thankfully paired with Max, Lando, Fernando and Kevin. At least she had some people she felt comfortable with. Max sat on her left, whilst Fernando sat on her right. Next to Max was Lando and Kevin sat on the other side of Nando - she was squished between the drivers. Her body leaned slightly into Nando and he just let her, he had heard about her pain and was just glad she was up and walking.
They asked some questions, y/n not really present and not actually listening, until Max poked her and pointed to an interviewer with his index finger.
„I am so sorry, what was your question again?“, she asked the nice looking lady. She smiled and repeated her question to the young driver: „There were some rumours going around that you are in pain, is that true and can you elaborate?“
y/n groaned internally, of course her pain made the talk. She was half expecting the question, if she could race this weekend with her pain and if she would’ve answered truthfully, she would’ve said I don’t know.
„Thank you for your question. Uhm, yes, I am experiencing some pain at the moment, but it’s not as bad as it seems. I can still race on Sunday“, she talked into the microphone. The interviewer seemed only kind of content with her answer, but it’ll have to do, because y/n was back on leaning against Fernando and had closed her eyes.
When she woke up on Thursday morning, she had to clutch her cheeks. Groans left her mouth and she was ready to die, or that’s what she thought. Something wasn’t right. She wanted to call Seb and ask for his opinion on things, but when she opened her mouth, she almost screamed. She opted for a text, explaining how much her mouth hurt and what she should do.
Seb immediately saw her message and had to ask Hanna. His wife told him to ask someone on the grid to take her to the dentist - immediately. So, that’s what he did.
„Hey Lewis, what’s up? Listen, I have a request for you“, he told Lewis over the phone. He explained how the young driver has felt pain in her mouth for the last two or three days and how she woke up that day with unbearable pain. „Aw man, that’s bad, she can’t race with that now, can she?“, the Brit asked back. Seb shook his head no, even though Lewis couldn’t see the action over the phone.
„Hanna said to take her to the dentist, and you know I would do it myself, but you guys are in Silverstone and I myself are in Switzerland.“
Lewis promised him to take the girl to the dentist as soon as possible. Seb exhaled, glad to have helped in some way. He texted y/n back, told her that Lewis was gonna take her to see someone for the pain.
You can’t imagine how glad y/n was, that Seb handled all of that for her. She texted him a thousand thank yous and she hugged Lewis so tight when he was standing in front of her hotel room.
„Ready to leave?“, he asked her. She nodded and the two left the hotel together. As always, paparazzi were waiting for the drivers and flashed them with their questions and pictures.
„Where are you going?“
„Is it related to your pain, y/n?“
„What do you think about the track, Lewis, will you bring it home?“
y/n‘s eyes hurt, well everything hurt, but the bright flashes didn’t do anything against the pain, it much rather made it worse. Lewis saw how y/n had to shut her eyes closed, so he took off his Mercedes hat and placed it on her head. The journalists would have a feast with that.
In Lewis‘ car, she took his hat off and placed it on the dashboard. The car ride wasn’t long, only about twenty minutes. And as the two walked into the dentists office, her heart started racing. The last thing she wanted to hear, was her having a bad tooth.
y/n struggled with depression and anxiety, so normal tasks as brushing teeth, was sometimes very hard to maintain. Her daily trains and meals were easy, because she had her personal trainer who tracked her and was always by her side. But as soon as she was all alone again, the easiest daily routines became the hardest. Brushing teeth and hair, showering and washing her hair. Cleaning the kitchen or the bathroom. Washing her clothes on the Monday after a race. It was all so hard, but she didn’t want anyone to know. She didn’t want people to know and pity her.
That’s why people noticing her unfinished tasks or her habits, it made her anxious. So, so very anxious. And she especially didn’t want Lewis to know. He would just tell Seb and Seb would probably order her to Switzerland and make an appointment with the best psychiatrist he knows and she could forget her racking career. No, that was not gonna happen.
„Lewis, can you please wait outside?“, she begged him. But he wasn’t budging. He knew of her fear of dentists and was not having it. He was going in with her. So, he took her by her hand and dragged her to the treatment room.
Her mind raced with anxious thoughts, but the dentist did not confirm her worst fear. Her wisdom teeth were growing and they had to be taken out eventually. But not at the moment, because she had Free Practice, Qualifying and a Race she had to attend in the next four days. They made an appointment on Monday, they would bestanden out under anesthesia, because of her fears.
The dentist sent her home with some pretty strong pain meds, which she was glad, because for the first time in a week, she didn’t feel any pain.
The days flew by, she placed P11 on the race. She was so happy for Lewis and Lando, a bit sad for Oscar. But so, so happy for the Brits. As she was standing from the sidelines, Lando offered her a the champagne bottle, but she couldn’t eat or drink 14 hours before her surgery and definitely no alcohol. So, she kindly declined and opted for a quick thumbs up and a air kiss for her favourite boys.
Fernando had heard from Lewis about her wisdom teeth and offered to come with Lewis, so he wouldn’t be all alone with the young and high driver. He may have also talked to Carlos about it, who told Charles, who told Daniel, who told Max. They were all coming with. Some to help the young driver and some to laugh at her. Their group chat was going to be full of videos and photos of her.
Monday morning, the girl was waiting anxiously for Lewis‘ car. And when he finally pulled up and she saw who were sitting in it, she groaned.
„Lewis, I told you not to tell anyone“, she whined. The addressed only laughed, so did the whole car. She squeezed herself between Charles and Carlos, who were sitting behind the drivers seat and the passenger seat. Lewis was driving, obviously, Fernando was sitting next to Lewis and Max and Daniel were seated in the backs seats. Even though it didn’t make much sense with Daniel, because of his long legs, he had to sit in a weird cramped position.
When the seven arrived, the assistants looked at them funny and the dentist had to hide a snort. The young girl with her seven bodyguards.
The procedure was short, all four teeth were removed and now they were waiting for her to wake up. The dentist warned them, that the anesthesia doesn’t wear off for about ten more minutes, so she’ll be sleeping until then. And after that, she’ll still have some after effects. Max was waiting for that to happen.
Her mouth was dry and it felt like she had sand in her mouth? Anyway, her body felt like she was hit by a truck, possibly a Haas or an Alfa Romeo. She blinked slowly, why was it so bright? And why were her hands not moving up to her face like she wanted them to? What was going on?
Something loud an obnoxious forced herself through her ears, it was almost painful. What the fuck was happening? She tried to wiggle her toes, but they didn’t move. She looked panicked and tried to find a familiar voice. That’s when she saw Daniel laughing, pointing his phone at her, probably filming this whole thing. Her eyes followed his movements and she found Lewis slightly smiling at her. She saw him move his mouth, but she couldn’t hear anything.
Lewis saw the watery eyes of her and wanted to reassure her that she was safe and all went well, but the more he spoke, the more tears spilt out of her eyes. She full on started crying. You could sense, that everyone in that room was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. Until Fernando went up to her and took the girl in his arms. Shushing and humming a light tune. Soon her tears turned into hiccups and she was calm again.
„My body isn’t moving they way I want it to“, she whined, but it was hard to understand her with all the gauze in her mouth. „And I’m thirsty.“
Carlos stood up and got a cup of water for her, which she was very grateful for and she met him know very much.
„Thank you so much, Carlito. I love you, I hope you know that.“
The boys laughed at her, but she looked at them mean and said: „Don’t be jealous because he receives my love. And stop laughing, it’s so loud.“ That made Daniel laugh even louder and she just glared at him. Max was snickering silently and hit Danny on his arm, to signal him to turn it down a nudge, but that he was enjoying that just as much as he was.
„Danny, I heard you’re gonna be back on the grid in Hungary?“, she smiled at the Australian. „Yeah, yeah, but different than you might think.“ He smiled back at her and she made grabby hands at the older driver. He laughed and went to hug her. She nuzzled her head into his crook between shoulder and head and sighed.
„You know, I don’t think Heidi would enjoy you snuggling like that with y/n“, Max made the remark, but Danny just showed him his middle finger and put his arms more around y/n. It was soon time to take the girl back to the hotel, but that was harder than it sounded. Her limbs were still not reacting at the same time and walking was a no go. Lewis and Fernando immediately backed out of carrying her to the car, reasoning with their age and their backs. So, Charles was the one volunteering to piggy back ride her to the car.
„It’s like she’s drunk. Has anyone ever seen her drunk, by the way?“, Carlos mentioned. „Oh, yes. Let’s get drunk, guys. Carlito, that’s a very good idea of yours, that’s why I love you so much“, y/n responded to Carlos question. Max started to laugh and got out his phone to record the conversation.
„Okay, let’s not address some stuff with her in the car, okay? Stuff that could make her cry, or bring stupid ideas to her head or any stuff like that“, Lewis said from the drivers seat, his head turning slightly to look at all his passengers. „Agreed“, said Fernando.
„Can we listen to some music?“, she whined. She was whining for everything, so you couldn’t really call it whining anymore. Fernando turned on the radio and Speak Now was playing. „Omg, Nando! It’s your girlfriend!“, she patted Fernando excitedly on his back. He just grinned and said: „Hasn’t she been linked with someone else now?“ - „Well yes, Matty Healy, that greasy singer from The 1975, but you were a much better candidate for mother.“
„Is it Taylor’s Version“, she asked. „What is Taylor’s Version“, Max asked. She gasped and turned around to face the Dutch driver. „You don’t know what Taylor’s Version means? Shame on you!“
The car ride was short and they were soon in the garage of the hotel. This time it was Daniel who was carrying y/n to her hotel room. Charles was still rubbing his shoulders, as she gripped him so hard, out of fear she could fall off. Until then, everyone on the grid knew about the girl getting her wisdom teeth removed. That’s why Lando, Oscar, Alex and Lily, George and Pierre were waiting in front of her room.
Fernando was the first one to notice the bunch and laughed out loud. y/n covered her ears, as she was still thinking that laughter is too loud and was hurting her head. Lily was the first one she noticed, so she sprung from Danny’s back and sprinted towards Alex‘ girlfriend. „Lily, hi, what are you doing here?“, for Lily it was hard to understand her, not yet having learnt what her gibberish meant. For the others in the car, it became noticeably easier the more she talked.
„Hi y/n, I heard about your wisdom teeth and I just wanted to check if you were good and if you need anything. But I see that you already have a bunch with you.“
The young driver nodded and hugged Lily once again. She looked at Lewis so he would open her door. He smiled and made his way through all the drivers. And as soon as he opened the door, y/n was on her way to lie on her bed. The others went one by one into her room and either sat on the few chairs or opted to sit on the floor. She soon was snoring slightly, y/n was out cold.
„So, how do we do this? We can’t all be watching her or can we?“, Pierre asked the group. „We can take turns“, suggested George. „I would probably go, I mean, we, right babe?“, Alex turned towards his girlfriend who nodded her head. „I just wanted to make sure she wasn’t alone, s‘all“, she said.
„We can take the first round, right mate“, Lando looked towards Oscar, who nodded at his teammate. „Okay, thanks guys, I think me and Fernando will be back in, let’s say, three hours?“, Lewis asked. „We can look after you guys, me and Carlos“, Charles said and everyone nodded. „Max? You and me?“, Daniel wiggled his eyebrows at Max who laughed in response. That only left George and Pierre, who were content that they were last, which meant, they had a high chance of not looking after the driver.
Everyone left, expect the two McLaren drivers. Lando soon set up his phone and would start recording everything when she woke up. She did after a 20 minute nap and was very confused where all her favourite people went. She started to cry and Lando tried hard not to laug. „Hey there, what’s wrong?“, Oscer asked the girl. „Where did everyone go?“
They explained the situation to her, but she didn’t stop crying. She wanted to drink something, but the last time she couldn’t hold the water in her mouth. „I can ask for a straw, maybe that’s better?“ Lando frantically searched for the phone to the reception. Unfortunately they didn’t have any straws. „Oscar, go to McDonalds or so and get a straw!“
„Lando, I love you so much, the things you’re doing for me“, she whispered and Lando almost didn’t understand her. Nevertheless, he was still touched.
She mostly slept, took some pain meds and slept again. It wasn’t really necessary to watch her anymore, but all of them still stayed. Even on the next morning, where most of the grid flew home again. Lewis accompanied her home and they facetimed Seb together. He’s seen all of the videos already - she doesn’t remember a thing. He was just glad that she was okay.
y/n said her hellos to Hanna and his two girls and cooked for Lewis - vegan of course. She was so glad to have all of her friends working with her, she wouldn’t know what to do without them.

The one thing about this business was that even though everyone pretended to trust each other, no one actually trusted each other.
It didn’t matter how many alliances were there or how many deals were made, the war could start at any moment with any attack, and you had to make sure it wouldn’t.
This deal with Rhett was going to ensure you to climb to the top and to keep the city safe from your cousin at the same time.
As you left the elevator to make your way to Bucky’s office, you could see his assistant by the door but as soon as she stood up, you waved a hand in the air.
“Please,” you said with a smile. “I’ll just get him and get out.”
“My wife will not be put in a situation where she might be in danger!” Bucky’s voice reached outside as you grabbed the door handle. “We don’t know if we can even trust the guy—”
He stopped talking when you opened the door and stepped inside, and he cleared his throat, tightening his grip around the phone he was holding to his ear.
“I’ll call you back,” he said curtly and hung up, making you tilt your head.
“Hey,” you said. “Who was it?”
“Stark,” he muttered. “He has this idea…never mind.”
“That it’d be better for me to meet Rhett?”
Bucky scoffed. “Doesn’t matter. That’s not gonna happen.”
“You do realize that I wouldn’t be in danger though?”
“Not risking it.”
“Why not?”
He blinked a couple of times. “What?”
“Why not?” you asked again with a small smile. “I don’t recall you having that problem with your other business partners.”
He stared at you for a moment, then scoffed and made himself busy with his phone.
“No?” you insisted, still smirking. “Nothing to say?”
“Nope,” he said, making you groan.
“Bucky, I feel like we should talk about this.”
“Not at all. So, this asshole—”
“Rhett,” you corrected him and he clicked his tongue.
“Rhett,” he repeated. “Anything else I should know about him? Other than the fact that he’s your ex?”
You had your whole attention on your book so much that you didn’t even realize someone had approached your table until they pulled a chair. Your head shot up but a frown pinched your brows as soon as your eyes fell on Lucas.
“The fuck do you want?”
Lucas smiled slightly and held up his hands, gesturing surrender.
“Hello to you too,” he said as you looked around the library before turning to glare at him.
“Rhett sent you?”
“Nope,” he said, still smiling. “I just wanted to see whether you’re okay, you know? After your breakup.”
You arched a brow.
“Right,” you said. “I’m fine, you can go now.”
