removing romantic relationship labels from my feelings was the best thing ive done. yeah theres a guy im so in love with it makes me stupid and yeah he loves me too and yeah we've been like this for like 2 years! but also it would be long distance and neither of us wanted that so we're just homies! we're besties and bros and dudes who chat and pretend we can kiss and say i love you all the time and he makes me so happy!!

tbh we've been friends for like 3 years, and roughly a year and a half ago, i confessed to him and he felt the same, but for mutual reasons we don't want to do long distance (we live across the country from eachother) so now i think were kinda friends with benefits (the benefits being i love him so so much and he loves me too)
anyway hes the best person i know, hes so good to me and sweet and kind, he always knows what to say when im feeling bad and its comforting to have someone i can just check in with regularly and chat for a bit, but the time spent not-talking doesnt feel bad. also as someone whose fat and trans and grew up learning a lot of bad things about my ability to be loved, knowing someone who thinks im sexy as hell is so good for my mental health
