my other chick’s name is Adonis Blue, and she was an extremely sheltered child before she set her house on fire to escape her mom 😔. she was born out of my love and adoration for Miles, and was childhood friends with him, Phoenix and Larry until he (Miles) moved away. she talked to Larry and Phoenix often from inside of her yard (her mother was overly controlling and wouldn’t let her leave), and then started sending letters to them. she still writes letters to Phoenix, but stopped sending ‘em to Edgey when she realized he probably would never reply 😔.

like i mentioned above, Adonis set her house on fire and faked her death so she could get away from her mom, all at the age of 23 :). Dola was accused by Adonis’s mom for starting the fire and murdering adonis, so Dola went to Phoenix to ask him to be her attorney (Adonis had mentioned to her that Phoenix wanted to be a defense attorney so that’s how Dola knew) because uh, YEAH there was a trial. Adonis was always pretty nice to Edgeworth so i’d imagine he’d be 1) pretty upset that one of the few kind people in his life "died” and 2) angry because Dola “killed” Adonis. big yikes. i don’t have the whole trial planned out but it would be a big one, and eventually they would discover that Adonis actually planned out everything (Dola was merely an accomplice) Adonis actually revealed herself to Phoenix on the second day’s investigation and testified on the third day’s trial. Adonis was charged with arson and, according to Google, that means prison time :(((. Phoenix or Edgeworth (idk who) managed to sway the final decision and she just did community service for a looong time, which is cool.

but, as a more personal consequence to her actions, Adonis became fascinated with fire and likes setting stuff on fire. oh, and she’s also a kindergarten teacher :))).

Adonis wasn’t allowed to watch tv, play videogames or do any of that in her household because her mother didn’t want anything to inspire her to escape. this means she barely knows anything about pop culture 😔😔😔. this!! this is why i think she’d be great friends with Maya, actually. Maya can flex all her pop culture knowledge on Adonis and teach her about all these cool shows and food joints, it’s really sweet :D. Adonis is Maya’s girl best friend ;D.

i kinda wanted to be clever with Adonis’s name like i was with Dola’s, so Adonis Blue is actually the name of a butterfly uwu. Adonis likes butterflies!

like !! i just love the whole faking her death shit.. it’s so interesting and compelling. the angst, the character between her and edgeworth and phoenix. its all so GOOD. I LOVE YOUR OC MAN PLEASE BABBLE ABOUT HER MORE, IM INVESTED NOW. 

i also could see her being good friends with maya! maya loves sharing her interests so i can totally see her babbling to adonis about steel samurai and other pop culture things, even if she has no idea what she’s talking about haha. but that only makes them closer!! they’d be such good friends

Exactly a year to the day after Isak and Jonas die in an apartment fire, Even meets a strange man outside of his grief group. This man asks Even an impossible question: Would he rather move on from the pain of losing Isak or, if he could, would he chose to go back to him knowing what he knows now? Beautiful fic

(2017) Hard Knocks by DiscoNight (25k words) - The angst in this made me angry at everybody, I wanted to fight someone. Isak gets very hurt emotionally and physically. Dom/sub dynamic between Isak and Even.

(2018) Just your average ordinary everyday Superhero by vorfm95 (34k words) - Angsty superhero soulmate au. Has character death but it's a happy ending.

(2017) What Death Doesn't Touch by smokeshop (41k words) - I love this fic! It's been a long time since I read it so I can't remember what level of angst this is. Maybe moderate to heavy? I do remember that it is really good. They meet in a psychiatric hospital and grow in ways they'd never intended, and decide early on that they don't have to take it all so seriously.

(2019) Supernova by hannakin (45K words) - Childhood friends who drifted apart. Isak is angry at the world. He is lonely but determined that he is better off alone. People tell Even to not bother. That Isak is not worth it. But how can he not? All he wants is to see Isak smile again. Arghh the angst!

(2018) four movements on a first wedding by chevythunder (47k words) - Isak's spent years keeping his distance to Even, worried that any kind of closeness could trigger feelings he won't be able to suppress. Waking up married to Even after a blurry night in Las Vegas throws a slight wrench in those plans. Angsty. Theres's a cat. I loved the minor characters.

(2017) Don't Fuss Over Me by everything_else (53k words) - I love this fic so much! Involves an abusive relationship. A lot of angst and a lot of healing.