“So who dumped who?” he asked. “He’s been bringing a different girl to his place every night and is in a terrible mood lately, gotta be you huh? What did he do, cheat on you?”
You scoffed. “Why are you acting as if we’re friends?”
“Maybe I want to be friends with you.”
You rolled your eyes. “Why?”
“I think we can be very beneficial to each other,” he said. “Especially if he broke your heart.”
You crossed your arms, leaning back in your seat.
“The last I heard, New York still wants to do business with Chicago,” he said. “Rhett’s father isn’t interested, and Rhett will definitely follow his footsteps when he takes over. But…there are people in Chicago who can be more open to a deal with New York.”
Oh.
Alright, this was interesting.
“Your father would be quite impressed if you made a deal with Chicago, wouldn’t he?” he asked. “Two birds one stone. You take your revenge, and your father gets a deal.”
Fucking traitor.
“Sounds like the perfect plan,” you mused. “Hypothetically speaking, having the new king in my debt when I go back to New York....”
“I agree.”
“Too bad I can’t trust you,” you said. “How do I know you’ll make the deal after he’s gone?”
He chuckled and took out his phone, then put it on the desk and pushed it in your direction. You grabbed it, your eyes scanning the lines on the screen, then let out a breath.
“You already have a draft?”
“I’m nothing if not planned.”
You scrolled down on the file, then handed him his phone back.
“What do I need to do?”
“Get back together with him,” he said. “Make him feel safe and all that bullshit, and then make sure he’s in the location I’ll send you when it’s time.”
You nodded your head, pretending to be in deep thought. “And then guns go off.”
“Didn’t take you for the type to get intimidated by that.”
“I’m not,” you said without hesitation. “But I want your word that once you get that crown, you won’t double cross me.”
“You have my word,” he said. “I assure you, you help me with this and I’ll help out your father.”
You bit inside your cheek, then held your hand out.
“Fine then,” you said. “Pleasure doing business with you, Lucas.”
*
Rhett’s men were rather surprised to see you, and two of the bodyguards by his door exchanged glances before turning to you.
“Ma’am?”
“Hi.” You smiled at them. “Tell him I’m here please.”
One of them nodded before opening the door to step inside, and you leaned back on the wall, inspecting your fingernails until he stepped out again.
“You can go in, ma’am.”
You thanked him and walked past him into the apartment, Rhett standing in the hallway with his shirt halfway done, his curls messier than usual with a confused look on his face, but before he could say anything, the sound of heels reached you and you both turned to look at the girl who was glaring daggers at you.
“What is she doing here?” she asked, making you smirk and Rhett cleared his throat.
“Alice, could you give us a moment?”
She looked like she would say no but then scoffed and walked out of the apartment, slamming the door behind her. You let out a small laugh.
“Didn’t lose any time huh?”
“You were the one who dumped me, in case it has escaped your notice,” Rhett deadpanned and eyed you up and down. “So what the fuck is this? You don’t return my calls but decided to show up?”
You threw your head back before walking to the living room with Rhett following you. The whiskey bottle on the small table caught your eye and you made your way to it to fill a glass, then turned to him and sipped your drink.
“Stop pretending like this would go anywhere if I didn’t break up with you,” you said and deepened your voice to mimic him; “Chicago rules are different—”
“Oh because you’d stay in Chicago,” he said with a dry laugh. “You and I both know you want to rule New York.”
“Rich, coming from the prince of Chicago.”
“Did you seriously come here to fight?”
“No,” you said after a beat, then licked your lips and put your whiskey glass down. “I’m here to save your life, you idiot.”
“That he doesn’t trust anyone outside Chicago,” you said, and he hummed.
“Except you.”
“Except me,” you said. “Are you seriously not going to talk about this?”
“If he flirts with you, I’m shooting him.”
You raised your brows. “That sounds like a very healthy approach to a partnership.”
“We’re not partners, we’re married.”
“That’s not what— I mean him and us, Bucky,” you said. “We’re trying to be business partners with him, in case it has escaped your notice.”
He blinked a couple of times. “Right.”
“And if you’re going to be like this, I can meet Rhett alone,” you said, making him shake his head. “I mean you have meetings anyway—”
“I’m coming with,” he cut you off and stood up, checking his wristwatch. “Let’s go.”
You threw your head back but followed him out of the office, stomping on your feet all the way to the elevator.
*
Rhett’s private jet hadn’t still landed when you got there, which was good news for you because that gave you some alone time with Bucky. Even if you played it cool, not talking to him for the last two weeks had been making you so anxious that you could barely focus on anything else. You sat on the hood of the car, drumming your fingernails on your knee while he typed something on his phone, leaning back to the car.
“Bucky.”
“Hm?”
“Rhett can be a bit…uh—” you paused for a moment to think. “He can be a bit arrogant.”
He turned to look at you better, raising his brows.
“He’s kind of like you on that,” you pointed out, making him frown.
“I’m not arrogant.”
You gawked at him.
“…Have you met yourself?”
“I’m not!”
“I’ll share that with the therapist on our next appointment,” you said. “Anyways, Rhett being arrogant, just keep in mind that we’re trying to make a deal with Chicago.”
“You’re trying to make a deal with Chicago,” he corrected you. “I’m just here to get you into meetings, apparently.”
You ran a hand over your face. “You know it as well as I do that it’s not true.”
“Isn’t it?” he asked with a dry laugh and you looked up at the sky as a jet appeared, making you cover your ears and grimace at the loud noise. Soon enough it landed and people started rushing around as you lowered your hands, jumping on your feet.
“He might try to provoke you so don’t let it happen.”
“To repeat, I’ll shoot him if he does.”
You shot him a glare but turned your head when you noticed the movement by the jet. The door opened and Rhett stepped outside, then ran a hand through his curls before descending the stairs, making you suppress a smile.
Rhett had always been very attractive, but now that he was the king of Chicago, he looked somehow calmer. That chaotic, restless energy back when he was the prince seemed to be replaced by complete and utter confidence as he made his way to you, a smile curling his lips.
“Wow,” he said when he reached you. “I didn’t know you could get prettier, but here we are.”
You let out a giggle before wrapping your arms around his neck to hug him.
“Hi Rhett.”
“Hi cupcake,” he said softly, squeezing at your upper arm as you pulled back to look up at him. “How have you been?”
Bucky cleared his throat loudly and you looked over your shoulder, then stepped back to entwine your fingers with his, plastering a lovesick smile on your face.
“Sorry, where are my manners?” you said. “Bucky, this is Rhett. Rhett, this is Bucky.”
Rhett held out his hand and Bucky shook it, nodding at him.
“Bucky Barnes,” Rhett said. “I’ve heard about you.”
“Good things or bad things?”
“Mixed reviews,” Rhett said, making you squeeze at Bucky’s hand but he completely ignored you.
“Makes one of us I guess,” he stated and you faked a cough.
“So uh…I’m guessing you’d like to rest a bit?” you asked Rhett and he gave you a serene smile, his gaze falling on your hand holding Bucky’s before shooting up to your face again. “Your driver will take you to your hotel, and once you’ve rested you can call me.”
“Will you give me a tour?”
“Can’t have you return to Chicago and tell your father New York was anything but nice to you,” you told him, making him let out a laugh.
“Wouldn’t dream of it,” he said. “I’ll talk to you then.”
“Sounds good.”
“Nice to meet you, Bucky,” he said and Bucky gave him a dry smile.
“Likewise,” he said and Rhett walked to the car, the driver opening the door for him so that he could get in. You turned to Bucky as Rhett’s car drove off, and he bit inside his cheek.
“I don’t trust him,” he stated, drawing a scoff out of you.
“You don’t say?”
“He’s up to something.”
“He is just here for the deal.”
“Does he know you’re not a part of the deal?”
You held up your hand so that he could see your wedding ring. “I’d say so.”
“You know,” he motioned at the direction Rhett’s car had driven off, “Guys like him—”
“To repeat, why do you care?”
His blue eyes snapped to yours and he stared at you for a moment before clearing his throat, his brows pulling into a frown.
“We have a deal,” he brushed you off, making you tilt your head.
“Right,” you said, your heartbeat getting faster. “And that’s the only reason here?”
He swallowed thickly, his eyes locked in yours and he opened his mouth to retort but as if on cue, his phone started vibrating in his hand. You let out a breath, your cheeks burning as he touched the screen, then threw his shoulders back.
“I’m going back to the office,” he said. “I’ll drop you off, come on.”
“Nah I can go with them,” you pointed at your bodyguards leaning against the other car and Bucky blinked a couple of times.
“Why?”
“Obviously you don’t want to spend time with me, so I’d hate to force you.”
“That’s not—”
“I’ll see you at home I guess,” you cut him off, painfully aware of the petulant tone of your voice and you turned around to approach the other car, ignoring him calling out your name.
“Ma’am,” the bodyguard said, rushing to open the door for you and you smiled at him, then got in.
“Well,” you muttered to yourself. “If that’s not open communication, I don’t know what is.”
*
After going home and taking a shower, you decided to go outside just to get your mind off your issues with Bucky and to work more on the offer you would make to Rhett. Your whole attention was on your tablet as you went over the numbers, then clicked on the other file but your head shot up when someone pulled the chair across from yours and sat down. A smile you couldn’t stop curled your lips as you tilted your head.
“Do I want to know how you knew where I was?”
Rhett grinned at you. “Lucky guess.”
“Or people on your payroll.”
He hummed. “You’re telling me you don’t have people in Chicago?”
You rolled your eyes at him playfully and he raised his hand to motion at the waitress for a cup of coffee, then turned to you.
“So,” he said. “Mrs. Barnes.”
“I use my surname as well, there’s a dash between.”
He nodded his head, still smirking.
“All that talk about not dating people in the business,” he mused. “Here I thought I was special.”
You sipped your coffee. “Oh come on…”
“Hey, no judging,” he said, holding up his hands. “I get how it works in the business.”
“Oh it’s different with Bucky and me,” you said and he raised his brows.
“Is that right?”
“Uh huh,” you said, “And you?”
“Me?”
“I know how it works in the business,” you quoted him. “You’re the king of Chicago and you’re telling me people aren’t trying to fix a marriage for you? Uniting the families and stuff?”
He heaved a sigh. “Can’t escape it forever, as my father loves reminding me.”
“Who will it be?”
He thanked the waitress when she brought his coffee, then took the cup to his lips.
“Alice, I think.”
Your eyes widened and a laugh escaped from you.
“I mean she did lay down the groundwork,” you pointed out. “And herself in your bed, but…”
“Nothing happened while you and I were together.”
“Oh I know that,” you said with a laugh. “Doesn’t mean she wasn’t flirting with you.”
He bit back a smile, giving you a mischievous look.
“I specifically remember us having a couple of fights about her, now that you mention it.”
“Does she still hate me?”
“Probably,” he admitted with a shrug of his shoulders. “She said—oh, I heard your father officially named your cousin his heir.”
You bit inside your cheek. “He did.”
“Why haven’t you killed him yet?” he asked, curiosity laced in his tone and you scrunched up your nose.
“New York has truce,” you said after a pause. “Between families. Killing an heir is breaking the truce, not to mention this war with HYDRA... It would just make everything more complicated.”
“But you will have to,” Rhett pointed out. “This business is medieval, you know how it goes.”
You turned your cup in its saucer. “Mm hm.”
“And Bucky?” he asked. “You trust that he will help you get the crown?”
You dragged the tip of your tongue over your bottom lip, deep in thought.
“I’d trust Bucky with my life,” you said, making him raise his brows, a look of surprise crossing his handsome face.
“You, trusting someone in the business…” he muttered. “You have changed, cupcake.”
You felt a smile warm your face, and heaved a sigh before you leaned back.
“Maybe,” you said. “Finish your coffee, will you? I’ll give you a tour of our territory.”

Once Upon a Time - A Gojo x Reader Fanfic Part 3 (Final)
Retold fairytales featuring the JJK men! First up is Cinderella starring Gojo! You met Prince Gojo as a child and fell in love, but you’re sure he doesn’t remember you. When you’re forced to take your stepsister’s place as his “pleasure” for the evening, you’ll get your reunion, but it might not be what you hoped for.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3
Smut. 18+. Fem Reader. Fairytale AU. Gojo as Prince Charming. Reader as Cinderella. Rough sex. Semi-public sex. Mentions of abuse by the wicked stepmother and stepsisters.
Any and all feedback would be appreciated so much! There will probably be three parts. Dividers by @benkeibear and @animatedglittergraphics-n-more!
You took the carriage Geto had sent for you back home. This time, you wanted to get back as quickly as possible so you could change out of the dress before your stepmother gets home.
You stand in your bedroom, folding the beautiful garment neatly and placing the gloves and crown beside it. You write out a short note and stick it into the folds of the dress.
“To Lord Geto, thanks for letting me wear this lovely costume. I’m sorry I got bloodstains on it. Please forgive me for the trouble I’ve caused you.”
Then you pack up your few scant belongings, including the glass slippers and a few books, into a bag and wait in the kitchen.
Less than an hour later, your stepmother and stepsisters arrive, laughing merrily as they walk inside. When they see you, they don’t seem to notice the bag at your feet, or the serious look on your face.
“Oh, Cinderella, listen,” one of your stepsisters says. “That Prince you like so much is getting married! They announced it at the ball! And just two days after he slept with you. You really must have been forgettable!”
Both girls laugh, but you don’t respond. At this point, you don’t even care what they say.
Their mother has an amused grin on her face. “He didn’t seem too happy about it though. He went up to the throne and argued with his father right in front of everyone. How crass! It’s nice to know even royalty have their problems.”
Your heart flutters at the thought of him confronting his father publicly. But it’s no use now. You won’t let him sacrifice the life he’s built up just to be with you. He’s clearly an excellent ruler, and the kingdom is thriving. This is all important to him.
Eventually your stepmother seems to notice that something is wrong. You’re not scurrying to help them remove their shawls and slippers, instead standing completely still in the kitchen.
“What is it? Did you break something while we were gone? Spit it out so I can give you your lashings!”
“No, stepmother. I’m leaving,” you say.
Her face crinkles in confusion, as if she heard your words but they sounded like gibberish to her. “What did you say?”
You pick up the bag from the floor. “I’m leaving,” you repeat. “You can keep father’s estate. I don’t care anymore. You should know that Prince Gojo will probably visit in the morning. If Lord Geto is with him, please give him the items I left folded on my bed. He knows they should be here, so I don’t recommend hiding or selling them.”
“The Prince?! Why would he come here?” she sputters.
Ignoring the question, you walk past her and her stunned daughters, heading for the door. She reaches out and grabs your arm. “You can’t just leave!”
