“What are you doing up?” A slight frown crossed Aurora’s features as she looked at her daughter in concern. “Couldn’t sleep?” 

It made sense if that was the case, considering everything that had happened lately. Aurora herself was only awake right now because sleep wasn’t coming easy to her at the moment either. She’d thought Audrey’d fallen asleep a while ago now though.

“It is!” The woman insisted with a huff, irritated more. “He just likes to annoy me, that’s all.” But it was true. There had been bears in the woods and it made her sigh. “He just.... Ya know. Likes to play hero.” And she hated to admit he was right. He’d always been right about the stupid bears.

         she’d certainly made an entrance. horticulture. what a boring word for such a lovely subject. plants. adam and belle thought to win her over, keep her from speaking out, by having her teach the children of auradon about plants. the goddess of spring teaches the youth of the kingdom about harmless flowers. but the queen of the underworld had been underestimated before. she could be patient. not much could ruffle her anymore. she was surprised, though, when she saw audrey standing in the door as she was cleaning up. she’d introduced herself with an arm load of wildflowers and instructions on how to make flower crowns. she hadn’t thought that would bring the princess back to her door.

           ‘ audrey. nice to see you again. would you like to help me sweep up? ‘

@ofmeanqueens gets a Hidden Prince

“Hi!” Ben was trying to be about as approachable as possible. It was a lot to take in, he knew, and he was probably going to stick out like a sore thumb in people’s memories. It was enough that he’d managed to use his baby pictures to force King Beast to let Isle children over with his letter. Standing on a corner and begging for signatures for even more kids? It wasn’t exactly subtle - but come on, who would think he was actually that prince?

“Would you like to sign this petition? There are hundreds of kids on the Isle waiting to come to Auradon.” Ben held out his clipboard and pen, trying to seem bright and cheery like this was the only option - signing. “The Evil Queen’s Daughter is doing so well, other kids should have that chance!”

@siximpossiblethoughts - Max is an absolute joy and ??? I love him. He’s such a sweetheart and I adore his Alice and his grasp on her is absolutely an amazing thing to see, as well as how much he interacts with his followers. I know we haven’t written much yet, Max, but please know that I do still adore you and see you on the dash all the time and love it. You’re a very special mutual to me and I do hope we get to write together more in the future

@origcmibird  - We have hardly interacted at all but your love for Kubo and for Laika is such a wonderful thing to read! You evidently have a lot of passion for your muse and his world and his creators and I love that! Keep up the awesome work w/ the blog and I really hope we can get an interaction going soon enough bc I adore Kubo okay

But she hadn’t and she was stuck signing her name and going over their country’s reports. She looked up at the knock and she smiled at Audrey.

The Queen of Camelot knew dark magic when she came near it and it has her on alert, green eyes glowing slightly as she catches sight of the young girl who reminds her all too much of the Evil Queen and her daughter. She only raises a brow. She was a witch, one of the most powerful, and the protector of Camelot as it’s queen. But she knew her place.

“Dark magic is no way to gain power, daughter of Ronan.” The redhead woman said as she came out of the shadows, aglow with her power and the fire of the gods in her eyes. “Is that how you heal a broken heart?”