(2019) The first star you see may not be a star by Laika_the_husband (53k words) - I LOVE Laika's fics. He has a bunch of fics with heavy themes and this angsty one really cut deep for me. Isak is a sex worker who specializes in services of not traditionally sexual nature. Even, his new client has a request that is not the most bizarre, but the most disturbing one Isak has ever received. The fic ends on a hopeful note. And there is a short sequel that is fluffier.

(2017) Legitimate Expectations by champagneleftie (57k words) - Listen. The angst is quite heavy with this one. Involves infidelity. Such a good fic.

(2017) That's Not My Name by cuteandtwisted (61k words) - No angst list would be complete without Wiss but I think fics like BFYT have been mentioned a lot so I've picked an older fic to rec. One night stand that does not stay a one night stand.

(2019/2020) I Can Hardly Breathe by Flatfootmonster (82k words) - This is mostly moderate angst I think. There's a lot of fluff too. But there is a particular scene but that is straight up heavy angst. I love Bec's writing. If you get a chance to read their other stuff, you'll not regret it.

(2017) Don't Let Me Go by unfancyandy (86k words) - This one is in my to read. It seems like a very angsty fic going by the comments. And everybody has a lot of praise for it. Has the major character death tag. I'm not sure who died but I believe this has a happy ending.

(2018) Next to you, is where I call home by LostInAdmiration (101k words) - Childhood best friend au so you know there is pining. Inspired by the movie Jongens. They are in a track team.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003) - yes its old school late 90′s, yes its one of those shows like charmed and other shows from that kinda era where when you watch it you gotta remember that for its time its ok for a shitty ass werewolf costume to not be laughable XD i meann. you can laugh at it if you want liike i do but id also fight to the death for it. also probably one of the only great/good things that has come from joss whedon. it has so many layers, so many things that even though its a supernatural based show… it deals with a lot of real life issues and mirrors them very well in a different unique way. also it was the first time they showed you a f/f relationship on tv properly and in depth, willow & tara, who shatter my heart just thinking about them ok. this show was the first tv show i ever got into when i was younger and started collecting the dvds every time i was out shopping i’d go searching down any seasons i could grab. honestly, 20/10 would recommend, always holds a special place in my heart and ive lost count of how many times ive watched it so theres that

Supernatural (2005-current) - like buffy, this show was the second show that i got heavily into. look. just ignore the fandom, watch the first 5 seasons when it was actually good and quality, and cry over swan song (finale of s5) which is the end of the show yes (cause look the creator kripke, only ever planned for 5 seasons and so he left after swan song cause he set out what he wanted to do. they should have ended it there but they didnt sigh) honestly the relationship between dean and sam.. their brothership is like… everything to me ok goddamn those boys would and have died for each other and i love them so very much. it was the first fandom i got into too online and lool honesly sorry if i have any mutuals who are spn blogs (fairly certain i dont though) but that fandom is insane, ridiculous and way too much so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ take that on board but please dont dismiss this show because of it, which is really what everyone else does these days but i cant even really be mad

Band of Brothers (2001) - ok… so… im about to talk about three shows (this one is one of the three… part of the hbo war trinity) which honestly mean a lot to me as well… but also cause of how heartbreakingly real they are and how important i think it is for everyone (who is ok with gore/violence/death etc) to watch as it is a part of history that happened and many men who gave up their lives so that we could all be where we are today. band of brothers is about history of easy company (and others) which were part of the 101st Airborne Division and their mission in WWII Europe and there part in it. its based on stephen ambrose band of brothers book and im just going to steal something from wikipedia here All of the characters portrayed are based on members of Easy Company. Some of the men were recorded in contemporary interviews, which viewers see as preludes to each episode. The men’s identities are not revealed until the finale. and honestly… is just such a masterpiece and all the actors took their roles very serious. they had to all go through a intense bootcamp with an instructor who did it for a living training all sorts of divisions and here i cried about it here before honestly if you want more info on it/more pain/reasons to watch it… go to @thomasflint cause this is getting long and i havent even expressed 5% of my proper feelings regarding it…. but when i rewatched it i was just yelling/crying nonstop via text to hira to the point where it was basically like she was watching it with me and then sh ewas crying too isduhfjdhf this show will ruin you man