You jerk your arm free. “Actually, I can. I should have the day I turned eighteen, but I was waiting for someone to rescue me from this hell you created for me. I realize now that’s never going to happen. Goodbye, stepmother.”
Then you walk out the door, closing it behind you.
No one comes after you. They’re probably hurrying to your room to see if the items you left for Lord Geto include expensive glass slippers.
You don’t know where to go, what to do, but you know you can’t stay here with these people any longer. They’ll destroy your spirit as well as your body if you do.
With no money, your options are extremely limited. You thought of going to the old servants’ quarters, but that was still on your father’s estate. It probably wouldn’t take your stepmother long to check there. So you head into town. Maybe you’ll find someone willing to hire you as a servant. But for tonight, you’re on your own.
A drop of water hits the top of your head, and you look up. Not a single star visible in the night sky. If it’s this cloudy, rain should be expected. As more drops begin to fall, you find yourself thinking “why not?”. You have terrible luck, and your life is in shambles. You hold the heavy bag over your head like a shield and run the rest of the way to town.
*****************************
Despite the advice of, well, everyone, Gojo is in a carriage heading for Cinderella’s house. He got held up at the ball when he told his father he was not marrying Princess Yumi (who seemed somewhat relieved - she might even have someone she loves as well). An argument broke out, in front of all the guests. Something like that has never happened before, but Gojo is struggling to spare time to care.
After much shouting, threatening, and insults, his father finally relented. Princess Yumi would go home in the morning. But Gojo’s father demanded to meet the woman who has captured his son’s heart, and made no promises about accepting her.
It doesn’t really matter. Gojo plans to marry the girl of his dreams, regardless of his father’s approval.
Geto sits across from him in the carriage, looking unbothered and serene as usual.
“How long have you known where she lives?”
Gojo asks.
“I had my suspicions when we visited two days ago, but I only confirmed it this afternoon.”
Gojo stares at his friend. “Did you know she was being abused?”
Geto shakes his head. “I guessed her stepmother didn’t treat her well, but I had no idea she was being beaten.”
Gojo’s hands are gripping his knees. “I’m not sure I’ll be able to control myself when I’m face to face with that monstrous old woman. I need you to keep me calm.”
“I’ll certainly try,” Geto replies.
When they finally reach Cinderella’s house, Gojo jumps down out of the carriage before it even stops rolling, hurrying to the door and pounding on it, ignoring the rain pouring down on his head. Geto comes up behind him as the door slowly creaks open.
Standing in the doorway is that damned stepmother, looking surprised to see him. She hurries to step aside and let him in. “My Prince! Please come in out of the rain!”
Gojo storms in, his hair wet and hanging in his eyes. The woman’s daughters are standing nearby, still in their costumes from the ball. His eyes sweep over the room. “Where is she?” he demands.
“Whoever do you mean, Your Highness?” the old woman asks.
He rounds on her. “The girl you call Cinderella! I already know she lives here! Do not test my patience!”
The stepmother looks shocked for a moment, then says, “What has that awful girl done now? Is this about the glass shoes? I tried to make her tell me where they are, but she refused. She’s a stubborn one!”
“WHERE IS SHE?!” he roars. He can feel Geto’s presence behind him, close enough to reach out and touch him if need be.
The two daughters flinch and shrink away. Gojo doesn’t know how involved they’ve been in the abuse, so he’s ignoring them for now. The stepmother’s bottom lip quivers as she answers: “She left, Your Highness. Less than an hour before you arrived.”
He narrows his eyes at her. “Where did she go?”
“I don’t know, Your Highness! Truly I don’t!”
Just then one of the daughters approaches Geto with a folded bundle of fabric in her arms. “She left this in her room, my Lord, with instructions to give it to you.”
Geto takes the offered items and glances at Gojo. “It’s the costume, and a note.”
“Does it say where she went?”
Geto shakes his head. “No, but I do have some ideas.”
The two of them turn to leave. The thought of his love shivering in the rain, her back covered in bloody wounds, makes Gojo sick with worry. He has to find her immediately.
The stepmother calls out to him. “I hope you won’t hold my daughters and I responsible for that little parasite’s actions! We have nothing to do with her!”
Gojo feels something snap within him, and in seconds he has his sword drawn and pointed at the woman’s throat. “That ‘parasite’ is to be your new Princess! You will address her with the honor and respect she deserves! I will be dealing with you later.”
The woman wilts to her knees, her two daughters too frozen in shock to even go to her side.
Gojo hurries out and finds that Geto is not in the carriage, but walking ahead, toward an old building on the estate. He catches up with his advisor.
“You think she’s in there?”
Geto keeps walking, seemingly paying no mind to the rain. “It’s worth looking. At one point she had the glass slippers hidden there.”
“How do you know that?”
Geto’s eyes slide over to his Prince. “I stand back and observe, Satoru. You should try it sometime.”
Gojo ignores the barb as they reach the building. It looks like an old servants’ quarters. The two of them search it top to bottom but find no hint of her presence.
Back in the carriage, Gojo doesn’t know where to look next. He sits with his head in his hands. “You should have seen them, Suguru,” he says. “Those wounds… they need treatment!”
“And they will be treated. We’ll find her. Now, can you think of anywhere she might go? You probably know her better than anyone.”
Gojo wracks his brain, going over every conversation in his mind. She never mentioned any specific places. The only times he saw her were at the castle and the inn, and he doubts she would go to either place. The inn is somewhat expensive, and he can’t imagine her stepmother gave her any coin when she left. Still, he supposes they could check it to be sure.
Wait… there is another place he met her, long ago. He looks up at Suguru. “I know a place to look!”
*************************
When the rain got too hard to bear, you had to find a quick place to take cover. Standing in the town square, soaked to the bone and carrying a bag with all your possessions, you instinctively headed for the place you went to for refuge as a child.
Now you find yourself huddling under the stone steps leading to the flower shop, just trying to keep from being soaked any further. Your back hurts, the rough wet fabric of your tattered dress rubbing it in an unpleasant way. You wish you had let Satoru have his doctors bandage it.
As you sit there shivering, cold and wet and miserable, you try to convince yourself you made the right decision. Standing in front of your stepmother in the kitchen, you’d felt certain. But now, sitting here under some stairs, you don’t feel so sure. You didn’t know it was going to rain tonight. You didn’t realize the universe would be so quick to show you how alone and helpless you are.
Tears fill your eyes. You rub them with both hands as your body shakes with sobs. You’ll try to be strong tomorrow. But for now, you just need to cry.
“Hey there,” a voice says, and you look up to find Prince Gojo, soaking wet but grinning at you. “Wanna run away together?”
You blink, wiping your eyes. Is this real? How did he find you?
“…Satoru?”
He holds out his hand to you, and you numbly take it. He gently pulls you to your feet, then leads you down the street and stops under an awning.
You look up at him, trying to decide what to say. He sighs and turns to face you. “The way I figure, we have two options,” he says. “We can live in the castle and rule as a couple, deal with all the challenges together, or we can run away to a neighboring country and live as hermits. I’ll let you choose. Either way we’ll be together.”
“Your father will never accept me. The kingdom will never accept me,” you tell him, turning your face away. “You’ll marry a true Princess, to strengthen ties with another kingdom, and-“
“The kingdom is plenty strong right now,” he says. “Our relationships with our neighbors are good. And my father may be a stubborn old goat but he’s not stupid. He knows I’m the best ruler this kingdom has ever had. He’s not going to disinherit me because of who I marry.”
He’s still holding one of your hands in his. With his free hand he touches your face and turns it to make you look at him. “I’m not saying there won’t be problems. There will be judgmental nobles complaining and court ladies gossiping. And you will be the one bearing the brunt of their dissatisfaction. But I won’t let anyone hurt you or insult you. I’ll stand beside you and make sure everyone knows you’re the woman I chose, the woman I love. And we’ll deal with any problems that arise, together.”
You feel your tears overflowing again. “I… I don’t know what to do. I’m scared, Satoru! Every time I’ve ever gotten my hopes up, they’ve been shattered!”
His face looks pained. “I’m sorry. I wish I could have been there for you earlier, to protect you from everything that hurt you. All I can do is promise that I’ll make you happy from now on.”
With a surge of emotion, you wrap your arms around his neck and press yourself into his body. Even drenched from the rain, he’s warm.
His hands rest on your upper arms. “It’s not fair,” he whispers. “I can’t hold you tightly without hurting your wounds.” Then he suddenly pulls back. “We have to get you to a doctor!”
“I don’t think it’s that serious,” you say, though you haven’t been able to look at them properly given their location.
“It’s exactly that serious!” he says, now pulling you toward the royal carriage parked across the street. “I’m not losing you to an infection after waiting all these years for you!”
You blush a bit at those words, but nod. “Okay. I’ll let a doctor treat me.”
“Good,” he says, “because as soon as you’re healed up, we’ll have to discuss your punishment for disobeying a royal command.”
You blink. “What command?”
He looks back at you. “I told you to never disappear on me again.”
You find yourself smiling. “I apologize, My Prince. You might have to pound some sense into me.”
A grin spreads over his face. “I’ll pound something into you alright!”
You laugh as you climb into the carriage with him.
The next several days go by in a blur, being seen and attended to by multiple royal doctors, meeting Gojo’s father who neither accepted nor rejected you yet, and being introduced during a royal speech as the Prince’s fiancé.
After some tense conversations, the King finally announces that he’ll officially turn rulership of the kingdom over to his son. He will be King in name only until his death, but Gojo will hold the true power of the throne.
And finally, once you’ve healed both physically and emotionally, and are ready to face your stepfamily, Gojo summons them to the castle.
Both you and Gojo stand on the elevated dais in the throne room. Your own throne is currently being built to your specifications, so only Gojo’s sits behind the two of you as you look down at the three kneeling figures before you.
Gojo wastes no time getting started. “The three of you are hereby stripped of your nobility, and are to leave the estate you currently live in. Ownership shall pass to the rightful heir, my wife.”
Your stepmother looks up in shock. “Leave? But the estate belongs to me, Your Highness! My husband left it to me in his will!”
“Actually,” Gojo says, “I obtained a copy of the will and read it. You were given ownership of the estate under the condition that you take care of his daughter.”
Your stepmother glances at you, then back to the Prince. “I did take care of her, Your Highness! I kept her clothed and fed all these years!”
Gojo seems to grow tense beside you. He looks at you, as if asking if you wish to speak, but you nod for him to say what he pleases.
He glares at the old woman. “You kept her clothed in rags while your daughters wore finery. You fed her scraps from the meals she slaved away cooking herself. You did the absolute barest minimum to keep her alive, and then profited from her labor. Worst of all, you beat her with a rod! Abuse is against the law in this kingdom!”
“My Prince, you don’t understand!” she cries desperately. “That girl is a liar! A manipulator! She has poisoned your mind!”
Gojo’s eyes flash with anger, a rage so intense that it even frightens you, his beloved. “You dare insult your Princess? You should know that the only reason the three of you still have your heads is because of my wife’s endless grace and mercy.”
All three of them look on with terrified faces, your stepsisters wisely remaining silent while your stepmother sputters indignantly.
Then your husband turns to you. “Pass down their sentence, Your Highness.”
Three sets of wide eyes shift to you as you speak. “You are all hereby sentenced to hard labor in the work camp at the outer edge of the kingdom. Five years for my stepsisters, ten for my stepmother.”
Your stepmother hangs her head, having finally given up the fight. But your stepsisters take their turn to plead.
“We never hit you!” one of them cries.
“Why should we be punished?!” the other yells.
Prince Gojo regards them coldly. “I will revoke your sentences if either one of you can tell me one kind thing you’ve ever done for your stepsister.”
The two of them look at each other, then one of them begins wailing and clutching her mother while the other glares angrily at the royal couple. Gojo signals for the guards to drag them away.
You stand there for a moment, examining your feelings. To your surprise, you don’t feel anything for the women. Your heart is so full of love and joy that you no longer have room for hate or anger. But Gojo had insisted on punishing the people who hurt you. He stands beside you and takes your hand in his, raising it to his mouth to kiss it, and you feel only happiness.
******************************
Gojo is tired and irritated. The ceremony to officially transfer power to him took several boring hours, and he was forced to wear the traditional Robes of the Ruler for the duration. They look ridiculous on him, he thinks, but certain traditions must be upheld.
He stands in the empty throne room, behind his official throne, leaning over the back of it. The only other person in the room is his fiancé, who looks lovely as usual in her shimmering gown. She’s even wearing the glass slippers in celebration.
The royal wedding is two weeks away, and the ballroom is already crawling with decorators and cooks and musicians, all planning things out.
“Ugh, I can’t wait to take off these stupid robes,” he says.
“I think you look good in them,” she says, stepping closer and rubbing his back. She really is a treasure.
“I do?” he asks playfully. “Then maybe I’ll start wearing them to bed.”
She laughs. “I’m not sure how comfortable they would be, but do as you please.”
He turns to face her, wrapping his arms around her waist. “These stuffy old robes getting you excited?” he jokes, then his eyes slide over to the throne. He lowers his voice and leans in close. “Wanna fuck on my throne?”
She blushes, but smiles. “I thought you’d never ask.”
Gojo takes a moment to summon a guard and tell him no one is allowed into the throne room, then tells him to wait outside and guard the door. His Princess looks embarrassed. “He knows what we’re doing.”
“Who cares? We’re in love. We’re supposed to be fucking each other’s brains out at every opportunity,” he tells her.
Gojo helps her remove the heavy dress, leaving her in the thin, nearly sheer slip. She starts to step out of the glass shoes, but he grins and says, “Leave them on.”
She raises her eyebrows, but doesn’t question the request. She’s growing accustomed to his perversions. When he sits down on the throne and tries to pull her into his lap, she draws back, refusing with a mischievous smile. Then she lowers herself to her knees before the throne and lifts up his robes from the bottom, crawling under them.
He feels his heartbeat quicken as she disappears beneath the fabric, only the shiny glass slippers sticking out. He feels her tugging at the thin pants he’s wearing, pulling them down enough to free his cock. Feeling but not seeing her actions is more thrilling than he expected as her soft hands stroke him. They move expertly from tip to base, then slip beneath to lightly squeeze his balls. He holds back a groan, his breaths nearly stopping when he feels her warm mouth encircle him. Her tongue teases his tip, her lips pursing around his shaft.
“Ah, fuck, you’re amazing,” he says, his hands gripping the arm rests of his throne as she moves her head forward, practically swallowing him. He wishes he could see her face. There’s nothing hotter than looking into his beloved’s eyes as she sucks him off, but not seeing is making the physical sensations stronger. He squirms a bit in the chair, getting close to release faster than he’d like.
Then, suddenly, the door opens. “Shit fuck!” Gojo mutters, looking up sharply and wondering who the hell the guard let in.
Suguru strides into the throne room, smiling faintly. “The guard was acting strangely,” he’s saying as he approaches. “He didn’t want to let me in.”
Gojo feels his face getting red, feels his fiancé go still between his thighs. The poor thing, she’s probably mortified!
“Uh, what do you need, Suguru?”
His advisor is looking at some documents in his hands. “I thought we could discuss the budget for the wedding. The decorators are asking for more funds.”
Gojo feels her mouth wrap around him again, and he chokes back a gasp. What is she doing?! Her tongue circles him, her hands squeezing, and he has to fight to keep from cumming while his friend is five feet away.
“Any chance we could do that later?” he asks, his voice nearly breaking.
Suguru looks up from the documents, his eyes sliding downward. He clearly notices the human-shaped lump beneath Gojo’s robes, and the glass slippers sticking out. The guy doesn’t even blush. He simply clears his throat and says, “I apologize. I didn’t realize you were indisposed. We’ll discuss this at a more convenient time.”
Then, Suguru swiftly walks out of the room, closing the door behind him.
Gojo sighs in relief, but he’s jolted back to attention when he feels her throat tighten around him. Then she’s bobbing her head, fucking him with her sweet mouth, and it only takes a few more minutes for him to cum.
He pulls the robes up and looks down at the love of his life. She’s licking her lips, then opens her mouth to show him the pool of sticky cum inside, nestled in the dip of her tongue. Fuck, he loves cumming in her mouth, loves watching her savor it so carefully. After she finally swallows it, she gets to her feet and stands there in her flimsy slip, looking as if she’s just begging to be ravished.
“I can’t believe you kept going when Suguru came in,” he says.
“There was no hiding at that point,” she tells him. “I thought it might be fun to hear how you would react.”
Her takes her arm and jerks her into his lap. “You little minx! You’re going to ruin me!”
She giggles as his hands move under her slip, one squeezing her soft breasts while the other slides down between her legs. She’s already so wet, her inner thighs slippery. Feeling her arousal is making him hard again.
His fingers part her slick folds and find her clit, rubbing it gently at first to get her worked up. He loves how sensitive she is, how strongly she reacts to anything he does to the cute little nub. She wraps her arms around his neck, pressing her face to his collar bone and whimpering as his fingers move more aggressively. When he gives her a pinch, she whines and jerks, gasping for breath as he applies more pressure.
He pinches a nipple at the same time, making her cry out. Then he lowers his voice and says, “Ride my cock, Princess. That’s a royal command.”
She’s shaking as she shifts in his lap, trying to get into a better position. “Y-yes, Your Highness.”
This is the only time he doesn’t mind her calling him that, when they’re in moments like these.
She starts to carefully pull the slip up, but he suddenly jerks it over her head and tosses it aside, leaving her completely bare aside from the slippers. He’s learned by now that she gets turned on when he’s a little rough with her, a little domineering.
When she starts to ease herself down into his cock, he puts his hands on her hips and pulls her all the way down, making her hiss as she stretches around him. Then, she begins moving, and he feels like he’s reached heaven.
She’s clenching so tight, her trembling hands on his shoulders, soft moans spilling from her lips, and he feels like he could die happy in this moment.
*****************************
You don’t know how long you ride your fiancé’s cock, tossing your head back, feeling every inch of him inside you. It feels like forever, but only a moment at the same time. You can’t get enough of him.
Suddenly he wraps his arms around you, pulling you impossibly close. “I love you so much,” he whispers in your ear.
Your hand flies to his hair, your fingers entwining with the silky white strands. “I love you too, Satoru!”
There on his royal throne, he pushes further up into you and releases his seed, holding you in place until he’s empty. You gladly accept it, ready to bear his royal heir.
You stay there for a long while, locked in his arms. You hear his voice, quiet and soft, say, “I’m still afraid you’ll disappear again.”
You kiss the side of his face. “Never. Besides, there’s a red string of fate binding us together, right?”
He looks up at you and smiles, the same radiant smile he wore as a child. You smile back, realizing that you would now live happily ever after.

hiii your bg3 writing is so *chefs kiss*
I was hoping you'd be able to write the companions' reactions to a bard!tav, giving them a private serenade one night. like they lead them to a clearing away from camp one night and there's a picnic set up and tav sings a song they wrote specifically for their love?
if all the companions is too many, could you please specifically do Halsin, Astarion, Minthara and Wyll?
oh, cute! going to give you a lute, as I think that’s easiest!
Astarion
he makes a comment about how he feels the picnic was a bit unnecessary as he can’t eat it, but you mention you’re his snack later ;)
you sit him down, pour him a glass of wine, and pull out your lute
you ask, suddenly uncharacteristically shy, if you can play him something.
he cocks his head to the side and nods.
your fingers dance across strings, and when you start to sing, he realises it’s a song about him.
you once offered to be his mirror, and tonight you repeat that. your song is about how lovely he is, in every way. how he’s handsome but kinder than he wants to admit. brave. fierce.
its the most sincere celebration of his character he’s ever heard, and by the end of it, he’s left shocked.
“oh…” “did you like it?” chewing your lip, nervous.
“it’s… you’re…” he really doesn’t have the words to convey how you’ve made him feel. so he gently takes your chin in his hand and kisses you.
the kiss gets deeper. the lute is abandoned. so, really, is the picnic. the music the two of you make then is of a different kind.
later, when he has time to come up with a suitable review, he will tell you how much it meant to him. you are his favourite musician, and he has a new favourite song.
Halsin
oh, he’s been around for a long time, but this is the first time someone’s done something like this for him.
he’s just sat in bowled-over silence as you play for him, and it is amazing. an epic ode to his life and kindness, how strong and handsome you think he is.
he comes closer as you sing, sitting right next to you. studying every inch of your face as you perform.
when you’re done, he tells you that it was the loveliest thing he’s ever heard.
“I’ve heard pods of whales singing as they meet up with their lost family… until now, it was the sweetest sound to have graced my ears.”
he gets you to repeat the song and turns into different animals to enjoy it, be it via vibrations or different ways of hearing. either way he wants to be surrounded by your music, and you.
Minthara
absolutely no idea how to respond.
she was brought up in a cutthroat world. this softness is new to her.
she remains quiet for a while as she tries to work out if you’re trying to get anything from her. is this a trick?
”oh, I’m sorry,” you say after a while when she’s just been staring. “did you not like it?”
”no. no, it was… play it again.”
you do, and she really listens to the lyrics. they’re about her beauty. how glad you are to have met her. her strength in battle and soul.
she’s exceptionally moved.
“this is… a priceless gift that you’ve given me. I have no way to repay you.” “I don’t need repayment. it was freely given.”
she kisses you, for she has no way else to thank you. you have moved her more than she thought possible.
Wyll
you play and he listens. his eyes and smile go wide.
absolutely enraptured. claps when you’re done, and cheers your performance. you laugh and bow for him.
he tells you how much you mean to him, what a sweet gift this is. how your love is his most treasured possession.
he reaches into his pocket… and takes out some paper.
“I… I know this is incredible timing but actually… I wrote you something, myself.”
and he starts to read out a poem.
oh, it is lovely. full of flowery verse, and sweet appreciations of you. all the little things which make him love you. you pick up your lute and play along eventually, and he gets into the rhythm too.
the two of you laugh at the fact that you both had the same idea! you’re so alike, so in sync.
he holds you tenderly, kisses you softly.
you end up writing many songs about your Blade. he is your perfect muse.
bonus:
Karlach bursts into tears when she hears it, and scoops you up into a big hug at the end. she’s so emotional. she can’t stop saying she loves you, she loves your song, all of it. lots of wet kisses for you.
Gale is rendered speechless for the first time he can remember. he just stares at you in adoration. he’s never had anyone love him enough to write a song about him before, and he full force of his affection for you hits him in that moment. he is smitten.

“Are you actually serious?” Jihyo says, placing her cup of coffee down. Sana pinches the bridge of her nose and lets out a small breath,
“Jihyo, I don’t know what to do,” Sana says defeatedly.
Two months have passed by and that means two months of seeing you every now and then. Johnny, your brother, has returned from his business trip, so he ended up being the one to take Hana to school in the morning and the one to pick her up in the afternoon. You, however, were not going to miss the chance to see this lovely woman named Sana. 5'4 inches of pure beauty and charm. So, you convinced him to let you take Hana to school once or twice a week just to see who you think is the woman blessed by Aphrodite.
I mean, the temperature is dropping, and the warmth that spreads through your body when you see Sana is definitely something you need for this weather.
Every week Sana would see you in the morning once or twice. You two would exchange your friendly greetings before Hana goes off to chat with her new best friend Jiyeong, you’d stare at each other all lovingly (you two are oblivious, it’s sick), and then part ways. Rinse and repeat, reuse, reduce, recycle, etc, this went on for two damn months.
Sana would never say anything more, she wouldn’t flirt, she wouldn’t ask you out, and she wouldn’t do anything but be friendly. She still believed that you were literally her student’s mother, and there was a guilt that got heavier every time her heart did a flip from seeing you.
Each interaction sparked a small flame in your hearts, and just before it grew bigger, you’d wave goodbye; the flame would die again, never growing large enough to really warm you two the way you both needed.
“Sana… I honestly have no clue what to say,” Jihyo starts, and she looks at the young teacher in front of her, practically losing her mind, “I mean, you’re sure she’s her mom?”
“Yes, I mean, the girl’s dad and her take turns dropping her off and whatnot. I'm not going to be more delusional than I already am trying to find anything that makes her seem less like a mother, I mean, it's clear that she is the mother of that girl.” Sana explains, and her heart sinks a little, “I guess her dad is nice, though, and tall, I don’t know.” Sana groans.
Jihyo watches Sana stick out her signature little pout and swirl the coffee in her cup,
“Well… There are always others, no?”
“I don’t know, it’s just something about her Jihyo,” and Jihyo listens with interest, “I just, ever since we met, I feel like, there was some kind of… god this is so embarrassing…” Sana trails off, putting a hand on her forehead and pinching her eyes shut from slight embarrassment. Sana reminisces the way you’d joke about Hana making your wrinkles appear if she kept it up with her little antics, how you’d make her laugh at your little comments, and the way your eyes scan the room for her in the mornings and -
“You’ve been a hopeless romantic since we were roommates, I’ve probably heard worse.” Jihyo sighs, and she reminisces about the days when Sana and she had to share a small single-bedroom dorm, and how she would gush about anything and romanticize everything.
“Look, she’s just so pretty… Maybe we could just be friends? She’s sweet.” Sana suggests, and Jihyo laughs in disbelief.
“You want to be friends with someone’s mother that you also, or, might have a crush on?”
“Maybe.”
-
You let yourself in through the front door with your spare keys, hanging your jacket on the coat hanger and sliding your shoes off, setting them on the shoe rack.
There’s a faint melody of a slow, soft song playing, and there’s a low voice that hums along to the old tune. It fits the atmosphere of the quiet house on a Thursday night.
You creep through the hall quietly to see your brother in the dimmed kitchen washing a few plates. He’s in a navy long-sleeved shirt with its sleeves rolled up so water doesn't temporarily shade his apparel, and loose shorts that go down to just above his knees. His hair is a bit messy, and he looks nerdy with his circular black glasses on. You laugh at the sight of him in his pajamas and slides, he jumps a little and turns his head in surprise after hearing you.
“My god, at least text me.” He sighs, and you chuckle at him. You make your way over to the area where he is and sit across from him at the kitchen island, he directs his attention back to the dirty plate in his hand, “Did you need something?”
“Kinda.”
“You know where everything is, just grab it if you need it. Also, be quiet, Hana just fell asleep.” Johnny responds, turning off the sink and placing the white dish in the dishwasher.
“It’s not a physical thing, I just… maybe some advice, or at least your thoughts.”
“...On?”
“There’s this girl,”
"Oh," He mumbles quietly, “You’re ready to date again?”
“I think so,” You begin, “She’s different you know. Not like that girl in high school. She’s actually the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen, and she’s sweet and nice and caring and-”
“How long have you known her?”
“Two months...”
“So it is Ms. Minatozaki.” Johnny scoffs, though, not in an insulting way, more of an ‘I fucking knew it’ way. He picks up a rag and starts to wipe it on the countertop.
You look at your taller brother in surprise, “How did you know?”
“Hana tells me all about you two y’know? Why else would you willingly wake up earlier than you should to drop off my daughter at school? And, she tells me that you ask about her teacher?” He laughs, “You’re not good at hiding things, never have been.”
“Hey!” You say defensively, and a little too loud as it makes him put a finger to his lips,
“Lower your voice.”
“Sorry.” You mumble, laying your head on your palm. Johnny turns his body to face you instead of the counter connected to the sink that he had previously been wiping,
“Soooo, what are you going to do?”
“I don’t know Johnny.”
“You think she likes you?” He asks, genuinely curious about your new interest. Johnny grabs two glasses of water and places them on the counter, then sits down to the right of you, making sure to give his full attention to you.
Johnny has always been a good brother, and you two had your necessary brother-sister moments where you were at each other's throats; in fact, you’d bicker all the damn time and it even went on into high school. However, you two always had each other’s backs. Even when you hated each other there would be moments where you two were the only ones who understood each other, and sometimes time seemed to stop when you’d talk about the deeper topics and anything bothering you two.
And so, time slows down as Johnny listens to your rant.
“We’re friendly, I mean, what am I thinking? I feel slightly delusional I won’t even lie,” You sigh, “She’s so pretty and sweet and I just, I really want to get to know her. Like ever since I met her I felt like… It’s so corny but I swear the world literally paused for a moment.” You add, shifting your look away from your older brother.
How are you supposed to tell your brother that this woman that you’ve known for two months is making you lose some sleep, and, by the way, you haven’t even had a full conversation with her either. You think of the woman that you go out of your way to run into and see for ten minutes a day total, twice a week. You think of her radiant smile that rivals the sun's rays, the voice that’s more soothing than any song on your playlist, and the way her eyes light up when she sees you, and -
“You’re head over heels, huh,” Johnny says, amused.
“Don’t be ridiculous, I barely know her.” you lie,
“Well, you could.”
“And how am I supposed to do that? ‘Oh hey I think of you day and night just because I think you’re cute and nice and I think I almost overfilled a cup of cold brew while daydreaming about you, uh maybe we could go out sometime?’”
“Maybe don’t say that much, dumbass.” Your older brother says playfully, “Just start with a compliment or something, you seriously suck at this romance stuff.”
“Thanks,” You mutter, rolling your eyes, “But what if she thinks that’s weird? I’m literally her student’s aunt.”
“Maybe,” Johnny sighs and finishes the water in his cup, “Maybe you should get some rest, y/n. If you lose sleep over this woman who you’ve never had a full conversation with, imagine how much sleep you’ll lose when you finally do.” He stands up and makes his way over back to the sink to rinse the glass cup you had gotten him for his last birthday, “So, maybe you should catch up on rest now and rant to me when you finally have the balls to actually make a conversation with her, then I could actually give you some decent advice."
“You suck.”
“I want to give you my feedback and advice, but this is literally all I can say right now: ask her out and come back to me.”
“This is too much.”
“You’re a loser, y/n.” Johnny jokes, and he takes the cup that you hadn’t touched away and then rinses it.
-
You don’t even get to plan anything or prepare yourself for your next interaction with Sana, and you look stupid when you run into her too.
You’re at the nearest convenience store in an oversized t-shirt that was your brothers’, the gray shirt with a shark graphic on it that was too comfy to not steal. Paired with that tee were plaid shorts and white socks with more sharks on them that you had gotten from Hana last Christmas, along with grayish-green clogs on your feet.
You were dressed like a college student that was on a budget, and of course, you had to run into the woman of your dreams at a convenience store at 12:24 am on a Friday night while looking stupid.
Sana had run into you while you scanned the drinks section. You didn’t notice her calling out your name while there was pop music playing in your earbuds, and when you turned to see who had tapped on your shoulder your eyes widened.
Sana held a small basket in her hand, and she wore a purple sweatshirt along with gray sweatpants, much more presentable than what you were wearing. Your face goes red as you realize that she’s caught you looking ridiculous, all while she looks perfect.
Her hair is clipped up and some strands fall over her face, and she looks so unbelievably adorable just standing there smiling at you.
“Hi.” She says, looking you up and down.
She scans your whole look and gets a little flustered by how precious you look. Your hair is messed up and disheveled at the roots, as if you’d just gotten out of bed and ran a hand through it. The oversized t-shirt drowned your figure in comfort, and your inked, toned forearms were revealed. The t-shirt you wore had a cute shark graphic on it, Sana had guessed that your daughter had something to do with why you had that shirt. She smiles at the sight of you in such comfy clothing, looking lovely as ever while you stare back at her.
“Hey.” You respond, taking out an earbud,
“It’s surprising to see you here y/n,” Sana giggles, “Thirsty?” She questions, and she’s peeking at the vitamin water in one of your hands.
“I guess so.” You mumble, biting the inside of your cheek and putting a hand in your pocket, “It’s pretty surprising to see you here too.” You add. Surprising, but wow, definitely lucky. When would you ever see her looking so comfy and out of her workplace looking so cute?
Sana giggles and you feel like a huge gust of wind has hit you so suddenly, about to hit you off your feet. You smile brightly.
“I couldn’t sleep, I wanted something to snack on,” Sana shrugs. You glance at her basket and see some spicy turtle chips in the basket,
“Eating something spicy at this time is new to me, most people would have something warm, no?”
“Maybe.” Sana mutters, “I like your outfit, by the way.”
Your ears turn red again and you look down at your clothing, “Yeah… It’s a shirt from Hana’s dad, haha, that’s why it’s so big.”
Sana’s heart sinks a bit at the mention of Hana’s dad.
Sana and Johnny had met other times, and Sana thought he was nice, sweet, and she can't lie he does has a nice smile, but not as nice as yours. He treated Hana with care; Sana could tell he loved her dearly, as much as you did.
“I see, I like it. The two of them must love sharks, she always draws them during class.”
“She and her dad are very similar, lots of shark things in the house. I prefer koalas.” You reply. You wonder why the hell you’re mentioning koalas at this time, at this moment in this place, but it doesn’t matter because it seems to spark some kind of conversation with the woman in front of you, and Sana thinks it’s cute, actually.
“Koalas?” She questions amusingly, "They’re cute. I think hamsters are cuter, though.”
“hamsters?”
“Mhm.”
You chuckle at her response and wonder, how does she get cuter every time? Sana turns her head to eye at the drinks, then makes her way to the refrigerator door to grab one for herself, she grabs a canned iced americano and turns her body to face you again,
“Do you live near? I feel like I would’ve run into you sooner if you did.” Sana says, looking at the can in her right hand.
“Uh - no. The nearest convenience store closes at 12, so I just drove around until I found one open.” You answer, “Do you live near?” You ask. You wonder if the question is too weird or creepy to ask, I mean, this is a woman you don’t know too well, and would it be weird to ask a person you find so attractive where they live?
“Kind of. It’s a fifteen-minute walk, maybe less, give or take. The one right next to my place is closed too.”
“You walked? At this time?” You question her. Worry takes over your whole body because she walked alone? In the dark? At this hour?
Sana just hums in response, “Yeah, the neighborhood is really quiet and not too bad.”
“Still, you should’ve driven or something.”
“I don’t drive.” She simply states. You furrow your brows. She just stares back at you with those big brown eyes, it almost makes you forget about worrying.
She walks past you and heads to the self-checkout, you follow. There's a sudden idea that pops up in your mind, and you usually wouldn't be so bold to suggest or ask anything so direct, but it's twelve in the morning and your mind is too scrambled to make or think of any decent decisions.
“Sana,” You murmur, voice just barely above a whisper as you find the confidence for what you’re about to say, “Uh- this might be a little weird to ask, but, um…” You stutter, why the hell are you stuttering? She’s staring at you with those large espresso-colored eyes that remind you of your job at the moment, and the longer she stares back at you the more your mind races. This woman has your heart doing flips and pounding through your chest, you can barely manage your thoughts and words,
“Yes?”
“Uh, could I take you home?” You finally say, barely managing to make eye contact with her and it’s a humbling experience as your usually leveled (at least you think) demeanor crumbles under the presence of this woman.
“You don’t have to. It’s late and I don’t want to cause you too much trouble, y/n.”
“I’d be much more troubled if I knew you were walking home alone at this time, I insist.”
“Alright then. Let me pay first.”
You pause for a moment and Sana just turns back around, scanning the chips and canned coffee she had in her basket. It’s almost 12:30 now, and a pretty girl is letting you take her home. This wonder of the world is letting your disheveled self take her home.
-
“You have a nice car,” Sana says. She's never had a thing for cars or really knew too much about them. She's only paid attention to Jihyo’s five-seat white Lexus and the black, modified BMW that belonged to her childhood friend Momo. Other cars don't really matter or stand out to her, but Sana’s interest in you grows when she first sees the green Mercedes. Five-seated car looks nice and neat from the outside, for some reason, it really catches her attention. When she sits in the passenger seat she’s hit with the smell of coconut and vanilla. There are two things hung from the internal rearview mirror: One, a small keychain of a koala, and two, a picture of you and Johnny.
Sana can’t help but smile at the picture of you two, you two look happy.
You start the engine and put on your seatbelt before putting the drink you bought in the cup holder. You press on the screen in your car and a slow jazz melody plays. Of course, it had to be a love song.
“I’ve never seen your tattoos up close, they’re really pretty.” Sana suddenly says as you start to move out of where you were parked. Her eyes scan from your upper forearm, where the tattoo started, and down to where it ended just below your wrist, “I only saw a bit of them when you had dropped Hana off the first day.” Sana added.
She wanted to add on about how she also noticed the tattoo just under your knuckles too, and how she found the ink on your skin so endearing. She wanted to tell you all about the things she found attractive about you. From the noticeable things like your bold features to the little things she’s noted in her mind from every meeting. The way you’d always run a hand through your beautiful hair once or twice, the eye contact you couldn’t hold with her, the way you bit the inside of your cheek when you were quiet, the way your fingers often tugged at the beaded bracelet on your hand, how cute it was to watch you say bye to your daughter, and various other little details. Sana wanted to tell you all about those things, but that would be incredibly weird, right?
“Oh, yeah, thank you. I got the tattoo on my forearm a couple of years ago. Hana picked out the butterfly on my hand last year, actually.” You say, looking at the screen of your car as you back up a bit, making sure you don’t hit anything.
“Oh, also, you can type the address on my phone. Here.” You add, handing her the device. Sana types in her address quickly and it pops up on the screen. It’s a quick 4-minute drive, and you both wished it were a bit longer.
The music continues to play softly while you two sit in silence, and it somehow makes the mood a bit more intimate whilst the faint sound of Ella Fitzgerald's voice echoes,
I stand and I wait
For the touch of your hand in the June night
The roses are sighing
A moonlight serenade
Your breath hitches, “Um, you can change the song if you want…” You say embarrassed. Sana shakes her head and mumbles,
“It’s alright. I like it, It’s cute.” She admits, making you blush a bit. You grip the wheel a little tighter as you stop at the red light. The heartfelt lyrics fill the air with a romantic hum, and only the tender melody is heard as you sit together in silence.
The stars are aglow
And tonight how their light sets me dreaming
My love, do you know
That your eyes are like stars brightly beaming?
Sana’s heartbeat skips a little knowing that you listen to such romantic melodies, and she wonders if you love as romantically as such songs. Her mind wanders to the thought of you serenading her in the moonlight, or serenading her in a more domestic setting. The sudden thought of you humming along to these tunes while you cooked or cleaned allowed made her cheeks flush a bit. Jihyo was right: Sana is a hopeless romantic. She’s too far in to get out of the hole of these feelings, and her heart aches a little, the guilt piles up.
You on the other hand are freaking out.
Sana likes your lovey-dovey taste in music, and she seems content (Sana's having a crisis). Maybe you do have a chance with this woman, I mean, she’s already in your car and letting you take her home. Maybe you can do this again, maybe you can listen to songs like this together in a more intimate setting rather than your car, and maybe you can do more than just listen to Ella Fitzgerald together. All the maybe’s in your head are cut short as you reach her place and park in front of her apartment complex.
“We’re here.” You mutter, and you wish you weren’t.
Sana nods and reaches for the eco-friendly bag she had set down, unbuckles her seatbelt, then turns so that her eyes stare into yours with a new intensity. She puts her left hand on your right hand that had been gripping the gear shift ever so gently, your jaw tenses a bit and your left hand that had been on the wheel tightens its hold once more. She looks from your eyes to your lips, then back to your eyes again. Your heart is suddenly an acrobat the way it's doing so many flips.
“Thank you again, I appreciate it.” She says, and her other hand is on the handle of the door, ready to get out, but she doesn’t.
“Anytime, I didn’t want you to be out alone at this time.” you wonder how that sentence leaves your mouth so calmly because your heart is beating at least two hundred times per minute.
Sana’s lips curve into a smile again and you relax a bit,
“Well,” Sana starts, and she opens the door, “I’ll see you soon?”
“I’m picking up Hana on Monday.”
“Great. See you then, y/n.” She finally says, turning away and getting out of the car. You two look at each other again and your eye contact lingers a bit before she finally closes the door, waves, and turns to head inside the apartment complex.
The music continues to play, and your heart longs for her once again.
I stand at your gate
And I sing you a song in the moonlight
A love song, my darling
A moonlight serenade
-
A week passes after this encounter, and Sana is currently giving the kids an announcement that might have them jumping off the walls.
“Alright everyone in your seats please.” She says kindly. The students listen to her and shuffle to their seats, some chatter being shared as they do so. Sana claps her hands in a pattern to bring the students’ attention to her, and they clap their hands the same way that she had, quieting down in the process.
“Alright everyone, before I make this announcement, I need everyone to behave and not get too rowdy, okay?”
“Yes Ms. Minatozaki!” The class answers enthusiastically. Sana nods and smiles at them,
“Alright. So, there’s a special trip that is planned for you all next week.” She begins. The kids' faces start to light up after hearing the words “special trip” and almost all of them are itching to get more details on it. Sana’s face seems to light up with theirs from just looking at the excitement on their faces, so she continues,
“Next Wednesday we will be spending the day at the art museum downtown. There are going to be multiple people guiding you throughout the museum, and you’ll be able to learn about the art.” Sana explains, “And, at the end of the trip we’ll all meet back at a special room where you can paint along with an instructor.”
The kids’ smiles grow even wider, some are whispering to each other while others continue to keep their attention on the young teacher.
“Now, I also wanted to add that we will be needing some chaperones to help look after the class. I have some papers that I’ll give to you, make sure you show them to your mom, dad, or guardian. If they’d like to tag along to help out that would be great, and highly encouraged.” Sana says, pulling out a pile of papers from her desk, she begins to pass around said forms.
-
An hour passes and it’s free choice time. Hana walks up to the young teacher with the form that Sana had previously handed out. Sana smiles at the young girl and tilts her head,
“What is it, Hana? Is everything okay?” The young teacher questions,
“Um, Ms… What does guardian mean? You said mom, dad, and guardian earlier. Does that mean grown up?” Hana asks, and she looks at the paper as if her five-year-old self can read the whole thing with ease,
“I guess so. It’s an adult who takes care of you.” Sana explains to the girl. The girl hums to herself and furrows her brows,
“Does that mean y/n can come?”
“Of course, she’s your mom isn’t she?” Sana asks, and she’s confused as to why the girl looks up at her in surprise,
“My mom?”
“Yes… She’s your mom, no?”
“Ms. Minatozaki, Y/n is my aunt.”
Sana’s whole world stops for a moment. Y/n is her aunt?
“So your dad and her are…?”
“Y/n is my papa’s younger sister, she always jokes about him being so old,” Hana says, laughing to herself.
Sana genuinely stops functioning as she processes this new information: You’re not taken. Fireworks set off in her heart and confetti seems to pop: you’re not her mom. All the guilt that had been on her shoulders from thinking she was infatuated with a taken mother is gone, and it all makes sense now. Sana wonders how stupid she could’ve been, I mean, you and Hana’s dad had similar features, face shape, hair texture, and color. The young teacher had also realized that Hana only called you by your name, and not “mommy” or “mom” or anything like that; how could she have been so stupid?
“Ms. Minatozaki?”
“Oh, yeah, yes Hana. Y/n can come, of course, she can.” Sana says, and she really hopes you do come. Hana smiles and looks back at her paper before talking to her teacher again,
“You know, my aunt, she asks about you a lot.”
“She does?” Sana says, her heart skips a beat. Hana nods and looks back up at the teacher,
“She always asks about how school was, but she always ends up asking more about you and how you were during the day.” Sana’s eyes widen and she looks at the young girl in front of her, exposing you for being so interested in her.
The flame in her heart grows bigger, and it seems that the flame has no intention of dying down now that she knows you’re not Hana’s mother. Hana turns around and makes her way back to her desk to color after seeing that Sana wasn’t capable of responding again, and Sana doesn't even notice. Hana sits down unbothered, not knowing that she just turned Sana’s whole mood around, not knowing that this new piece of information will have her daydreaming the rest of the day – no, the rest of the week – maybe the rest of the month.
-
The school day comes to an end and the usual routine occurs: bell rings, kids scream, talk, and practically leap out of their seats to get in line to go to the entrance of the building. Sana waits with her usual group of eight, which includes Hana, and she hopes that today would be the day that you decided to pick her up. You had already picked Hana up on Monday, but now it’s Wednesday and those are the days that Hana’s dad would usually pick the little girl up, great.
-
Forty minutes pass and Sana sits down at the main office with Hana, no one had come to pick her up yet. Hana seems to be unbothered by this as she colors and draws on the sheet of paper that Sana had given her to cure her boredom, but she worries slightly since Jihyo still waits for her in the front.
Sana texts Jihyo a string of apologies and explanations and before she reads the instant reply, the sound of heavy breaths are heard as a familiar face enters the room, looking around all worried until her body relaxes when she sees her niece.
Y/n lets out a sigh of relief seeing Hana sitting down, coloring as if there wasn’t a single problem in the world. Her look shifts over to Sana, who is already looking at her. Their eyes meet and it makes the two women smile at one another.
“Hana,” your voice makes the little girl turn her head. She smiles and runs up to hug you, leaving her art on the desk,
“Aunt y/n!” And this is the first time Sana hears the little girl actually call you her aunt, she wishes that she would’ve called you aunt earlier (it would've saved her sleepless nights of wondering what the hell to do with her feelings, but at least she knows now).
You hug the little girl back and swipe away the strands of hair on her face, “Hi little one. Your dad had something come up at work, I rushed over as soon as my shift ended.” You explain. You turn back to share eye contact with the young teacher, eyes narrowing and lips curving upwards as you smile at her, “Thank you for watching her, I’m sorry for being so late.”
“It’s all right, really.” It’s more than all right, Sana thinks.
You grin again and turn your attention back to your niece, “Ready to go?”
“Yup!”
“Okay little one, come on.” and you crouch down to let her wrap around your shoulders, letting her piggyback ride you. You grab the art that your niece had made on the table and finally stand in front of Sana, thanking her.
“I’m sorry again, thank you so much.”
“It’s no problem, it’s nice to see you again,” Sana admits, a bit shyly too. The grin that’s already present on your lips grows and you wave to the shorter woman,
“I’ll see you.” You finally say, waving with your free hand and turning your head to the little one, “Let’s get going, your dad will be back by dinner.” You mutter, and Hana hums tiredly in response before you head out the main office doors, taking a quick glance at Sana, smiling again.
…
Jihyo’s going to lose her mind when I tell her all of this, Sana thinks to herself.

Mick+ betrayal + angst. Hurt me queen.
Betrayal | MS47
⸺ the one where Mick doesn't know what to do when love is over, and he ends up hurting Yn even more. Or when it took him only two weeks to go out and date the other girl. ✓ mentions of cheating and break up.
⁕ one word, a thousand stories blurb night (CLOSED) ⁕ my masterlist and my taglist
What do you do when love is over?
That's a question that not everyone will have an answer to, and even if they do, there is no guarantee it will be the right one. The one that prevents heartbreak, tears stains, and screaming matches.
Mick tried to end things on good terms. And though he knew love was not over for her, he was already in love with someone else, so he decided that lying was a good idea. Mick told Yn that he wanted to break up because he needed to focus on his new seat, to give his undying attention to getting better and better and not going through the rough path he went to previously. That was the most absurd thing Yn ever heard Mick say, and she had heard him say that horses could fly one very drunk day.
When Yn pointed out that she never questioned his timing or asked for more attention than he could give, she reminded him that during his two years in Haas, she was by his side. When she cried, asking him how could love stop him from reaching his biggest goals. When she whimpered that love would actually push you towards your dreams, and support you, Mick could only shake his head and repeat that he was sorry. Which he was, in some way.
He never thought he would fall out of love with her, never thought that he would live a day where her laugh didn't bring him the most joy, or that watching her doing mundane things wouldn't be as interesting as before, but it happened.
And that's how Yn found herself at his doorstep two weeks after their breakup to get some of the things she wasn't able to on the same fateful heartbroken week of her existence.
She knocked on the door, the weird feeling creeping into her body. It was strange to wait by the entrance as if she were a stranger, and as if that was not her house a couple weeks ago.
"Coming!" She heard his cheerful voice exclaim before the lock turned and the door opened. The smile Mick had on his face vanished the second their eyes met, and they had been together long enough for Yn to recognize the guilty look on his face, just seconds before the feminine frame showed up behind him.
She was wearing one of Mick's shirts just like Yn used to. She looked happy. Comfortable. She looked at home. As if they'd been together for more than two weeks. As if their story was older than that.
Yn gulped, her throat closing and eyes watering, but she kept her instance, "I came to take the rest of my stuff..."
"Y-yeah, of course," Mick took a step back, allowing her to enter the house that had a completely new smell. "Mhmm- this is...this is Debby, my- uh- my girlfriend. Debby this is-"
"Spare me, Mick," Yn interrupted. "She knows who I am, and it seems like I'm the only one between us who did not know about her before."
"What do you mean?" he asked, brows furrowing, and body turning toward her, ready for confirmation. But oh Yn was so tired.
She just turned her back to the couple and ascended the stairs. The bed they used to share and everything else seemed the same as the day she left, except there was Debby everywhere. Each small detail that made it Yn's and Mick's little fort was off.
"She was just a friend. You know I wouldn't cheat-" he came up to the room, looming by the door while Yn gathered the last of her clothes from the closet and sorted her things from the new feminine things in his bathroom.
"Ain't it funny how I brought it up and you told me I was paranoid?" She reminded the day Debby and Mick started following each other and they started to message non-stop. Yn trusted him, but for the first time something seemed different, and when she tried to communicate Mick brushed it off.
When the blonde opened his mouth to retort, Yn cut him off, "Guess you didn't cheat but you're still a traitor, Schumacher. And I hope she breaks your heart the way you broke mine. I hope you broke each other's heart."
Mick took a step back as if her words were a fist swinging on his face, making him lose his balance. It was the first time he saw Yn that hurt, the first time her eyes had so many tears and so much loathing.
Yn threw her things inside the bag without caring to arrange it, just as Debby reached the room. Granted, the girl seemed a bit sad about the whole situation, but it did not wipe out how sad and hurtful it was for Yn.
"When you're sleeping in the bed I made with him, don't you forget about the way he betrayed me, because that was exactly what it was: betrayal. And he'll do the same with you, you can be sure of that," Yn smiled painfully and zipped the bag. "I wish you two a very sad life."
Hours after Yn left Mick was still thinking where does the love go? Does it turn into hate? Does it disappear? Did he make the right choice? Was he a traitor?
And for the first time, his house did not feel like his own. It felt like the home he once shared with Yn, except now it was broken.

tig couple hcs part 2: avery and jameson
——————————————————————————
• they don’t have that similar music tastes, (as avery just kind of listens to the same 3 songs on repeat until she gets sick of them and looks for another 3 songs to listen to 😭☠️) but when they started dating, they started liking each others music. now when she’s in the car, avery tends to play jamesons playlists
• avery very much does not enjoy those events that alisa forces her to go to when her and jamie get in trouble, so jameson ends up being her hype man. he whispers chants in her ear, like “go avery! go avery! you can do this! go heiress!” so that she feels a bit better going (and so that she laughs bc jameson loves her laugh)
• her and jameson definitely did that “you better lock your phone” trend (the one where you scoop your partner up while running)
• they try the weirdest food combos when they get bored with max and xander, bc those two are weird food combo PROS.
• when they first started dating, avery tried to avoid pda. she would kind of avoid kissing him in front of his family ESPECIALLY his brothers because she felt awkward doing it at first. that was until she learned that they really didn’t care and now she’s fine with it
• i already said something like this in one of my other posts a while ago, but when jameson leaves his clothes in averys room and avery tells him, he always says “must be one of your other guys 😪😓😢”.
• because of this ⬆️, another awkward situation emerged at dinner:
• nan: “hey boy, what happened to that nice suit jacket i gave you for your birthday?”
• jameson: “oh, im not sure. maybe i left it in averys room?”
• avery: “oh yeah, you did. there are two on my dresser, so one should be it.”
• jameson, while smirking: “oh, i actually don’t think those are mine. must be one of your other guys that came over.” the table immediately goes quiet as the older residents of the hawthorne house shoot shocked and disgusted looks at avery. avery looks at him with a “really?” expression, and nash and xander, who knew what was going on, were dying laughing. even GRAYSON was smiling.
• jameson then goes into a deep explanation of the joke, and nan yells at him for putting that “poor girl” (avery) through that. he’s now banned from making jokes at the dinner table. 😪
• sometimes jameson sleep talks, and has like, ongoing convos with avery in his sleep. sometimes avery will lead it on bc she finds it funny, (he always asks her random stuff) but most times she just says “go to sleep, jamie” and he goes to sleep right away. (while making this i heard my dad snoring two rooms away 😔 HE IS SO LOUD!!)
• after nash proposed to libby, jameson made a joke before they went to sleep about proposing to avery, and she just laughed it off. but the next morning when she woke up and saw that he was still asleep, she whispered “i would love to get married to you someday” almost to herself, before kissing him on the forehead and snuggling into him. jameson never mentioned afterwards, but he heard what she said.
• avery actually loves the entire toy story saga and watched all the movies with jameson. they get some of libbys baked goods, tons of candy, and watch it. it used to be their alone time where they could snuggle up against each other and share kisses, but then by the time they were rewatching the second movie, xander found out that they watched those movies and busted in. now all the movie nights are jameson, avery….. and xander. ☠️
• avery wears his sweaters and jameson wears her necklaces
• on nights like mothers day, hannahs death date, or even fathers day they usually end the day with a movie while jameson distracts her by whispering sweet nothings in her ear and covering her with kisses 💗💗
• whenever they go to those fancy galas, they pass the time by looking at guests and creating “characters” for them. for example, jameson will look at a balding guy and say “he has bald spots because he was a lab rat for a mad scientist years ago, who used to zap his head with acids”. avery pretends to not like it but she actually does and laughs whenever he makes far fetched assumptions of the guests’ backstories.
• through out the grandest game, when they can’t sleep at night, they gossip about the contestants. yes, even AVERY does. they don’t ever say bad things about them and automatically assume the best, but they talk about tension/fueds between some. they talk about how it might play out, and sometimes jameson makes jokes about two of the contestants dating. yes, he would endlessly gossip about lyra and grayson. ☠️

authors note ! — i was so bored and home alone i just began writing, so here you go! treated with 2 pieces of my work in two consecutive days, so you're very welcome. also, i didn't proofread so if theres any mistakes lmk.
format ! — writing
As soon as you exit the door for your weekly walk amid the night, the cold mixed with your unclothed skin caused goosebumps to form along your arms. Groaning as you forgot to bring your jacket, how clumsy of you. You didn't want to walk back into your house to get the only thing that would provide you warmth against the icy winds, yes you were quite lazy. But who isn't? As you took step after step you gazed at the dark skies that were sprinkled with white dazzling stars, provoking a smile to melt on your face.
The warm streetlights glistened against the pavement, and the Orange hue of the light always sent shivers down your spine. It was eerie, however, that didn't stop you from walking at night. As the steps of your shoes hit the cement it was the only sound in the dark. The houses that were once filled with light weren't anymore, including yours of course. Finally, you arrived at the clearing, no houses, no people, just you. Well, actually, scratch no people because there were. Someone you hadn't seen before lying in the grass watching the stars quietly like you did. You furrowed your eyebrows, you hadn't seen anyone come to this clearing ever during the night. Of course, in the morning it was bustling with neighbors hanging out, and the chatter of them echoing throughout the neighborhood.
Hmm, maybe you could talk to him? Lay with him? No, that’ll be weird though. Wouldn't it? Shaking your head you quietly walked to a spot in the clearing that wasn't so close to him, but you could still see him when you titled your head to the right. It was slightly creepy, to be honest. Who knew what that man could do to you? You could possibly end up on the news dead. You shook those thoughts away due to your frantic breathing. And as if the man probably heard, he averted his head to you. You heard his head move and you gulped loudly.
“You okay?” he said, his voice laced with concern. Slowly, you pivoted your head towards him, but he wasn't the creepy man you thought he was. Actually, he still possibly could be. But oh hell, he looked very good. His beautiful brown curls were unkempt but in a good way. And his his eyes? Oh, his eyes were this blue color like the ocean. It's as if you fell in love with him just as your eyes fell on him. However, you weren't sure if he was some crazy killer man who was stalking you every week.
You smiled warmly with a blush on your cheeks, praying that he didn't see it because of the dark. “Oh, yeah. I'm fine…” you nodded. He returned the smile and fireworks erupted in your stomach. Diverting your gaze you looked at the decorated night sky. It was beautiful, to say the least. You knew the feeling all too well, the feeling of love, of having a crush. You were fucked.
“You know, it's very gorgeous,” he said, and you looked at him again, he cleared his throat, “The stars.” you nodded in agreement. Silence loomed over the two of you, you shifted awkwardly, not knowing what to say. He glanced at you, “I realized, I haven't introduced myself. I’m Lando.”
“Y/n, Y/l/n,” you smiled. You let go of the thought of him being a crazy killer man. He seemed like a sweet guy. He repeated your name, your name rolling nicely off his tongue. The harsh cold wind blew again, and even though you still had goosebumps after the wind it seemed even more prominent and bumpy. You used both your hands to cover yourself as if it were a shield from your enemy, the cold winds. You didn't seem to notice him laying his jacket on your shoulders, you glanced back at him and smiled one more time, murmuring a thank you. Your cheeks began to hurt, “You didn't have to do that.”
“But I wanted to,” he said, shaking his head. You melted on the inside, turning all into mush. A man who you’d just met was the nicest man you’d ever encountered as a twenty-three-year-old woman. Excluding your father, of course, the best man in the whole world.
The two of you talked and talked until the black sky turned orange, indicating it was early morning. You never intended to talk to somebody that long. Let alone somebody that you just met. Sad to end this meeting not so short you looked at him and said, “Same day and time next week?”
He nodded, “Same day and time next week.”

Glittery Pink - willing to "flash" a body part
Eddie Munson may be the freak of Hawkins, but he is your best friend. Who is always willing to teach you new things, even when you get new bracelets from your cousin. Eddie will even go as far as teaching & showing you what each one means.
Eddie Munson's Pov:
'Fuck fuck fuck.' Was the only thing going through my mind as I raced out of her place, completely forgetting for a moment I didn't drive here.
"EDDIE!" I heard her calling for me as I stopped to try and catch my breath.
"Now isn't a good time." I called back, not wanting to turn around.
Not wanting her to see what the hell I did while I was feeling her up.
I heard her stop behind me, her too trying to catch her breath.
"What the actually fuck, Eddie?" She asked me as she tried to stand in front of me, but I just turned around.
"Seriously? You won't even look at me now? Am I that fucking gross?" I turned my head to look at her, seeing tears in her eyes that she tried to hold back.
"No, fuck. It isn't what you think."
"Then what is it?"
"I can't say." I could feel my face heat up at the thought of her seeing and me telling her what happened.
"Fine, fuck you Eddie."
I knew she was pissed.
She had every right to be.
One second I am feeling up her gorgeous tits, and then next thing I do is leave, without an explanation.
I also would be pissed if I did that.
"Shit, please don't be mad." I called out.
All she did was flip me the bird, stomping away.
I sighed knowing I had to tell her.
I looked around, but if anyone was watching from the windows, they would already be there, watching us fight.
"I came in my pants." I called out, which forced her to stop and turn around and face me.
"Pardon?" She had an amused look on her face now. At least she isn't crying anymore.
I walked closer to her, and her flickered down and then back up to my face.
"I came in my pants." I repeated.
"I can see that, Mr Munson." She grabbed my hand, walking the two of us back to her place.
"Good thing your laundry is almost done. We can throw this in the wash."
I smiled in thanks, glad she isn't making a big deal out of this.
◆
Well, I was wrong.
When we got back to her place, she turned to me and smiled.
I couldn't help but smile back, then she held up something in her hand.
I groaned when I realised what it was.
The glittery pink. I was trying to rack my brain to remember what it meant.
"Willing to flash a body part? That is the one you pick?" I asked her, wondering which body part she wants to see on me.
She has seen almost all of me, except for...
Oh shit.
"Yup, now I know you are smart guy Eddie, so you can only assume which body part I want to see."
"It's only fare since I have seen you makeout with Robin, seen and felt your tits. Let's go to your room."
Reader's POV:
I didn't expect him to agree to it, but here we are once again in my room.
I am sitting on the floor at the end of my bed, my back rest comfortably against my bed as Eddie stood in front of me.
He was only a couple of feet away, and I knew he was nervous, as his hands were shaking a bit as he undid the button on his jeans.
The air was thick as he undid his button and pulled down the zipper.
It was hard to see the wet patch on his jeans, but I could clearly see the cum stain on his boxers.
"You ready?" He asked me.
"Eddie, I have seen a dick or two. Yours is probably not very different from them."
I didn't see the smirk over his face as he pulled down his jeans and boxers.
My eyes widened as a small gasp left my mouth once I saw his half-hard cock.
"What the hell Eddie?"
"What?" His voice sounded concerned.
"What do you mean what? You're not even fully hard and you can already tell it is a monster."
I watched his cock twitch at me complimenting him.
"Stop girl, you are going to make me blush." He teased.
But then I got on my hands and knees and started to crawl towards him, wanting, no needing to be closer.
"What are you doing sweetheart?"
"Just want to get a closer look Eddie." I said almost to soft.
His cock seemed to harden with each inch I crawled towards him, until I am kneeling in front of him.
I watched as a bead of precum gathered at the tip and I wanted nothing more than to lick it.
The room felt tense as I looked up at Eddie.
His focus was on me, wondering what I was going to do.
"Eddie, snap another one."
"Gladly." He said to me as I held up my arm, not looking to see which one he will snap.

Garden of Secrets [1] - Thorns
A.N: Let’s start my loves!❤ I hope you’ll like this chapter and please don’t forget to tell me what you think, thank you! ❤ And thanks to @theskytraveler for helping me with the story! ❤
Summary: First impressions can go either way.
Warnings: Mentions of unhappy family life and fighting, Regency era society and social rules.
Word Count: 3400
Series Masterlist
You had never been to a circus before, but as much as you’d heard, you were quite certain it was similar to being introduced to the high society of London.
Extravagant clothes, announcements and performing tricks with a dash of danger.
If endless chatter and gossip and constant criticism fell under the category of danger, at least.
“Oh how I’m glad it’s over,” you murmured as the carriage slowed down, then came to a stop in front of your house. “It’s almost a blessing one only debuts once if you ask me.”
“My dearest, come on now,” your aunt said with a small smile. “It wasn’t that bad, was it?”
“Not for me, no,” you admitted. “If anything it was dull, but I saw multiple ladies with tears in their eyes.”
The door of the carriage opened and you stepped out of it, then looked behind you to see the coachman helping your aunt out of the carriage as well. She linked her arm with yours before you both started walking towards the house down the stone road.
“Tears in their eyes?” she repeated. “Surely not. Who?”
“One of the Featherington sisters.”
“The one who tripped and fell in front of the queen?” she asked. “You could hardly blame her.”
“And um…what’s the name of the girl with those huge earrings?”
“Miss Grant?”
You snapped your fingers, “Yes, her,” you said as you slowly climbed up the stairs with her and entered the house. “You’d think being named the diamond is a matter of life or death, with the way people are acting.”
“I’m glad you brought it up actually,” she said as she gave her coat to the maid by the door. “Because I’ve heard—”
“Oh the glorious warriors are back from the battlefield it seems!” your uncle’s voice boomed through the hallway and you couldn’t help but smile slightly at his theatrics. Your aunt shook her head fondly, and looked up at the mezzanine where your uncle was leaning to the stair rails. He gave you a big smile and you and your aunt went up the marble stairs to reach him.
“My Clover,” he hugged you. “Was it terrible?”
You heaved a dramatic sigh. “More than you could imagine, uncle.”
He hummed, that playful glimmer shining in his eyes. “Was there blood?”
Your aunt gasped. “Howard!”
“What? I know how vicious ladies can be when they want to have more suitors than others dear,” he kissed your aunt’s cheek and she patted his arm.
“There wasn’t any blood but some tears,” you pointed out. “Much to my disappointment. I’d love to see people claw each other’s eyes out.”
“Oh you two…” your aunt said and entered the drawing room with you two following her. You took out the multiple feathers from your hair and tossed them on the coffee table.
“Where’s Teddy?”
“With his tutor,” your uncle said. “So? Am I in the presence of the diamond of the season?”
You scoffed. “Thankfully no.”
“That’s what I was saying though!” your aunt said. “I’ve heard some ladies say they were convinced you would be the diamond when they saw you. And her majesty took her time inspecting you, did she not? Y/N, if only you smiled a little in the ballroom …”
You made a face and shook your head.
“No no,” you said. “It wouldn’t have changed anything, Daphne Bridgerton being the diamond makes sense. She’s more beautiful and talented and educated and all that, she was basically born and raised to be the diamond. I learned how to play the piano about two years ago, and the only time I would do it willingly is if I ever wanted to torment somebody. Besides, I’m not—” you paused for a moment, then cleared your throat.
“I’m really not interested in being the diamond,” you managed to say. “More trouble than it’s worth.”
They exchanged glances and your uncle nodded.
“We’re happy if you’re happy, Clover.”
You offered him a tiny smile and stood up.
“Well I’ll change and go to the garden,” you said. “Send for me if you need anything?”
“Will do!”
You made your way upstairs to quickly change your gown and went downstairs again. Grabbing your gardening apron and tools from the small closet by the door, you stepped out of the house and made your way to the flower gardens. You put on the apron and put down the basket, then got on your knees to inspect a rose, frowning slightly before grabbing the pruning shears and getting to work.
You had always loved tending to gardens. Ever since you were a child, it had given you more joy than anything else, planting flowers and watching them grow, it was in fact the only happy memory you had of your childhood. Perhaps it was because it gave you an excuse to stay out of the house, but whatever the reason was, you had always stayed outside, spending hours in the tiny garden you could call your own back home.
More often than not, your older sister would join you. It wasn’t as if she was interested in gardening, at least not like you were, but perhaps she too sought for some peace and quiet, and it was impossible to find it in the house where your parents were. Almost every moment consisted of a fight, things thrown around, and sooner or later either you or her would get involved in it, and be subjected to the fury of your mother or your father, whoever was the closest.
So, staying outside was safer.
In a way, you and your sister had both found a way to stay safe later on in life. She had eloped three years ago with your help, and only a couple of months later your aunt and uncle had visited your parents’ house and had a long talk with your father about letting you and your little brother Teddy stay with them. They had no kids, and since it would mean that your mother and father would have two less mouths to feed, they had agreed quite fast.
Especially when your uncle had mentioned money.
You were quite certain you would always be in your uncle and aunt’s debt. Even though both of them claimed otherwise, it would have made more sense for them to take Teddy, since he was a boy and could be their heir and easily leave you behind in that hell, but they had done no such a thing and made sure to treat you and Teddy like their own.
They were the only parents Teddy could remember.
And you?
As far as you were concerned, your birth parents were dead.
“Y/N!” A gleeful scream made you turn your head and you dropped the shears before Teddy threw himself at you, wrapping his arms around your neck, and thankfully you’d had enough practice at catching him mid-air in the last couple of years so even though your whole body tilted back for a moment, you quickly regained your balance.
“Hello there!” you said, a big smile warming your face as you hugged him back. “What did we talk about sudden movements and sharp objects little man?”
He pulled back, giving you a huge grin.
“Did you trip in front of the Queen?”
You let out a small laugh. “Who told you that? Uncle?”
“He said someone always trips,” he said, excitement laced in his tone. “Did you?”
You shook your head and dropped your voice as if giving him a secret.
“Not me but someone tripped and fell down.”
He gasped. “Really?”
“Mm hm.”
“Then what happened?” he asked. “Is she in prison now?”
You bit back a smile. “No Teddy, no one goes to prison for that.”
“Even if it happened in front of the Queen?”
“Even then,” you said and wrapped your arms around him as he sat down to look at the flowers better.
“How was your day?”
“Boring,” he pouted. “Mr. Langdon says I must study harder.”
You hummed. “You know the rules,” you told him. “You want to be the smartest boy in Eton, do you not? When it’s time for you to go there—”
“I don’t want to go to Eton,” he cut you off and you pulled back to look at him better.
“Why not?”
“I’d miss you,” he mumbled, reaching you to touch the flowers and you felt your heart drop to your stomach at the idea of him going away all on his own. You heaved a sigh and opened your mouth to disagree, but then a tiny four leaf clover caught your sight, making you tilt your head.
This was also one of the reasons why your sister used to call you her lucky clover. Somehow, you managed to find those more than any other gardener.
You reached out to rip it, then held it up for Teddy to see, making him gasp.
“It has four leaves!”
“It does,” you said and put the tiny clover into the pocket on the lapel of his jacket. “See? It’ll bring you luck, in here or in Eton.”
He grinned at you and looked down at the clover.
“And,” you said, making him lift his head. “I’ll always be here for you, no matter where you are. Nothing could ever change that, alright?”
He paused for a moment and nodded fervently.
“Wonderful,” you said and reached inside the basket to pull out another pair of gloves. “Now, what do you say you help me with this?”
*
Of course everything that had happened in the Queen’s presence had found its way to Whistledown’s gossip columns, and the whole ton was buzzing with the expectation of the balls and social gatherings to come. You would be lying if you said you shared the sentiment, you’d much rather stay at home and deal with your garden, but this was the issue with having debuted, considering how your uncle and aunt were prominent members of the ton, you now had to join any and every social outing within the season, formal or not so formal.
Hence where you were now.
Lady Bridgerton had invited some of the new debutantes and their families for tea, probably to celebrate Daphne’s new status but to socialize as well.
In your opinion, this was nothing but an attempt to make horses become familiar with each other before putting them on the race tracks but your aunt was very excited about it, so of course you said you would go but now that you were here, you couldn’t wait to go back home. The Bridgerton house was beautiful, and Lady Bridgerton was quite nice but the rest of the guests?
Dear God, this was almost as much of a torment as listening to your own tune on the piano.
You made your way to the huge table to grab a glass of lemonade, ignoring the whispers coming from the circle of ladies on the other side of table but when one of them giggled, you turned your head to look at them. The girl stopped whispering with her friends and shot you a slight grin.
“So which one of them are you here for?”
You furrowed your brows and looked down at the lemonade in your hand.
“There are different types?”
“No, silly!” she said. “Which of the Bridgerton brothers are you here for?”
Your frown deepened. “What?”
“Oh none of them of course!” the other girl said. “Irene, stop getting her hopes up.”
You tilted your head. “I’m sorry?”
“I’m Kitty,” the girl introduced herself. “You’ve probably heard about me. Anyway, don’t get me wrong of course but I’ve heard some things about you, that you grew up quite poor until your uncle took you and your brother in so it’s better not to get your hopes up.”
You arched a brow, keeping your gaze on her.
“They say the Viscount won’t get married so if you’re hoping to get him, I’d forget about that plan right now.”
The Vis—
Ah.
Right, you had seen him talking to Daphne when you were leaving the court and quite frankly, you weren’t impressed.
Not that you thought you could be impressed by anyone’s looks.
“Not to worry, you can have him,” you said. “I’m not interested.”
Kitty and Irene exchanged glances and Kitty let out a scoff.
“Oh you’re after Benedict Bridgerton?” she asked. “The second son? That’s hopeless as well. Don’t even make any plans for it, the competition is too high and some say his attention has already been claimed.”
“Devastating,” you said with a completely straight face but it seemed to have gone over her head.
“And if you want to get Colin—”
“Are you planning on listing their whole family tree?” you cut her off. “Did you memorize it in your free time?”
Her jaw dropped and you shrugged your shoulders.
“I’m not jesting by the way, everyone needs a past time activity, yours just happens to be a strange one.”
A small chuckle reached your ears and you turned your glances to the two other girls standing close to you, one with red hair and one brunette.
“Eloise,” Kitty said. “And Penelope. How are you on this fine day?”
The brunette grinned.
“I’ve been better,” she said. “So have you, I suppose.”
Kitty gritted her teeth and Irene turned to you.
“Is it true you’re unable to smile?” she asked and you frowned.
“What?”
“Everyone says so,” she said. “That you have an illness of the sort. You can’t smile even if you want to.”
You stared at her for a moment, then took a deep breath and nodded.
“Yes,” you said. “It’s true.”
She pulled back slightly. “Really?”
“I don’t like to talk about it,” you said. “It was so unexpected. The tragedy struck when I was six years old, the doctors haven’t been able to find a cure or a cause since then. I don’t even remember how it feels to be able to smile to be honest with you.”
Her mouth opened agape in shock.
“And the worst part is,” you said. “The doctors fear it might be contagious.”
Irene gasped and grabbed Kitty’s arm, then pulled her to walk away from you to the other side of the room. You rolled your eyes and one of the girls let out a small chuckle.
“That was good,” she commented and the redhead repressed a laugh.
“She will tell everyone you were not nice to her though, just so you know.”
“I’m not interested in being nice,” you muttered and the brunette smiled.
“I respect that,” she said. “I’m Eloise Bridgerton and this is Penelope Featherington.”
“Lovely to meet you,” you said after introducing yourself and out of the corner of your eye you saw Daphne approaching the table.
“Hello,” she smiled at you brightly before turning to Eloise. “Eloise, where is Benedict?”
“With Lottie I’m guessing. They both disappeared.”
“How shocking,” Daphne said. “Mama wants to see you.”
Eloise heaved a sigh and nodded at you, then she and Penelope walked away. Daphne turned to you.
“Welcome to our home.”
“Thank you for inviting me,” you said. “And congratulations by the way, for being the diamond of the season.”
“Thank you!” she said, that bright smile lighting up her face again. “Some people say the Queen also considered you, I hope you do not resent me.”
You waved a hand in the air.
“Ah no I could never be the diamond, there’s nothing to resent,” you said. “Besides that’s just a rumor. The Queen was probably thinking about something else, I just happened to be there. You deserve that title much more than me.”
“I’m sure that’s not true.”
“Oh it is,” you said. “I assure you.”
She tilted her head.
“We’re all going to take turns to play tunes on the piano in a moment,” she said. “Would you like to play as well?”
“Depends,” you deadpanned. “Do you want to make sure everyone leaves in a hurry? Because that’s my musical talent.”
Daphne stared at you, then covered her mouth to hide her laugh.
“It is a talent nonetheless.”
“One that would prove to be useful against unwanted guests if you have any in here.”
“You have no idea,” she whispered but before she could say anything else, you both heard her name being called. She heaved a sigh.
“I must go,” she said. “But thank you for the conversation.”
“Anytime,” you said and watched her leave, then downed your lemonade. You had to leave before somehow your aunt came up with the bright idea of you sitting in front of that piano, and in your humble opinion this was enough socializing to last you for a day. You made your way to your aunt and touched her arm.
“I’m going back home auntie.”
“Oh?” she asked. “Already?”
“I drank too much lemonade I think, my stomach feels strange.”
“Oh I can—”
“You don’t have to come with me, Paula can chaperone me back home,” you cut her off. “She was with the other maids in the garden the last I saw her.”
“Are you sure?”
“Absolutely,” you said, “I will see you home?”
“Yes my dear,” she said and you kissed her cheek, then thanked Lady Bridgerton on your way out of the drawing room and stepped out to the hallway. You let out a relieved breath and stretched out, all your muscles sore from you being so tense since the moment you had arrived. You rubbed at your eyes, wondering whether your maid was still in the garden but before you could lower your hands a door opened and you crashed into a hard body with a gasp and the person grabbed you by the arm, making your head snapped up.
The man in front of you was tall, much taller than you. His waistcoat fit him perfectly, and you had a chance to glimpse at his muscular arms as he pulled you upright to help you regain your balance allowing you to see his face better. He was very handsome, there was no denying that, with bright blue eyes and black hair, along with a faint smile adorning his lips—
Alright.
Perhaps you could be impressed by someone’s looks then.
You paused only for a moment before you snapped out of your haze and your anger at yourself burned through you for even letting such a nonsense thought catch you off guard. He stared at you, his mouth slightly agape as if he was in the same haze as you were but you narrowed your eyes, glaring at him.
“Watch your step,” you nearly growled and a look of confusion crossed his handsome face, making him blink in silence a couple of times.
“…It’s—it’s my house?” he said slowly as if trying to see whether you were jesting. “I live here.”
You shrugged your shoulders, still glaring at him and he took a deep breath as if deciding to clear out any misunderstanding.
“I’m Benedict Bridgerton.”
Ah.
Well, that made sense. No wonder the competition was high—
From an objective stance, that was.
“Congratulations,” you deadpanned and a small giggle reached your ears, making Benedict turn to glare at the closed door behind him.
And that was probably the girl who had ‘claimed his attention’ as they put it. Not that you would be troubling yourself with it.
“Um— what about you?” he asked as he turned to you again. “What’s your name?”
You raised your brows. “Why?”
“To repeat, because you are in my house.”
“So are a lot of other ladies,” you said and pointed back with your thumb. “They are waiting for you in the drawing room.”
He grimaced as if the mere thought caused him pain. “Are they really?”
“My heartfelt sorrows for the hardships waiting for you, may you find a solace of some sort.”
“You don’t sound to be in sorrow.”
“This is how I sound in sorrow,” you pointed out drily and he seemed almost amused as he tilted his head.
“Will you really refuse to tell me your name?”
“That’s not important information,” you said and walked past him, the faint scent of his cologne mixing into your breath and you bit down on your lip, then started making your way downstairs.
“Why not?” he called out and you scoffed.
“I doubt we will ever talk to each other again Mr. Bridgerton,” you called back, your heels echoing on the marble of the foyer before you walked out of the house, not even looking back.

Thoughts on The Lotus Eaters
As I’m sure is obvious, this will be discussing the Lotus Eaters quest in detail, so if you haven’t played it yet, I’d suggest skipping this post! I don’t want to spoil it for anyone (because even though it’s a short quest, I still think it benefits from being played with no prior knowledge of what it entails), so the full post will be below the cut.
Alright, I have SO many thoughts, so I’m going to try and keep this somewhat concise…ish. This is mostly just a bunch of rambles, so I apologize for any grammatical errors or if it’s hard to understand. I just kinda…wrote what came to my mind.
First off,
The Music: I briefly mentioned this in another post, but holy shit the music for this update is amazing. I mean, we all knew it would be, Warframe has a tendency to put out absolutely awesome songs, but oh my god. We get two more versions of what is one of my favorite songs in the game. The loading screen version of ‘This is What You Are’ has to be, by far, one of my favorite things I’ve heard from this game. I love the feel to it, like a combination of ‘old’ Warframe with ‘new’, 1999-era Warframe. I’ve had it playing on repeat almost all day because it’s so good.
Now, for the version of ‘This is What You Are’ that we actually get during the quest, the one that Lotus is singing to herself. I, admittedly, didn’t pay too much attention to it when I was actually playing the quest, at least not beyond “omg Lotus is singing, that’s awesome” (I was just too excited about the actual quest lol). However, when I listened to it again, I was fascinated by the subtle differences in how this version sounds compared to the ‘normal’ version of the song, or even to the new version in the loading screen. The singing is a lot more staccato, and the notes don’t flow into each other in the ways they normally would. It’s almost as if Lotus is having to concentrate more on what comes next (at least, that’s my interpretation), which makes sense given that we know that she’s singing in order to drown out the Indifference’s voice. Her singing also sounds a little sad, or maybe just lonely, to me. Her mind is filled with the Indifference trying to influence her, and she’s taken it upon herself to be a barrier (or as she says it, a “distraction”) between It and the Tenno. She’s secluded herself (again), and her tone of voice seems to reflect that.
Also, after the quest, if you go and talk to Daughter/Kaelli in the Necralisk, ‘Party of Your Lifetime’ plays now, instead of whatever song was playing before. I just think that’s neat (and also brings in some interesting ideas for 1999…what did our Drifter do?).
Moving on…
The Story: I had absolutely zero idea where the story was going to go from this update, but I was a bit worried about how they’d go about locking us into playing as the Drifter for 1999, since — although I 1000% agree with why the Drifter is definitely going to be the one going back in time — I’m definitely someone who would rather play as my Operator for my own lore reasons (and I can’t think of a reason that my Operator would let the Drifter do this instead of her). I was actually wondering if they’d actually lock us into the Drifter without giving us a choice, or if they just wouldn’t give us the option to do the romance stuff if we chose Operator (for obvious reasons…bc yk, they’re a child). But, I really enjoy the route they went down, how Lotus knows that the Drifter has to be the one this time, because if the Operator does, that might just be giving the Indifference exactly what it wants. She’s, once again, protecting her kids in the way she knows how, by taking them out of the conflict in any way she can.
But, I’m getting a bit ahead of myself, so let’s backtrack a bit and talk about how cool it is that we see the Operator and the Drifter interacting with Lotus at the same time. I may have missed something in the quests leading up to that, or this might just be something attributed to the Man in the Wall’s hijinks, or…something, but I thought that they couldn’t be in the same place at the same time/in the same ‘reality’. So, I was quite surprised (pleasantly, ofc) to see both of them. I really love the difference in the dialogue options when we initially talk to Lotus. The Operator is torn between wondering if Lotus is alright, and also being super worried about what the hell the noise is, in a way that makes me think they definitely suspect that the Indifference is meddling with things again (which makes sense, given that they’re actively in the Sanctum). Honestly, the Operator was probably waiting for something like this to happen. They know, or at least suspect, that Lotus saw the Man in the Wall after the battle with Ballas, it was only a matter of time before that became important. The Drifter, on the other hand, is more concerned with Lotus herself, warning her to be careful, reassuring her, but also wondering what she means by “It’s you”. Maybe the Drifter doesn’t really know the extent of the effects that the Indifference has on the System, maybe the Operator is just trying to protect Lotus in the only way they know how…get the perceived danger away from her first, ask questions later (I’ve noticed from their dialogue throughout the game that the Operator tends to have a bit of a sharper temper than the Drifter does…perhaps bc they’re younger). Either way, it’s nice that they have different responses to seeing Lotus and hearing the noise.
I chose the “Are you okay” and “What do you mean, ‘it’s you’?” dialogue options, and I absolutely loved that my Operator’s line was “This isn’t just a bad memory, it is? This is new”. This acknowledges, at least in my interpretation, that Lotus does have lingering emotions from everything that’s happened in the past (Ballas/The New War, Hunhow, etc). Once again, Warframe surprises me by remembering to make the trauma that a character has gone through actually relevant to the story even after we’ve dealt with the source of the problem. I probably shouldn’t be surprised at this, but most video games I’ve seen don’t tend to do that. Usually characters are…somewhat fine after experiencing something horrific, so it’s refreshing to see a different (more realistic, imo) take on it. This isn’t even the only time we see this in this quest/afterwards. Lotus outright confirms it herself (“I will not let it devour one instant of my pain. Not even Ballas. Not even the Jade Light.”), and in doing so, is also showing us how she’s dealt with the events of the prior storylines. She’s gone through a series of extremely traumatic events, and she still has those painful memories, but she’s not going to succumb to the Indifference, even if It promises to take that away. She’s been hurt, yes, but she is healing, and she’s finally in a place where she can actually do so as herself. That doesn’t mean it’s easy for her to ignore the voice that’s calling to her —the voice that only she can hear— but she’s determined to. I’m curious if the voice-lines after the quest are different if a player had chosen Margulis or Natah instead of Lotus after the New War, though.
I find it very interesting that Lotus calls the Drifter ‘my champion’. I just really enjoy the fact that she definitively sees the Operator and the Drifter as two separate people, as opposed to ‘her child’, and ‘her child but older’, because I feel like that fact could have certainly been a cause of a bit of discomfort and a learning curve for both her and the Drifter after the New War.
Now, onto the 1999 portion of the quest, which, even as short as it was, was quite interesting. It was really weird to be in the Mall again and not hear ‘Party of Your Lifetime’ playing or see other Tenno dancing around the stage (like how it was during TennoCon). It was quite eery, and I love it. Also, we got to see Kalymos again, so that’s a plus.
All in all, this quest answered a lot of my questions about how the game is going to transition to 1999 (and even answered questions that I didn’t know I had). However, I am slightly (read: very) concerned at the same time, mainly because of the line with Lotus saying “If I become something you do not recognize, do not mourn”. I feel like that’s potentially foreshadowing something…They don’t usually put lines like that in without reason. Maybe I’m just reading too far into that…but I suppose we’ll see when 1999 comes out.
Anywho, another thing that I wasn’t expecting but am really glad that we got was the continued acknowledgement of Lotus/Natah/Margulis being a system. This happened not once, but twice (to my knowledge), and I think it’s really great that they didn’t just disregard the whole “I am not one” thing from The New War after we made our choice between the three of them. It’s really nice to see that that wasn’t just a one-off line, especially as we continue to get more and more moments where the game references them.
This is already way longer than it probably should be, but what can I say? I like well-written characters, and this game has so many of them. I’ve definitely forgotten some things that I’d wanted to put in this post, but ah well.

Constantly thinking about this scene because there is genuinely so much going on.
first of, the coffee jerk (rip coffee jerk you would have loved having an actual name) is fucking crazy??? What the hell is that order????
So like, the CJ (im calling him that now im not saying coffee jerk every time okay) just comes up to the beanies saying the most insane order ive ever heard in my entire life and he fuckin says it in the most casual way as if he has ordered that shit thousands of times every single day. and i mean, the fact that he was surprised by the damn price makes it worse. if that was in fact his usual order THEN HE SHOULD BE USED TO IT??? id assume that he always gets coffee from starbucks but that still doesnt change the fact that it SHOULD be expected to cost that much???? oh and if hes actually used to it when ordering at starbucks, then he must be a regular right??? there could be a chance he doesnt even need to say that damn order every single time which mAKES THIS SO MUCH FUCKING WORSE
look, as i mention, that could be perhaps his usual order, but why complain then??? or maybe it is NOT his usual order, then why did he said it so smoothly??? did he practice before coming??????? was he reading it on his phone??? but even if it was his phone, that could NOTTT be possible bc he keeps scrolling n scrolling like what the hell. and may i repeat, HIS??? REACTION???? TO THE?? PRICE??? if youre ordering a monstrosity like that you should fucking expect that kind of fucking price why the fuck would you think that would be like less than idk 3 dollars or something oh my god, and worth to mention, its price is a lil over the usual but its still not a lot for a frappe?????
okay now EMMA. i need you to look at her body language. tell me. what the fuck do you see. she is literally fucking thinking, n then ofc she says the price THAT FAST. and with her body language you could assume she was doing the math and the thing here is, does she KNOWS the prices?????????? quick math, jeez. and like i dont see any other reason of why she answered with the price so quickly by just thinking, bc, considering that cj is most likely to not be a regular at beanies then its fucking wild
and the order itself is just so fucking insane. please think about it and let it sink in. a grande caramel frappe in a venti cup with ten pumps of hazelnut, three shots of espresso, no caramel drizzle, with whip on top. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT.
words are genuinely not enough to explain my thoughts on this shit so im begging you to think about everything in this scene and try to connect the dots. its like. almost impossible. its makes no sense. what the fuck is going on.
#cj please come back in a show.. i need to study your brain#there is something wrong with this man and i really need to know what it is#emma you also worry me how are you so normal about that#she has prob seen worse ig#starkid#hatchetfield#tgwdlm#the guy who didn't like musicals
